Abstract

本申请是申请日为2017年9月30日、申请号为201710917477.X、发明名称为“用于动力系电气化的分段式开关磁阻马达”的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本公开涉及用于机动车辆的动力系,并且更具体地涉及用于形成机动车辆的电气化动力系的分段式开关磁阻马达,并且该分段式开关磁阻马达可被集成到车辆的变速器的常规变速箱壳中。
背景技术
本部分提供涉及本公开的背景信息,所述信息不一定是现有技术。
传统的前轮驱动(FWD)车辆通常具有横向安装的动力系,其典型地包括发动机、变速器、飞轮以及变矩器。本领域普通技术人员将容易认识到,在该位置非常需要空间,并且实际上没有用于电动马达的额外的空间来形成已知为“P2混合”的P2混合类型,其中电动机设置在内燃发动机与变速器之间,电动机并未直接联接至内燃发动机,并且内燃发动机和电动机的旋转速度是相同的。这在图1中例示,图1示出典型的发动机/变速器架构,其中变速箱壳与发动机的曲轴轴向对准。独立的电动马达通常被固定到或者邻近于变速箱壳,以在启动操作期间起动发动机。这些部件进一步被横向布置在车辆的发动机舱中。更具体地说,在P2混合构造中可用的横向空间不允许简单地在发动机和变速器之间增加常规的电动马达。因此,混合动力系必须在车辆上的某其它位置处包含电动马达,这从空间可用性的角度来看也会具有挑战性。远离其它动力系部件设置电动马达也会使车辆排气***的设计和/或布局复杂化。更进一步,在诸如与P3混合相关的某一其他位置处使用完全独立的电动马达(其通常被容纳在其自身的外壳内)会给车辆增加明显的额外重量和/或改变车辆的重量分布。
因此,需要一种将电动机集成在内燃发动机与变速器之间而不明显增加动力系的总体长度的P2混合动力系结构。
发明内容
本部分提供本公开的概述,而不是本公开的全部范围或其所有特征的全面公开。
在一个方面,本公开涉及一种变速器***,包括:变速器子***、用于容纳所述变速器子***的变速箱壳和与所述变速器子***可操作地关联的转子。所述转子被支撑以在所述变速箱壳内旋转,并且具有充当飞轮的重量和尺寸。至少一个定子极段被容纳在所述变速箱壳内,并且其上具有至少一个定子绕组。所述定子极段以所述定子极段的一部分接近所述转子的表面的方式被固定至所述变速箱壳。包括变换器,所述变换器与所述定子极段的所述定子绕组电连通。所述变换器被配置成使所述定子极段的所述绕组通电以使所述转子旋转。
在另一方面,本公开涉及一种变速器***。所述变速器***可具有变速器子***、具有至少两个开口的变速箱壳和可操作地联接到所述变速器子***的转子。所述转子被支撑以在所述变速箱壳内旋转,并具有充当飞轮的重量和尺寸。至少两个独立定子极段被安装在多个开口中。每个独立定子极段在其上具有定子绕组,并且所述定子极段彼此沿圆周大致等距地间隔开,并以每个定子极段的一部分接近所述转子的外周表面的方式被固定到所述变速箱壳。所述独立定子极段共同形成开关磁阻马达,所述开关磁阻马达被配置成向联接到所述变速器子***的发动机提供动力。
在又一方面,本公开涉及一种用于形成变速器的方法。所述方法可包括,将变速器子***安装在变速箱壳内。所述方法还可包括,将转子与所述变速器子***联接,并支撑所述转子在所述变速箱壳内旋转运动。所述转子可被配置成具有充当飞轮的重量和尺寸。所述方法还可包括,将多个至少两个独立定子极段至少部分地在所述变速箱壳内,所述定子极段各自具有定子绕组并且彼此沿圆周大致等距地间隔开。所述独立定子极段也可以每个所述独立定子极段的一部分接近所述转子的外周表面的方式被支撑。可使用变换器,该变换器与所述独立定子极段的所述定子绕组电连通,并被配置成使所述独立定子极段通电以使所述转子旋转。

具体实施方式
现在将参考附图更全面地描述示例性实施例。
参见图2,根据本公开示出混合动力系10的一个实施例。在此示例中混合动力系10(此后简称为“动力系”)10包括内燃机12、变速器14和电子变换器16。变换器16从车载电池17接收直流电。变速器14包括具有集成的分段式定子***20的外壳18。外壳18内为转子22,转子22具有形成在其上或固定到其上的可选择的齿轮24。转子22具有足以使转子22充当飞轮的直径和重量。转子22被固定到输入轴杆26,输入轴杆26又被可操作地联接到发动机12的曲轴(未示出)。变矩器28和变速器子***30也可操作地联接到输入轴杆26。变速器子***30的输出轴杆32被用于驱动车辆的与动力系10一起使用的至少一对轮。
***10的主要优点是集成的分段式定子***20(此后简称为“定子***”20)。该定子***20能够被集成到变速器14中,而不增加动力系10的总体轴向长度,这在动力系被设置在车辆的P2位置时尤其重要,该位置空间非常有限。进一步参见图3,定子***20包括被安装在变速箱壳18中的适合尺寸的开口36中的多个独立形成的定子极段34a-34c。在此示例中,使用三个定子极段34a-34c形成定子,但是将理解,如果需要,可以使用更多数量的定子极段。将需要至少一个定子极段,但是希望有两个或更多个极段以更好地消除支撑定子22的主轴承(未示出)上任何不利的径向负载。
定子极段34a-34c围绕变速箱壳18等距地间隔开,并且每个均在其上包括线圈绕组组件38a-38c。因此,多个线圈绕组组成线圈绕组组件38a,分开的多个线圈绕组组成线圈绕组组件38b,并且另一分开的多个线圈绕组组成线圈绕组组件38c。定子极段34a-34c被示出为从变速箱壳18的外表面40略向外突出,尽管取决于变速箱壳的尺寸,定子极段可被完全包含在变速箱壳18之内。定子极段34a-34c被定位使得每个定子极段的径向向内表面与转子22的外周边缘上的齿轮24的外表面之间存在小的轴向气隙。然而,取决于电磁设计要求,间隙可包括径向间隙,或者甚至可能包括轴向间隙和径向间隙的组合。
如以上提到的,定子极段34a-34c围绕转子22的等距间隔是优选的,因为这也消除了在将转子22支撑在输入轴杆26上的轴承(未示出)上产生不平衡力矢量的可能性。如对于转换开关磁阻马达在其它情况下所公知的那样,分段式转子位置传感器42被定位成紧邻转子22,以实时检测转子的角度位置,并向变换器16提供电角度位置信号。带有其定子极段34a-34c的定子***20、变换器子***16和转子位置传感器42共同形成开关磁阻马达44。
还将理解,如与任何开关磁阻马达一致的那样,转子22形成凸极部件。如在本领域中所了解的那样,为了转换开关磁阻马达44,每个极段34a-34c中的选定的定子线圈对由变换器16一次通电,以拉动转子22与通电的定子线圈极段对准。变换器16使用来自正在检测转子22上的一个或多个元件(未示出)的存在的转子位置传感器42的反馈信号和检测到的线圈绕组组件38a-38c中的电流以闭环方式操作,以确定定子极段34a-34c中的哪对需要被通电以维持转子22的旋转运动。随着定子线圈和极段34的数量增加,变换器16的复杂性将增加。
***10的独特优点是转子22具有相对较大的直径和重量,这类似或等同于通常与汽车变速器一起使用的常规飞轮的直径和重量。这使马达44能够向发动机的曲轴提供更高的转矩值,这在使用开关磁阻马达44起动发动机12时是有利的。在发动机12的曲轴处看到的转矩将主要是转子22的直径和定子***20中产生的电磁力的函数。
在图2和图3中所示的实施例中,定子极段34a-34c覆盖变速箱壳18中的对应开口36,以使定子极段34a-34c可突出进入外壳的内部区域中接近转子22的齿轮24的表面。替代地,定子段34a-34c可以由紧邻变速箱壳18的外表面40定位的独立的框架状构件支撑,这将使定子极段34a-34c能够突出通过变速箱壳中的开口。
将理解,定子***20的封装(packaging)可以根据具体应用和使用定子***的可用空间以及所需的转矩输出而以多种方式实现。例如,图4示出具有完全包含在变速箱壳102内的定子子***104的变速器***100。在此示例中,定子子***104包括环状框架部分105,其至少部分地容纳彼此成等角度地间隔开的三个定子极段106a-106c。定子极段106a-106c可在结构上与定子极段34a-34c相同,或者如果需要,它们可在结构细节上略有不同。定子极段106a-106c延伸到与转子108非常接近,尽管与转子108的精确间隔将取决于具体的设计要求。
因此,动力系10使开关磁阻马达44能够被集成到发动机和其它常规变速器之间的P2位置,而不增加发动机/变速器组合的总体轴向长度。这能够使动力系10与横向安装的发动机一起使用,其中由于空间限制和与车辆的悬架和/或底盘部件的干扰,即使是发动机/变速器组合的轴向长度略微增加也是不可能的。因此,动力系10在自足式(self-contained)电动马达集成到动力系中因空间约束而不可行的应用中能够实现车辆动力系的电气化。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于形成与内燃发动机一起使用的变速器的方法,该方法包括:
提供变速器子***;
将所述变速器子***容纳在变速箱壳中;
支撑转子以在所述变速箱壳内旋转,并可操作地将所述转子联接至所述变速器子***并与内燃发动机的曲轴联接;以及
相对于所述变速箱壳固定地支撑一对定子极段,所述一对定子极段中的每一个其上具有至少一个绕组;进一步将所述一对定子极段彼此间隔开,从而每一个定子极段接近所述转子,并且从而所述定子极段位于所述转子的径向最外部的径向外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括将所述转子配置为具有一重量,该重量足以使所述转子充当所述内燃发动机的所述曲轴的飞轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步将所述一对定子极段中的每一个至少部分地支撑在所述变速箱壳的相应一对开口内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步支撑所述一对定子极段中的每一个,从而每一个定子极段被完全支撑在所述变速箱壳内并包围在所述变速箱壳内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括使用变换器,该变换器与所述定子极段中的每一个的所述定子绕组电连通,以选择性地使独立的定子极段通电以使所述转子旋转。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,进一步包括使用转子位置传感器,以检测所述转子的角度位置并向所述变换器提供电转子位置信号。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括使用联接到所述变速器子***的变矩器。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括在所述变速箱壳中提供一对开口并将所述一对定子极段安装在所述开口中。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括在所述变速箱壳中提供额外开口,并将具有额外定子绕组的额外定子极段安装在所述额外开口中,从而所述额外定子极段接近所述转子;以及
将所述一对定子极段和所述额外定子极段围绕所述转子的周界等距间隔开。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,进一步使用变换器,该变换器与所述一对定子极段中的每一个的所述定子绕组并与所述额外定子极段的所述额外定子绕组电连通,以选择性地使所述一对定子极段和所述额外定子极段通电以使所述转子旋转。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,进一步包括使用转子位置传感器,以检测所述转子的角度位置并向所述变换器提供电转子位置信号。
12.一种用于形成与内燃发动机一起使用的变速器的方法,该方法包括:
提供变速器子***;
将所述变速器子***容纳在变速箱壳中;
支撑转子以在所述变速箱壳内旋转,并可操作地将所述转子联接至所述变速器子***并与内燃机的曲轴联接,所述转子具有一重量,该重量足以使所述转子充当所述曲轴的飞轮;
将三个定子极段固定至所述变速箱壳,每一个定子极段其上具有至少一个绕组;
进一步将所述三个定子极段围绕所述转子的周界彼此间隔开120度;
进一步将所述三个定子极段间隔开,从而每一个定子极段接近所述转子,并且从而所述定子极段位于所述转子的径向最外部的径向外侧;
使用相对于所述壳体固定支撑的转子位置传感器,以检测所述转子的位置;以及
使用与所述定子极段中的每一个的所述定子绕组电连通的变换器,以从所述转子位置传感器接收转子位置信号,并且选择性地使独立的定子极段通电以使所述转子旋转。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,进一步包括支撑所述三个定子极段,从而每一个定子极段位于所述变速箱壳中的相应开口内,并且从而每一个定子极段指向所述转子的轴向中心。
14.根据权利要求12所述的方法,进一步包括支撑所述三个定子极段,从而每一个定子极段完全容纳在所述变速箱壳内,并且从而每一个定子极段指向所述转子的轴向中心。
15.根据权利要求12所述的方法,进一步包括通过变矩器将所述变速器子***连接至所述内燃发动机,以形成混合动力系。
