then, the third hydraulic cylinder 602 drives the protective head 604 to move left and right through the third hydraulic rod 603, the protective head 604 drives the push plate 605 to move left and right, the metal material plate is clamped between the push plate 605 and the ear plate, the push plate 605 is prevented from sliding off the top of the second sliding plate 504, the embossing assembly 7 can emboss the metal material plate stably, the fifth hydraulic cylinder 801 drives the fifth hydraulic rod 802 to move up and down, the height of the brush plate 803 is adjusted, the brush plate 803 can clean the side of the metal material plate needing embossing, impurities fall into the collection box 9 to be collected, the embossed metal material plate is cleaner, and the embossing effect is better;
and finally, the second motor 502 is started, the second motor 502 drives the second sliding plate 504 to move left and right through the second lead screw 503, the metal material plate is adjusted to the bottom of the embossing assembly 7, the fourth hydraulic rod 703 is driven to move up and down through the fourth hydraulic cylinder 702, the height of the pressing head 704 is adjusted, and the pressing head 704 can conveniently emboss the metal material plates with different thicknesses.
