背景技术
目前的内外墙装饰还是以乳胶漆,真石漆,多彩为主,自身耐水较差,容易出现开裂,空鼓脱落等问题。为解决上述问题,本发明将三种不同的改性树脂进行科学配比,同时添加多种耐老化粉料及多款功能助剂,制得了一种抗开裂耐老化防水装饰一体化涂料,具有良好的粘接力,可以用在瓷砖面、混凝土面和木质面等。

为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种抗开裂耐老化防水装饰一体化涂料,其组成包括A和B两部分,其中A组分按质量分数包括:纯丙树脂50-60份、苯丙树脂10-20份、氟碳树脂5-10份、成膜助剂0.5-1份、硅酸锂1-2份、消泡剂0.2-0.3份、防腐剂0.1-0.3份、润湿剂0.1-0.3份、去离子水15.8-23.1份;B组分按质量分数包括:白色硅酸盐水泥40-50份、钛白粉13-19份、纳米氧化锌3-5份、硅微粉5-10份、碳酸钙3.5-14.3份、石英粉7-10份、石英砂5-10份、加密硅灰1-2份、憎水粉0.2-0.5份、缓凝剂0.1-0.2份、减水剂0.1-0.3份、纤维素0.1-0.2份、锂基膨润土0.2-0.3份。

与现有技术相比,首先,本分发明采用了三种功能性树脂搭配,其中纯丙树脂可以提高耐候性,苯丙树脂可提高耐水,氟碳树脂对防腐防锈有着很大作用。其次,本发明中B组分中的白水泥可以极大提高强度和耐磨,钛白粉和纳米氧化锌起到很好的耐候作用,硅微粉有着较好的耐碱作用,使得使用寿命大大提高。再者,选用多款功能性助剂,其中硅酸锂可以促进水泥水化,憎水粉可以提高耐水性,缓凝剂可以调整开放时间,加密硅灰对抗泛碱效果比较好。总之,按照上述组成制备的涂料具有良好的抗开裂性、耐老化性能和防水性能。

一种抗开裂耐老化防水装饰一体化涂料,其组成包括质量比为1:2的A和B两组分,其中:
A组分按质量分数包括:
纯丙树脂50份
苯丙树脂15份
氟碳树脂10份
成膜助剂0.5份
硅酸锂1份
消泡剂0.2份
防腐剂0.3份
润湿剂0.1份
去离子水22.9份
B组分按质量分数包括:
白色硅酸盐水泥525 40份
1250目碳酸钙10.1份
1250目硅微粉 10份
200目石英粉 10份
纳米氧化锌3份
160-180目石英砂10份
加密硅灰1份
金红石钛白粉15份
有机硅憎水粉0.3份
缓凝剂0.1份
聚羧酸减水剂0.2份

实施效果
表1为依据GBT25261-2018,JC/T1024-2019和GBT1766-2008对上述实施例1-4所得的抗开裂耐老化防水装饰一体化涂料性能分析检测结果。

由表1可以看出,所得抗开裂耐老化防水装饰一体化涂料储存稳定性和施工性均比较好,干燥时间快,耐洗刷性达到30000次以上,远远满足标准要求,耐水耐碱性能满足室外的需求,耐沾污性能和涂层耐温变性性能良好,抗折抗压强度也远超标准要求,耐候性达到1级。总之,按照上述组成制备的涂料具有良好的抗开裂性、耐老化性能和防水性能。
Claims (10)
1.一种抗开裂耐老化防水装饰一体化涂料,其特征在于,所述涂料包括A和B两组分,其中A组分按质量分数包括:纯丙树脂50-60份、苯丙树脂10-20份、氟碳树脂5-10份、成膜助剂0.5-1份、硅酸锂1-2份、消泡剂0.2-0.3份、防腐剂0.1-0.3份、润湿剂0.1-0.3份、去离子水15.8-23.1份;B组分按质量分数包括:白色硅酸盐水泥40-50份、钛白粉13-19份、纳米氧化锌3-5份、硅微粉5-10份、碳酸钙3.5-14.3份、石英粉7-10份、石英砂5-10份、加密硅灰1-2份、憎水粉0.2-0.5份、缓凝剂0.1-0.2份、减水剂0.1-0.3份、纤维素0.1-0.2份、锂基膨润土0.2-0.3份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗开裂耐老化防水装饰一体化涂料,其特征在于,所述A和B组分的质量比例为1:(1-3),较佳地为1:2。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种抗开裂耐老化防水装饰一体化涂料,其特征在于,所述纯丙树脂的固含量为49-51%,粘度为100-2000mPa·s。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种抗开裂耐老化防水装饰一体化涂料,其特征在于,所述苯丙树脂的固含量为49-51%,粘度为200-1000mPa·s。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种抗开裂耐老化防水装饰一体化涂料,其特征在于,所述氟碳树脂的固含量为44-46%,粘度为200-1000mPa·s。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种抗开裂耐老化防水装饰一体化涂料,其特征在于,A组分中所述成膜助剂包括醇酯十二,所述消泡剂包括矿物油类,所述防腐剂包括卡松类,所述润湿剂包括磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐类;B组分中所述白色硅酸盐水泥的强度等级包括525,所述钛白粉包括金红石类,所述硅微粉的粒径包括1250目,所述碳酸钙的粒径包括1250目,所述石英粉的粒径包括200目,所述石英砂的粒径包括160-180目,所述憎水粉包括有机硅类,所述缓凝剂包括酒石酸,所述减水剂包括聚羧酸类,所述纤维素包括纤维素250HBR。
7.本发明还提供一种抗开裂耐老化防水装饰一体化涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤包括:
步骤1,A组分的制备:
(A1)开启高速分散机,加入纯丙树脂、苯丙树脂和氟碳树脂,分散均匀;
(A2)添加成膜助剂、消泡剂和润湿剂,分散均匀;
(A3)添加去离子水与防腐剂,分散均匀;
(A4)添加硅酸锂,分散均匀得到A组分;
步骤2,B组分的制备:
(B1)开启干粉搅拌机,添加白色硅酸盐水泥、碳酸钙和硅微粉,搅拌均匀;
(B2)添加憎水粉、缓凝剂、减水剂、纤维素和锂基膨润土,搅拌均匀;
(B3)添加加密硅灰,石英粉,纳米氧化锌,石英砂和钛白粉,搅拌均匀得到B组分;
步骤3,将A和B组分按照权利要求2所述质量比进行搅拌混合,制得所述抗开裂耐老化防水装饰一体化涂料。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种抗开裂耐老化防水装饰一体化涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1中所述高速分散机的转速为500-800r/min,所述A1、A2、A3和A4阶段的分散时间分别为10-20min。
9.如权利要求7所述的一种抗开裂耐老化防水装饰一体化涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中所述干粉搅拌机的转速为20-100r/min,所述B1、B2和B3阶段的搅拌时间分别为2-5min。
10.如权利要求7所述的一种抗开裂耐老化防水装饰一体化涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3中所述搅拌混合的转速为500-1000r/min,所述搅拌时间为2-10min。
