The drying control method of the washing machine provided by the invention can be applied to a roller washing machine, can also be applied to a pulsator washing machine, can be applied to the pulsator washing machine in a targeted manner, and aims to improve the drying control fineness of the pulsator washing machine, the drying time control accuracy and the drying degree control accuracy so as to improve the drying effect of the pulsator washing machine, and specifically comprises the following steps as shown in figure 1:
step S11: an initial load rating is determined from the initial weighing.
The clothes are initially weighed before the drying program is started, the initial weighing mode can be based on pressure sensor measurement after the clothes to be dried are put in, can be based on centrifugal weighing principle by rotating an inner drum/barrel, and can also be based on electrode current detection mode by rotating an impeller of an impeller washing machine, and the invention is not particularly limited.
The centrifugal weighing here is considered as: the weight of the laundry is estimated from the average value of the voltages recorded during the spinning of the drum/tub up to the set speed.
After the initial weighing is determined, determining the grade of the initial load amount according to the initial weighing; the load scale is divided into several intervals by weight, for example, 0-1000g is a load scale 1, 1001-2000g is a load scale 2, 2001-4000g is a load scale 3, and the like.
In an embodiment of the invention, an initial load rating is first divided according to a load rating based on a measured initial weighing.
Step S12: and determining the initial drying time length according to the initial load quantity in a grading manner, wherein the initial drying time length is composed of a basic time length T0 and a correctable time length T.
And after determining the initial load quantity grading, determining the initial drying time according to the corresponding configuration.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the initial drying time period T is a sum of the time of the basic time period T0 and the correctable time period T, that is, the initial drying time period T = T0+ T.
The basic time length T0 is fixed, and the correctable time length T is corrected in real time in the subsequent steps.
Step S13: and starting a heating module to execute a drying program, and switching to a low-grade heating mode after heating to a first set temperature.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in the drying procedure, the heating module has two working modes: a high range heating mode and a low range heating mode. In contrast, the high heating modes correspond to relatively high heating power and/or heating temperature, and the low heating modes correspond to relatively low heating power and/or heating temperature.
After the initial drying time is determined according to the step S12, the washing machine starts the heating module to start to execute a drying program, at the initial stage of the drying program, the inner barrel/barrel is driven to rotate, the water in the barrel is ensured to be completely discharged, the blower is turned on, and then the heating module is started.
The method comprises the following steps that a thermistor is arranged at an outlet of a heating module and used for detecting heating temperature, and when the heating temperature is detected to be increased to a first set temperature after the heating module is started, the heating module is switched to a low-grade heating mode; before switching, the heating module may be switched to the high-range heating mode after being heated for a set time in the low-range heating mode, or directly started in the high-range heating mode, which is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, the time length between the time when the heating module is started and the heating temperature is increased to the first set temperature and the time when the heating module is switched to the low-grade heating mode is recorded as a first time length T1.
Step S14: and correcting the correctable time length according to the first time length and the real-time load grading.
The real-time load amount is determined in stages according to the real-time load amount, which is determined based on centrifugal weighing during the execution of the drying program.
During the drying program, the inner drum/barrel is driven to rotate periodically or according to a set time node or a set temperature node, and the real-time load of the clothes is measured based on the centrifugal weighing principle.
Correcting the correctable time length T according to the first time length T1 and the real-time load amount, for example, if the first time length T1 is longer, increasing the correctable time length according to a set rule; if the first time length T1 is shorter, the correctable time length T is reduced according to a set rule; if the real-time load is large (exceeds a certain set threshold), the correctable time length t is increased according to a set rule; if the real-time load amount is small (smaller than a certain set threshold), the correctable time period t is reduced, and the like.
Step S15: and executing the drying program according to the time of the basic time length and the corrected correctable time length.
And after the correctable time length is corrected, the time of the basic time length T0 and the corrected correctable time length T is adopted, and the drying program is executed.
According to the invention, through setting the basic time length T0 and the correctable time length T, the basic time length T0 is fixed and is used as a basic guarantee for drying to reach the basic drying requirement, and the drying time can be guaranteed to be corrected in real time according to the actual drying condition by combining the correction of the correctable time length T, so that the whole drying program is more finely controlled, the control of the drying time is more accurate, the drying degree is more accurately controlled, and the drying effect is further improved.
The drying control method of the washing machine according to the present invention is described in detail with two embodiments.
Example one
In this embodiment, the washing machine executes a washing and drying integrated program, that is, the washing, dewatering and drying of the laundry are integrally completed, and includes the following steps:
step 1: initial weighing was measured.
As shown in fig. 2, the measurement of the initial weight in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step S21: the pulsator is controlled to rotate before a washing process is started.
The clothes are put into the inner drum/barrel of the washing machine, and before a washing program is started, the impeller is controlled to rotate, and the current of the impeller motor is detected.
Step S22: and obtaining the fuzzy weighing of the clothes according to the motor current.
During rotation of the pulsator, resistance of the laundry against rotation of the pulsator is reflected from a current of the motor, so that fuzzy weighing of the laundry can be obtained based on the current of the motor.
Step S23: and determining fuzzy load quantity grading according to the fuzzy weighing of the clothes.
Step S24: and determining the fuzzy drying time length in a grading manner according to the fuzzy load quantity.
The washing machine may further estimate a laundry washing time period based on the laundry fuzzy weighing, and display the washing time period and the fuzzy drying time period, so that the user may roughly grasp a time period from washing to drying consumption.
Next, a washing program is started.
Step S25: the laundry dehydration weight is judged based on the centrifugal weighing in the dehydration stage.
In the washing to dewatering stage, high speed centrifugal dewatering is performed first, and then centrifugal weighing detection is performed, for example, average dewatering voltage is recorded and stored when the number of revolutions of the inner barrel/drum reaches 600rpm, and centrifugal weighing is calculated according to the average voltage.
Step S26: and when the clothes dehydration weight is less than the clothes fuzzy weighing, adopting the clothes dehydration weight as the initial weighing, or else, adopting the clothes fuzzy weighing as the initial weighing.
If the clothes dehydration weight is less than the clothes fuzzy weight, which indicates that the clothes put in before washing are not dry, the clothes dehydration weight is used as an initial weight, and if the clothes dehydration weight is basically the same as the clothes fuzzy weight, the clothes fuzzy weight is used as the initial weight.
2. And determining the initial load quantity grading according to the initial weighing, and determining the initial drying time length according to the initial load quantity grading.
If the clothes dehydration weight is basically consistent with the clothes fuzzy weighing, skipping the step, and directly adopting the fuzzy drying time determined in the step S23 and the step S24; if the dehydrated weight of the laundry is less than the fuzzy weight of the laundry, the initial load amount grading is re-divided by the initial weight determined in the step S26, and the initial drying time period is re-determined.
The initial drying time period is composed of a fixed basic time period and a correctable time period.
3. And starting the heating module to execute a drying program, and switching to a low-grade heating mode after heating to a first set temperature.
The heating modules have two working modes, namely a low-grade heating mode and a high-grade heating mode, in the embodiment, a first heating module and a second heating module are designed, only the first heating module is started in the low-grade heating mode, and the first heating module and the second heating module are simultaneously started in the high-grade heating mode.
When the drying program is started, firstly, the blower is started, then the first heating module is started in the low-grade heating mode, and after the first heating module is heated for 1 minute in the low-grade heating mode, the second heating module is started to execute the high-grade heating mode.
A temperature sensor such as a thermistor is installed at an outlet position of the heating module to monitor a heating temperature. And when the heating temperature reaches the first set temperature, closing the second heating module, and switching the heating mode to the low-grade heating mode.
Recording the time length from the start of the heating module to the time when the heating temperature reaches a first set temperature or the time length from the switching of the heating module to the low-grade heating mode is the first time length.
4. And correcting the correctable time length according to the first time length and the real-time load grading.
The basic time length is fixed and unchanged, and the basic drying effect is achieved.
The correctable time length is corrected according to the first time length and real-time load quantity grading, and the real-time load quantity grading is obtained based on centrifugal weighing according to the fact that the drying device drives the inner barrel/barrel to rotate.
5. And executing the drying program according to the time of the basic time length and the corrected correctable time length.
And the execution time length of the drying program is the basic time length plus the corrected correctable time length, and the drying program is executed according to the time and the correctable time length until the drying is finished.
Example two
In the embodiment, during the operation of the drying program, the heating temperature is monitored, and the heating modes of the heating modules are switched according to the change of the heating temperature, so that the temperature control during the drying program is realized, and the temperature stability during the drying is ensured.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:
step S31: if the drying program runs in the basic time, when the heating temperature is reduced from the first set temperature to the second set temperature, the heating module is switched back to the high-grade heating mode.
When the heating temperature is increased to the first set temperature, the heating mode is switched to the low-gear heating mode, and when the heating module is operated in the low-gear heating mode and is still operated in the basic time period, if the temperature is reduced to the second set temperature, the heating mode is switched to the high-gear heating mode again.
The temperature adjusting process is repeated, namely, when the heating temperature reaches the first set temperature, the heating module is switched to the low-grade heating mode, and when the heating temperature drops to the second set temperature, the heating module is switched to the high-grade heating mode, so that the temperature during drying is controlled between the second set temperature and the first set temperature.
Step S32: and if the drying program runs within the correctable time period, keeping the heating module running in the low-gear heating mode.
That is, if the drying program has been operated for the base time period and enters the correctable time period, the heating module is maintained to be operated in the low heating mode.
And in the basic time period, the drying temperature is between the second set temperature and the first set temperature, and under the condition of high temperature, the clothes are substantially dried to reach the basic drying degree, and when the clothes enter the correctable time period to operate, the clothes are maintained in the low-grade heating mode, so that the clothes are prevented from being damaged due to overhigh temperature.
Step S33: when the heating module operates in the low-grade heating mode, if the heating temperature is higher than the third set temperature, the heating module is closed, and the heating module is started in the low-grade heating mode after the temperature is reduced to the fourth set temperature.
Whether the heating module operates in the basic time or the correctable time, when the heating module operates in the low-grade heating mode, if the heating temperature is higher than a third set temperature, the heating module is directly closed, and the third set temperature is higher than the first set temperature, is an upper limit protection temperature, and prevents the clothes from being damaged due to overhigh heating temperature.
And when the temperature is reduced to a fourth set temperature after the heating module is closed, restarting the heating module in a low-grade heating mode, wherein the fourth set temperature is lower than the second set temperature and is the lower-limit protection temperature.
When the closing times of the heating module reach the set times, the drying program can be controlled to enter a cooling mode, and only the fan impeller of the washing machine is controlled to rotate and the inner barrel/barrel does not rotate during the execution period of the cooling mode; and a sensor is arranged at the bottom of the inner barrel/barrel to measure the temperature in the barrel, and when the cooling temperature is reduced to a fifth set temperature, the cooling mode is ended.
In some embodiments of the present invention, for the above-mentioned drying control method of a washing machine, a washing machine is correspondingly proposed, as shown in fig. 4, the washing machine includes: a drying control module 41, a heating module 42, an initial drying time period determining module 43, a centrifugal weighing module 44 and a drying time period correcting module 45.
