Referring to the figure, in the present embodiment, the lifting device 5 includes a supporting member 52 and a lifting driving member 53, wherein the lifting driving member 53 is connected to the supporting member 52, and the output direction of the lifting driving member 53 is vertical, so that the lifting driving member 53 can drive the supporting member 52 to move vertically.
Referring to the drawings, the supporting assembly 52 includes a first supporting member 521 and a second supporting member 522, the first supporting member 521 is provided with two groups, one group of first supporting member 521 is fixedly connected to one end of the second supporting member 522, one group of first supporting member 521 is fixedly connected to the other end of the second supporting member 522, and the output end of the lifting driving assembly 53 is connected to the second supporting member 522. In order to make the stress on the two ends of the jig box 1 equal and the support stable in the support process, the two groups of support members are placed along the transportation direction, and the center line of the distance between the two groups of support members is exactly coincident with the center line of the jig box 1, and in this embodiment, the distance between the two groups of support members is smaller than the width of the jig box 1.
Referring to the drawings, the elevation driving assembly 53 includes an elevation driving member 531, an elevation output member 532, an elevation connecting member 533 and an elevation linkage member 534, wherein the elevation driving member 531 is disposed on the work frame 3, and the elevation driving member 531 is disposed above the supporting assembly 52, the output end of the elevation driving member 531 is connected to the elevation output member 532, the elevation output member 532 is fixedly connected to the elevation connecting member 533, and the elevation connecting member 533 is fixedly connected to the second supporting member 522 by bolts; in addition, in this embodiment, in order to make the supporting member 52 more stable in movement of the supporting member 52, and reduce the shaking of the PCB board in the jig box 1, the lifting linkage 534 may use a conveyor belt, and the lifting linkage 534 is inserted into the second supporting member 522, so that the jig box 1 is supported by the second supporting member 522 and can move stably along the placement direction of the lifting linkage 534.
Referring to the figure, the clamping device 6 is disposed above the elevation driving assembly 53, and stops moving when the jig box 1 moves to the top end of the elevation driving assembly 53; at this time, the stop position is set to the second working position 32, and at this time, the clamping device 6 can clamp the jig box cover 11 on the jig box 1, so that the jig box cover 11 is separated from the jig box body 12.
Referring to the figure, in the present embodiment, the clamping device 6 includes a clamping sliding mechanism 61 and a clamping mechanism 62, wherein the clamping mechanism 62 is connected to the clamping sliding mechanism 61, and the clamping sliding mechanism 61 can slide along a direction horizontal to the moving direction of the transporting device 2, so that after the clamping mechanism 62 can clamp the jig box cover 11, the jig box cover 11 is taken away, and the PCB board is taken out through the separating device 7.
Referring to the figure, the clamping and sliding mechanism 61 includes a first clamping and sliding member 611, a second clamping and driving assembly 612 and a third clamping and sliding member 613, wherein the first clamping and sliding member 611 is fixedly installed on the working frame 3, a sliding groove 6111 is formed in the first clamping and sliding member 611, the third clamping and sliding member 613 can slide along the groove wall of the sliding groove 6111, and an output end of the second clamping and driving assembly 612 is connected to the third clamping and sliding member 613. Thereby stably controlling the sliding distance of the third clamping slider 613 along the sliding groove 6111, and the third clamping slider 613 is fixedly connected to the clamping mechanism 62.
Referring to the drawings, the second clamping driving assembly 612 includes a second clamping driving member 6121, a second clamping belt 6122, a belt seat 6123 for adjusting the tightness of the second clamping belt 6122, a linkage seat 6124, and two sets of belt rollers 6125, wherein an output end of the second clamping driving member 6121 is connected to the second clamping belt 6122, the second clamping belt 6122 is connected to the two sets of belt rollers 6125, so that the second clamping belt 6122 can move, the belt seat 6123 is connected to the second clamping belt 6122, and the second clamping belt 6122 is threaded through the linkage seat 6124, so that the linkage seat 6124 can move along the belt moving direction. Therefore, when the second clamping driving member 6121 is driven, the third clamping slider 613 can move along the belt to slide along the sliding groove 6111, and when the second clamping driving member 6121 is pulsed, the third clamping slider 613 can be controlled to move to a set position, for example: the third clamping slide 613 is slid to the second working position 32 so that the clamping mechanism 62 can be stably stopped at the second working position 32.
Referring to the figure, the clamping mechanism 62 includes a clamping mounting piece 621 and a clamping member 622, wherein the third clamping slider 613 is fixedly connected to the clamping mounting piece 621, two sets of mounting openings 6211 are provided on the clamping mounting piece 621, the two sets of mounting openings 6211 are respectively provided at two ends of the clamping mounting piece 621 along the transportation direction of the transportation device 2, the clamping member 622 is provided with two sets, and the two sets of clamping member 622 are respectively fixedly connected to side walls of the two sets of mounting openings 6211. So that when the jig box 1 is located at the second working position 32, the two groups of clamping members 622 can stably clamp the jig box cover 11, so that the jig box cover 11 can be separated from the jig box body 12; compared with the electromagnetic chuck, the clamping member 622 can separate the jig box cover 11 by a clamping method, and in the process of clamping the jig box cover 11, the influence on the PCB inside the jig box 1 is avoided, so that the position of the PCB in the jig box 1 is more stable.
Referring to the figures, the clamp member 622 includes a third clamp driving assembly 6221, a fourth clamp driving assembly 6222, a linkage plate 6223, and a clamp 6224, wherein the third clamp driving assembly 6221 is disposed vertically, an output end of the third clamp driving assembly 6221 is connected to the linkage plate 6223, the fourth clamp driving assembly 6222 is disposed horizontally, and an output end of the fourth clamp driving assembly 6222 is connected to the clamp 6224. Specifically, the third clamp driving assembly 6221 includes a third clamp driving member 62211, a third clamp output member 62212, and a third clamp connection member 62213, the output end of the third clamp driving member 62211 is connected to the third clamp output member 62212, the third clamp output member 62212 is fixedly connected to the third clamp connection member 62213 by a bolt, and the third clamp connection member 62213 is fixedly connected to the linkage plate 6223 by a bolt. Therefore, the third grip driving piece 62211 can drive the linkage plate 6223 to vertically move with respect to the jig box 1 when driven.
Referring to the drawings, the linkage plate 6223 includes a linkage mounting portion 62231 and a linkage limiting portion 62232, wherein the linkage mounting portion 62231 is connected to the linkage limiting portion 62232, the linkage limiting portion 62232 is provided with two sets, the two sets of linkage limiting portions 62232 are disposed on one side of the linkage plate 6223 near the jig box 1, and the linkage limiting portion 62232 is vertically higher than the linkage mounting portion 62231, so that the linkage plate 6223 has a positioning function, and further the third clamping connection member 62213 can be more stably connected to the linkage plate 6223, and the fourth clamping driving assembly 6222 can also be stably connected to the linkage plate 6223. In addition, by dividing the linkage mount 62231 so that the weight moment generated by the fourth and third clamp drive assemblies 6222, 6221, respectively, to the divided positions is the same, the horizontal flatness of the linkage plate 6223 can be maintained, and the clamp 6224 can be stably placed in the second working position 32.
Referring to the drawings, the clamping member 6224 includes a first clamping portion 62241 and a second clamping portion 62242, wherein the linkage mounting portion 62231 is fixedly connected to the first clamping portion 62241 by a bolt, the first clamping portion 62241 is connected to the second clamping portion 62242, and the second clamping portion 62242 is disposed on a side of the clamping member 6224 adjacent to the jig box 1. And the cross-sectional area of the second clamping portion 62242 along the direction away from the jig box 1 is gradually reduced, so that the second clamping portion 62242 has a guiding function, and the second clamping portion 62242 is more stable in the process of clamping the jig box cover 11.
Referring to the figure, the jig box cover 11 is provided with clamping positions 111, the clamping positions 111 are provided with two groups, the two groups of clamping positions 111 are respectively arranged at two sides of the transportation direction of the transportation device 2, the clamping positions 111 are inwards sunken relative to the edge of the jig box cover 11, when the second clamping part 62242 of the clamping piece 6224 is in the clamping process, the clamping positions 111 can be stretched into, and the two ends of the jig box cover 11 are simultaneously clamped, the stress at the two ends is equal, so that the jig box cover 11 can be stably separated from the jig box body 12. The third sliding and clamping sliding piece drives the clamping and mounting piece 621 to slide, so that the jig box cover 11 is far away from the jig box body 12 and stops at another position, and in the embodiment, the position where the jig box cover 11 is far away from the jig box body 12 and stops is set as a third working position 33. Then, after waiting for the PCB board in the jig box body 12 to be taken out, the jig box cover 11 is mounted on the jig box body 12.
Referring to the drawings, the fourth clamp driving assembly 6222 includes a fourth clamp driving member 62221, a fourth clamp output member 62222, and a fourth clamp connection member 62223, the fourth clamp driving member 62221 is fixedly connected to the linkage plate 6223 by a bolt, an output end of the fourth clamp driving member 62221 is connected to the fourth clamp output member 62222, the fourth clamp output member 62222 is connected to the fourth clamp connection member 62223, and the fourth clamp connection member 62223 is fixedly connected to the clamp member 6224 by a bolt. Therefore, the fourth clamp driving member 62221 can drive the clamp member 6224 to move in the horizontal direction with respect to the jig box 1 when driven. The driving modes of the third clamping driving piece 62211 and the fourth clamping driving piece 62221 are integrated, so that the clamping piece 6224 can vertically move and move in the horizontal direction relative to the jig box 1, when the two groups of clamping pieces 6224 pass through the corresponding driving modes, the distance between the two groups of clamping pieces 6224 is exactly equal to the size of the jig box cover 11, and therefore the two groups of clamping pieces 6224 can stably clamp the jig box cover 11, and the jig box cover 11 can be separated from the jig box body 12. Moreover, the two groups of clamping pieces 6224 have a certain adjusting function and can be suitable for jig box covers 11 with different sizes.
Referring to the drawings, the separating apparatus 7 includes a separating mechanism 71 and a separating adjustment mechanism 72, wherein the separating adjustment mechanism 72 is disposed above the separating mechanism 71, and the separating mechanism 71 is rotatably connected to the separating adjustment mechanism 72, so that the separating mechanism 71 can rotate, and therefore, when the separating mechanism 71 takes out the PCB, the PCB can be carried away, and thus the disposition space of the overall system can be reduced.
Referring to the drawings, the separation mechanism 71 includes a separation mount 711 and a separation grabbing component 712, the separation grabbing component 712 is provided with two sets, the two sets of separation grabbing components 712 are respectively provided at both ends of the separation mount 711, and a separation rotating portion 7111 for assisting the separation grabbing component 712 to rotate is provided at a middle position of the separation mount 711.
Referring to the figure, the split grabbing assembly 712 includes a split mounting base 7121, a split grabbing driving member 7122, a split grabbing output member 7123, a split grabbing connecting member 7124 and a split member 7125, wherein the split grabbing driving member 7122 is fixedly connected to the split mounting base 7121 through a bolt, an output end of the split grabbing driving member 7122 is connected to the split grabbing output member 7123, and the split grabbing output member 7123 is fixedly connected to the split grabbing connecting member 7124 through a bolt; moreover, in this embodiment, in order to improve the efficiency of separating PCB boards, the separating members 7125 are provided with a plurality of groups, the plurality of groups of separating members 7125 are fixedly connected to the separating and grabbing connecting members 7124, and the plurality of groups of separating members 7125 are vertically placed, so that a plurality of PCB boards can be separated at a time and leave the jig box 12.
Referring to the drawings, the vertical length of the separation mount 7121 becomes gradually larger in a direction away from the separation mount 711 so that the separation mount 7121 has an inclined surface inclined upward, which is advantageous in that the separation grip driving member 7122 is also disposed obliquely, and the movement direction of the separation grip connecting member 7124 is oblique when the separation grip driving member 7122 is driven; assuming that the placement of the PCB in the jig box 12 is regular, i.e. the distances between adjacent PCBs are equal, then the obliquely extending separating and grabbing connecting piece 7124 can make the separating piece 7125 move obliquely, so that the setting of the horizontal direction adjusting device is reduced, and the adjustment of the vertical movement and the horizontal direction movement can be realized through unidirectional vertical adjustment; also, since the separation mount 711 is rotatable, the degrees of freedom of the separation mount 7125 include horizontal movement, vertical movement, and horizontal rotation, thereby enabling the separation mount 7125 to universally grasp the PCB in the jig box 1.
Referring to the drawings, the separation adjustment mechanism 72 includes a first separation adjustment assembly 721, a separation adjustment mount 722, a second separation adjustment assembly 723, and a third separation adjustment member 724, the first separation adjustment assembly 721 being connected to the separation adjustment mount 722, the separation adjustment mount 722 being connected to the second separation adjustment assembly 723, the second separation adjustment assembly 723 being connected to the third separation adjustment member 724.
Referring to the drawings, in the present embodiment, the first separation adjustment assembly 721 includes a first separation adjustment driving member 7211, a reversing member 7212, a first separation adjustment output member 7213, and a first separation adjustment rail 7214, and specifically, the first separation adjustment driving member 7211 is disposed in a horizontal direction, and an output end of the first separation adjustment driving member 7211 is connected to the reversing member 7212, so that a driving direction of the first separation adjustment driving member 7211 is changed, thereby reducing a placement space of the overall apparatus, the reversing member 7212 is connected to the first separation adjustment output member 7213, and the first separation adjustment output member 7213 is slidably connected to the first separation adjustment rail 7214, thereby enabling the first separation adjustment output member 7213 to be slidably moved in a transportation direction of the transportation device 2.
Referring to the drawings, the first separation adjustment output member 7213 is fixedly connected to one end of the separation adjustment mounting member 722 through a bolt, thereby achieving movement of the separation adjustment mounting member 722, and in addition, the other end of the separation adjustment mounting member 722 is provided with an auxiliary sliding device 8, the auxiliary sliding device 8 including an auxiliary slide rail 81 and an auxiliary slide block 82, wherein, in the present embodiment, the separation adjustment mounting member 722 is fixedly connected to the auxiliary slide block 82 through a bolt, and the auxiliary slide block 82 is slidingly connected to the auxiliary slide rail 81, thereby maintaining that the separation adjustment mounting member 722 can stably move in the horizontal longitudinal direction.
Referring to the drawings, a second separation adjustment assembly 723 is disposed below the separation adjustment mount 722, the second separation adjustment assembly 723 being connected to the separation adjustment mount 722. The second separation adjustment assembly 723 includes a second separation adjustment drive 7231, a second separation adjustment connection 7232, and a second separation adjustment fixture 7233, the second separation adjustment drive 7231 being capable of driving the second separation adjustment connection 7232, and the second separation adjustment connection 7232 being capable of sliding vertically relative to the second separation adjustment fixture 7233, the second separation adjustment fixture 7233 being disposed vertically such that, when the second separation adjustment drive 7231 is driven, the second separation adjustment connection 7232 is capable of sliding along the second separation adjustment connection 7232.
Referring to the drawings, a third separation adjusting piece 724 is fixedly connected to the second separation adjusting connecting piece 7232 by a bolt, and a mounting rotating portion 7241 for mounting the separation rotating portion 7111 is provided at one side of the third separation adjusting piece 724 near the separation rotating portion 7111, and in this embodiment, the mounting rotating portion 7241 and the separation rotating portion 7111 are connected to form a rotating cylinder, thereby realizing the rotation adjustment of the separation grabbing assembly 712.
Referring to the drawings, a system for automatically separating a box cover further includes a conveying device 9 for conveying the PCB board, wherein the conveying device 9 is disposed on the work frame 3, and the conveying device 9 is disposed on a side of the work frame 3 away from the clamping device 6. After the clamping device 6 clamps the jig box cover 11, the separating device 7 conveys the separated PCB to the conveying device 9.
Referring to the figure, in the present embodiment, the conveying device 9 includes several sets of roller sets 91, and the pcb board can be moved in a direction away from the gripping device 6 by the several roller sets 91.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: the jig box 1 is stably transported by the transportation device 2, the jig box 1 is transported into the installation frame body, the position of the jig box 1 is limited by the limiting device 4, the position of the jig box 1 is determined, the jig box 1 is lifted by the lifting device 5, and after the vertical movement of the jig box 1 is stopped, the jig box is lifted; at this time, the jig box 1 is clamped by the clamping device 6 so that the jig box cover 11 is separated from the jig box body 12, and finally the PCB and the jig box 1 are separated by the separating device 7. The position of the jig box 1 is limited for a plurality of times in the whole process, so that the position of the jig box 1 is determined, the jig box cover 11 and the jig box body 12 can be accurately separated, then, the PCB and the jig box body 12 are accurately separated, and the transportation stability of the PCB in the whole transportation process is improved.

A system for automatically separating box cover according to claim 1, characterized in that the lifting device (5) comprises a bearing assembly (52) and a lifting drive assembly (53), the bearing assembly (52) being able to press against the outer wall of the jig box (1), the lifting drive assembly (53) being connected to the bearing assembly (52), the lifting drive assembly (53) being able to move the bearing assembly (52) vertically; the bearing assembly (52) comprises a first bearing (521) and a second bearing (522), wherein the first bearing (521) is provided with two groups, and the two groups of the first bearings (521) are respectively connected with two ends of the second bearing (522); when the jig box (1) is located at the first working position (31), the two groups of first supporting pieces (521) are propped against the outer wall of the jig box (1) and drive the jig box (1) to move vertically; when the support assembly (52) is stopped, the jig box (1) is set to a second working position (32).

A system for automatically separating cassette cover plates according to claim 2, characterized in that the clamping means (6) comprise a clamping slide mechanism (61) and a clamping mechanism (62) for clamping the cassette cover (11); the clamping sliding mechanism (61) comprises a first clamping sliding piece (611), a second clamping driving assembly (612) and a third clamping sliding piece (613), wherein a sliding groove (6111) is formed in the first clamping sliding piece (611), the sliding groove (6111) is formed in the direction perpendicular to the movement direction of the conveying device (2) along the horizontal direction, the third clamping sliding piece (613) is connected to the groove wall of the sliding groove (6111) in a sliding mode, and the second clamping driving assembly (612) is connected to the third clamping sliding piece (613); the third clamping sliding piece (613) is connected to the clamping mechanism (62), when the clamping mechanism (62) clamps the jig box cover (11), the third clamping sliding piece (613) can slide along the sliding groove (6111), the jig box cover (11) is moved to the other end of the working frame body (3), and the stopping position of the jig box cover (11) at the moment is set to be a third working position (33);
the clamping mechanism (62) comprises a clamping installation piece (621) and clamping members (622), wherein the third clamping sliding piece (613) is fixedly connected to the clamping installation piece (621), two groups of installation openings (6211) are formed in the clamping installation piece (621), the two groups of installation openings (6211) are respectively formed in two ends of the clamping installation piece (621) along the conveying direction of the conveying device (2), the two groups of clamping members (622) are arranged, and the two groups of clamping members (622) are respectively fixedly connected to the side walls of the two groups of installation openings (6211).

A system for automatically separating cassette cover plates according to claim 3, wherein the clamping member (622) comprises a third clamping drive assembly (6221), a fourth clamping drive assembly (6222), a linkage plate (6223) and a clamp (6224); the third clamping driving assembly (6221) is connected to the third clamping sliding piece (613), the third clamping driving assembly (6221) is vertically placed, the output end of the third clamping driving assembly (6221) is connected to the linkage plate (6223) so that the linkage plate (6223) can vertically move, the fourth clamping driving assembly (6222) is horizontally placed, the fourth clamping driving assembly (6222) is connected to the linkage plate (6223), and the output end of the fourth clamping driving assembly (6222) is connected to the clamping piece (6224) so that the clamping piece (6224) can horizontally move.

The system for automatically separating a box cover plate according to claim 4, wherein the linkage plate (6223) comprises a linkage mounting portion (62231) and a linkage limiting portion (62232), the linkage mounting portion (62231) is connected to the linkage limiting portion (62232), the linkage limiting portion (62232) is provided with two groups, the two groups of linkage limiting portions (62232) are both arranged on one side of the linkage plate (6223) close to the jig box (1), and the linkage limiting portion (62232) is vertically higher than the linkage mounting portion (62231).

The system for automatically separating a cassette cover according to claim 5, wherein the clamping member (6224) comprises a first clamping portion (62241) and a second clamping portion (62242), the linkage mounting portion (62231) is fixedly connected to the first clamping portion (62241), the first clamping portion (62241) is connected to the second clamping portion (62242), and a cross-sectional area of the second clamping portion (62242) is gradually reduced in a direction away from the jig cassette (1).

A system for automatically separating a box cover according to claim 1, wherein the separating device (7) comprises a separating mechanism (71) for separating a PCB board and a jig box (1) and a separating and adjusting mechanism (72) for adjusting the separating mechanism (71), the separating and adjusting mechanism (72) is arranged above the separating mechanism (71), and the separating mechanism (71) is rotatably connected to the separating and adjusting mechanism (72).
