Abstract

The invention relates to UV (ultraviolet) moisture dual-curing methyl oil glue and a preparation method thereof, wherein the UV moisture dual-curing methyl oil glue is prepared from the following components in parts by mass 5-20 parts of UV moisture dual-curing resin, 50-70 parts of urethane acrylate, 10-20 parts of acrylate reactive diluent, 3-8 parts of photoinitiator and 3-8 parts of auxiliary agent. The nail polish gel can be cured qualitatively after being irradiated by UV light, can be cured continuously by moisture at the part irradiated by an insufficient UV light source or some color parts with poor light transmittance, and cannot be cured more fully after contacting water due to incomplete primary curing of UV irradiation, so that the performance of the nail polish is maximized.

Description

UV (ultraviolet) moisture dual-curing nail polish gel and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a UV moisture dual-curing nail polish gel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Nail polish is a coating for beautifying and temporarily protecting nails, and pigments, pigments and some glittering materials are fixed on the nails through film-forming substances to achieve the effects of decoration and beautification. There are three types of nail polish currently marketed: the first type is a solvent type nail polish, which takes ethyl acetate and butyl acetate as main solvents and film-forming substances such as nitrocellulose, acrylic resin and the like as main basic connecting materials; the solidification mechanism is that the film forming substance is continuously accumulated to form a film through solvent volatilization; but has strong volatility, strong smell, flammability and explosiveness, has great production and transportation risks, and is the edge of domestic elimination. The second type is the domestic emerging water-based nail polish, which takes water-soluble polyurethane or water-soluble acrylic resin as a main film forming substance, and takes additives such as a hardening agent, a thickening agent, a wetting agent and the like as basic base materials, the curing mechanism is that polymer ions are aggregated and fused to form a film through volatilization of water, but the greatest defect at present is that the adhesive force and the temperature water resistance on the nail are not ideal. The third type is UV light-cured nail polish, which is a basic base material formed by using unsaturated carbon-carbon double-bond oligomer, such as acrylate, polyurethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate, polyester and the like as a main film forming substance, and matching with an active diluent and a photoinitiator; the curing mechanism is that the photoinitiator is initiated by the energy of ultraviolet light to generate free radicals or cations to initiate chemical reactions between unsaturated oligomers. The UV light-cured nail polish well overcomes the defects of strong smell, flammability, adhesive force on the nail and temperature and water resistance.
The most desirable combination of properties is currently available on the market as UV nail varnish. However, the application of the UV light source is limited because it requires an additional UV light source for curing, and if the UV light source is sufficiently irradiated, it cannot be used anywhere and anytime as in solvent-based nail polish and water-based nail polish. Secondly, for some darker or low transmittance colors, the curing may be incomplete, which may affect the adhesion and water resistance on the nails, however, in life, the fingers of the person's hands are not "clasped, scratched, knocked" for various activities (e.g. cooking dishes, washing clothes, washing hair and bathing, striking keyboards) and, at the same time, the person's hands are in contact with water for a very long period of time. If the curing is incomplete, prolonged exposure to water can affect the properties of the product.
Disclosure of Invention
The nail polish gel can be cured qualitatively quickly after being irradiated by UV light, and can be cured continuously by moisture at the part irradiated by an insufficient UV light source or some color parts with poor light transmittance, so that the performance of the nail polish is not deteriorated but cured more fully after contacting water due to incomplete primary curing of UV irradiation, and the performance of the nail polish is maximized.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the UV moisture dual-curing nail polish gel is prepared from the following components in parts by mass
Figure BDA0003790993210000021
Preferably, the UV photoinitiator is one of α -hydroxyketone derivatives, α -aminoketone derivatives or acylphosphine oxides.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent is one or any combination of more than two of a wetting dispersant, a leveling agent, an anti-settling agent, a defoaming agent, a polymerization inhibitor and an abrasion-resistant auxiliary agent.
The preparation method of the UV moisture dual-curing nail polish glue comprises the following steps: (1) Heating and mixing the photoinitiator and half of the acrylate reactive diluent in a water bath at 75-85 ℃ until the mixture is transparent and has no crystal;
(2) Adding UV moisture dual-curing resin, polyurethane acrylate, the other half of acrylate reactive diluent and an auxiliary agent into a container, and stirring the mixture uniformly at the rotating speed of 800-1200 r/min;
(3) Slowly adding the mixed substance in the step (1) into the uniformly mixed substance in the step (2), uniformly dispersing at 2200-2800r/min, standing and defoaming to obtain the UV moisture dual-curing methyl gum.
The UV resin can be UV resin of Basff, sadorma and Taiwan Changxing.
The UV moisture dual-curing resin can adopt Bayer and Basff UV moisture dual-curing resin.
The polyurethane acrylate can be polyurethane acrylate of Basfu, sadorma and Taiwan Yongxing.
The acrylate reactive diluent can adopt acrylate reactive diluents of Wanhua chemistry, saedoma and Taiwan Xinlimei.
The photoinitiator can be a photoinitiator of Tianjin Jiu, nippondi Italy and Beijing Yingli.
The auxiliary agent can adopt DIGAO, bike, effka and a moderate auxiliary agent.
The UV black paste (with 20 percent of color content) can be UV black paste of Endochidi and Nameixin materials
The principle of the scheme of the invention is as follows: UV moisture dual cure refers to the presence of both a photo-curing group and a moisture-curing group in the system, wherein the moisture-curing groups, including both siloxane groups and isocyanate groups, are reactive with water to cure.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the nail polish gel disclosed by the invention can be cured qualitatively quickly after UV irradiation, and can be cured continuously by moisture at the part irradiated insufficiently by a UV light source or at some color parts with poor light transmittance, so that the performance of the nail polish gel is not deteriorated but cured more fully after the nail polish gel is contacted with water due to incomplete primary curing of UV irradiation, and the performance of the nail polish is maximized.
