A flexible manufacturing demonstration method is characterized in that a demonstration production line is utilized for demonstration, the demonstration production line comprises a manufacturing system, a testing system, a master control system and a transportation system, the manufacturing system comprises a storage island, an assembly island, a personalized custom island, a packaging island and a delivery island, the assembly island is at least provided with a first assembly position and a second assembly position, the first assembly position is used for assembling a first target product with testing requirements, the second assembly position is used for assembling a second target product, the testing system comprises a testing island, the manufacturing system further comprises a power changing island used for changing a battery for the first target product, the input end of the power changing island is connected with the output end of the personalized custom island and/or the output end of the testing island, the output end of the power changing island is connected with the input end of the testing island, the power change island is used for changing batteries of a first target product with test requirements, so that the first target product can normally finish the test in the test island, the test island comprises a test runway and a detection device arranged on the test runway, the test runway comprises a spiral structure and/or a straight bridge channel, the detection device is used for testing a plurality of parameters of the first target product, the detection device comprises a position sensing device, a noise detection device and an appearance detection device which are arranged on the test runway, the position sensing device and the noise detection device are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the test runway, the first target product which is transported out after the personalized customization island finishes the personalized customization, or the first target product which is transported out from the output end of the test island after the test island fails to normally finish the test in the test island, the test runway is transported to the power changing island to change the battery, and the battery is transported to the test runway for testing after the battery is changed; the method comprises the following steps:
in response to the production demand received by the master control system, transporting the parts to be assembled from the storage island to the matched assembly position of the assembly island through the transportation system so as to carry out assembly process demonstration and obtain a target product;
the target product is transported to the personalized customization island through the transportation system for personalized customization demonstration;
judging the test requirement of the target product, and if the target product has the test requirement, transporting the target product to the test system through the transport system for test demonstration;
transporting the target product without test requirements and/or after the test demonstration is completed to the packaging island for packaging demonstration;
And transporting the target product which completes the package demonstration to the delivery island, and carrying out the delivery demonstration.
2. A flexible manufacturing demonstration method according to claim 1 wherein: the manufacturing system and the testing system are internally provided with appearance detection devices connected with the master control system;
after transporting the part to be assembled from the warehouse island to the assembly position of the matched assembly island by the transportation system for assembly, the method further comprises:
performing appearance detection on the target product through the appearance detection device to obtain appearance detection data;
and judging the appearance detection data according to a preset standard appearance to obtain an appearance detection result, and recovering the target product through the transportation system if the appearance detection result is unqualified.
3. A flexible manufacturing demonstration method according to claim 1 wherein:
the step of transporting the target product with the test demonstration to the packaging island for packaging demonstration specifically comprises the following steps:
transporting the first target product from the testing system to the packaging island by the transport system;
transporting the second target product from the second assembly location to the packaging island by the transport system.

A flexible manufacturing demonstration method according to claim 3 wherein: each assembly position of the assembly island is provided with an assembly clamp assembly and two assembly mechanical arms, the two assembly mechanical arms are oppositely arranged on two sides of the assembly clamp assembly, and the assembly clamp assembly comprises at least two assembly clamp mechanisms which are respectively used for clamping a first target product and a second target product.

A flexible manufacturing demonstration method according to claim 1 wherein: the battery replacing island is provided with a battery replacing mechanical arm and a battery charging bin, and the battery replacing mechanical arm is used for replacing a battery of the first target product with a battery in the battery charging bin.
6. A flexible manufacturing demonstration method according to claim 1 wherein: the packaging island is provided with a paper box feeding device, a paper box forming device and a paper box sealing device in sequence along a packaging route and is used for packaging the target product.
7. A flexible manufacturing demonstration method according to claim 1 wherein: the input end of the delivery island is connected with the output end of the packaging island, and the delivery island is provided with a first goods shelf for placing the target product.

A flexible manufacturing demonstration method according to claim 7 wherein: the delivery island is further provided with a delivery table and a sliding table robot, wherein the sliding table robot moves between the delivery table and the first goods shelf and is used for conveying the target product placed on the first goods shelf to the delivery table.
