Wherein, according to the calculation of the longest period, the days and temperature and humidity data of the black garlic in the fermentation furnace are as follows:
the temperature and humidity of the first stage are 65 ℃ and 85,2 days;
the temperature and humidity of the second stage are 76 ℃, 95,8 days;
the temperature and humidity of the third period are 70 ℃ and 80,6 days;
the temperature and the humidity of the fourth stage are 66 ℃ and 70,4 days;
and in the fifth period, the furnace is stopped at the temperature of 60 ℃ and the humidity of 70,2 days.

in order to enable water to enter the humidifying assembly 4 through the second pipeline 605, the shunt pipes 402 are arranged through the interior of the liquid storage tank 401 in an extending mode, the shunt pipes 402 are connected with the second pipeline 605, the water storage frame 603 is controlled to supply water through the ball float valve 604, the outer end of each shunt pipe 402 penetrates through the liquid storage tank 401 and is connected with the second pipeline 605, therefore, the second pipeline 605 receives moisture in the interior of the water storage frame 603 under the control of the ball float valve 604, the transmitted moisture can be transferred into the shunt pipes 402 and finally transferred into the liquid storage tank 401, and the water supply operation of the humidifying assembly is achieved.
