The technical scheme of the invention is summarized as follows:
referring to fig. 9, a dial switch set may be disposed on an outdoor unit of the air conditioner, and the dial switch set includes a plurality of dial switches, each of which corresponds to one indoor unit of the air conditioner. Considering that if one indoor unit is far away from the outdoor unit, the number of refrigerant pipes needed to connect the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is large, one or more quick connectors (quick lengthening connectors) need to be arranged between the refrigerant pipes, and in order to compensate for the system pressure loss caused by the quick connectors, the corresponding dial switch can be turned on, so that the air conditioner detects a signal that the quick connectors are installed, the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner is corrected in real time based on the original standard opening degree, and the air conditioner runs with the corrected opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, thereby overcoming the prior technical defect that the system pressure loss is caused by having to adopt the quick connectors between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit due to the distance.

In fig. 1, the network communication module is mainly used for connecting a server and performing data communication with the server; and the processor 1001 may call the air conditioner control program stored in the memory 1005 and perform the steps in the following respective embodiments.
Based on the hardware structure of the controller, various embodiments of the air conditioner control method are provided.
The embodiment of the invention provides an air conditioner control method.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a control method of an air conditioner according to a first embodiment of the present invention; in a first embodiment of the present invention, an air conditioner control method includes the steps of:
step S10, detecting a preset signal on the air conditioner, wherein the preset signal represents an installed signal of a quick coupling of the air conditioner;
in this embodiment, the air conditioner includes at least an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, and refrigerant piping, lines, and other devices for connecting the indoor unit and the outdoor unit together. The air conditioner can be a single air conditioner (a single indoor unit is connected with a single outdoor unit) or a multi-air conditioner (a single outdoor unit is connected with a plurality of indoor units at the same time).
To facilitate understanding of the connection manner of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit through the refrigerant pipe in this embodiment, reference may be made to fig. 8, where in fig. 8, two indoor units and one outdoor unit are included, the indoor units and the outdoor units are connected through the refrigerant pipe, and a plurality of quick connectors including indoor/outdoor quick connectors and a plurality of quick lengthening connectors are further included between the indoor units and the outdoor units, where the quick lengthening connectors in the quick connectors are used to connect adjacent refrigerant pipes.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner can be provided with a dial switch group, and if the air conditioner is a single unit, one dial switch can be arranged in the dial switch group. If the air conditioner is a multi-split air conditioner, a plurality of dial switches can be arranged in the dial switch group, and each dial switch corresponds to a specific indoor unit.
As shown in fig. 9, the dial switch group in fig. 9 includes four dial switches with codes 1, 2, 3, and 4, and may correspond to indoor units with codes 1, 2, 3, and 4, respectively. The dial switch group can be opened by the opening or closing function of the corresponding dial switch, so that a preset signal is generated, the air conditioner can detect a signal that a quick connector between a target indoor unit and an outdoor unit corresponding to the dial switch is installed, the opening of an electronic expansion valve corresponding to the target indoor unit is corrected, and the system pressure loss of the air conditioner caused by the throttling effect of the quick connector is compensated.
In addition, when the dial switch is closed, a preset signal cannot be generated, and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is kept at the original normal standard opening degree.
Step S20, when the preset signal is detected, acquiring an opening correction value of the electronic expansion valve;
if the preset signal is detected, it is indicated that a quick connector exists between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit corresponding to the preset signal, then a table lookup can be further used to obtain an opening correction value of the electronic expansion valve corresponding to the indoor unit, and the opening correction value is used for correcting the opening of the electronic expansion valve in real time.
In one embodiment, the step S20 includes:
step a, when the preset signal is detected, determining a target indoor unit corresponding to the preset signal;
and b, acquiring an opening correction value of the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit.
When an installed signal of a quick connector of an air conditioner is detected, it is required to determine which indoor unit and outdoor unit the quick connector is installed between, because the multi-split air conditioner is that a plurality of indoor units are connected with a single outdoor unit, that is, it is required to determine a target indoor unit corresponding to the installed signal among the plurality of indoor units, only the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit is corrected, where the target indoor unit may be one or more, for example, the dial switches of code 1 and code 3 are in an open state, and the dial switches of code 2 and code 4 are in a closed state, the opening degrees of the electronic expansion valves of the target indoor units of code 1 and code 3 may be corrected at the same time, and the opening degree correction values of the electronic expansion valves of each target indoor unit may be the same or different, but are generally different.
According to the embodiment, the target indoor unit provided with the quick connectors is accurately determined, then only the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit is corrected, and the electronic expansion valves of other indoor units keep normal standard opening degrees, so that the air-conditioning system comprising a plurality of indoor units and a single outdoor unit can respectively and orderly control each electronic expansion valve, and the indoor space where each indoor unit is located can keep a good comfortable environment.
And step S30, correcting the opening of the electronic expansion valve according to the opening correction value so as to enable the air conditioner to operate according to the corrected opening of the electronic expansion valve.
After the opening correction value of the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit is obtained, the real-time target opening of the electronic expansion valve is obtained through calculation according to a preset calculation rule, the corrected opening of the electronic expansion valve is obtained by adding the opening correction value to the target opening, and the controller in the air conditioner controls the electronic expansion valve to operate at the corrected opening.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the step S30 is to correct the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve after the air conditioner operates stably, and optionally, the correcting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve according to the opening degree correction value includes:
step S31, acquiring a target exhaust temperature and a real-time exhaust temperature of the electronic expansion valve;
step S32, determining a target opening degree of the electronic expansion valve according to a difference value between the target exhaust temperature and the real-time exhaust temperature;
and step S33, correcting the target opening by using the opening correction value.
In this embodiment, the real-time exhaust temperature of the electronic expansion valve may be directly detected by the temperature sensor, the target exhaust temperature of the electronic expansion valve may be obtained by looking up a table according to a difference between a temperature set by a user and an actual indoor temperature, calculating a difference between the target exhaust temperature and the real-time exhaust temperature, and obtaining an adjustment step number of the electronic expansion valve, that is, a target opening degree of the electronic expansion valve according to the table look-up of the difference. And directly adding the obtained opening correction value to the target opening to obtain the real-time opening of the corrected electronic expansion valve.
According to the air conditioner control method in the technical scheme, through the step of detecting the preset signal on the air conditioner, namely through identifying whether the air conditioner is provided with the quick connector between the refrigerant distribution pipes of the air conditioner, the throttling effect of the quick connector is considered, and the abnormal system pressure loss of the air conditioner can be accurately and efficiently determined; through the step of obtaining the opening correction value of the electronic expansion valve when the preset signal is detected, the opening of the electronic expansion valve can be corrected accurately in real time to compensate the system pressure loss caused by the quick connector under the condition that the quick connector is installed between the refrigerant distribution pipes of the air conditioner and the pressure loss exists; and finally, correcting the opening of the electronic expansion valve according to the opening correction value so that the air conditioner operates according to the corrected opening of the electronic expansion valve, and compensating the system pressure loss caused by the quick connector according to the opening of the electronic expansion valve, so that the air conditioner can ensure that the internal pressure of the system is within an expected normal range in the operation process, the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner during refrigeration is further ensured, the occurrence of frosting during heating is reduced, and the comfort experience of a user when the air conditioner is used indoors is enhanced.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a control method of an air conditioner according to a second embodiment of the present invention; further, a second embodiment of the air conditioner control method of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the air conditioner control method of the present invention, and in this embodiment, the step S20 includes:
s21, acquiring a difference value between the ambient temperature and the temperature of the heat exchanger;
and S22, determining the opening correction value of the electronic expansion valve according to the target interval of the difference value.
Specifically, in an embodiment, when the current operation mode of the air conditioner is the cooling mode, the ambient temperature includes an indoor ambient temperature, and the heat exchanger temperature includes an indoor heat exchanger temperature.
A first difference value T1-T2 between the indoor environment temperature T1 and the indoor heat exchanger temperature T2 is obtained, a target interval where the first difference value T1-T2 is located can be determined according to the following table 1, and then the opening correction value delta Pn of the electronic expansion valve is determined through the target interval.
T1-T2 0~3 3~6 6~10 10~15 15~
△Pn △Pnc1 △Pnc2 △Pnc3 △Pnc4 △Pnc5
TABLE 1
As shown in table 1, when the first difference T1-T2 is in the target interval (0, 3), the corresponding opening degree correction value is Δ Pnc1, when the first difference T1-T2 is in the target interval (3, 6), the corresponding opening degree correction value is Δ Pnc2, when the first difference T1-T2 is in the target interval (6, 10), the corresponding opening degree correction value is Δ Pnc3, when the first difference T1-T2 is in the target interval (10, 15), the corresponding opening degree correction value is Δ Pnc4, when the first difference T1-T2 is in the target interval (15, ∞), the corresponding opening degree correction value is Δ Pnc5, and it should be noted that the larger the first difference T1-T2, the smaller the opening degree correction value Δ Pn is, that is Δ Pnc1 > [ Pn 2 ] > [ Δ Pnc3 > [ Δ > [ Pnc4 ].
Note that, the technical principle that the larger the first difference T1-T2 is in the cooling mode, the smaller the opening correction value Δ Pn is: the smaller the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is, the more obvious the throttling function is, the lower the temperature and the pressure of the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant liquid flowing through an evaporator (heat exchanger) of the indoor unit through the electronic expansion valve is, and under the condition that the difference between the indoor temperature and the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is larger, the temperature and the pressure of the refrigerant are reduced, so that the aim of quickly refrigerating the indoor environment is fulfilled, and the comfort level of a user is improved.
In another embodiment, when the current operation mode of the air conditioner is a heating mode, the ambient temperature includes an outdoor ambient temperature, and the heat exchanger temperature includes an outdoor heat exchanger temperature.
And acquiring a second difference value T4-T3 between the outdoor environment temperature T3 and the outdoor heat exchanger temperature T4, determining a target interval where the second difference value is located according to the following table 2, and determining the opening correction value delta Pn of the electronic expansion valve according to the target interval.

TABLE 2
As shown in table 2, when the second difference T4-T3 is in the target interval (0, 3), the corresponding opening degree correction value is Δ Pnh1, when the second difference T4-T3 is in the target interval (3, 6), the corresponding opening degree correction value is Δ Pnh2, when the second difference T4-T3 is in the target interval (6, 10), the corresponding opening degree correction value is Δ Pnh3, when the second difference T4-T3 is in the target interval (10, 15), the corresponding opening degree correction value is Δ Pnh4, when the second difference T4-T3 is in the target interval (15, ∞), the corresponding opening degree correction value is Δ Pnh5, and it should be noted that the larger the second difference T4-T3, the larger the opening degree correction value Δ Pn is, that Δ Pnh1 < pnh2 Δ < pnh3 Δ < pnh4 Pn 4 Pn 5.
It should be noted that the technical principle that the larger the second difference T4-T3 in the heating mode, the larger the opening correction value Δ Pn is that: the larger the opening of the electronic expansion valve is, the smaller the throttling function is, the higher the temperature and pressure of the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant liquid flowing through an evaporator (heat exchanger) in the outdoor unit through the electronic expansion valve is, and under the condition that the difference between the outdoor temperature and the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger is larger, the refrigerant is very easy to frost, the condition that the temperature and the pressure of the refrigerant are improved can be achieved, the frost of the outdoor unit can be reduced or avoided, and the uncomfortable indoor environment caused by the frost of the outdoor unit is prevented from being brought to users.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of an air conditioner according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is based on all the embodiments described above. Optionally, in this embodiment, the step S30 may further correct an initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve after the air conditioner is turned on, and as in the step S30, the method includes:
step S300, correcting the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve according to the opening correction value so that the air conditioner operates for a preset time according to the corrected initial opening of the electronic expansion valve;
wherein the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is the initial opening degree.
In this embodiment, the initial opening degree may be pre-stored in the memory of the air conditioner according to actual needs, and when the air conditioner is turned on, the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve may be directly obtained, and an initial opening degree correction value corresponding to the initial opening degree may be determined, where the initial opening degree correction value may refer to the opening degree correction value Δ Pn in tables 1 and 2, and may range to (0,400) steps. And adding the initial opening degree to the initial opening degree correction value to obtain the corrected initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, and operating the air conditioner according to the corrected initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve until the operation time reaches a preset time threshold, wherein the preset time threshold can be set according to actual needs, such as 30s, 1 min, 2 min and the like.
Optionally, after the air conditioner operates according to the corrected initial opening of the electronic expansion valve until the operation time reaches a preset time threshold, the air conditioner operates stably, and the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit is adjusted to a real-time target opening. In some embodiments, after the air conditioner is operated stably, the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit may further correct the target opening degree operation based on the opening degree correction value according to the embodiment of fig. 3.
The air conditioner is enabled to operate for a certain time period after being just opened and corrected by the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, so that the operation of the air conditioner and the stability of system pressure can be ensured, and the air conditioner is prevented from being damaged when the air conditioner is opened.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the method further includes:
step S100, acquiring the initial end refrigerant pressure and the tail end refrigerant pressure of the refrigerant tubing;
and step S200, when the pressure difference between the initial end refrigerant pressure and the tail end refrigerant pressure is greater than or equal to a preset pressure threshold value, executing the step of correcting the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve according to the opening correction value.
In this embodiment, if the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are connected by only a single refrigerant pipe, the starting refrigerant pressure and the end refrigerant pressure of the refrigerant pipe are generally determined according to the temperature set by the user and the air conditioning mode when the air conditioner is just turned on, and correspondingly, the pressure range in which the pressure difference between the starting refrigerant pressure and the end refrigerant pressure is located is also determined and stored in the controller of the air conditioner, but if the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are connected together by a plurality of refrigerant pipes, a quick extension connector as shown in fig. 8 needs to be installed between the plurality of refrigerant pipes, so that the starting refrigerant pressure and the end refrigerant pressure of the entire refrigerant in which the plurality of refrigerant pipes are combined cannot be determined without detection, the starting refrigerant pressure and the end refrigerant pressure of the entire refrigerant pipe need to be obtained, the pressure difference (absolute value) between the starting refrigerant pressure and the end refrigerant pressure is calculated, and whether the pressure difference (absolute value) between the starting refrigerant pressure and the end refrigerant pressure is greater than or equal to a preset pressure threshold value is determined, where the pressure threshold value in the pressure range is the maximum value, and the pressure of the storage device can be set in advance according to the actual storage mode that the storage device needs to determine, where: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the current user set temperature and the indoor environment temperature, and determining a corresponding preset pressure threshold according to the difference value between the user set temperature and the indoor environment temperature. If the pressure difference between the initial-end refrigerant pressure and the tail-end refrigerant pressure is greater than the preset pressure threshold, it indicates that the system pressure loss is large when the air conditioner is just started, and the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve needs to be corrected in time to keep the stability of the operation of the air conditioner and ensure the efficiency and the effect of air conditioning of the air conditioner. It should be noted that the initial opening correction value of the electronic expansion valve may also be determined by a pressure difference between a starting refrigerant pressure and a tail refrigerant pressure of the entire refrigerant pipe, and the larger the pressure difference is, the larger the initial opening correction value is.
Through the third embodiment of the invention, when the air conditioner is just started, the air conditioner can keep stable operation, and the system pressure loss caused by the quick connector is compensated, so that the air conditioner can more efficiently adjust the indoor air environment to reach the temperature expected by a user, and the comfort experience of the user is better.

6. after the time t, the air conditioner controller calculates and operates the real-time operation opening degree (opening degree of the voltage expansion valve) Pn of the electronic expansion valve
Pn=Pn0+△Pn
Pn0 is the real-time opening degree of the electronic expansion valve calculated by the controller according to a preset method when the dial switch is OFF; real-time correction when the delta Pn dial switch is ON.
