Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil tea cultivation, in particular to a stock root grafting method for improved oil tea.
Background
Tea-oil camellia, another name: tea seed number, tea oil tree, and white flower tea; the tea-oil tree belongs to the family of tea, and is a evergreen middle-tree, so that its seed can extract oil for eating, so that it is a high-quality edible oil, its colour is clear and flavour, nutrient is rich, and it is a fertilizer, and can raise water-storage capacity of farmland and prevent and control pests in rice field, and its shell is a raw material for extracting baking gum and active carbon.
The grafting of the tea-oil tree radicle and the plantlet is the key for breeding the tea-oil tree seedling with high quality and forestation in scale, the conventional tea-oil tree grafting is a tea-oil tree hypocotyl grafting method, the grafting method is seriously insufficient in practice, the hypocotyl stem is fragile, and the scion grafting is easy to crack, so that the grafting success rate is reduced, moreover, after the grafting of the conventional grafting method, most seedlings directly grow in a field or a greenhouse, the nutrition is shared, so that the nutrition of part of the seedlings is uneven, the survival rate is reduced, and the later-stage transplanting is troublesome.

15 Sun light is irradiated on the improved camellia oleifera seedlings, and the raised improved camellia oleifera seedlings can be transplanted out of the nursery after the sun light reaches 11 days;
16 After transplanting, spreading a mixed fertilizer around the transplanted seedling, wherein the mixed fertilizer is a mixture of fermented chicken manure, pig manure, straw slag and compound fertilizer.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the grafting method has the advantages that all the rootstock buds of each section are cut into 5 cm and used as grafting branches, the quantity and the quality of the grafting rootstocks are improved, meanwhile, the grafting cost is reduced, in addition, the nutrition needed by the truncated rootstock seedlings can be more concentrated to the roots, so that the grafted rootstock seedlings can survive more easily, the success rate is effectively improved, in addition, the grafted rootstock seedlings are firstly subjected to fine maintenance in a pot culture mode, the soil used for pot culture is specially prepared, the black soil, the Fukang and the withered leaves which are rich in nutrition can promote rooting, simultaneously, the silt and the perlite which are easy to root can be mixed can be easily transplanted, the seedlings can be transplanted, the matrix can be looser due to the addition of the Fukang and the withered leaves, the soil has good air permeability and water retention performance, the survival rate is further improved, finally, the special fertilizer is spread after the transplanting, the farmyard manure also has a compound fertilizer, the dual fertilizer is more fertile, and the farmyard manure also has a compound fertilizer and can reduce the cost of purely adopting a compound fertilizer.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
