Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biology, in particular to a biological agent for deodorizing a pigsty.
Background
The invention relates to a Chinese patent ZL201811428762.6 proposed by courtyard et al; it discloses a complex lipid, which comprises the following components: barley pest lipid extract, citrus lipid extract, and black soldier fly lipid extract; barley pest lipid extract: citrus lipid extract: the weight ratio of the black soldier fly lipid extract is as follows: 6-10:2-6:1-3. It is used for reducing odorous gas such as ammonia gas and hydrogen sulfide in pig house.
Paragraph 125 of this document describes that the inhibitory effect of complex lipids on odorous gases was tested by measuring the odorous gas content after 24 hours.
In actual production, a method for controlling the odor with a small amount is needed in a farm in an instant manner.
Based on this, research and development work on the present project was developed.
The problem that the present scheme is to solve is: how to control the odor of the pigsty quickly and easily.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a biological agent for deodorizing a pigsty, the method has quick response and long duration, and compared with the traditional scheme, the scheme has better application prospect. In addition, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the preparation.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a biological preparation for deodorizing pigsty comprises intestinal extract of Hermetia illucens larvae and poplar flower extract; the weight ratio of the black soldier fly larva intestinal extract to the poplar flower extract is 1.1-10.
The biological preparation for deodorizing a pigsty further comprises an alcohol solution, and the black soldier fly larva intestinal extract and the poplar flower extract are dissolved in the alcohol solution.
In the above biological agent for hog house deodorization, the alcohol solution is an aqueous solution containing 20 to 40vol% of ethanol.
In the biological preparation for deodorizing a pigsty, the content of the black soldier fly larva intestinal extract and the poplar flower extract in the alcohol solution is 0.5-1wt%.
In the above biological agent for pig house deodorization, the alcohol solution is an ozone saturated solution.
Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the biological preparation for deodorizing the pigsty, which comprises the steps of adding water and alcohol into a mixing tank, and pumping the black soldier fly larva intestinal extract and the poplar flower extract into the mixing tank through a metering pump; during the stirring process, the ozone generator is started, and ozone is introduced into the solution.
In the above preparation method of the biological agent for pig house deodorization, the ozone is introduced for 1-5min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the previous research proves that the hermetia illucens oil extract can play a good antibacterial effect, the experiment is continuously researched on the basis, and the hermetia illucens oil extract can have a good effect in the aspect of controlling the odor for a long time by being compounded with the poplar flower extract.
2. There are 2 main reasons for using an alcohol solution, the first one is to promote the onset of spray evaporation and ozone; secondly, the dispersion effect of the grease substances in the solution is promoted; in addition, although studies have shown that low-concentration alcohol solutions do not provide a rapid bactericidal effect, the solution cannot deny its own bactericidal activity.
3. Ozone can promote the decomposition of ammonia gas into nitrogen gas and simultaneously promote the decomposition of hydrogen sulfide into sulfur dioxide.
Compared with the single use of ozone solution, the single use of black soldier fly larva intestinal extract and poplar flower extract, the effect of inhibiting the stink smell is quicker and more lasting.
