The audio and video channel is used for audio and video interaction between the target broker and the target user aiming at the target house source.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a target broker receiving an online watching request in an online watching method according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 4 may display a user nickname of a target user who sends the online watching request and basic information of the target source, such as a cell name where the target source is located, a house type of the target source, and an area of the target source. To facilitate the target broker responding or rejecting to the online watch-with-go request, a listen control and a reject control may also be included in the page shown in fig. 4. After the target broker clicks the answering control, an online watching channel and an audio-video channel can be established between the server and the first terminal equipment of the target user. And if the target broker does not currently provide the online watching service for the target user, the rejection control can be clicked to reject the response to the online watching request of the target user.
The online viewing channel is used for the target broker or the target user to perform on-screen operation on the host page and the detail pages of the target house source, that is, when the target broker operates on the host page and the detail pages of the target house source, the host page and the detail pages of the target house source in the first terminal device of the target user also respond to the operation instruction of the target broker. Similarly, when the target user operates the host page and the detail pages of the target house source, the host page and the detail pages of the target house source in the second terminal device of the target broker also respond to the operation instruction of the target user, so that the displayed interfaces of the target user and the target broker are consistent in the online watching process.
Optionally, in the online watching process, in order to make the target user comprehensively know various types of information of the target house source, there is usually a need to switch from the host page to any one of the detail pages, or to switch among the detail pages. It should be understood that, in order not to affect the audio/video call between the target user and the target broker, in addition to integrating the home page and the plurality of detail pages into one container, the online watching function corresponding to the home page may also be integrated into the same container as the home page and the plurality of detail pages, wherein the audio/video call control corresponding to the online watching function is also integrated into the same container. Therefore, after the host page is switched to any one of the detail pages, the audio and video call control displayed in the host page is also displayed in any one of the detail pages, namely, the display of the audio and video call control cannot be influenced by page switching between the host page and the detail pages.
Specifically, after an online watching channel and an audio and video channel are established between the server and the second terminal device, the method provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes:
and displaying the audio and video call control in the first page, and displaying the audio and video call control in the target detail page after the first page is switched to the target detail page.
The first page may be a host page, or may be any one of a plurality of detail pages that are embedded in the host page for display. It should be understood that when the first page is any one of a plurality of detail pages that are embedded in the host page for display, the any one detail page is different from the target detail page.
Fig. 5 is a schematic interface diagram after an online watching channel and an audio/video channel are established by a first terminal device and a second terminal device in an online watching method according to an embodiment of the present application. In fig. 5 (a), after the online watching channel and the audio/video channel are established with the second terminal device, an audio/video call control is displayed in the host page of the target house source, where the audio/video call control may include a nickname and a head portrait of a call object, a mute control, and a hang-up control. Fig. 5 (b) is a schematic diagram that after the host page is switched to the target detail page (taking the target detail page as a cell panoramic VR page of the target house source as an example), the audio/video call control is displayed in the target detail page. Namely, after the host page is switched to the target detail page, the position of the audio and video call control can be unchanged, and the audio and video call between the target user and the target broker is not influenced.
Optionally, the audio and video call control is displayed in a host page or a target detail page in a suspension manner; or the audio and video call control is displayed in a specified area of the host page or the target detail page.
When the audio and video call control is displayed on the host page or the target detail page, part of characters or pictures in the display area of the audio and video call control can be covered, so that the parts of characters or pictures in the host page or the target detail page are shielded, and the target user or the target broker is influenced to check the related information of the target house source. In view of the above, in the embodiment of the application, the audio and video call control can be displayed in a floating manner on the host page or the target detail page. When the audio and video call control is displayed in a host page or a target detail page in a suspended mode, the audio and video call control can be dragged to change the display position of the audio and video call control, and therefore the situation that a target user or a target broker views the relevant information of the target house source shielded by the audio and video call control is prevented from being influenced. In addition, the audio and video call control can be displayed in a specified area of the host page or the target detail page, and a user can check characters or pictures shielded by the audio and video call control by sliding the page up and down.
And step 140, sending the browsing picture of the target user on the first page to the second terminal device through the server based on the online watching channel.

Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an online tape-view frame for supporting online tape-view in an online tape-view method according to an embodiment of the present application. In fig. 6, the online tape view framework includes a Native layer, a host layer, and a Web layer. Wherein, the Native layer mainly provides audio and video call capability and some Native capability (log, authentication, etc.). The host layer is a core layer with a viewing frame and plays a role in going up and down. The Web layer corresponds to a service H5 page, can be flexibly applied, can be an existing Multi-page Application (MPA), or a micro front-end page, and can be viewed online as long as the Web layer has access to online viewing capability.
The host layer is connected with the Native layer downwards, the host layer communicates with the Native layer through a Hybrid channel, and the Hybrid channel is shared by the Native layer and the host layer. The atomic capability (dialing, answering, muting and the like) of the Native layer can be aggregated into the online watching capability. Meanwhile, the host layer is upwards butted with the Web layer, and the online watching capability can be endowed to the H5 page of the Web layer. The host layer may also provide some common components (such as those required for broker-side telephony functionality) to reduce the amount of development required by the Web layer to implement online webwatch functionality. In addition, the host layer also provides event playback and acquisition capacity, and is used for realizing the same-screen operation in the online watching process among different terminal devices.
The Web layer is used for accessing online live-watching capability provided by the host layer, and particularly realizes online live-watching of a plurality of pages of the target house source by using the iframe. Specifically, a host page can be integrated in the same container through iframe tags on a plurality of detail pages (such as a house source indoor/cell VR page and a peripheral matching page), and the host page and the detail pages are integrated in the same container, and meanwhile, on-line on-screen viewing related functions, such as muting, hanging up and communication with an app, are realized on the host page, and the functions are also integrated in the container, and on-screen operation events such as clicking/sliding between a first terminal device and a second terminal device in an on-line on-screen viewing process are realized by adding a monitoring event in the host page.
The target detail page is any one of a plurality of detail pages.
It should be appreciated that the online watchband request is typically triggered by the target user clicking on the online watchband control in seeing the target source that meets his needs, typically in the host page of the target source. Then, when the online watching channel and the audio/video channel between the first terminal device and the second terminal device are established through the server, the target user is already in a browsing state of a host page of the target house or any one of a plurality of detail pages, and the host page and any one of the detail pages usually support a vertical sliding function, so that the host page or any one of the detail pages entered by the target broker after responding to the online watching request also needs to be consistent with the host page or any one of the detail pages of the target user, thereby realizing the same-screen operation and display at two ends of the first terminal device and the second terminal device, and further realizing the online watching of the target house.
Specifically, after the online watching channel and the audio and video channel between the first terminal device and the second terminal device are established through the server, the browsing picture of the target user on the first page can be sent to the second terminal device through the server based on the online watching channel, so that the first page displayed by the second terminal device is consistent with the first page displayed by the first terminal device, that is, what position the first page is slid to by the target user is displayed, and the second terminal device of the target broker correspondingly displays the first page corresponding to the position.
Step 150, if receiving a first operation instruction initiated by the target broker on the first page by the second terminal device through the server according to the browsing image, executing the first operation instruction under the condition that audio/video interaction is performed between the target user and the target broker for the target house source through the audio/video channel without interruption, so as to switch the first page to the target detail page.

When the first page is a host page, the first page is switched to a target detail page, the target detail page can be displayed in a partial area in the host page, or the target detail page can also be completely displayed in an area of the host page in an overlapping manner, and at this time, the host page is only covered and is not closed.
When the first page is any one of the plurality of detail pages which are embedded in the host page for displaying, the first page can be switched to the host page in addition to the target detail page. At this time, the first page displayed in the host page may be closed, specifically, the upper right corner of the first page may display a related closed page control, and after the closed page control is triggered, the first page may be closed and the host page may be displayed.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an indoor VR page switched from a host page to a target room source, a peripheral supporting facility page of the target room source, and a cell VR page of the target room source in the online watching method according to the embodiment of the present application. In fig. 7 (a), the target user or the target broker may click on the indoor VR of the target house in the host page, and trigger an opening operation of the indoor VR page of the target house, so as to switch and display the host page as the indoor VR page of the target house, as shown in fig. 7 (b). At this time, in order to return to the host page or switch from the host page to the indoor VR page of the target house source again, the page switching control may be displayed at the bottom of the page, and after the indoor VR page of the target house source is opened, the page switching control may display two controls, namely "indoor VR" and "host page", and the "indoor VR" may present a highlight effect to prompt that the currently displayed page of the target user or the target broker is the indoor VR page of the target house source. Meanwhile, a close page control may also be displayed at the upper right corner of the indoor VR page of the target room source in fig. 7 (b), and after the close page control is triggered by operations such as clicking, the indoor VR page of the target room source is closed, and the host page of the target room source is switched and displayed.
On the basis of fig. 7 (b), if the target user or the target broker clicks the "host page" control below the page, the host page displayed to the target house source may be switched. At this time, if the target user or the target broker clicks the content displayed in the peripheral supporting facility area in the host page of the target house source, the opening operation of the peripheral supporting facility page of the target house source may be triggered, so that the host page is switched and displayed as the peripheral supporting facility page of the target house source, as shown in fig. 7 (c). At this time, in order to return to the host page, or switch from the host page to the indoor VR page of the target house source or the peripheral supporting facility page of the target house source again, three controls of "indoor VR", "peripheral supporting" and "host page" may be displayed in the page switching controls displayed at the bottom of the page, and the "peripheral supporting" may have a highlight effect, so as to prompt the target user or the target broker that the currently displayed page is the peripheral supporting facility page of the target house source. Meanwhile, a close page control may also be displayed at the upper right corner of the peripheral supporting facility page of the target source in fig. 7 (c), and after the close page control is triggered by an operation such as clicking, the peripheral supporting facility page of the target source is closed, and the host page of the target source or the indoor VR page of the target source may be displayed in a switchable manner.
On the basis of fig. 7 (c), if the target user or the target broker clicks the "host page" control below the page, the host page displayed to the target house source may be switched. At this time, if the target user or the target broker clicks the "cell panorama VR" control displayed in the cell information area in the host page of the target house source, the opening operation of the cell VR page of the target house source may be triggered, so that the host page is switched and displayed as the cell VR page of the target house source, as shown in fig. 7 (d). At this time, in order to return to the host page, or switch from the host page to the indoor VR page of the target house source, the peripheral supporting facility page of the target house source, or the cell VR page of the target house source again, four controls of "indoor VR", "peripheral supporting", "cell VR", and "host page" may be displayed in the page switching controls displayed at the bottom of the page, and the "cell VR" may present a highlight effect to prompt the target user or the target broker that the currently displayed page is the cell VR page of the target house source. Meanwhile, a close page control may also be displayed at the upper right corner of the cell VR page of the target source in fig. 7 (d), and after the close page control is triggered by an operation such as clicking, the cell VR page of the target source is closed, and a host page of the target source, an indoor VR page of the target source, or a peripheral supporting facility page of the target source may be switchably displayed.
In the above embodiment, different controls are displayed on different pages according to other page relationships to which the pages can be switched, but the invention is not limited to this. In another alternative embodiment, the same total amount of controls may be displayed on each page (including the home page and each detail page) by default, for example, the four controls "indoor VR", "peripheral matching", "cell VR", and "home page" are displayed simultaneously, and any one of the controls may be flexibly used as needed, which facilitates uniform control configuration on different pages.
Optionally, in order to facilitate various interactions between the target user and the target broker for the target house source during online watching, both the target broker and the target user may operate the first page during online watching, that is, the target broker and the target user may have equal operation permissions on the host page or the detail pages of the target house source. Specifically, after the browsing image of the target user on the first page is sent to the second terminal device through the server based on the online watching channel, the method provided by the embodiment of the present application further includes:
if a second operation instruction initiated by the target user on the first page is detected, executing the second operation instruction under the condition that audio and video interaction is carried out between the target user and the target broker for the target house source through the audio and video channel without interruption, and switching the first page to the target detail page;
and the second operation instruction indicates to switch from the first page to the target detail page, wherein the first page is a host page or any detail page borne by the host page, and any detail page is different from the target detail page.
The first page may be a host page, or may be any one of a plurality of detail pages that are embedded in the host page for display. It should be understood that when the target user triggers the online tape-view control, the page that is stopped is the host page, and then the first page is the host page. When the target user triggers the online viewing control, the stopped page is the other detail page except the host page, at this time, the first page is any one of the detail pages which are embedded in the host page for displaying, and the any one detail page is different from the target detail page to be switched.
Because the target broker needs to display and explain various information of the target house source in the online watching process, the target broker can be in a leading position in the online watching process under the default condition in the embodiment of the application in order to facilitate various operations of the target broker on the target house source. That is, in one embodiment, the target broker may have a priority right to operate, that is, after the online watching channel and the audio/video channel between the first terminal device and the second terminal device are established through the server, the target broker may preferentially click, slide, and the like on the host page.
Alternatively, the same-screen operation between the first terminal device and the second terminal device may be implemented by dual buffers on the sides of the first terminal device and the second terminal device, that is, an acquisition Buffer (described below) and a reception Buffer (described below), that is, a reception Buffer.
Optionally, in order to implement the priority operation right of the target broker on the home page, in the embodiment of the application, after the online watching channel and the audio-video channel between the first terminal device and the second terminal device are established through the server, the receiving buffer of the first terminal device is opened, and the collecting buffer of the first terminal device is closed, so that the conflict between the operation of the target user on the home page and the operation of the target broker on the home page is avoided. Specifically, receiving a first operation instruction, which is initiated by a target broker on a first page by a second terminal device via a server according to a browsing screen, includes:
opening a receiving buffer of the first terminal equipment, and closing an acquisition buffer of the first terminal equipment;
and receiving a first operation instruction which is initiated by a target broker forwarded by the second terminal equipment through the server on a first page according to the browsing picture based on the online watching channel, and writing the first operation instruction into a receiving buffer of the first terminal equipment.
The receiving buffer of the first terminal device is opened, so that a first operation instruction which is forwarded by the server and is initiated by the target broker on the first page according to the browsing picture can be received, and the acquisition buffer of the first terminal device is closed, so that the first terminal device can stop sending the operation instruction of the target user on the first page to the server. In addition, the receiving buffer of the first terminal device is used for writing the operation instruction from the second terminal device, and the writing into the receiving buffer is executed in sequence according to the writing sequence, so that the same-screen operation with the second terminal device is realized.
Meanwhile, the receiving buffer of the second terminal device is in a closed state, and the collecting buffer of the second terminal device is in an open state, so that the second terminal device can forward the first operation instruction of the second terminal device to the first terminal device through the server. Specifically, the acquisition buffer of the second terminal device is used for writing a first operation instruction of the second terminal device, the first operation instruction written into the acquisition buffer is sequentially sent to the server according to a writing sequence, and the first operation instruction is forwarded to the first terminal device through the server, so that the same-screen operation with the first terminal device is realized.
Alternatively, if the target broker does not operate on the first page after responding to the online watch-with-watch request, a preset time period may be set. If the target broker does not operate the first page within a preset time period after the target broker responds, the receiving buffer of the first terminal device may be closed, and the acquisition buffer of the first terminal device may be opened, so that the target user may operate the first page, and the target user is used as a leading factor to inquire the target broker about various information of the target house, so that online watching of the target house may be continued. Specifically, after the receiving buffer of the first terminal device is opened and the collecting buffer of the first terminal device is closed, the method provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes:
if the first operation instruction is not received within the preset time period, closing a receiving buffer of the first terminal device and opening an acquisition buffer of the first terminal device;
receiving a second operation instruction initiated by a target user on the first page, and writing the second operation instruction into an acquisition buffer of the first terminal device;
and sending the second operation instruction in the acquisition buffer of the first terminal device to the server based on the online watching channel, so that the server sends the second operation instruction to the second terminal device.
When the receiving buffer of the first terminal device is closed, the first terminal device does not receive the first operation instruction of the second terminal device forwarded by the server, and meanwhile, the acquisition buffer of the first terminal device is opened, so that the second operation instruction of the first terminal device can be forwarded to the second terminal device by the server. Obviously, in the process of transmitting the first operation instruction or the second operation instruction between the first terminal device and the second terminal device, the server only plays a role of forwarding, and does not perform any other operation on the first operation instruction or the second operation instruction.
It should be understood that the preset time period is also applicable to the first terminal device of the target user, that is, when the target user becomes a leading party in the online watching process, if the target user does not operate the host page or the multiple detailed pages of the target house source within the preset time period, the acquisition buffer of the first terminal device may be closed, the reception buffer of the first terminal device may be opened, the acquisition buffer of the second terminal device may be opened, and the reception buffer of the second terminal device may be closed, so that the target broker may operate the host page and the multiple detailed pages, and the target broker may explain various information of the target house source to the target user as a leading party, so that the online watching of the target house source may be continued.
Optionally, in order to implement online viewing on the basis of the existing page and reduce the modification amount of the code corresponding to the existing page as much as possible, in the embodiment of the present application, the same-screen operation of the first terminal device and the second terminal device in the online viewing process may be implemented through event collection and playback. When the target broker executes the first operation instruction on the home page of the second terminal, the same-screen operation of the first terminal device and the second terminal device in the online watching process can be realized through the following steps. Specifically, under the condition that audio and video interaction is performed between a target user and a target broker for a target house source through an audio and video channel without interruption, executing a first operation instruction to switch a first page to a target detail page, including:
the second terminal equipment acquires a first operation instruction executed by the target broker on the first page of the second terminal through a global monitoring event added to the document corresponding to the first page, wherein the first operation instruction also comprises an operation object corresponding to the first operation instruction;
the second terminal equipment determines an operation path corresponding to the first operation instruction from the document corresponding to the first page;
the second terminal equipment sends the operation path corresponding to the first operation instruction to the first terminal equipment through the server side;
the first terminal device executes the first operation instruction based on the operation path corresponding to the first operation instruction so as to switch the first page to the target detail page.
It should be understood that switching the first page to the target detail page is only one of the first operation instructions, and besides, the first operation instruction may further include sliding (including sliding operations such as up-down sliding and left-right sliding) the first page or the target detail page.
As shown in fig. 7, no matter whether the home page (fig. 7 (a)) is switched to any one of the indoor VR page (fig. 7 (b)) of the target house source, the peripheral supporting facility page (fig. 7 (c)) of the target house source and the cell VR page (fig. 7 (d)) of the target house source, the position of the av call control displayed in the page is unchanged, and the call between the target user and the target broker is maintained uninterrupted in the process.
According to the online watching method provided by the embodiment of the application, when a target user carries out online watching trigger operation aiming at a target house source in a host page, an online watching request can be sent to the second terminal equipment of a target broker through the server, so that when the target broker responds to the online watching request, after an online watching channel and an audio and video channel are established between the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment through the server, the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment can realize online watching operation between the target user and the target broker through the online watching channel, meanwhile, the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment can also realize real-time audio and video interaction through the audio and video channel to communicate online watching contents, and therefore whether the target house source is recorded with VR materials in advance or not can realize online watching. Moreover, the host page of the target house source can be associated with the plurality of detail pages of the target house source through the embedded page tag, and the plurality of detail pages and the host page are integrated in the same container, so that the host page can be switched to any target detail page associated with the host page or any detail page which is embedded in the host page for displaying can be switched to other detail pages under the condition that audio and video interaction is carried out between the target broker and the target user for the target house source through an audio and video channel without interruption, and the problem of audio and video call interruption between the user and the broker caused by page switching operation in the online watching process is solved.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating an implementation of the online watching method applied to the second terminal device of the target broker according to an embodiment of the present application. The method of fig. 8 may include:
step 810, receiving an online watching request, which is forwarded by the first terminal device through the server and is directed to the target room source, where the online watching request is sent according to an online watching trigger operation of the target user on a host page of the target room source.
The host page is associated with a plurality of detail pages of the target house source through page embedded tags, and the detail pages and the host page are integrated in the same container.
And 820, establishing an online watching channel and an audio and video channel with the first terminal equipment through the server according to the response of the target broker to the online watching request, wherein the audio and video channel is used for audio and video interaction between the target broker and the target user aiming at the target house source.
Optionally, in order to facilitate the target broker to track the potential users of the target source and improve the possibility of the deal of the target source, in the embodiment of the present application, the audio/video call control displayed by the second terminal device of the target broker may further include a control for acquiring contact information of the target user, and the control may trigger the request for acquiring the contact information of the target user after being clicked by the target broker. Specifically, after an online watching channel and an audio and video channel are established with a first terminal device through a server, an audio and video call control is displayed in a first page of a target house source, the audio and video call control is displayed in a target detail page after the first page is switched to the target detail page, and the audio and video call control comprises a control for acquiring contact information of a target user.
Fig. 9 is an interface schematic diagram that a second terminal device of a target broker displays a home page after an online watching channel and an audio and video channel are established with a first terminal device through a server in an online watching method according to an embodiment of the present application. In fig. 9, an audio/video call control is displayed on a host page of the second terminal device of the target broker, where the audio/video call control includes a control for acquiring contact information of the target user, that is, a call-requesting control shown in fig. 9, in addition to a nickname and a head portrait of a call target, a mute control, and a hang-up control.
In order to avoid that the contact information of the target user is randomly acquired to cause leakage of the contact information of the target user, after the control to be called shown in fig. 9 is clicked by the target broker, a prompt box can be popped up to the target user, whether the contact information of the target user is sent to the target broker or not is judged, so that the target broker is entrusted to provide services for the target user to interpret house-buying and room-selling policies, recommend high-quality house resources, consult house-buying and selling problems and reserve real zones, and the prompt box can also comprise an agreement entrusting control. After the target user clicks the agreement delegation control, the server side can send the contact information of the target user to the second terminal device of the target broker.
And step 830, receiving a browsing picture of the target user on the first page, forwarded by the server through the first terminal device, based on the online watching channel.

Optionally, after receiving a browsing picture, on a first page, of a target user, forwarded by a server through a first terminal device, based on an online watching channel, the method further includes:
if a second operation instruction which is transmitted by the first terminal device through the server and is initiated by the target user on the first page according to the browsing picture is received, the second operation instruction is executed under the condition that audio and video interaction is carried out between the target broker and the target user on the target house source through the audio and video channel without interruption, so that the first page is switched to a target detail page;
and the second operation instruction indicates to switch from the first page to the target detail page, wherein the first page is a host page or any detail page which is embedded in the host page for displaying, and any detail page is different from the target detail page.
And 850, forwarding the first operation instruction to the first terminal device through the server based on the online viewing channel, so that the first terminal device executes the first operation instruction, and switching the first page to the target detail page.
In an implementation manner, in order to implement the priority operation right of the target broker on the host page in the online watching process, in this embodiment of the application, after the online watching channel and the audio-video channel between the first terminal device and the second terminal device are established through the server, the acquisition buffer of the second terminal device is opened, and the receiving buffer of the second terminal device is closed, so that the conflict between the operation of the target user on the host page and the operation of the target broker on the host page is avoided. Specifically, forwarding the first operation instruction to the first terminal device through the server based on the online watching channel includes:
opening an acquisition buffer of the second terminal device, and closing a receiving buffer of the second terminal device;
and based on the on-line watching channel, sending the first operation instruction to the server through the acquisition buffer of the second terminal device so as to send the operation instruction to the first terminal device by using the server.
When the collection buffer of the second terminal device is opened, the first operation instruction initiated by the target broker can be sent to the server and forwarded to the first terminal device through the server, and when the receiving buffer of the second terminal device is closed, the operation instruction of the target user to the host page in the first terminal device forwarded by the server can be stopped from being received. In addition, the acquisition buffer of the second terminal device is used for writing the first operation instruction of the second terminal device, the first operation instruction written into the acquisition buffer is sequentially sent to the server according to the writing sequence, and the first operation instruction is forwarded to the first terminal device through the server, so that the same-screen operation with the first terminal device is realized.
Meanwhile, the receiving buffer of the first terminal device is in an open state, the acquisition buffer of the first terminal device is in a closed state, so that the first terminal device can receive a first operation instruction of the second terminal device forwarded by the server, the first operation instruction is written into the receiving buffer of the first terminal device, and the receiving buffer of the first terminal device sequentially executes according to the writing sequence of the first operation instruction, so that the same-screen operation with the second terminal device is realized.
Alternatively, if the target broker does not operate on the host page after responding to the online watch-with-watch request, a preset time period may be set. If the target broker does not operate the host page within a preset time period after the target broker responds, the acquisition buffer of the second terminal device may be closed, the receiving buffer of the second terminal device may be opened, the receiving buffer of the first terminal device may be closed, and the acquisition buffer of the first terminal device may be opened, so that the target user may operate the host page, and the target user may be used as a leading party to inquire the target broker about various information of the target house, so that the online watching of the target house may be continued. Specifically, after the acquisition buffer of the second terminal device is opened and the receiving buffer of the second terminal device is closed, the method provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes:
if the operation instruction of the target broker on the first page of the target house source in the second terminal equipment is not acquired through the acquisition buffer of the second terminal equipment within the preset time period, closing the acquisition buffer of the second terminal equipment and opening the receiving buffer of the second terminal equipment;
and receiving an operation instruction of a target user from the server on a first page of the target room source in the first terminal equipment through a receiving buffer of the second terminal equipment based on the online watching channel.
When the acquisition buffer of the second terminal device is closed, the second terminal device does not send the first operation instruction in the second terminal device to the server, and meanwhile, the receiving buffer of the second terminal device is opened, so that the second operation instruction of the first terminal device can be forwarded to the second terminal device through the server.
It should be understood that the preset time period is also applicable to the first terminal device of the target user, that is, when the target user becomes a leading party in the online watching process, if the target user does not operate the host page or the multiple detailed pages of the target house source within the preset time period, the acquisition buffer of the first terminal device may be closed, the reception buffer of the first terminal device may be opened, the acquisition buffer of the second terminal device may be opened, and the reception buffer of the second terminal device may be closed, so that the target broker may operate the host page and the multiple detailed pages, and the target broker may explain various information of the target house source to the target user as a leading party, so that the online watching of the target house source may be continued.
The specific implementation of the relevant steps in the embodiment shown in fig. 8 may refer to the specific implementation of the corresponding steps in the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 7, and one or more embodiments of the present application are not described herein again.
According to the online watching method provided by the embodiment of the application, when a target user carries out online watching trigger operation aiming at a target house source in a host page, an online watching request can be sent to the second terminal equipment of a target broker through the server, so that when the target broker responds to the online watching request, after an online watching channel and an audio and video channel are established between the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment through the server, the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment can realize online watching operation between the target user and the target broker through the online watching channel, meanwhile, the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment can also realize real-time audio and video interaction through the audio and video channel to communicate online watching contents, and therefore whether the target house source is recorded with VR materials in advance or not can realize online watching. Moreover, the host page of the target house source can be associated with the plurality of detail pages of the target house source through the embedded page tag, and the plurality of detail pages and the host page are integrated in the same container, so that the host page can be switched to any target detail page associated with the host page or any detail page which is embedded in the host page for displaying can be switched to other detail pages under the condition that audio and video interaction is carried out between the target broker and the target user for the target house source through an audio and video channel without interruption, and the problem of audio and video call interruption between the user and the broker caused by page switching operation in the online watching process is solved.
Fig. 10 is a schematic implementation flow diagram of an application of the online viewing method to the server according to an embodiment of the present application. The method of FIG. 10 may include:
step 1010, in response to the online watching-with-watching trigger operation of the target user for the target house source in the host page of the target house source displayed by the first terminal device, sending an online watching-with-watching request of the target house source to the second terminal device of the target broker.
The host page is associated with a plurality of detail pages of the target house source through page embedded tags, and the detail pages and the host page are integrated in the same container.
And the second terminal equipment is the terminal equipment used by the target broker matched with the target house source.
Step 1020, in response to the response of the target broker to the online watching request, establishing an online watching channel and an audio/video channel between the first terminal device and the second terminal device, where the audio/video channel is used for performing audio/video interaction between the target broker and the target user with respect to the target house source.
And step 1030, sending the browsing image of the first page of the target user in the first terminal device to the second terminal device based on the online watching channel.
Step 1040, receiving a first operation instruction initiated by the target broker in the second terminal device in the first page according to the browsing screen based on the online watching channel, and sending the first operation instruction to the first terminal device.
The first operation instruction comprises an operation instruction for switching from a first page to a target detail page, the target detail page is one of the detail pages, when the first terminal device and the second terminal device execute the first operation instruction, audio and video interaction of the target broker and a target user on a target house source through an audio and video channel is not interrupted, the first page is the host page or any detail page embedded in the host page for displaying, and any detail page is different from the target detail page.
Optionally, after the browsing screen of the first page of the target user in the first terminal device is sent to the second terminal device based on the online watching channel, the method further includes:
if a second operation instruction initiated by a target user in the first terminal equipment in the first page according to the browsing picture is received, sending the second operation instruction to second terminal equipment;
the second operation instruction comprises an operation instruction which is switched from a first page to a target detail page, the target detail page is one of the detail pages, when the first terminal device and the second terminal device execute the second operation instruction, audio and video interaction of the target broker and a target user on a target house source through an audio and video channel is not interrupted, the first page is a host page or any detail page which is embedded in the host page and displayed, and any detail page is different from the target detail page.
Specific implementation of relevant steps in the embodiment shown in fig. 10 may refer to specific implementation of corresponding steps in the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to fig. 8, and details of one or more embodiments of the present application are not repeated herein.
According to the online watching method provided by the embodiment of the application, when a target user carries out online watching trigger operation aiming at a target house source in a host page, an online watching request can be sent to the second terminal equipment of a target broker through the server, so that when the target broker responds to the online watching request, after an online watching channel and an audio and video channel are established between the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment through the server, the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment can realize online watching operation between the target user and the target broker through the online watching channel, meanwhile, the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment can also realize real-time audio and video interaction through the audio and video channel to communicate online watching contents, and therefore whether the target house source is recorded with VR materials in advance or not can realize online watching. Moreover, the host page of the target house source can be associated with the plurality of detail pages of the target house source through the embedded page tag, and the plurality of detail pages and the host page are integrated in the same container, so that the host page can be switched to any target detail page associated with the host page or any detail page which is embedded in the host page for displaying can be switched to other detail pages under the condition that audio and video interaction is carried out between the target broker and the target user for the target house source through an audio and video channel without interruption, and the problem of audio and video call interruption between the user and the broker caused by page switching operation in the online watching process is solved.
It should be noted that in some of the flows described in the above embodiments and the drawings, a plurality of operations are included in a specific order, but it should be clearly understood that the operations may be executed out of the order presented herein or in parallel, and the sequence numbers of the operations, such as 110, 120, etc., are merely used for distinguishing different operations, and the sequence numbers do not represent any execution order per se. Additionally, the flows may include more or fewer operations, and the operations may be performed sequentially or in parallel. It should be noted that, the descriptions of "first", "second", etc. in this document are used for distinguishing different messages, devices, modules, etc., and do not represent a sequential order, nor limit the types of "first" and "second" to be different.
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of an online tape-reading apparatus applied to a first terminal device according to still another exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 11, the apparatus includes:
the page display module 111 is configured to display a host page of a target room source, where the host page is associated with multiple detail pages of the target room source through a page embedded tag, and the multiple detail pages and the host page are integrated in the same container;
a request sending module 112, configured to respond to an online watching trigger operation on the host page for the target house source, send an online watching request of the target house source to a server, so that the server sends the online watching request to a second terminal device of the target broker;

Further optionally, after the image sending module 114 sends the browsing image of the target user on the first page to the second terminal device through the server based on the online watching channel, the apparatus further includes:
the first execution module is used for executing a second operation instruction and switching the first page to the target detail page under the condition that audio and video interaction is carried out between the target user and the target broker for the target house source through the audio and video channel without interruption if the second operation instruction initiated by the target user on the first page is detected;

and receiving a first operation instruction initiated by the target broker forwarded by the second terminal equipment through the server on the first page according to the browsing picture based on the online watching channel, and writing the first operation instruction into a receiving buffer of the first terminal equipment.
Further optionally, after instructing the receiving module 114 to open the receiving buffer of the first terminal device and close the collecting buffer of the first terminal device, the apparatus further includes:
the buffer switch module is used for closing the receiving buffer of the first terminal equipment and opening the acquisition buffer of the first terminal equipment if the first operation instruction is not received within a preset time period;

a request receiving module 121, configured to receive an online watching request, which is forwarded by a first terminal device through a server and is addressed to a target room source, where the online watching request is sent according to an online watching trigger operation of a target user on a host page of the target room source, the host page is associated with multiple detail pages of the target room source through a page embedded tag, and the multiple detail pages and the host page are integrated in a same container;

Further optionally, after the image receiving module 123 receives, based on the online watching channel, a browsing image, on a first page, of the target user, forwarded by the first terminal device through the server, the apparatus further includes:
a first execution module, configured to, if a second operation instruction, which is initiated on the first page by the target user according to the browsing picture and forwarded by the first terminal device through the server, is received, execute the second operation instruction to switch the first page to a target detail page under the condition that audio/video interaction is performed between the target broker and the target user for the target house source through the audio/video channel without interruption;

and based on the online watching channel, sending the operation instruction to the server through the acquisition buffer of the second terminal device so as to utilize the server to send the first operation instruction to the first terminal device.
Further optionally, after the channel establishing module 122 opens the collecting buffer of the second terminal device and closes the receiving buffer of the second terminal device, the apparatus further includes:
a buffer closing module, configured to close an acquisition buffer of the second terminal device and open a receiving buffer of the second terminal device if an operation instruction of the target broker on the first page of the target source in the second terminal device is not acquired through the acquisition buffer of the second terminal device within a preset time period;

Further optionally, after an online watching channel and an audio and video channel are established with the first terminal device through the server, an audio and video call control is displayed in a host page of the target house source, and after the first page is switched to the target detail page, the audio and video call control is displayed in the target detail page, where the audio and video call control includes a control for acquiring contact information of the target user.

Fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of an online tape-reading apparatus applied to a server device according to yet another exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 13, the apparatus includes:
the request sending module 131 is configured to send an online watching request of a target house source to a second terminal device of a target broker in response to an online watching trigger operation of a target user for the target house source in a host page of the target house source displayed by a first terminal device, where the host page is associated with multiple detail pages of the target house source through a page embedded tag, and the multiple detail pages and the host page are integrated in a same container;

The specific implementation of the on-line tape-reading apparatus shown in fig. 13 has been described in detail in the embodiment of the on-line tape-reading method, and will not be elaborated herein.
Fig. 14 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. Providing a graphical user interface through terminal equipment, wherein the content displayed by the graphical user interface comprises a host page of a target house source, the host page is associated with a plurality of detail pages of the target house source through page embedded tags, and the detail pages and the host page are integrated in the same container. Referring to fig. 14, the terminal device includes: a memory 141 and a processor 142.
Memory 141 is used to store computer programs and may be configured to store other various data to support operations on the computing platform. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the computing platform, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth.
The memory 141 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile storage devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
A processor 142, coupled to the memory 141, for executing the computer program in the memory 141 to: responding to the online watching trigger operation aiming at the target house source on the host page, and sending an online watching request of the target house source to a server so that the server sends the online watching request to a second terminal device of a target broker; under the condition that the target broker responds to the online watching request, an online watching channel and an audio and video channel are established between the server and the second terminal device, wherein the audio and video channel is used for audio and video interaction between the target broker and the target user aiming at the target house source; based on the online watching channel, sending a browsing picture of the target user on a first page to the second terminal device through the server; if a first operation instruction which is initiated on the first page by the target broker according to the browsing picture and forwarded by the second terminal device through the server is received, the first operation instruction is executed under the condition that audio and video interaction is performed between the target user and the target broker for the target house source through the audio and video channel without interruption, so that the first page is switched to a target detail page, the first operation instruction indicates that the first page is switched to the target detail page, the first page is the host page or any detail page which is embedded in the host page to be displayed, and the any detail page is different from the target detail page.
Further optionally, after the processor 142 sends the browsing image of the target user on the first page to the second terminal device through the server based on the online watching channel, the following steps are also performed:
if a second operation instruction initiated by the target user on the first page is detected, executing the second operation instruction and switching the first page to a target detail page under the condition that audio and video interaction is carried out between the target user and the target broker for the target house source through the audio and video channel without interruption;
the second operation instruction indicates switching from the first page to the target detail page, wherein the first page is the host page or any detail page borne by the host page, and the any detail page is different from the target detail page.
Further optionally, when the processor 142 receives, based on the online watching channel, a first operation instruction, initiated by the target broker on the first page according to the browsing screen and forwarded by the second terminal device through the server, the first operation instruction is specifically configured to:
opening a receiving buffer of the first terminal equipment, and closing an acquisition buffer of the first terminal equipment;
and receiving a first operation instruction which is initiated by the target broker and forwarded by the second terminal equipment through the server according to the browsing picture on the first page based on the online watching channel, and writing the first operation instruction into a receiving buffer of the first terminal equipment.
Further optionally, after the receiving buffer of the first terminal device is opened and the collecting buffer of the first terminal device is closed, the processor 142 is further configured to:
if the first operation instruction is not received within a preset time period, closing a receiving buffer of the first terminal device and opening an acquisition buffer of the first terminal device;
receiving a second operation instruction initiated by the target user on the first page, and writing the second operation instruction into an acquisition buffer of the first terminal device;

In addition, the components within the dashed line frame in fig. 14 are optional components, not necessary components, and may be determined according to the product form of the terminal device. Accordingly, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, where the computer program can implement the steps that can be executed by the terminal device in the foregoing method embodiments when executed.
The communication component is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the device in which the communication component is located and other devices. The device where the communication component is located can access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as a WiFi, a 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G and other mobile communication networks, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
The display includes a screen, which may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation.
The power supply assembly provides power for various components of the equipment where the power supply assembly is located. The power components may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device in which the power component is located.
The audio component may be configured to output and/or input an audio signal. For example, the audio component includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive an external audio signal when the device in which the audio component is located is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in a memory or transmitted via a communication component. In some embodiments, the audio assembly further comprises a speaker for outputting audio signals.
Fig. 15 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. Providing a graphical user interface through terminal equipment, wherein the content displayed by the graphical user interface comprises a host page of a target house source, the host page is associated with a plurality of detail pages of the target house source through page embedded tags, and the detail pages and the host page are integrated in the same container. Referring to fig. 15, the terminal device includes: a memory 151 and a processor 152.
Memory 151 is used to store computer programs and may be configured to store other various data to support operations on the computing platform. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the computing platform, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth.
The memory 151 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
A processor 152, coupled to the memory 151, for executing computer programs in the memory 151 for: receiving an online watching request which is forwarded by a first terminal device through a server and aims at a target house source, wherein the online watching request is sent according to an online watching triggering operation of a target user on a host page of the target house source, the host page is associated with a plurality of detail pages of the target house source through page embedded tags, and the detail pages and the host page are integrated in the same container; according to the response of a target broker to the online watching request, an online watching channel and an audio and video channel are established between the server and the first terminal device, wherein the audio and video channel is used for audio and video interaction between the target broker and the target user aiming at the target house source; receiving a browsing picture of the target user on a first page forwarded by the first terminal device through the server based on the online watching channel; if a first operation instruction initiated by the target broker on the first page according to the browsing picture is detected, switching the first page to a target detail page under the condition that audio and video interaction is performed between the target broker and the target user through the audio and video channel for the target house source without interruption, wherein the first operation instruction indicates switching from the first page to the target detail page, the first page is the host page or any detail page embedded in the host page for displaying, and the any detail page is different from the target detail page; and forwarding the first operation instruction to the first terminal equipment through the server based on the online viewing channel, so that the first terminal equipment executes the first operation instruction, and switching the first page to the target detail page.
Further optionally, after the processor 152 receives, based on the online watching channel, a browsing picture of the target user on the first page forwarded by the first terminal device through the server, the processor further performs:
if a second operation instruction initiated by the target user on the first page according to the browsing picture and forwarded by the first terminal device through the server is received, executing the second operation instruction under the condition that audio and video interaction is carried out between the target broker and the target user on the target house source through the audio and video channel without interruption so as to switch the first page to a target detail page;
the second operation instruction indicates switching from the first page to the target detail page, where the first page is the host page or any detail page embedded in the host page for displaying, and the any detail page is different from the target detail page.
Further optionally, when the processor 152 forwards the first operation instruction to the first terminal device through the server based on the online watching channel, the processor is specifically configured to:
opening an acquisition buffer of the second terminal device, and closing a receiving buffer of the second terminal device;
and based on the online watching channel, sending the operation instruction to the server through the acquisition buffer of the second terminal device so as to utilize the server to send the first operation instruction to the first terminal device.
Further optionally, after opening the acquisition buffer of the second terminal device and closing the receiving buffer of the second terminal device, the processor 152 is further configured to:
if the operation instruction of the target broker on the first page in the second terminal equipment is not acquired through the acquisition buffer of the second terminal equipment within a preset time period, closing the acquisition buffer of the second terminal equipment and opening a receiving buffer of the second terminal equipment;
and receiving a second operation instruction of the target user from the server side to the first page in the first terminal equipment through a receiving buffer of the second terminal equipment based on the online watching channel.
Optionally, after an online watching channel and an audio and video channel are established with a first terminal device through a server, an audio and video call control is displayed in the first page, and after the audio and video call control is switched to the target detail page, the audio and video call control is displayed in the target detail page, wherein the audio and video call control includes a control for acquiring contact information of the target user.
Further, as shown in fig. 15, the terminal device further includes: communications component 153, display 154, power component 155, audio component 156, and the like. Only some of the components are schematically shown in fig. 15, and it is not intended that the terminal device includes only the components shown in fig. 15. In addition, the components within the dashed box in fig. 15 are optional components, not necessary components, and may be determined according to the product form of the terminal device. The terminal device of this embodiment may be implemented as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a smart phone, or an IOT device, or may be a conventional server, a cloud server, or a server array. If the terminal device of this embodiment is implemented as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a smart phone, or other terminal devices, the terminal device may include components within a dashed line frame in fig. 15; if the terminal device of this embodiment is implemented as a server device such as a conventional server, a cloud server, or a server array, the components in the dashed box in fig. 15 may not be included.
Accordingly, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, where the computer program can implement the steps that can be executed by the terminal device in the foregoing method embodiments when executed.
The communication component is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the device in which the communication component is located and other devices. The device where the communication component is located can access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as a WiFi, a 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G and other mobile communication networks, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
The display includes a screen, which may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation.
The power supply assembly provides power for various components of the device in which the power supply assembly is located. The power components may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device in which the power component is located.
The audio component may be configured to output and/or input an audio signal. For example, the audio component includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive an external audio signal when the device in which the audio component is located is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in a memory or transmitted via a communication component. In some embodiments, the audio assembly further comprises a speaker for outputting audio signals.
Fig. 16 is a schematic structural diagram of a server device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 16, the server includes: a memory 161 and a processor 162.
Memory 161 is used to store computer programs and may be configured to store other various data to support operations on the computing platform. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the computing platform, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth.
The memory 161 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
A processor 162 coupled to the memory 161 for executing computer programs in the memory 161 for: responding to an online watching trigger operation of a target user aiming at a target house source in a host page of the target house source displayed by a first terminal device, and sending an online watching request of the target house source to a second terminal device of a target broker, wherein the host page is associated with a plurality of detail pages of the target house source through page embedded tags, and the detail pages and the host page are integrated in the same container; responding to the response of the target broker to the online watching request, establishing an online watching channel and an audio and video channel of the first terminal device and the second terminal device, wherein the audio and video channel is used for audio and video interaction between the target broker and the target user aiming at a target house source; sending a browsing picture of a first page of the target user in the first terminal device to the second terminal device based on the online watching channel; if a first operation instruction initiated by the target broker in the second terminal device according to the browsing picture in the first page is received, sending the first operation instruction to the first terminal device; the first operation instruction comprises an operation instruction for switching from the first page to the target detail page, the target detail page is one of the detail pages, when the first terminal device and the second terminal device execute the first operation instruction, audio and video interaction of the target broker and the target user on the target house source through the audio and video channel is not interrupted, the first page is the host page or any detail page embedded in the host page for displaying, and the any detail page is different from the target detail page.
Further optionally, after the processor 162 performs, based on the online watching channel, sending the browsing screen of the first page of the target user in the first terminal device to the second terminal device, further performs:
if a second operation instruction initiated by the target user in the first page according to the browsing image in the first terminal device is received, sending the second operation instruction to the second terminal device;
the second operation instruction comprises an operation instruction for switching from the first page to the target detail page, the target detail page is one of the detail pages, when the first terminal device and the second terminal device execute the second operation instruction, audio and video interaction of the target broker and the target user on the target house source through the audio and video channel is not interrupted, the first page is the host page or any detail page embedded in the host page for displaying, and the any detail page is different from the target detail page.
Further, as shown in fig. 16, the server device further includes: communications component 163 and power component 164, among other components. Only some of the components are schematically shown in fig. 16, and the server device is not meant to include only the components shown in fig. 16. The server-side device of this embodiment may be a conventional server, a cloud server, or a server array.
Accordingly, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, where the computer program is capable of implementing the steps that can be executed by the server device in the foregoing method embodiments when executed.

Claims (20)

1. An online watching method, applied to a first terminal device of a target user, the method comprising:
displaying a host page of a target room source, wherein the host page is associated with a plurality of detail pages of the target room source through page embedded tags, and the detail pages and the host page are integrated in the same container;
responding to the online watching trigger operation aiming at the target house source on the host page, and sending an online watching request of the target house source to a server so that the server sends the online watching request to second terminal equipment of a target broker;
under the condition that the target broker responds to the online watching request, an online watching channel and an audio and video channel are established with the second terminal equipment through the server, wherein the audio and video channel is used for audio and video interaction between the target broker and the target user aiming at the target house source;
based on the online watching channel, sending a browsing picture of the target user on a first page to the second terminal device through the server;
if a first operation instruction initiated by the target broker on the first page according to the browsing picture by the second terminal device forwarded by the server is received, and under the condition that audio and video interaction is performed on the target house source between the target user and the target broker through the audio and video channel without interruption, the first operation instruction is executed so as to switch the first page to a target detail page, wherein the first operation instruction indicates to switch from the first page to the target detail page, the first page is the host page or any detail page embedded in the host page for displaying, and the any detail page is different from the target detail page.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the browsing screen of the target user on the first page is sent to the second terminal device through the server based on the online watching channel, the method further comprises:
if a second operation instruction initiated by the target user on the first page is detected, executing the second operation instruction under the condition that audio and video interaction is carried out between the target user and the target broker for the target house source through the audio and video channel without interruption, and switching the first page to the target detail page;
the second operation instruction indicates switching from the first page to the target detail page, wherein the first page is the host page or any detail page borne by the host page, and the any detail page is different from the target detail page.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving the first operation instruction initiated by the target broker on the first page by the second terminal device via the server according to the browsing screen comprises:
opening a receiving buffer of the first terminal device, and closing an acquisition buffer of the first terminal device;
and receiving a first operation instruction initiated by the target broker forwarded by the second terminal equipment through the server on the first page according to the browsing picture based on the online watching channel, and writing the first operation instruction into a receiving buffer of the first terminal equipment.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after said opening the receive buffer of the first terminal device and closing the acquisition buffer of the first terminal device, the method further comprises:
if the first operation instruction is not received within a preset time period, closing a receiving buffer of the first terminal device and opening an acquisition buffer of the first terminal device;
receiving a second operation instruction initiated by the target user on the first page, and writing the second operation instruction into an acquisition buffer of the first terminal device;
and sending the second operation instruction in the acquisition buffer of the first terminal device to the server based on the online watching channel, so that the server sends the second operation instruction to the second terminal device.
5. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the plurality of detail pages includes at least one of:
an indoor Virtual Reality (VR) page of the target room source;
a peripheral supporting facility page of the target house source;
and the cell VR page of the target house source.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after the establishing an online watching channel and an audio-video channel with a second terminal device through a server, the method further comprises:
and displaying an audio and video call control in the first page, and displaying the audio and video call control in the target detail page after the first page is switched to the target detail page.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the audio-video call control is displayed in suspension in the host page or the target details page; or
And the audio and video call control is displayed in a specified area of the host page or the target detail page.
8. An online bring-to-watch method applied to a second terminal device of a target broker, the method comprising:
receiving an online watching request which is forwarded by a first terminal device through a server and aims at a target house source, wherein the online watching request is sent according to an online watching triggering operation of a target user on a host page of the target house source, the host page is associated with a plurality of detail pages of the target house source through page embedded tags, and the detail pages and the host page are integrated in the same container;
according to the response of a target broker to the online watching request, an online watching channel and an audio and video channel are established between the server and the first terminal device, wherein the audio and video channel is used for audio and video interaction between the target broker and the target user aiming at the target house source;
receiving a browsing picture of the target user on a first page forwarded by the first terminal device through the server based on the online watching channel;
if a first operation instruction initiated by the target broker on the first page according to the browsing picture is detected, switching the first page to a target detail page under the condition that audio and video interaction is performed between the target broker and the target user through the audio and video channel for the target house source without interruption, wherein the first operation instruction indicates switching from the first page to the target detail page, the first page is the host page or any detail page embedded in the host page for displaying, and the any detail page is different from the target detail page; and
and forwarding the first operation instruction to the first terminal equipment through the server based on the online viewing channel, so that the first terminal equipment executes the first operation instruction, and the first page is switched to the target detail page.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein after receiving a browsing screen of the target user on a first page forwarded by the first terminal device via the server based on the online watching channel, the method further comprises:
if a second operation instruction which is initiated on the first page by the target user according to the browsing picture and is forwarded by the first terminal device through the server is received, the second operation instruction is executed under the condition that audio and video interaction is carried out between the target broker and the target user for the target house source through the audio and video channel without interruption, so that the first page is switched to a target detail page;
the second operation instruction indicates switching from the first page to the target detail page, where the first page is the host page or any detail page embedded in the host page for displaying, and the any detail page is different from the target detail page.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein forwarding the first operation instruction to the first terminal device through the server based on the online watchband channel comprises:
opening an acquisition buffer of the second terminal device, and closing a receiving buffer of the second terminal device;
and based on the online watching channel, sending the operation instruction to the server through the acquisition buffer of the second terminal device so as to utilize the server to send the first operation instruction to the first terminal device.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein after opening the acquisition buffer of the second terminal device and closing the receive buffer of the second terminal device, the method further comprises:
if the operation instruction of the target broker on the first page in the second terminal equipment is not acquired through the acquisition buffer of the second terminal equipment within a preset time period, closing the acquisition buffer of the second terminal equipment and opening a receiving buffer of the second terminal equipment;
and receiving a second operation instruction of the target user from the server side to the first page in the first terminal equipment through a receiving buffer of the second terminal equipment based on the online watching channel.
12. The method of claim 8, wherein after an online watching channel and an audio and video channel are established with a first terminal device through a server, an audio and video call control is displayed in the first page, and after the audio and video call control is switched to the target detail page, the audio and video call control is displayed in the target detail page, and the audio and video call control comprises a control for acquiring contact information of the target user.
13. An online watching method is applied to a server side, and comprises the following steps:
responding to an online watching trigger operation of a target user aiming at a target house source in a host page of the target house source displayed by a first terminal device, and sending an online watching request of the target house source to a second terminal device of a target broker, wherein the host page is associated with a plurality of detail pages of the target house source through page embedded tags, and the detail pages and the host page are integrated in the same container;
responding to the response of the target broker to the online watching request, establishing an online watching channel and an audio and video channel of the first terminal device and the second terminal device, wherein the audio and video channel is used for audio and video interaction between the target broker and the target user aiming at a target house source;
sending a browsing picture of a first page of the target user in the first terminal device to the second terminal device based on the online watching channel;
if a first operation instruction initiated by the target broker in the second terminal device according to the browsing picture in the first page is received, sending the first operation instruction to the first terminal device;
the first operation instruction comprises an operation instruction for switching from the first page to the target detail page, the target detail page is one of the detail pages, when the first terminal device and the second terminal device execute the first operation instruction, audio and video interaction of the target broker and the target user on the target house source through the audio and video channel is not interrupted, the first page is the host page or any detail page embedded in the host page for displaying, and the any detail page is different from the target detail page.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein after sending the browsing screen of the first page of the target user in the first terminal device to the second terminal device based on the online watching channel, the method further comprises:
if a second operation instruction initiated by the target user in the first page according to the browsing image in the first terminal device is received, sending the second operation instruction to the second terminal device;
the second operation instruction comprises an operation instruction for switching from the first page to the target detail page, the target detail page is one of the detail pages, when the first terminal device and the second terminal device execute the second operation instruction, audio and video interaction of the target broker and the target user on the target house source through the audio and video channel is not interrupted, the first page is the host page or any detail page embedded in the host page for displaying, and the any detail page is different from the target detail page.
15. An online watching device applied to a first terminal device, the device comprising:
the page display module is used for displaying a host page of a target house source, the host page is associated with a plurality of detail pages of the target house source through page embedded tags, and the detail pages and the host page are integrated in the same container;
the request sending module is used for responding to the online watching trigger operation aiming at the target house source on the host page, and sending the online watching request of the target house source to the server so that the server sends the online watching request to the second terminal equipment of the target broker;
a channel establishing module, configured to establish an online watching channel and an audio/video channel with the second terminal device through the server, where the online watching channel and the audio/video channel are used for performing audio/video interaction between the target broker and the target user for the target house source, when the target broker responds to the online watching request;
the picture sending module is used for sending a browsing picture of the target user on a first page to the second terminal device through the server based on the online watching channel;
and if a first operation instruction which is initiated on the first page by the target broker according to the browsing picture by the second terminal device through the server is received, and the first operation instruction is executed under the condition that audio/video interaction is performed between the target user and the target broker for the target house source through the audio/video channel without interruption, so that the first page is switched to a target detail page, wherein the first operation instruction indicates that the first page is switched to the target detail page, the first page is the host page or any detail page which is embedded in the host page and is displayed, and the any detail page is different from the target detail page.
16. An online watching device applied to a second terminal device, the device comprising:
the system comprises a request receiving module, a server and a server, wherein the request receiving module is used for receiving an online watching request which is forwarded by a first terminal device through the server and aims at a target house source, the online watching request is sent according to an online watching trigger operation of a target user on a host page of the target house source, the host page is associated with a plurality of detail pages of the target house source through page embedded tags, and the detail pages and the host page are integrated in the same container;
a channel establishing module, configured to establish an online watching channel and an audio/video channel with the first terminal device through the server according to a response of a target broker to the online watching request, where the audio/video channel is used for performing audio/video interaction between the target broker and the target user for the target house source;
the image receiving module is used for receiving a browsing image of the target user on a first page, forwarded by the server through the first terminal device, based on the online watching channel;
the page switching module is configured to switch the first page to a target detail page if it is detected that the target broker performs audio and video interaction on the first page according to the browsing picture without interruption between the target broker and the target user through the audio and video channel for the target house source, where the first operation instruction indicates to switch from the first page to the target detail page, where the first page is the host page or any detail page embedded in the host page for display, and the any detail page is different from the target detail page; and
and the instruction forwarding module is configured to forward the first operation instruction to the first terminal device through the server based on the online watching channel, so that the first terminal device executes the first operation instruction, and the first page is switched to the target detail page.
17. An online watching device applied to a server device, the device comprising:
the system comprises a request sending module, a request sending module and a target broker, wherein the request sending module is used for responding to an online watching trigger operation of a target user aiming at a target house source in a host page of the target house source displayed by a first terminal device and sending an online watching request of the target house source to a second terminal device of the target broker, the host page is associated with a plurality of detail pages of the target house source through page embedded tags, and the detail pages and the host page are integrated in the same container;
the channel establishing module is used for responding to the response of the target broker to the online watching request, and establishing an online watching channel and an audio and video channel of the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment, wherein the audio and video channel is used for audio and video interaction between the target broker and the target user aiming at a target house source;
the image sending module is used for sending a browsing image of a first page of the target user in the first terminal device to the second terminal device based on the online watching channel;
the instruction sending module is used for sending a first operation instruction to the first terminal device if the first operation instruction initiated by the target broker in the second terminal device according to the browsing picture in the first page is received;
the first operation instruction comprises an operation instruction for switching from the first page to the target detail page, the target detail page is one of the detail pages, when the first terminal device and the second terminal device execute the first operation instruction, audio and video interaction of the target broker and the target user on the target house source through the audio and video channel is not interrupted, the first page is the host page or any detail page embedded in the host page for displaying, and the any detail page is different from the target detail page.
18. A terminal device, comprising: a memory and a processor; wherein the memory is used for storing a computer program; the processor is coupled to the memory for executing the computer program for performing the steps of the method of any of claims 1-7 or 8-12.
19. A server-side device, comprising: a memory and a processor; wherein the memory is to store a computer program; the processor is coupled to the memory for executing the computer program for performing the steps in the method of any of claims 13-14.
