Referring to fig. 2 and 6, the front end of the building board clamping device clamps and fixes the building board, and then the building board is lifted to the proper position and turned by 0-90 degrees by the turning device to the proper position, so as to assist in completing the installation.
The overturning positioning device 5 further comprises an overturning motor which is arranged in the middle of a third lifting cylinder 2-3 in a built-in mode, an output shaft end of the overturning motor is connected with a driving gear 5-3, the front side of the middle of the third lifting cylinder 2-3 is rotatably connected with one end of a rear supporting rotating rod 5-4, the rear supporting rotating rod 5-4 is rotatably connected with the third lifting cylinder 2-3, a semicircular driven gear 5-5 is arranged at the position, engaged with the semicircular driven gear 5-5, of the driving gear 5-3, the other end of the rear supporting rotating rod 5-4 is hinged with a front supporting rotating rod 5-6, a rotating lug 5-7 is arranged at the lower part of the rear side of the supporting back plate 3-3, the rotating lug 5-7 is rotatably connected with the other end of the front supporting rotating rod 5-6 through a pin shaft, the rear supporting rotating rod 5-4 is driven to overturn through gear engagement transmission, the front supporting rotating rod 5-6 is further driven to overturn, 90-degree overturning of the building plate clamping device 3 is achieved, and installation of positioning of workers is facilitated.
When the device is used, a worker places a building plate 4 on a building plate limiting groove 4-1, starts a clamping cylinder 3-6 to extend, and contracts the clamping cylinder 3-6 after the building plate 4 enters a clamping position to complete clamping;
then starting a hoisting motor 2-4, and contracting a first steel wire rope 2-11 so as to lift a second lifting cylinder 2-2; when the second lifting cylinder 2-2 is lifted, the second steel wire rope 2-12 between the first rope fixing bolt 2-7 and the second fixed pulley 2-8 is continuously lengthened, so that the second steel wire rope 2-12 between the second fixed pulley 2-8 and the third rope fixing bolt 2-10 is shortened, and the third lifting cylinder 2-3 is driven to lift;
in order to improve the efficiency, the turnover motor can be synchronously started to complete the operation of turning to a specified angle in the process of lifting in place; the driving gear 5-3 is meshed with the driving semi-circular driven gear 5-5, so that the rear support rotating rod 5-4 is turned, the front support rotating rod 5-6 is further driven to turn, and the turning of the support rotating rod 5-1 is matched to turn 0-90 degrees of the building board clamping device 3;
after the turning and the lifting are in place, the walking direction handle 1-5 is pushed to be movably conveyed to the position where the plate needs to be installed in a small distance, and finally, the manual fixing operation is carried out to finish the final installation work.
Certainly, in order to adapt to lifting and overturning of more plates, the structures of the right clamping fixed plate 3-2 and the left clamping movable plate 3-1 can be replaced, when the plates with changeability are lifted, such as color steel plates, the right clamping fixed plate 3-2 and the left clamping movable plate 3-1 can be replaced by the plates with electromagnetic adsorption, and different clamping mechanisms are adopted for different plates.

Claims (10)

1. A building board lifting and overturning device is characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a supporting base (1), wherein two advancing front wheels (1-1) are arranged at the bottom of one end of the supporting base (1), and a universal rear wheel (1-2) is arranged at the bottom of the other end of the supporting base (1);
the lifting cylinder group (2) is arranged on the upper portion of the supporting base (1), a lifting winch motor (2-4) is arranged on the supporting base (1) and close to the upper portion of the universal rear wheel (1-2), and the lifting winch motor (2-4) lifts the lifting cylinder group (2) through a steel wire rope;
the building board clamping device (3) is arranged at the front end of the lifting cylinder group (2), a left clamping movable plate (3-1) and a right clamping fixed plate (3-2) with opposite notches are arranged at the front end of the building board clamping device (3), and a building board (4) which is longitudinally placed is clamped through the left clamping movable plate (3-1) and the right clamping fixed plate (3-2);
and the overturning positioning device (5) is arranged in the front end of the lifting cylinder group (2) and is connected with the building board clamping device (3) to overturn the building board (4) from a vertical state to a horizontal state.

The building board lifting and turning device of claim 1, wherein: the lifting cylinder group (2) also comprises a first lifting cylinder (2-1), a second lifting cylinder (2-2) and a third lifting cylinder (2-3), the output shaft end of the lifting winch motor (2-4) is connected with a winch steel wire rope wheel (2-5), a first fixed pulley (2-6) is arranged at the top of the first lifting cylinder (2-1) on the same side with the winch steel wire rope wheel (2-5), a first rope fixing bolt (2-7) is arranged right below the first fixed pulley (2-6), a second fixed pulley (2-8) is arranged at the top of the second lifting cylinder (2-2) on the same side with the winch steel wire rope wheel (2-5), a second rope fixing bolt (2-9) is arranged right below the second fixed pulley (2-8), a third rope fixing bolt (2-10) is arranged at the bottom of the third lifting cylinder (2-3) on the same side with the hoisting steel wire rope wheel (2-5), a first steel wire rope (2-11) is arranged on the hoisting steel wire rope wheel (2-5), the rope end of the first fixed pulley (2-6) wound on the first steel wire rope (2-11) is fixed on the second rope fixing bolt (2-9), and the first rope fixing bolt (2-7) and the third rope fixing bolt (2-10) are respectively fixed on the second steel wire rope (2-12) And at two ends, the second fixed pulley (2-8) is wound on the second steel wire rope (2-12).
