本发明涉及B32B37/12领域,更具体地,本发明涉及一种EB固化PVC胶带及其制备工艺。EB固化PVC胶带,包括接触的可辐照热熔压敏粘合层和PVC薄膜层。本申请中EB固化PVC胶带的制备工艺,采用EB交联固化的生产方法,采用电子束加速器对PVC胶带涂层进行固化,用电子束加速器取代了传统工艺中PVC胶带涂层固化所用的烘箱,解决了现有PVC胶带生产过程中的环保性差、能耗较高及涂布设备占地面积较大的通用问题,使用的涂布设备占地面积小,操作需要的人工少,可以大大提高生产效率。

一种EB固化PVC胶带及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及B32B37/12领域,更具体地,本发明涉及一种EB固化PVC胶带及其制备工艺。
背景技术
目前的PVC胶带均是在PVC薄膜上直接涂布溶剂型橡胶压敏粘合剂,然而该溶剂型橡胶压敏粘合剂导致得到的PVC胶带环保性差,限制了其应用。此外,目前的涂布工艺存在占地面积广,能耗高的缺陷。例如,以我们现有PVC胶带涂布机为例,1条生产速度为50米/分的PVC涂布线的长度为100米,宽度为8米。加上加热锅炉、溶剂回收装置等配套设施,总占地面积约为2000米2,总功率需要530KW。而且,由于热油管路输送距离较长,输送过程中热量损失特别大(特别是在北方的冬季),因而造成生产成本较高,无论从环境友好性还是从总能量耗用上,现存PVC胶带涂布工艺技术存在需要改进的可能和潜能。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的一些问题,本发明第一个方面提供了一种EB固化PVC胶带,包括接触的可辐照热熔压敏粘合层和PVC薄膜层。
在一种实施方式中,所述可辐照热熔压敏粘合层材料为可辐照热熔压敏粘合剂,熔融粘度为2500-3500cPs,优选为3000cPs。
本申请中熔融粘度的测试温度为140℃。
目前工业上采用的粘合剂为橡胶型热熔压敏粘合剂,然而其用于薄膜涂布时涂布工艺复杂,无法采用直接涂布法。申请人意外的发现,采用可辐照热熔压敏粘合剂,不仅可以在较低温度(130-150℃)下在聚氯乙烯薄膜基材上直接涂布,不会破坏基材,且具有较好的粘合性。申请人认为可能的原因是该特定条件的可辐照热熔压敏粘合剂,在130-150℃涂布时具有恰到好处的流动成膜性,增加了涂布的平整性。因此,本申请采用在140℃具有2500-3500cPs熔融粘度的热熔压敏粘合剂,相比于使用现有技术中170℃具有2500-3500cPs的粘合剂具有显著的优势。
本申请中PVC薄膜层和可辐照热熔压敏粘合层的厚度不做特别限定,本领域技术人员可根据实际需要做常规选择。
本发明第二个方面提供了一种所述EB固化PVC胶带的制备工艺,包括:将可辐照热熔压敏粘合剂于130-150℃直接热熔涂布在PVC薄膜表面,进行EB固化,即得。
本申请中可辐照热熔压敏粘合剂在PVC薄膜层表面的涂布方式不做特别限定,本领域技术人员可做常规选择,在一种优选的实施方式中,涂布时采用刮棒式无刮痕涂布头,具有调节简单,粘合剂厚度控制均匀的优点。
在一种实施方式中,可辐照热熔压敏粘合剂在PVC薄膜层表面的涂布量为15-20g/m2
优选的,涂布速率为20-50m/min,可以列举的有20m/min、25m/min、30m/min、35m/min、40m/min、45m/min、50m/min等。
一种EB固化PVC胶带生产设备,如图1所示,从左到右依次包括放卷机1、放卷蓄布机2、涂布装置3、电子加速装置4、收卷蓄布机6、收卷机7。
在一种实施方式中,所述EB固化PVC胶带生产设备在电子加速装置4和收卷蓄布机6之间设置有二辊冷却装置5。
在一种实施方式中,所述PVC胶带的制备工艺,包括:将PVC薄膜安装在放卷机的放卷轴上,并依次通过放卷蓄布机、涂布装置、电子加速装置、收卷蓄布机引出至收卷机的收卷轴,打开冷却辊,将涂布头靠近PVC薄膜,打开胶泵开关,调整涂布头和PVC薄膜基材之间的距离,进行涂布,同时根据涂布速度调整电子加速器电子束涂布线电子束输出辐射固化剂量,进行EB固化;其中,熔胶箱温度为130-140℃,涂布头温度为130-150℃。
在一种实施方式中,将PVC薄膜安装在放卷机的放卷轴上,并依次通过放卷蓄布机、涂布装置、电子加速装置、二辊冷却装置、收卷蓄布机引出至收卷机的收卷轴。
在一种实施方式中,辐射固化剂量为55-65KGY,优选为60KGY。
申请人意外的发现,在本申请EB固化工艺过程中,辐射固化剂量控制在本申请中范围之内,既能够提高可辐照热熔压敏粘合层和PVC薄膜层之间的附着力,同时无脱胶和解决无法解卷的问题,申请人认为可能的原因是该条件与本申请中特定熔融粘度的粘合剂以及涂布速率具有较好的相配性,辐照打断的自由基在相互之间重新组合后,交联得到稳定的三维网状分子结构,能够避免PVC薄膜被辐照穿透或者固化不完全,产生严重的背面脱胶和无法解卷现象,该方案降低了本申请中胶带的残废率。
在一种实施方式中,调整涂布头和PVC薄膜基材之间的距离为6-8mm,优选为7mm。
申请人在实验中意外的发现,当涂布头和PVC薄膜基材之间的距离为6-8mm时,进一步提高了产品的合格率,在生产过程中无任何的残次品,申请人认为可能的原因是控制在该距离范围之内,在涂布固化过程中,可辐照热熔压敏粘合剂与PVC薄膜基材具有较好的吸附力和结合作用力,同时在该距离范围之内,涂布头带给PVC薄膜基材的合适的温度,增加了粘合剂的成膜性和附着力,避免出现粘合层厚度不均,固化不均匀,导致收卷起褶皱,脱胶,造成废品的问题。而距离太大,不仅涂布厚度的控制性差,同时粘合剂外溢现象明显,距离太小,基材受到损伤,粘合层厚度也会受到影响。
此外,在本申请特定的粘合剂、涂布速率、辐射固化剂量以及涂布头和PVC薄膜基材之间的距离等,保证了固化后粘合层的厚度,收卷后无褶皱、脱胶问题,可能是链段打断和重新组合性好,保证了固化均匀性。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
(1)本申请中EB固化PVC胶带的制备工艺,采用EB交联固化的生产方法,采用电子束加速器对PVC胶带涂层进行固化,用电子束加速器取代了传统工艺中PVC胶带涂层固化所用的烘箱,解决了现有PVC胶带生产过程中的环保性差、能耗较高及涂布设备占地面积较大的通用问题,使用的涂布设备占地面积小,操作需要的人工少,可以大大提高生产效率。
(2)本申请EB固化PVC胶带的制备工艺具有固化速度快,最快可在0.05-0.1s固化完成,能满足大规模自动化生产线的要求。
(3)本申请可辐照热熔压敏粘合剂不含溶剂,在涂布加工过程中不需要添加溶剂回收***,具有环保和节能的优点,且该固化工艺,无挥发有机溶剂,无VOCs排放,是真正的绿色制造。
(4)本申请固化工艺能耗低、生产效率高,厂房占地面积小,环境整洁。
(5)本申请涂布设备配备了聚氯乙烯薄膜基材冷却***,防止了聚氯乙烯薄膜基材受到电子束照射受到破坏,有效的保护了聚氯乙烯基材,使其变形和褶皱、收缩最小化。
(5)本申请使用EB固化涂布,粘合剂通过电子束的辐射能量引发分子链聚合的方式直接在基材上成型,EB固化常温快速的特点可避免因热固化的高温对热敏感基材造成的损伤。

本申请实施例中涉及到的可辐照热熔压敏粘合剂,根据专利202110536562.8制备得到,通过调整物料含量得到所需的熔融粘度。
实施例1
一种EB固化PVC胶带,包括接触的可辐照热熔压敏粘合层和PVC薄膜层。其中,PVC薄膜层的厚度为77μm,宽度为1300mm,可辐照热熔压敏粘合层的材料为可辐照热熔压敏粘合剂,其粘合剂根据专利202110536562.8制备得到,在140℃的熔融粘度为30000cPs。涂布厚度为19μm。
EB固化PVC胶带的制备工艺,如下:
将PVC薄膜安装在放卷机的放卷轴上,并依次通过放卷蓄布机、涂布装置、电子加速装置、收卷蓄布机引出至收卷机的收卷轴,打开冷却辊,将涂布头靠近PVC薄膜,打开胶泵开关,调整涂布头和PVC薄膜基材之间的距离为7mm,进行涂布,涂布速率为40m/min,同时根据涂布速度调整电子加速器电子束涂布线电子束输出辐射固化剂量为60KGY,进行EB固化;其中,熔胶箱温度为135-140℃,涂布头温度为140-145℃;收卷张力为9.8NM,放卷张力为0.8NM;EB固化设备电压为95KV。
对该实施例得到的EB固化PVC胶带进行测试,测试结果见表1。

根据测试结果,本实施例得到的胶带根据GB/T2792-1998、GB/4852-1984、GB/T4581-1988测试均满足标准要求,且根据VW60360(LV312)评估其耐高温性能优异。

一种EB固化PVC胶带,具体实施例方式同实施例1,不同之处在于,可辐照热熔压敏粘合剂替换为早170℃的熔融粘度为30000cPs的热熔胶。

7.根据权利要求5或6所述EB固化PVC胶带的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括:将PVC薄膜安装在放卷机的放卷轴上,并依次通过放卷蓄布机、涂布装置、电子加速装置、收卷蓄布机引出至收卷机的收卷轴,打开冷却辊,将涂布头靠近PVC薄膜,打开胶泵开关,调整涂布头和PVC薄膜基材之间的距离,进行涂布,同时根据涂布速度调整电子加速器电子束涂布线电子束输出辐射固化剂量,进行EB固化;其中,熔胶箱温度为130-140℃,涂布头温度为130-150℃。
8.根据权利要求7所述EB固化PVC胶带的制备工艺,其特征在于,辐射固化剂量为55-65KGY。
9.根据权利要求8所述EB固化PVC胶带的制备工艺,其特征在于,调整涂布头和PVC薄膜基材之间的距离为6-8mm。
10.根据权利要求7所述EB固化PVC胶带的制备工艺,其特征在于,将PVC薄膜安装在放卷机的放卷轴上,并依次通过放卷蓄布机、涂布装置、电子加速装置、二辊冷却装置、收卷蓄布机引出至收卷机的收卷轴。
