Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarettes, in particular to a spice capsule and a cigarette, and the spice capsule comprises: forming a film; the forming film is bonded to form an inner cavity in a surrounding manner, the bonding material is hot melt adhesive, and one or more of natural perfume, artificial perfume and Chinese herbal medicine solution is placed in the cavity. In the above scheme, when the flue gas of cigarette section passes through the spices capsule, the hot melt adhesive suffers the heat of flue gas and melts, and the spices capsule splits, and the spices in the cavity can release, realizes the purpose of richening the flue gas taste.
As a preferred embodiment, the melting point of the hot melt adhesive is 50-80 ℃, and the hot melt adhesive with the melting point in the temperature range is far lower than the temperature of smoke in the smoking process, so that the hot melt adhesive is effectively ensured to be melted in the smoking process, and the spice in the spice capsule is released.
More preferably, the formed film 1 includes a first formed film 11 and a second formed film 12, the first formed film and the second formed film are bonded by the hot melt adhesive 2, and a hollow cavity is formed between the first formed film and the second formed film.
The first forming film and the second forming film are stacked up and down, and the hot melt adhesive for bonding is arranged on the peripheral side of the first forming film and/or the second forming film. The peripheries of the first forming film and the second forming film are bonded through hot melt adhesive, when smoke passes through the perfume capsules, the hot melt adhesive on the periphery can be melted, the possibility that the perfume capsules are heated and broken is effectively improved, and then the perfume in the cavity is released.
In a preferred embodiment, the molding film is a film made of one or more materials selected from polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and polylactic acid, and the molding film in this embodiment is preferably a polypropylene film. The first formed film has a thickness of 0.01 to 0.06mm; the second formed film has a thickness of 0.01 to 0.06mm.
The first forming film and the second forming film have the same structure, and the first forming film is a square film. Hot melt adhesives are arranged on four sides of the square film, the first forming film and the second forming film are adhered through the hot melt adhesives, and a cavity is formed in the middle of the first forming film and the second forming film; specifically, three corresponding sides of the first forming film and the second forming film can be bonded, an opening is reserved on one side to facilitate filling of the perfume 3, and after the perfume is filled, the side is sealed and changed by hot melt adhesive to form the perfume capsule with the perfume, which is detailed in fig. 2.
More preferably, the melting point of the hot melt adhesive on two opposite sides in the square spice capsules is lower than that of the hot melt adhesive on the other two opposite sides, and the side with the higher melting point is arranged in a direction vertical to the axis of the cigarette rod, namely vertical to the flow direction of the smoke suction, so that the contact surface between the smoke and the hot melt adhesive is increased, and the hot melt adhesive is guaranteed to be melted by the heat of the smoke; the side with the low melting point is relatively less contacted with the smoke, but can be melted due to the low melting point to release the smoke in the cavity.
The length of the perfume capsule is 10-20mm, and the width of the perfume capsule is 4-10mm.
Further, the first and second formed films are identical in structure, and the length of the first formed film is disposed in a proportional relationship to the width, including but not limited to 1:1 and 3.

1. A flavor capsule, comprising: forming a film; the forming film is bonded to form an inner cavity in a surrounding manner, the bonding material is hot melt adhesive, and one or more of natural perfume, artificial perfume and Chinese herbal medicine solution is placed in the cavity.
2. The flavor capsule of claim 1, wherein the hot melt adhesive has a melting point of 50-80 degrees celsius.
3. The flavor capsule of claim 2, wherein the formed film comprises a first formed film and a second formed film, the first formed film and the second formed film are bonded by a hot melt adhesive, and a hollow cavity is formed between the first formed film and the second formed film.
4. The flavor capsule according to claim 2, wherein the first and second formed films are placed one on top of the other, and the hot melt adhesive is provided around the first and/or second formed films for adhesion.

6. The flavor capsule of claim 5, wherein the first shaped film has a thickness of 0.01 to 0.06mm; the second formed film has a thickness of 0.01 to 0.06mm.
7. The flavor capsule of claim 6, wherein the first and second shaped films are identical in structure and the first shaped film is a square film.
8. The flavor capsule of claim 6, wherein the flavor capsule has a length dimension of 10 to 20mm and a width dimension of 4 to 10mm.
9. The flavor capsule of claim 6, wherein the first and second shaped films are of the same construction, the first shaped film being disposed in a length to width proportional relationship.
10. A tobacco rod comprising a flavour capsule according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
