Abstract

Description

由塑料制作成型体的方法和装置
本发明涉及一个方法和一个装置,其用于制作塑料成型体,包括:将加热塑性化的塑料从一个材料供应器的可封闭的排出口垂直向下指向排出的材料流分离成单个的材料份;并将已分离的材料份导引到一个模腔中和通过闭合该模腔挤压成一个成型体。
这种方法和装置已在DE-C3-3023415中公开。按照这个方法在该装置中,通过分离成单个的材料份和通过一个在轴向上可朝管端部移动的闭合体以及通过封闭一个朝模腔指向的管件制成环形的坯料,同时,已分离的环形材料份在自由下落中送入模腔内。此处,该环形的材料份通过控制闭合体被成形为横截面轮廓大约是透镜(扁豆)形的坯料。最好是该环形的坯料通过一个朝分离位置指向的气体流而从闭合体上脱离。
在这个方法中,必需一个复杂的喷嘴***,为此它需要一个专门的闭合特性,以便使环形坯料获得一个相应希望的横截面形状。因为,热塑性塑料具有强烈的粘接和粘附特性,所以通常还需要附加措施,如设置热空气流以便将制成的坯料从闭合装置上脱离。
另一个方法和装置是在EP-B1-328096中公开的。此处,一个坯料通过注射嘴给出和分离,同时,全部为坯料所必需加热的热塑性塑料被放置在一个可移入注射嘴下方的中间支架上,它的表面构成挤压模的一部分。在模闭合之前或之时,该中间支架被下降和将坯料送入挤压模中。在这个装置中,通过可移出的中间架,使得挤压模复杂化和导致昂贵。
按照DE-C3-3023415的方法,只可以制作环形的坯料。按照EP-B1-328096,该坯料也可以具有一个环形的结构。由于制作成型体为管状结构,它要有一个闭合的排出口,例如一个可插透的薄膜或者在所谓的“拧断(Twistoff)或“松开Brakeoff”一管子情况下,只有在转动和/或切断一个相应结构的封闭件时,排出口被释放,因此应用环形的坯料出现问题,因为,在挤压时多次出现吹气流的空气影响或缺陷位置,以致出现废品。
本发明的任务是提供一个方法,借助它以简单和迅速的方式不用附加措施就可获得希望大小的特别一致的材料份,并设置一个装置,通过它以简单的方式就可制作希望的“特别一致的”材料份且具有一简单的结构。此外,该方法和装置能实现,制作无问题的管状结构并具有首先闭合的排出孔。
这一任务通过权利要求1的方法特征方案以及权利要求5或6的装置特征方案来解决。最好该方法方案取自从属权利要求2至7的优选方案,该装置取自权利要求7的优选方案。
下面参照附图及其中的实施例变型详细解释本发明。
图1是本发明装置示意图,其中,一个材料流通过打开的材料供应器之排出口流出;
图2至5是与图1相同的装置,但是,表明了形成所希望的材料份之不同的方法阶段。
在材料供应器1中借助挤压螺旋输送器2输入通过加热而塑性化的材料3。该材料供应器1在其底部4中具有一个排出口5。在材料供应器1中安置和设计一个如此可上和下运动的封闭体6,即它的下边端部7在上边位置时(图1)就释放该排出口5以用于塑料3排出,而在下降到中间位置时(图2)将该排出口5封堵住;在下边的位置时(图3,4)该下边端部7就在朝着一个可安置于材料供应器1下方的挤压模件8’之模空腔8的方向上(该挤压模件可以具有一个任意公知的结构,而且是多构件式)(对置模未示出),从材料供应器1伸出。
在挤压模件8’和材料供应器1的底部4之间安置一个剪切装置9,它的剪刀10是如此可相互接近和离开运动安置的,即它的切割刃11在切割过程(见图4)的终端稍稍搭叠的。该剪刀10最好具有倾斜的切割刃11。
该方法的过程如下进行。该材料供应器1用一种加热的热塑性塑料3通过挤压螺旋输送器2填送。然后,封闭体6的端部7在朝材料供应器1之与底部4相反对置的壁部方向上往上运动(见图1),因此,排出口5被释放。通过排出口5,在图1用箭头表明,排出一股由热塑性塑料组成的材料流12。接着,通过封闭体6的向下运动,排出口5被封住(见图2)。在这个位置时,一个材料流部分13被分离。此处,该材料流部分13,由于在公知的方法中造成分离坯料困难的热塑性塑料的粘接或粘附性能,而悬挂在封闭体6的下边端部7上(见图2)。
按照本实施例,然后,该封闭体6与在其下端部7上悬挂的材料流部分13继续下降,直至该材料流部分13的自由下端部支承在模空腔8的壁部上(见图3)。进而,该剪切装置9***作并且它的剪刀10作相互靠近地移动,所以将希望的材料份14从材料流部分13上分离(见图4)。同时,该材料份14具有一个紧密结合的似滴状的形状。之后,该剪切装置9的剪刀10就回行到其原始位置上。
该剪切装置9可以是高度可调设置的(未描绘),为的是可改变所分离的材料份14的大小。还存在的可能性是,在剪刀10的回移行程上设置一个“必要时还可进给的”清洁装置(未描绘)以用于清除有时粘接在剪10上的塑料。
最好,该剪切装置9和特别是其剪刀10被冷却(未描绘),以尽可能地避免塑料粘在剪刀10上。为此目的,该剪刀10还可以作为优选而附加设置一个防粘层。
从供料器1之排出口5流出的材料流12的尺寸可以通过调节封闭体6的端部7和排出口5的距离和/或通过排出口5之保持打开的时间延续来控制。
还有的可能方案是,该剪切装置9就***作在图2所描述的位置上,其中,材料流部分13还不会悬挂在封闭体6的下边端部7上。如果人们采取这样的措施,则所分离的材料14就自由落入模空腔8中。因此,制作材料份的频率就提高了,因为封闭体6只需周期性地经历一个较小的行程运动。
通过将封闭体6下降进入排出口5中(见图2),则材料流12实际上被停止了,所以就可实现一个干净的切断工作,同时,不会有材料后流。这种材料流的中断工作还可以如此实现,即例如,借助一在材料供应器内腔中一个活塞单元(未描绘)的活塞运动短时间地产生一个负压作用,因此,就不会有另外的材料通过打开的排出口5(图1)排出。

Claims (7)

1、由塑料制作成型体的方法,包括:将加热塑料化的塑料从一个材料供应器的可封闭的排出口垂直向下指向排出的材料流分离成单个的材料份;并将已分离的材料份导引到一个模腔中和通过闭合该模腔挤压成一个成型体,其特征在于:
将材料流分离成相应希望的材料是通过一个剪切装置在排出口下方和相邻于其进行的;同时,用于分离成材料份的材料流被短时间地置于静止状态。
2、按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:
该材料流通过周期性的封闭排出口而被置于静止状态。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:
一部分材料流通过封闭体被导送至模腔中,此后,所希望的材料份从上述部分材料流上切割而成。
4、按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:
该材料流通过在材料供应器中短时间产生一个负压被置于静止状态。
5、由塑料制作成型体的装置,具有一个可封闭的模腔(8)和一个可在打开的模腔(8)上方安置的材料供应器(1),其用于通过加热塑性化的塑料并具有一个朝模腔(8)指向的借助一个封闭体(6)可封闭的排出口(5)用于排出塑性化的塑料流(12),其特征在于:
在排出口(5)的下方和相邻地安置一个剪切装置(9)以分离成希望的材料份(14);该封闭体(6)安置得可从供料器(1)的内腔中之一个释放排出口(5)的位置伸入排出口(5)中并贯穿它伸入打开的模腔(8)中和又可拉回去。
6、由塑料制作成型体的装置,具有一个可封闭的模腔(8)和一个可在打开的模腔(8)上方安置的材料供应器(1),其用于通过加热塑性化的塑料并具有一个朝模腔(8)指向的借助一个封闭体(6)可封闭的排出口(5)用于排出塑性化的塑料流(12),其特征在于:
在排出口(5)的下方和相邻地安置一个剪切装置(9)以分离成希望的材料份(14);该材料供应器(1)设有一个带可运动活塞的活塞单元以用于在供应器的内腔中短时产生一个负压。
7、按权利要求5或6所述的装置,其特征在于:
该剪切装置(9)是被冷却的。
