本发明公开了一种转锈固锈防水涂料,其特征在于,包括如下质量份数的组分:纯丙乳液70‑80份,焦性没食子酸2‑10份,铵盐分散剂0.1‑0.3份,成膜助剂4.2‑4.8份,纳米氧化锌0.1‑0.3份,亚硝酸钠0.3‑0.6份,基材润湿剂0.1‑0.3份,磷酸0.1‑1份,消泡剂0.1‑0.3份,杀菌防腐剂0.1‑0.3份,锂基膨润土0.1‑0.3份,憎水剂0.5‑1份,去离子水9.4‑11份。本发明还提供了一种转锈固锈防水涂料的制备方法。本发明的涂料具有良好的转锈固锈防水性能。

一种转锈固锈防水涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种转锈固锈防水涂料及其制备方法,属于涂料技术领域。
背景技术
目前对于生铁锈的基材通常采用打磨和涂刷防锈底漆的方法来处理,也有涂刷转锈剂或固锈剂的。打磨再刷防锈底漆工序繁杂,成本高。涂刷普通转锈剂转锈效果可以,但没有加固的作用,耐水也差,转锈好仍需要打磨下。刷固锈剂仅仅是把铁锈密封在里面,时间长了还是会慢慢返锈。
针对上述工序繁杂,转锈效果差等缺点,本发明通过纯丙树脂,焦性没食子酸和磷酸,复配各种助剂,有效解决了转锈差,抗冲击差,附着力差,耐水差等问题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种转锈固锈防水涂料,其组成包括如下质量份的组分:纯丙乳液70-80份,焦性没食子酸2-10份,铵盐分散剂0.1-0.3 份,成膜助剂4.2-4.8份,纳米氧化锌0.1-0.3份,亚硝酸钠0.3-0.6份,基材润湿剂0.1-0.3份,磷酸0.1-1份,消泡剂0.1-0.3份,杀菌防腐剂0.1-0.3份,锂基膨润土0.1-0.3份,憎水剂0.5-1份,去离子水9.4-11份。
优选地,所述成膜助剂包括醇酯十二;所述润湿剂包括磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐类;所述消泡剂包括矿物油类;所述杀菌防腐剂包括卡松类;所述憎水剂包括有机硅类。
本发明还提供一种转锈固锈防水涂料的制备方法,其具体步骤包括:
步骤1,添加纯丙乳液,开启高速分散机;
步骤2,添加成膜助剂和消泡剂,进行分散;
步骤3,添加去离子水和杀菌防腐剂,继续分散;
步骤4,添加焦性没食子酸,继续分散;
步骤5,添加铵盐分散剂和纳米氧化锌,继续分散;
步骤6,添加基材润湿剂和亚硝酸钠,继续分散;
步骤7,添加锂基膨润土,继续分散;
步骤8,添加磷酸,继续分散;
步骤9,添加憎水剂,继续分散,制得所述转锈固锈防水涂料。
优选地,所述步骤1-9中,高速分散机的转速为400-600r/min。
优选地,所述步骤1-9中,每一步的分散时间为2-30min。
在所述组分中,各组分的主要作用为:
纯丙乳液:可提高耐候性,成膜后具有加固基材作用,还有透气不透水功能;焦性没食子酸:把铁锈转化成稳定的螯合物;铵盐分散剂:分散,提高耐水性;成膜助剂:促进本发明产品成膜;纳米氧化锌:提高与基材的附着力,同时也有抗菌作用;亚硝酸钠:起到阻锈的作用;基材润湿剂:降低表面张力,对光泽度有一定帮助;磷酸:腐蚀铁锈,同时调整本产品PH,酸性环境更加稳定;消泡剂:消除气泡,增加光泽度;杀菌防腐剂:杀菌,有利于储存稳定;锂基膨润土:提高悬浮性,抗沉淀,改善施工;憎水剂:提高耐水性。
与现有技术相比,首先本发明配方里引用纯丙乳液,极大提高耐候性和耐水性,其次本配方引入焦性没食子酸和磷酸的组合,转锈能力比没食子酸和单宁酸效果都要好;再次,本发明选用了纳米氧化锌和亚硝酸钠,前者可以促进乳液交联增强对基材的附着力,增加干燥时间,后者可以抗闪锈,可促进乳液交联,这样就做到了转锈固锈效果好,优异耐水性等优点的转锈固锈防水涂料。

结合下面实施例对本发明进行进一步的阐述,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
实施例1
一种转锈固锈防水涂料,其组成包括如下质量份数的组分:纯丙乳液72份,焦性没食子酸9份,铵盐分散剂0.3份,成膜助剂4.2份,纳米氧化锌0.2份,亚硝酸钠0.5份,基材润湿剂0.2份,磷酸1份,消泡剂0.1份,杀菌防腐剂0.3 份,锂基膨润土0.3份,憎水剂1份,去离子水10.9份。
本发明还提供一种转锈固锈防水涂料的制备方法,其具体步骤包括:
步骤1,添加纯丙乳液,开启高速分散机,转速400-600r/min;
步骤2,添加成膜助剂和消泡剂,分散15min;
步骤3,添加去离子水和杀菌防腐剂,其中卡松类杀菌防腐剂与水1:1稀释后缓慢添加,继续分散5min;
步骤4,添加焦性没食子酸,分散10min;
步骤5,添加铵盐分散剂和纳米氧化锌,缓慢滴加,分散20min;
步骤6,添加基材润湿剂和亚硝酸钠,分散10min;
步骤7,添加锂基膨润土,分散10min;
步骤8,添加磷酸,继续分散5min;
步骤9,添加憎水剂,分散20min,制得所述转锈固锈防水涂料。
实施例2
一种转锈固锈防水涂料,其组成包括如下质量份数的组分:纯丙乳液75份,焦性没食子酸8份,铵盐分散剂0.3份,成膜助剂4.4份,纳米氧化锌0.1份,亚硝酸钠0.3份,基材润湿剂0.2份,磷酸0.8份,消泡剂0.1份,杀菌防腐剂 0.3份,锂基膨润土0.2份,憎水剂0.8份,去离子水9.5份。

一种转锈固锈防水涂料,其组成包括如下质量份数的组分:纯丙乳液78份,焦性没食子酸5份,铵盐分散剂0.3份,成膜助剂4.5份,纳米氧化锌0.1份,亚硝酸钠0.3份,基材润湿剂0.1份,磷酸1份,消泡剂0.1份,杀菌防腐剂0.3 份,锂基膨润土0.2份,憎水剂0.5份,去离子水9.6份。

一种转锈固锈防水涂料,其组成包括如下质量份数的组分:纯丙乳液80份,焦性没食子酸3份,铵盐分散剂0.3份,成膜助剂4.5份,纳米氧化锌0.1份,亚硝酸钠0.5份,基材润湿剂0.1份,磷酸0.5份,消泡剂0.1份,杀菌防腐剂 0.3份,锂基膨润土0.2份,憎水剂0.5份,去离子水9.9份。

实施效果
表1为依据GB/T 9286-1998、GB/T 1732-1993、GB/T 9274-1988对上述实施例1-4所得的转锈固锈防水涂料性能分析检测结果。

由表1可以看出,根据上述实施例制备的转锈固锈防水涂料的转锈效果良好,其他各种性能指标都达到技术指标要求。

1.一种转锈固锈防水涂料,其特征在于,包括如下质量份数的组分:纯丙乳液70-80份,焦性没食子酸2-10份,铵盐分散剂0.1-0.3份,成膜助剂4.2-4.8份,纳米氧化锌0.1-0.3份,亚硝酸钠0.3-0.6份,基材润湿剂0.1-0.3份,磷酸0.1-1份,消泡剂0.1-0.3份,杀菌防腐剂0.1-0.3份,锂基膨润土0.1-0.3份,憎水剂0.5-1份,去离子水9.4-11份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种转锈固锈防水涂料,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂包括醇酯十二;
和/或,所述润湿剂包括磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐类;
和/或,所述消泡剂包括矿物油类;
和/或,所述杀菌防腐剂包括卡松类;
和/或,所述憎水剂包括有机硅类。
3.如权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种转锈固锈防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤包括:
步骤1,添加纯丙乳液,开启高速分散机;
步骤2,添加成膜助剂和消泡剂,进行分散;
步骤3,添加去离子水和杀菌防腐剂,继续分散;
步骤4,添加焦性没食子酸,继续分散;
步骤5,添加铵盐分散剂和纳米氧化锌,继续分散;
步骤6,添加基材润湿剂和亚硝酸钠,继续分散;
步骤7,添加锂基膨润土,继续分散;
步骤8,添加磷酸,继续分散;
步骤9,添加憎水剂,继续分散,制得所述转锈固锈防水涂料。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种转锈固锈防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1-9中,高速分散机的转速为400-600r/min。
