Referring to fig. 7 to 10, the lens 5 is lifted backwards, the lens 5 links the first link 3 and the second link 4 to rotate, while the first link 3 rotates, the elastic clip 22 moves along the first track 61 against the guiding wall 63 and enters the arc turning section 611 of the first track 61, where the lens 5 is lifted over the cap edge, and when the elastic clip 22 passes the arc turning section 611 to the end, the elastic clip 22 can pass the limit and guide of the resisting convex part 641 of the retaining wall 64 (without sliding down the inclined section and falling down the second track 62), so that the elastic clip 22 is guided into the concave arc groove 631, and the lens 5 is lifted and positioned at the top end (as shown in fig. 9 and 10).
