Abstract

本申请公开了一种探针组合物。该组合物通过对TCGA数据库以及GEO数据库的甲基化数据荟萃分析，筛选出6.5Kbp的捕获区域，包括多达66个与癌症高度相关的甲基化变化基因与非编码DNA区域，该方法可以一次性检测食管癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、肺癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、***癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌、***和子宫内膜癌等11种常见癌症的甲基化水平改变。可用于无症状人群的早期筛查，以及癌症患者的预后检测。
