Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种衬里软管,由至少三个软管层构成,特别是用于对输送流体的***进行翻新或者增强/补强。衬里软管包括:至少一个内侧软管层;至少一个中间软管层,该软管层具有一个由经线和纬线构成的无缝织物,其中经线沿着纵方向延伸和纬线沿着衬里软管的圆周方向延伸;和至少一个外侧软管层。另外,本发明还涉及一种具有这个衬里软管的压力管件以及用于利用衬里软管对已经铺设的旧流体管道进行翻新和用于对(新铺设的)压力管进行补强的方法。
背景技术
在例如用于对旧流体管道如已有的淡水管道或者排水管道进行翻新的这种类型软管***中,使用所谓的编织软管-重新加衬-方法。在这种情况下,将一个具有树脂浸渍的内层的编织软管-一个所谓的内衬-翻过来***需翻新的管道中,使得树脂浸渍层位于外侧。通过加载压力,树脂浸渍的外层与流体管道的内侧面粘合在一起。通过这种方式,需要翻新的管道能够得到翻新。
例如DE 10 2016 109 843 A1与此相关地说明了一种用于对输送流体的***进行翻新的衬里软管,其具有一个基于热塑性塑料的内侧薄膜软管、一个基于热塑性塑料的外侧薄膜软管和至少一个浸渍了可硬化树脂的、位于内侧与外侧薄膜软管之间的纤维软管,其基于由工业生产的无机纤维、天然纤维或者矿物纤维和合成纤维构成的复合材料。
然而,那些已知的、浸渍了可硬化树脂的纤维软管具有缺点:翻新软管必须与旧流体管道平面牢固贴靠地粘在一起。整洁和可靠的粘合需要对旧流体管道内侧面上的金属表面进行非常复杂的预处理(清洗、喷砂、去毛刺),伴随而来的是非常高的费用。这个翻新软管由于材料限制的原因具有低的气密性。因此一个粘合缺陷导致管子与软管之间的气体压力积聚,这可能导致翻新软管脱落。而且,通过利用压缩空气和换向室的倒置方法将翻新软管***旧管道中,将翻新长度限制在最大250米。

发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种衬里软管,该衬里软管构造为在实现尽可能少的安装工作量的情况下相对需补强的、输送流体的***中变化的直径具有更强的耐抗能力。
根据本发明,通过如下方式实现这一点:纬线比经线具有更大的弹性。
因此提供一种衬里软管,其沿着径向方向的柔韧性得到显著提升。因此也能够对直径针对额定直径具有较大偏差的压力管进行翻新或者补强。衬里软管的织物即使在设置有该衬里软管的压力管再次加压之后依然不损坏并且因此构成为尽可能耐久的。同时,可以将经线设计得伸缩性尽可能低的/尽可能刚性的,以使将衬里软管拉入现有的压力管中成为可能。
进一步的有利实施方式在下文中得到详细说明。
因此,如果纬线具有比经线高两倍至二十倍,优选七倍至十二倍的弹性的话,也是有利的。通过这种方式进一步提高了整个衬里软管的径向柔韧性。
此外,如果至少三个软管层构造为衬里软管在其内腔的无压状态与加压状态之间实现5%与50%之间,优选10%与20%之间,特别优选为15%的扩径的话,是有利的。通过这种方式能够尽可能巧妙地补偿通常出现的直径波动。加压状态应该理解为一个状态,在该状态中在衬里软管的内腔中(根据所选择的外径)存在一定的压力,使得衬里软管紧密贴靠在需翻新的管子的内壁上(“tight fit(紧密配合)”)。
如果衬里软管(在加压/膨胀状态中)具有100mm与1000mm之间的外径的话,它就能够尽可能广泛地***现有的压力管中。
此外,纬线和/或经线(和/或衬里软管的所有另外的组成部分)具有相对(特别是在石油开采中输送的/产生的)流体,优选原油和/或由原油制成的燃料/动力材料,如汽油或者柴油,和/或其他由原油提炼的产品,和/或腐蚀性的工业废水的耐抗能力,这已经证明是特别有利的。通过这种方式,衬里软管能够得到尽可能广泛的应用。
此外,若纬线含有由聚苯硫醚(PPS)构成的纤维或者完全由聚苯硫醚(PPS)构成,是有利的。通过这种方式,构成能够尽可能广泛应用的衬里软管。
如果纬线和/或经线(和/或衬里软管的所有另外的组成部分)具有相对高达80°的温度,进一步优选相对高达120℃的温度的耐抗能力的话,就进一步扩大了衬里软管-特别是在石油和天然气工业中的-应用范围。通过这种方式,总体上提供了一个耐老化的衬里软管。
作为衬里软管上述用于输送原油等的优选应用范围以外的备选方案,根据一个进一步优选的实施方式,衬里软管用于输送(冷的)淡水/使用在饮用水管道中。在此,如果纬线由PBT(聚丁烯对苯二甲酸酯)、PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、PA(聚酰胺)和/或PES(聚醚砜)构成的话,是特别有利的。在这个情况中,如果纬线具有40%的延展性的话,是进一步有利的。
在内侧和外侧软管层方面,内侧软管层的材料和/或外侧软管层的材料是一种聚合材料,优选热塑性材料,已经证明为还有利于高效生产。
关于内侧软管层的材料,内侧软管层的热塑性塑料选自由聚烯烃、聚酰胺、聚醚、聚酯、聚氨酯、含氟聚合物诸如聚偏氟乙烯,或者其混合物构成的组,已经证明为还有利于经济生产。
关于外侧软管层的材料,热塑性塑料选自由聚烯烃、聚酰胺、聚醚、聚酯、聚氨酯、含氟聚合物诸如聚偏氟乙烯,或者其混合物构成的组,已经证明为也有利于经济生产。
如果经线含有由芳纶、芳纶共聚物、玄武岩、碳构成的纤维和/或玻璃纤维,或者完全由芳纶、芳纶共聚物、玄武岩、碳和/或玻璃纤维构成的话,也能够尽可能高效地制作这些经线。
相应的软管层(内侧软管层、中间软管层和外侧软管层)在此优选相互接触。特别是软管层在此经由其层表面(内侧层表面和/或外侧层表面)相互接触。
内侧软管层和/或外侧软管层具有1mm与4mm之间,优选2mm的厚度,已经证实为有利的。
如果衬里软管具有1000米与4000米之间的长度的话,能够一气呵成地(无中断和无中间连接)完成尽可能长度的压力管或者旧流体管道。
优选织物的经线强度为至少4000dtex和最大15000dtex。特别优选衬里软管的经线强度为至少6000dtex和最大12000dtex。
优选织物的纬线强度为至少15000dtex和最大25000dtex。
此外,本发明还涉及一种用于输送流体的压力管件,其具有一个-优选由金属如钢构成的-外管和一个根据前述实施方式中至少任一个所述的、从内部贴靠在外管上的本发明衬里软管。
此外,本发明还涉及一种用于对已经铺设的旧流体管道进行翻新的方法,其中首先将一个根据前述实施方式中至少任一个所述的本发明衬里软管拉入旧流体管道中,接着给衬里软管如下地加载一个内部压力,即衬里软管从内部贴靠在旧流体管道上。
本发明还涉及一种用于对(新铺设的)压力管进行补强的方法,其包括以下步骤:
a)提供压力管,和
b)将根据前述实施方式中至少任一个所述的本发明衬里软管拉入压力管中。
具体来说,一般将一种对任何缓慢的剪切力没有阻力的介质成为流体。上一级术语“流体”是指气体和液体,因为大部分物理定律同样适用于两种物态,并且属性中的多个只有量的不同而没有质的区别。
织物一般理解为由至少两个垂直交叉的编结***构成的平面状纺织品,其中所谓的经线沿着纵方向延伸和所谓的纬线与其垂直延伸。

具体实施方式
本发明的衬里软管2根据图1和4具有一个由内侧软管层4、一个包括织物16的中间软管层6和一个外侧软管层8构成的三层结构。根据本发明,衬里软管2-如下面结合图5阐述的那样-要么用于新压力管件18的内涂层、用于补强/增强已经铺设的新压力管,要么作为备选方案,用于翻新已经铺设的旧流体管道,这些旧流体管道例如由于腐蚀已经导致失去了强度。
衬里软管2具有一个整体柔性的结构。优选衬里软管2在***一个压力管之前卷绕在一个运输卷轴上。衬里软管2在此构造为如此柔性的,即它在这个运输状态中是折叠的,就是说,衬里软管2的至少两个彼此对置的内周区域相互接触。衬里软管2以通常的方式折叠成一个双层壁的U形。
内侧软管层4以典型的方式相对需输送的流体具有高度的密封性和耐抗性。此外,它还从软管内侧保护中间软管层6。
在衬里软管2在输送原油的压力管道中的优选应用范围内,内侧软管层4的材料是柔性的热塑性塑料,此处为热塑性聚氨酯。在另外的实施方式中,作为内侧软管层的材料也使用其他的材料,如聚烯烃、聚酰胺、聚醚、聚酯、含氟聚合物,诸如聚偏氟乙烯,或者其混合物。
在输送管道的情况中,优选将柔性的聚乙烯用作内侧软管层4的材料。
外侧软管层8具有保护中间软管层6免受外部影响的功能。其中特别是包括拉拽软管时的机械负荷和风化造成的影响,例如湿气和微生物。作为外侧软管层8的材料,优选使用柔性的热塑性塑料。根据需翻新的管子的内侧周壁的使用目的和表面状态,为此例如可以使用聚乙烯(m-LLD-PE、LLD-PE、LD-PE和MD-PE)、聚丙烯、热塑性聚氨酯或者增塑聚氯乙烯。聚烯烃、聚酰胺、聚醚、聚酯、聚氨酯、含氟聚合物,诸如聚偏氟乙烯,或者其混合物也可用于外侧软管层8的材料。
中间软管层6中包括的衬里软管2的织物16在一个圆形织机上由如在图2中详细示出的纬线10和经线12织成。纬线10沿着衬里软管2的圆周方向延伸,经线12沿着衬里软管2的纵方向延伸。为经线12使用由芳纶制成的、高纱线强度和高编织密度的、高强度和高模量的纤维。在另外的实施方式中,经线12的材料变化,其中作为备选方案使用由芳纶共聚物、玄武岩、碳和/或玻璃纤维构成的纤维,或者经线12完全由这些纤维制成。
根据本发明,纬线10由与经线12不同的材料制成,其中纬线10比经线12具有更大的弹性,就是说,更高的非破坏性的延展性。因此产生使衬里软管2的直径与压力管或者旧流体管道的波动的直径比相匹配的可能性。
在图1和2示出的实施例中,纬线10完全由聚苯硫醚构成。因此产生一个高性能和耐老化的衬里软管2,该衬里软管构造为既对在石油开采中输送的流体,特别是原油,也对高达120℃的温度具有耐抗能力,而纬线10不被损坏或者断裂。
为了完整起见,应该指出:衬里软管2作为备选方案用于输送冷的淡水/饮用水。为此,用于纬线10的、形式上为PBT、PET、PA或者PES的塑料材料已经证实为是特别优选的。
另外,作为第一实施例以外的备选方案,可以根据图3利用双纬线10和/或根据另外的实施方式利用双经线12编织中间软管层6的织物16。在这方面,还应该参考EP 0 535203B1,其中公开了一种具有连续绞线升程(Litzenhub)的圆织机,这使包括织物16的中间软管层6具有特别高的质量。
软管层4、6、8原则上也可以分别多重设置。在另外的,为了简洁起见未进一步示出的实施方式中,因此也具有一层以上的内侧软管层4和/或一层以上的外侧软管层8和/或一层以上的中间软管层6。
图5示意性地示出了一种制作压力管件18的方法。在此,在第一步骤中提供一个外管14,优选形式上为钢管。还提供衬里软管2。在图5的上侧局部示图中可以看到这一点。
接着,在第二步骤中将衬里软管2拉入外管14,在图5中间的局部示图中可以看到这一点。为此衬里软管2优选在其横截面形状中呈折叠状。
最后,在第三步骤中从内部为衬里软管2加载压力,使得衬里软管2展开并且(以其外侧软管层8)从内部完全贴靠在外管14上,构成成品的压力管件18。
在这方面应该指出:在一个为了清楚起见未单独示出的、用于增强/补强一个(新)压力管或者用于翻新一个旧流体管道的方法中,以同样的方式展开。压力管或者旧流体管道然后在第一步骤中已经作为XYZ***存在;此外,提供与压力管或者旧流体管道相同长度或者更大长度的衬里软管2。
在第二步骤中,再次将衬里软管2拉入已经铺设在地下的压力管或者已经存在的旧流体管道中。在第三步骤中,给衬里软管2加载压力并因此使它从内部贴靠在压力管或者旧流体管道上。
在下列表格1中归纳了附图示出的本发明衬里软管2的优选实施方式的主要数据。

Claims (12)
1.一种衬里软管(2),其由至少三个软管层(4,6,8)构成,用于对输送流体的***进行翻新,其包括:
a)至少一个内侧软管层(4),
b)至少一个中间软管层(6),所述中间软管层(6)具有由经线(12)和纬线(10)构成的无缝织物(16),其中,所述经线(12)沿着所述衬里软管(2)的纵方向延伸而所述纬线(10)沿着所述衬里软管(2)的圆周方向延伸,和
c)至少一个外侧软管层(8),
其特征在于:所述纬线(10)比所述经线(12)具有更大的弹性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的衬里软管(2),其特征在于:所述纬线(10)具有比所述经线(12)高两倍至二十倍的弹性。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的衬里软管(2),其特征在于:所述至少三个软管层(4,6,8)构造为,所述衬里软管(2)在无压状态与加压状态之间实现5%与50%之间的扩径。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的衬里软管(2),其特征在于:所述衬里软管(2)具有100mm与1000mm之间的外径。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的衬里软管(2),其特征在于:所述纬线(10)和/或所述经线(12)具有相对原油和/或由原油制成的燃料的耐抗能力。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的衬里软管(2),其特征在于:所述纬线(10)含有由聚苯硫醚构成的纤维或者完全由聚苯硫醚构成。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的衬里软管(2),其特征在于:所述纬线(10)和/或所述经线(12)具有相对高达120℃的温度的耐抗能力。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的衬里软管(2),其特征在于:所述内侧软管层(4)的材料和/或所述外侧软管层(8)的材料是聚合材料。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的衬里软管(2),其特征在于:所述经线(12)含有由芳纶、芳纶共聚物、玄武岩、碳构成的纤维和/或玻璃纤维,或者完全由芳纶、芳纶共聚物、玄武岩、碳和/或玻璃纤维构成。
10.一种用于输送流体的压力管件(18),其具有外管(14)和从内部贴靠在所述外管(14)上的根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的衬里软管(2)。
11.一种用于对已经铺设的旧流体管道进行翻新的方法,其中,首先将根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的衬里软管(2)拉入所述旧流体管道中,接着给所述衬里软管(2)如下地加载内部压力,即,使得所述衬里软管(2)从内部贴靠在所述旧流体管道上。
12.一种用于对压力管进行补强的方法,其包括以下步骤:
a)提供压力管,和
b)将根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的衬里软管(2)拉入所述压力管中。
