Comparative examples 6 to 7, in which the kava leaf/root/stem extract and gentian extract were replaced with components having similar effects, the prepared composition had a soothing and repairing effect which was inferior to that of the negative control group, though it was better.
Test example four, anti-aging efficacy test
1. Experimental sample
The compositions with soothing and repairing effects prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 8.
2. Experimental method
1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine (DPPH) is taken as a stable free radical and can be removed by other antioxidant active substances, so that the antioxidant capacity can be quantitatively measured, and the method is widely used for quantitatively measuring the antioxidant capacity of biological samples at present. The method is based on the fact that DPPH free radical has single electron, has strong absorption at 517nm, and the alcohol solution is purple. When a radical scavenger exists, the free radical scavenger is paired with a single electron to gradually disappear, and the fading degree is quantitatively related to the number of the accepted electrons, so that the free radical scavenger can be performed by a spectrophotometer. In this experiment, BHT (2, 6-di-t-butyl-p-cresol) was used as a control, and was applied as shown in Table 5 below. DPPH clearance x= [1- (A1-A2)/A0 ]. Times.100%, the bigger clearance indicates that the antioxidation capability is stronger, the removal rate of 0.5% BHT to DPPH free radical is 70.01% by taking BHT as a control, and the mass percentage of the test sample is also 0.5%.

From the data in Table 6, it can be seen that the compositions with soothing and repairing effects prepared in examples 1 to 4 of the present invention have a better DPPH free radical removing ability.
The compositions of comparative examples 1 to 4, which lack one of the four components of paeonia lactiflora root extract, kava leaf/root/stem extract, gentian extract, moringa seed extract, had a less DPPH radical removal ability than the examples;
comparative examples 5 to 8, in which one of the four components of paeonia root extract, kava leaf/root/stem extract, gentian extract, moringa seed extract was replaced with components having similar effects, the compositions had slightly better DPPH radical scavenging ability than comparative examples 1 to 4, but the final compositions still had significantly worse DPPH radical scavenging ability than examples due to the absence of interactions between the paeonia root extract, kava leaf/root/stem extract, gentian extract, moringa seed extract components.

Claims (9)

1. The composition with the soothing and repairing effects is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 8-18 parts of paeonia lactiflora root extract, 1-8 parts of kava leaf/root/stem extract, 9-18 parts of gentian extract, 1-8 parts of moringa seed extract, 30-40 parts of butanediol and 5-55 parts of water;
the preparation method of the paeonia lactiflora root extract comprises the following steps: extracting radix Paeoniae powder with 10 times of purified water under reflux for 3 times (each for 1 hr), filtering, concentrating the extractive solution to obtain crude extract, adding 3 times of ethyl acetate into the crude extract, extracting for 2 times, evaporating the extractive solution, and vacuum drying to obtain radix Paeoniae extract;
the preparation method of the kava leaf/root/stem extract comprises the following steps: pulverizing kava pepper raw material, treating at 115 deg.C under 0.20mpa, and drying to obtain kava pepper powder; extracting and decolorizing the obtained kava pepper powder with alcohol, and separating to obtain a solid; extracting the obtained solid with ethanol twice, filtering, and concentrating the liquid to obtain kava leaf/root/stem extract;
the preparation method of the gentian extract comprises the following steps: reflux-extracting radix Gentianae powder with 10 times of purified water for 3 times (1 hr each time), filtering, and concentrating the extractive solution to obtain crude extract; adding 3 times of ethyl acetate into the crude extract, extracting for 2 times, evaporating the extract to dryness, and vacuum drying to obtain radix Gentianae extract;
the preparation method of the moringa seed extract comprises the following steps: the ratio of the added moringa seed bud leaf dry powder to the feed liquid is 1:60 is ethanol with volume concentration of 40-80%, shaking/stirring for 60s, ultrasonic treating for 5min, standing for 5min, repeating for 3 times, centrifuging at 4000rpm, concentrating supernatant by rotary evaporation, and lyophilizing to obtain Moringa seed extract.
2. The composition with soothing and repairing effect according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 16 parts of paeonia lactiflora root extract, 6 parts of kava leaf/root/stem extract, 16 parts of gentian extract, 6 parts of moringa seed extract, 32 parts of butanediol and 24 parts of water.
3. A method for preparing the composition with soothing and repairing effects according to any one of claims 1 to 2, comprising the following steps:
adding water with the formula amount into a stirring pot, heating, starting stirring, preserving heat, adding butanediol, stirring uniformly, sequentially adding radix paeoniae alba root extract, kava leaf/root/stem extract, radix gentianae extract and moringa seed extract, stirring uniformly, cooling, standing, and filtering to obtain the composition with the effects of relieving and repairing.
4. A method of preparation according to claim 3 wherein the temperature is raised to 85-90 ℃.
5. The preparation method of claim 3, wherein the heat preservation time is 30-40 min.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein the temperature is reduced to 40 ℃; and standing for 12-36 hours.
7. Use of the composition with soothing and repairing effects according to any one of claims 1 to 2 in the preparation of cosmetics.
8. The use according to claim 7, wherein the composition having a soothing and repairing effect is added to the cosmetic in an amount of 0.1 to 15.0% by mass of the total mass.
9. The use according to claim 7, wherein the formulation of the cosmetic comprises: any one of water aqua, emulsion, cream, essence, facial mask and spray.
