When the universal joint 18 drives the cutterhead 22 to rotate, the blades 23 on the outer side of the cutterhead 22 synchronously rotate, the blades 23 drive the auxiliary cutting edge 25 to rotate along the axial line of the cutterhead 22, and the auxiliary cutting edge 25 cuts the inner wall of the bamboo stump in the rotating process; as shown in fig. 3, when the standpipe 7 moves downwards, the secondary cutting edge 25 of the blade 23 cuts the inner wall of the bamboo stump in the rotating process and drives the main cutting edge 24 to cut the bamboo stump at the lower side of the cutter head 22 until the bamboo stump is completely cut up; the structure not only simplifies the complexity of bamboo growers in the use process, but also reduces the physical consumption of the bamboo growers in the bamboo stump crushing operation, and simultaneously can crush the bamboo stumps more closely and thoroughly, thereby improving the bamboo stump crushing effect.
In the shredding process, the handrails 4 can be lifted upwards by two hands, and when the handrails 4 are lifted upwards, the vertical pipes 7 can move upwards, so that the coupler 16 and the universal joint 18 are driven to move upwards, and the cutterhead 22 enters the inside of the outer cover 2 again, so that the purpose of chip removal is achieved; when the vertical pipe 7 moves upwards, the optical axis part of the vertical shaft 6 can be relatively and gradually inserted into the second through hole 20, the universal joint 18 can be limited by the optical axis part of the vertical shaft 6 again, the universal joint 18 can rotate along the axial direction of the vertical shaft 6 under the limitation of the optical axis part of the vertical shaft 6, the design can ensure the stability of the drill bit part of the guiding drill 21 in starting to rotate and cutting into bamboo joints in the middle of the bamboo stump, the guiding drill 21 can also be ensured to enter the outer cover 2 stably again, and the inner wall of the cutter disc 22 and the outer cover 2 is prevented from being scratched.
In a word, the bamboo stump crushing machine skillfully combines the structural shape of the bamboo stump, so that the bamboo stump crushing machine is simpler and more convenient to operate in the bamboo stump crushing operation, saves the physical output of bamboo farmers on the premise of ensuring the crushing effect, has the advantages of convenience in carrying, simplicity in operation, labor saving and high efficiency, and is very suitable for the bamboo stump crushing operation for the bamboo farmers.
