Claims (10)

1. A casing quick replacement tool external member for intestines class food processing which characterized in that: comprises a transshipment tool; the transshipment tooling comprises an elastic hoop (3) and two sleeve petals, the two sleeve petals can be matched to form a tubular structure, and the tubular structure can be sleeved on the outer wall of a muddy meat discharge pipe (7);
each sleeve valve is sequentially divided into a main body section, a butt joint section and a guide section from front to back;
the main body section is in an arc groove shape, and the depth of the arc groove is gradually increased along the direction from the front end of the main body section to the rear end of the main body section; the main body gap between the main body sections of the two sleeve flaps is gradually decreased along the direction from the front end of the main body section to the rear end of the main body section, and the minimum value of the main body gap is not less than 1.5mm;
the butt joint section is in a semi-tubular shape; the front ends of the butt joint sections of the two sleeve petals are respectively provided with an occlusion arc groove (121) and an occlusion shaft pile (221), the occlusion arc groove (121) can be in occlusion fit with the occlusion shaft pile (221), and the two sleeve petals can rotate by taking the occlusion shaft pile (221) as an axis; the middle parts of the butt joint sections of the two sleeve valves are respectively provided with a hoop groove, and the two hoop grooves are matched to form a circular ring shape and can be radially restrained by an elastic hoop (3); folding lugs are arranged at the rear parts of the butt joint sections of the two sleeve flaps, and the positions where the folding lugs of the two sleeve flaps abut against each other serve as the rotation limit positions of the two sleeve flaps;
the rear end of the guide section is provided with a shaping opening edge which is turned outwards; the opposite inner sides of the guide sections of the two sleeve petals are respectively provided with a guide groove; the two guide grooves can be matched to form a V-shaped guide notch, and the opening of the guide notch faces backwards.

The casing quick change tool kit for sausage food processing of claim 1 wherein: a radial outer convex part (125) is arranged at the front end of the butt joint section of one sleeve valve, and an occlusion arc groove (121) is arranged on the radial outer convex part (125) and can extend to the radial outer side of the front end of the butt joint section of the other sleeve valve.

The casing quick change tool kit for sausage food processing of claim 1 wherein: a sudden expansion part is arranged on a butt joint section between the positions of the hoop groove and the occlusion arc groove (121); the sudden expansion part is in an open shape, the diameter of the front end of the sudden expansion part is smaller than that of the rear end of the sudden expansion part, and the rear end of the butt joint section can be tightly matched with one end of the casing; when the casing radially inwards grips the butt-jointed sections of the two sleeve flaps, the elastic hoops (3) can be removed from the sleeve flaps.

A casing quick change tool kit for sausage food processing as claimed in claim 3 wherein: the folding ears on the two sleeve flaps are respectively a first folding ear (123) and a second folding ear (223), and the first folding ear (123) and the second folding ear (223) are parallel to each other; the width of the first tab (123) and the second tab (223) is smaller than the diameter difference of the front end and the rear end of the sudden expansion part.

The casing quick change tool kit for sausage food processing of claim 4 wherein: an alignment hole (1231) is arranged on the first folding lug (123), and an alignment convex shaft (2231) is arranged on the second folding lug (223); when the first folding lug (123) is abutted against the second folding lug (223), the alignment convex shaft (2231) is inserted into the alignment hole (1231).

The casing quick change tool kit for sausage food processing of claim 1 wherein: the quick change tool kit further comprises a casing loading mechanism (4), the casing loading mechanism (4) comprises an open basin (41), a rotary disc (46) and a conical joint (47), and a central boss (42) is arranged at the center of the open basin (41); the rotary disc (46) is rotatably arranged at the top of the central boss (42); the taper joint (47) is arranged at the center of the rotary disc (46) and can be inserted between the guide sections of the two sleeve flaps, and the upper end of the taper joint (47) extends into the space between the butt joint sections of the two sleeve flaps and props open the rear ends of the butt joint sections, so that the front ends of the main body sections of the two sleeve flaps are relatively gathered.

The casing quick change tool kit for sausage food processing of claim 1 wherein: the quick change tool kit further comprises a sausage casing knotting mechanism (6), and the sausage casing knotting mechanism (6) comprises a rotating sleeve (61) and a driving mechanism (67); the rotary sleeve (61) can be sleeved outside the muddy meat discharging pipe (7) and rotates relative to the muddy meat discharging pipe (7); when the transshipment tool is sleeved outside the rotating sleeve (61) and the two sleeve flaps are removed, the casing can be kept outside the rotating sleeve (61); the drive mechanism (67) can control the rotation of the rotating sleeve (61) and can enable the sausage casing to generate twisted knots.

The kit of claim 8 for rapid casing change for sausage food processing, wherein: the outer side walls of two opposite sides of the rotating sleeve (61) are respectively provided with a blocking piece (63), and the blocking pieces (63) can extend into the guide notches, so that the two sleeve flaps can block the movement of the sausage casing when being pulled backwards along the rotating sleeve (61).

The casing quick change tool kit for sausage food processing of claim 8 wherein: the outer side walls of two opposite sides of the rotating sleeve (61) are respectively provided with an arm seat (62), and the end part of each arm seat (62) is connected with a connecting arm (65); the free end of the connecting arm (65) is connected with a clamping arm (64), and an extension spring (66) is connected between the connecting arm (65) and the arm base (62); the clamping arms (64) can press the sausage casing along the radial direction of the rotating sleeve (61), so that resistance is provided for the process that the sausage casing is pulled out from the rotating sleeve (61).
