Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a foundation composition and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of cosmetics.
Background
The foundation composition can be used for evening skin color and masking flaws, and belongs to basic foundation. Foundation compositions have been developed to date, which derive a variety of categories for different skin conditions and different cosmetic effects. In recent years, with the improvement of the safety requirements of cosmetics in the market, the foundation making up suitable for sensitive muscles has more and more requirements, and the foundation composition with the repairing and maintaining effects is gradually appeared in the market by combining the skin care and the maintenance.
Aiming at the skin care problem, the patent CN112603866A provides a skin care powder base solution of the purple snow ginseng, the repairing components of which comprise centella asiatica extract, polygonum cuspidatum root extract, scutellaria baicalensis root extract, tea extract, glabrous greenbrier rhizome extract, chamomile flower extract and rosemary leaf plant extract which are combined by 0.5 percent, the purple lucid ganoderma extract, snow lotus herb extract, ginseng root extract and peony extract which are combined by 0.5 percent and 6 to 12 percent of coloring agent, and the powder base solution has the skin care function, but the titanium dioxide content is too low, and does not have the effect of concealing the base makeup.
The patent CN111920706A provides a deep repairing foundation liquid and a preparation method thereof, wherein the foundation liquid adopts a wrapping technology to completely wrap the foundation liquid of a concealer in an oil phase, and is fully fused with deep care fine and graceful white water gel to be combined into a whole. The foundation liquid is of the oil-in-water type, and the powder is suspended in the aqueous gel in the form of oil drops. Although the foundation liquid has deep whitening and repairing effects, the foundation liquid needs to be evenly brushed when in use, and the makeup process is complicated. In contrast, the water-in-oil foundation liquid has better adherence and quicker make-up speed.
The focus of skin repair is sebum repair, and the powder in concealer products absorbs grease from the skin surface, which can cause dry skin problems. For those with severely impaired barriers, the use of ordinary foundations may result in poor skin conditions.
Therefore, research on a foundation composition with a repairing effect, which enables the foundation composition to have skin care effect, is a technical problem to be solved urgently.

In the present invention, the moisture-retaining component is contained in an amount of 3% to 10%, preferably 4% to 9%, based on 100% by weight of the total foundation composition, for example: the moisture-keeping component content is 4%, 4.5%, 5%, 5.5%, 6%, 6.5%, 7%, 7.5%, 8%, 8.5%, etc. If the content of the moisturizing component is less than 3%, the moisturizing feeling after makeup is reduced, and the phenomenon of dry peeling easily occurs after makeup is applied; if the moisture retention component content of the present invention is more than 10%, the cosmetic composition will not dry quickly after application.
Specifically, the moisturizing component of the present invention includes a polyhydric alcohol, hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, and a ceramide. The moisturizing component can effectively increase the moisture content of the epidermis of the skin, can essentially achieve deep moisturizing, and can have excellent moisturizing effect when applied to the foundation composition of the present invention.
The polyols of the present invention are relatively low molecular weight polyols. The polyol not only can form a compact protective film on the skin surface to reduce the loss of moisture, but also can promote the foundation composition of the invention to absorb moisture from the environment, supplement the moisture into the skin and increase the moisture content on the skin surface.
Further, the polyol in the present invention includes: one or more of glycerol, 1, 4-butanediol, 1, 3-butanediol, pentanediol, 1, 2-propanediol, 1, 3-propanediol, dipropylene glycol and methylpropanediol. Further, in the present invention, when the content of the polyhydric alcohol is too low, the effect of increasing the water content of the skin surface cannot be exerted, and when the content of the polyhydric alcohol is too high, other components are too low, and although the effect of increasing the water content of the skin surface can be exerted, the skin feel and the cost of the product are affected. Specifically, the polyol content is 2.88% to 8.8% based on 100% of the total mass of the foundation composition, for example: the content of the polyol is 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5%, 5%, 5.5%, 6%, 6.5%, 7%, 7.5%, 8.5%, etc.
Hyaluronic acid, also known as hyaluronic acid, is an acidic mucopolysaccharide. It is an important basic substance for skin care, itself is a component of human body, it has special water-retaining action, its weight is up to 100 times of its weight, and it is the best substance for moisture retention in nature, so it is called ideal natural moisture-retaining factor. It can improve skin nutrition metabolism, make skin tender, smooth, remove wrinkle, increase elasticity, prevent aging, and is good transdermal absorption promoter while keeping moisture. Can be used together with other nutritional components to achieve more ideal effect of promoting nutrient absorption.
In the present invention, the hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof may be a large molecular weight hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, or may be a small molecular weight hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof; specifically, the weight average molecular weight of the hyaluronic acid or salt thereof is 180 ten thousand daltons or less, preferably, the weight average molecular weight of the large molecular weight hyaluronic acid or salt thereof is 100 ten thousand daltons to 180 ten thousand daltons, and the weight average molecular weight of the small molecular weight hyaluronic acid or salt thereof is 5 kilo to 1 ten thousand daltons.
In general, the usual hyaluronate may be in the form of its sodium salt, sodium hyaluronate (SODIUM HYALURONATE, abbreviated as SH). The sodium hyaluronate is extracted from cockscomb, or prepared by lactic acid coccus fermentation, and is white or white-like granule or powder, has no odor, and has nitrogen content of 2.8% -4.0% and glucuronic acid content of 37.0% -51.0% when dried.
However, hyaluronic acid or salt thereof has a large molecular structure and is easy to agglomerate after being smeared on skin; in addition, hyaluronic acid or its salt has a large number of hydroxyl groups, and adhesion to the skin surface mainly depends on the hydrogen bonding force of hydroxyl groups, but when the hydroxyl groups cannot absorb moisture to the outside, the moisture content of the epidermis cannot be increased. The inventors of the present invention have found that the function of hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof can be further promoted in the presence of a polyhydric alcohol and a ceramide, and moisture can be allowed to penetrate into the epidermis of the skin, whereby the moisture content of the epidermis of the skin can be effectively increased, and deep moisturizing can be achieved essentially.
Further, in the present invention, when the content of hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof is too low, the skin epidermis moisture content cannot be increased; when the content of hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof is too high, it may cause excessive consistency, which is unfavorable for skin absorption. Specifically, the hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof is added in an amount of 0.02% to 0.2% based on 100% of the total mass of the foundation composition, for example: the content of the hyaluronic acid or the salt thereof is 0.04%, 0.06%, 0.08%, 0.1%, 0.12%, 0.14%, 0.16%, 0.18% and the like.
In the present invention, the ceramide is also called glycolipid and phytosphingosine. The ceramide is obtained by screening high-yield strains from candida, and by adjusting the growth and fermentation conditions of the yeasts and giving certain nutrient substances, the ceramide is converted into the ceramide by utilizing olive oil nutrient substances in the growth and metabolism processes, is easy to permeate into the cell gaps of skin horny layer, maintains skin moisture, and has the effects of moisturizing, moisturizing and repairing skin barriers.
The ceramide of the invention is formed by linking fatty acid, mannose and erythrose. The unique structure makes it easy to penetrate between keratinocytes and fuse with the original outer cytoplasm to form a liquid crystal layer. Can be used for moisturizing and maintaining skin moisture. The ceramide has both lipophilic and hydrophilic groups, is an amphiphilic molecule, and can help hyaluronic acid to spread on the skin surface to achieve the effect of moisturizing if the ceramide can be combined with sodium hyaluronate.
The present inventors have found that the moisturizing function of a polyhydric alcohol and hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof can be further promoted in the presence of a ceramide, and the moisture content of the epidermis of the skin can be effectively increased. It can promote the moisture retention agent to permeate into keratinocyte, and achieve the moisture retention effect by locking the moisture retention agent.
Further, in the present invention, when the addition amount of the ceramide is too low, the skin epidermis moisture content cannot be increased; when the amount of the ceramide added is too high, a better effect cannot be brought, and the cost is also caused to be too high. Specifically, the amount of the ceramide of the present invention added is 0.1% to 1% based on 100% of the total mass of the foundation composition, for example: the content of the ceramide is 0.15%, 0.2%, 0.25%, 0.3%, 0.35%, 0.4%, 0.45%, 0.5%, 0.55%, 0.6%, 0.65%, 0.7%, 0.75%, 0.8%, 0.85%, 0.9%, 0.95% and the like.

As can be seen from the experimental results in Table 6, the foundation solutions prepared in examples 1 to 8 did not show adverse reactions of itching and irritation after use for 8 hours with makeup for some women who were self-evaluated as dry-sensitive. In contrast, the foundation solutions prepared in examples 9 to 13 and comparative example 2 all had adverse effects such as dry itching and irritation in the subjects within 8 hours of use of the makeup.
3. Evaluation of make-up Effect
Taking comparative examples 1-3 and examples 1-5 as test samples, 14 groups of 10 female subjects who were self-evaluated as dry sensitive muscles at 20-30 years old were selected, about 0.3g of the test subjects were taken daily, applied to the face, and tapped with make-up eggs. The test subjects were tested for presence of card powder and dry skinning during 8 hours after use in the form of a questionnaire, and the results are shown in table 7.
