In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects of the present invention more clearly understood, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4 together, a multi-cycle tail water treatment system according to the present invention will now be described. The multi-circulation tail water treatment system comprises a three-pool two-dam tail water treatment system 1, a one-pool one-channel tail water treatment system 2 and a pool bottom sewage discharge tail water treatment system 3, wherein the three-pool two-dam tail water treatment system 1 is used for being communicated with a tail water discharge end of an aquaculture pond 4, treating and purifying discharged aquaculture tail water in an ecological mode, and conveying the treated water into the aquaculture pond 4 after treating the tail water; the first pond and channel tail water treatment system 2 is used for communicating with a tail water discharge end of the aquaculture pond 4, treating and purifying the discharged aquaculture tail water in an ecological mode, and conveying the treated water into the aquaculture pond 4 after treating the tail water; the pond bottom sewage-discharging tail water treatment system 3 is used for communicating with a tail water discharge end of the aquaculture pond 4, treating and purifying the discharged aquaculture tail water in a precipitation and filtration mode, and conveying the treated water into the aquaculture pond 4 after treating the tail water; wherein, the three-pool two-dam tail water treatment system 1, the one-pool one-channel tail water treatment system 2 and the pool bottom sewage discharge tail water treatment system 3 are mutually matched or alternatively operated, and form a multi-cycle tail water treatment system.
The invention provides a tail water treatment system based on an ecological purification pool 3, which belongs to a sewage treatment system related to seawater utilization, compared with the prior art, the tail water treatment system 1 of the three pools and the two dams is used for communicating with the tail water discharge end of an aquaculture pond 4 and treating and purifying the discharged aquaculture tail water in an ecological mode, the tail water treatment system 2 of one pool and one channel is used for communicating with the tail water discharge end of the aquaculture pond 4 and treating and purifying the discharged aquaculture tail water in an ecological mode, the tail water treatment system 3 of the pool bottom is used for communicating with the tail water discharge end of the aquaculture pond 4 and treating and purifying the discharged aquaculture tail water in a precipitation and filtration mode, the three systems are mutually matched or alternately operated, the treated tail water can be conveyed into the aquaculture pond 4 after being treated, a multi-cycle tail water treatment system is formed, the tail water treatment and purification of the aquaculture pond 4 and the reuse can be realized by an ecological technical means and a precipitation and filtration mode, improving the treatment efficiency of treating the culture tail water and reducing the environmental pollution.
Three ponds two dams tail water treatment system 1 includes: three ponds (a sedimentation pond, a biochemical purification pond and a multi-nutrition level ecological purification pond) and two dams (two filtering dams). The treatment process of the one-pond one-channel tail water treatment system 2 comprises the following steps: the aquaculture pond → the ecological ditch → the multi-nutrition ecological purification pond → the aquaculture pond. The pond bottom sewage-discharging tail water treatment system 3 is a method combining physics and biological evolution, waste water containing organic granular wastes such as residual bait, excrement and the like generated in the breeding process is discharged out of a pond, breeding tail water is discharged after solid-liquid separation, filtration treatment and purification treatment in a precipitation mode, and the treated water can be conveyed into the breeding pond after the tail water is treated.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1-4, the multi-cycle tail water treatment system further includes a raceway-type tail water treatment system for communicating with a tail water discharge end of the aquaculture pond 4 for treating and purifying the discharged aquaculture tail water, and for delivering the treated tail water into the aquaculture pond 4 after treating the tail water. The runway type tail water treatment system can be used in cooperation with other systems or simultaneously, and is a tail water treatment mode in the prior art.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1-4, the multi-circulation tail water treatment system further comprises a three-stage filter tank tail water treatment system 5, which is connected to the tail water discharge end of the aquaculture pond 4, and is used for treating and purifying the discharged aquaculture tail water through multi-stage filtration and biodegradation, and the treated tail water can be transported into the aquaculture pond 4 after being treated. The three-stage filter tank tail water treatment system 5 can be matched with other systems for use or used simultaneously.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 4, a three-pond two-dam tail water treatment system 1 includes a sedimentation pond 11, a biochemical purification pond 12, a multi-nutrient ecological purification pond 13, a first filtering dam 14, a second filtering dam 15 and a water return ditch 16, wherein the sedimentation pond 11 is used for communicating with a tail water discharge end of an aquaculture pond 4, aquatic animals, aquatic plants and aquatic microorganisms are arranged in the sedimentation pond 11, and the aquatic plants are used for slowing down the water flow rate and absorbing nutrient-rich substances in the tail water; the bottom of the biochemical purification tank 12 is covered with a plastic film, a plurality of aeration components are uniformly distributed in the biochemical purification tank, and porous filter materials are added in the biochemical purification tank; the multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank 13 is used for treating and purifying the discharged culture tail water in an ecological mode; the first filtering dam 14 is arranged between the sedimentation tank 11 and the biochemical purification tank 12 and is used for filtering tail water discharged from the sedimentation tank 11 and conveying the tail water to the biochemical purification tank 12; the second filtering dam 15 is arranged between the biochemical purifying tank 12 and the multi-nutrition-level ecological purifying tank 13 and is used for filtering tail water discharged from the biochemical purifying tank 12 and transmitting the tail water to the multi-nutrition-level ecological purifying tank 13; one end of the backwater channel 16 is communicated with the water outlet end of the multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank 13, and the other end is communicated with the aquaculture pond 4, and is used for conveying the treated clean water body into the aquaculture pond 4 so as to realize the recycling of the treated tail water. Realizes the ecological treatment and the recycling of the tail water of the aquaculture pond 4, improves the treatment efficiency of the tail water of aquaculture and reduces environmental pollution.
The plastic film can be replaced by geotextile, PE film and the like. The porous filter material can be replaced by a brush which is a carrier capable of providing attachment for microorganisms. When a porous filter material is added to a filtration system, it is the most effective way to rapidly increase the number of microorganisms.
The aquatic animals in the sedimentation tank 11 are filter-feeding shellfish, which comprise benthic shellfish and suspension cage cultured shellfish, and are used for filtering and removing suspended solid particles and sediments in the water body, avoiding sedimentation in the sedimentation tank and realizing self-purification of the sedimentation tank.
Agricultural byproducts with cellulose as a main component are paved at the bottom of the first filtering dam 14 to form a local anaerobic space, provide a carbon source for microorganisms and promote denitrification and denitrification of the microorganisms. Saline-alkali tolerant herbaceous plants are planted on the upper layers of the first filtering dam 14 and the second filtering dam 15 to form a physical filtering-microbial purifying-plant purifying comprehensive filtering belt.
The multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank 13 is provided with a zigzag water channel formed by partition plates, and the artificial wetland is formed by planting aquatic plants along the water channel, so that the cultivation tail water is fully treated by the wetland, and the purification efficiency of the wetland is improved.
The upper part of the biochemical purification tank 12 is covered with a sunshade net to reduce the illumination intensity and promote the growth of microorganisms; laying cellulose agricultural byproducts at the bottom, fixing the cellulose agricultural byproducts by using a net to form a bottom anaerobic zone, adding a porous filter material at the upper part of the bottom anaerobic zone, and inflating to form an oxygen-enriched zone to construct the aerobic nitrification-anaerobic denitrification synchronous denitrification aeration filter.
An ecological floating bed is constructed on the water surface of the biochemical purification tank 12, the coverage rate is 100 percent, an underwater dark environment is formed, and the growth of microorganisms is promoted; paving cellulose agricultural byproducts at the bottom, fixing the cellulose agricultural byproducts by using a netting to form a bottom anaerobic area, adding a porous filter material at the upper part of the bottom anaerobic area, and inflating the porous filter material to form an oxygen-enriched area, thereby constructing an aerobic nitrification-anaerobic denitrification-autotrophic synchronous nitrogen and phosphorus removal ecological pool.
The bottom of the backwater ditch 16 is seeded with filter-feeding shellfish and saprophagous clamworm, an ecological purification floating bed is constructed on the water surface, the shellfish filters and feeds solid waste, the clamworm is utilized to promote the disturbance at the bottom of the ditch and promote the exchange of dissolved oxygen and nutrient substances, and the ecological floating bed absorbs soluble nitrogen-phosphorus nutrient salt to comprehensively treat the culture tail water.
The multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank 13 is used for treating and purifying the culture tail water by an ecological technical means, so that the pollution to the environment can be reduced, the use of chemical agents is reduced, the quality of the treated tail water can meet the design requirement, and the technical effect of recycling the culture pond 4 is achieved. Through ecological mode purification treatment tail water, the reduction produces the pollution to the environment, and the area of the ecological purification tank 13 of many trophic levels is great, can satisfy normal use, or one or more aquaculture pond 4 uses, realizes breeding the cyclic utilization of tail water, forms the system of cyclic treatment tail water, can also guarantee tail water treatment quality and effect simultaneously. The drainage end intercommunication of ecological purification tank 13 of many nutrition levels has outside river course 6, and the drainage end of ecological purification tank 13 of many nutrition levels is equipped with detection device, and the water is through detecting and accord with outer row requirement after, can be to the drainage in the river course 6 of outside.
Specifically, by using the three-pond two-dam tail water treatment system 1, the area of the tail water treatment system accounts for 8-10% of the total area of the culture site.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 4, a drainage pipeline 21 is connected between the cultivation pond 4 and the multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank 13, and the tail water in the cultivation pond 4 can be transported to the multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank 13 through the drainage pipeline 21, so as to form a pond-channel tail water treatment system 2. As the name implies, one aquaculture pond 4 is provided with a multi-nutrition-level ecological purification pond 13.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the bottom sewage tail water treatment system 3 includes a sewage pipe 31, a sewage well 32, a water pumping assembly 33 and a settling tank 34, wherein the sewage pipe 31 is horizontally arranged, and one end of the sewage pipe is communicated with the bottom of the aquaculture pond 4; the sewage draining well 32 is excavated beside the aquaculture pond 4 and is of a vertical shaft structure, the bottom of the inner side of the sewage draining well 32 is communicated with the other end of the sewage draining pipe 31, and the sewage draining pipe 31 is used for draining tail water in the aquaculture pond 4 into the sewage draining well 32; the water pumping assembly 33 is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the sewage well 32, the water outlet end of the water pumping assembly 33 is communicated with a drain pipe 35, and the drain pipe 35 extends out of the upper end of the sewage well 32; settling tank 34 is located subaerial, and in blow off pipe 31 extended to settling tank 34, pump water component 33 was used for extracting tail water in the blowoff well 32 and pumped to settling tank 34, and settling tank 34 is used for deposiing tail water, and 34 lateral part intercommunications of settling tank have the wet return, and wet return one end intercommunication settling tank 34, the other end intercommunication aquaculture pond 4, the water after 34 precipitations of settling tank is passed through the wet return and is transported to aquaculture pond 4.
The water level of the aquaculture pond 4 is lower than the height of the upper end of the sewage well 32, the height of the sedimentation tank 34 can be flush with the height of the sewage well 32, and the water pumping assembly 33 can be a water pump capable of pumping tail water. The tail water after precipitation can be recycled and used for other purposes.
The sewage pipe 31, the sewage well 32, the water pumping assembly 33 and the settling tank 34 can form a circulating system for treating the aquaculture tail water with the aquaculture pond 4. The bottom of the settling tank 34 is sludge or other suspended matter, sediment, etc., and the water used for settling is the water located on the upper layer of the sludge, which can be discharged from the bottom of the settling tank 34 after a period of use. A sludge outlet is provided at the bottom of the settling tank 34 and is opened to discharge sludge.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the pond bottom sewage system further includes a fish-vegetable symbiotic artificial wetland system 36, the fish-vegetable symbiotic artificial wetland system 36 is communicated with the settling tank 34 through a pipeline, and the water settled in the settling tank 34 is transported to the fish-vegetable symbiotic artificial wetland system 36 through a pipeline; the bottom of the aquaculture pond 4 is provided with a drain outlet 41, the upper end of the drain outlet 41 is provided with an escape-proof net 42, and one end of the drain pipe 31 is communicated with the drain outlet 41 and is positioned below the escape-proof net 42. A circulating system for treating the aquaculture tail water can be formed among the sewage discharge pipe 31, the sewage discharge well 32, the water pumping assembly 33, the sedimentation tank 34, the fish and vegetable symbiotic artificial wetland system 36 and the aquaculture pond 4. The escape prevention net 42 can prevent fish, etc. from entering the inside of the soil discharge opening 41 or the soil discharge pipe 31.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the sewage system at the bottom of the pond further includes an external drainage channel 37, the external drainage channel 37 is communicated with the fish-vegetable symbiotic artificial wetland system 36, and tail water discharged by the fish-vegetable symbiotic artificial wetland system 36 can be conveyed to the external drainage channel 37; the water return pipe is also arranged between the fish and vegetable symbiotic artificial wetland system 36 and the culture pond 4, and tail water discharged by the fish and vegetable symbiotic artificial wetland system 36 can be conveyed to the culture pond 4. The fish-vegetable symbiotic artificial wetland system 36 adopts a system in the prior art, and is not described again. The water with the sludge can be discharged by arranging the outer discharge channel 37. The invention comprises a plurality of water return pipes which are arranged at different positions, so that tail water treated by the fish-vegetable symbiotic artificial wetland system 36 can be recycled to the culture pond 4.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 4, an ecological ditch 7 and/or a pipeline 8 is arranged between the culture pond 4 and the sedimentation tank 11, and tail water is conveyed into the sedimentation tank 11 through the ecological ditch 7 and/or the pipeline 8; filter-feeding fishes are cultivated in the multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank 13, submerged aquatic plants, emergent aquatic plants and floating-leaf aquatic plants are planted in the multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank 13, and the area of the multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank 13 covered by the aquatic plants is more than 80%; and a water quality monitoring device 9 is arranged at the water outlet end of the multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank 13 and is used for monitoring the water quality of the water body after treatment and purification.
Wherein the area of the multi-nutrition level ecological purification tank 13 covered by the aquatic plants is more than 80 percent. The submerged aquatic plant can be herba Swertiae Dilutae, waterweed, Goldfish algae, Foliumet Sedum, herba Eupatorii, etc.; the emergent aquatic plant can be rhizoma Nelumbinis, rhizoma Typhae, herba Oenanthes Javanicae, canna indica, etc.; the aquatic plant can be swamp cabbage, Eichhornia crassipes, flos Nymphaeae, rhizoma Acori Calami, etc.
The water quality monitoring device 9 can grasp the treatment and purification quality of the tail water in real time.
Specifically, the adopted water quality monitoring device 9 can select the equipment in the prior art, and can monitor the water quality information in real time.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the three-stage filtration pond tail water treatment system 5 includes an overflow device 51, a curved sieve 52, a gravel filter 53, a fine sand filter 54 and a ceramsite filter 55, which are sequentially arranged, wherein the bottom of the gravel filter 53 is communicated with the bottom of the fine sand filter 54, the upper part of the fine sand filter 54 is communicated with the upper part of the ceramsite filter 55, the bottom of the ceramsite filter 55 is provided with an opening for discharging tail water, the curved sieve 52 is arranged at the top of the gravel filter 53 for filtering tail water flowing into the gravel filter 53, and the overflow device 51 is used for conveying the tail water from the aquaculture pond 4 into the gravel filter 53; the opening of the ceramsite filter 55 is communicated with the multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank 13. And flows into the culture pond 4 after being purified again by the multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank 13. The overflow means 51 is an overflow pipe.
In some embodiments, a water pump for pumping tail water is installed in the ecological ditch 7 and/or the water return ditch 16, and water can be delivered to the multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank 13 or the culture pond 4 through the water pump, so that the problem of poor tail water flow caused by height difference is avoided.

1. Multicycle tail water processing system, its characterized in that includes:
the three-pond two-dam tail water treatment system is used for communicating with a tail water discharge end of an aquaculture pond, treating and purifying the discharged aquaculture tail water in an ecological mode, and conveying the treated water into the aquaculture pond after treating the tail water;
the first-pool first-channel tail water treatment system is used for communicating a tail water discharge end of an aquaculture pond, treating and purifying the discharged aquaculture tail water in an ecological mode, and conveying the treated water into the aquaculture pond after treating the tail water;
the pond bottom sewage-discharging tail water treatment system is used for communicating with a tail water discharge end of an aquaculture pond, treating and purifying the discharged aquaculture tail water in a precipitation and filtration mode, and conveying the treated water into the aquaculture pond after treating the tail water;
the three-pool two-dam tail water treatment system, the one-pool one-canal tail water treatment system and the pool bottom sewage discharge tail water treatment system are mutually matched or alternatively operated, and a multi-cycle tail water treatment system is formed.

The multi-cycle tail water treatment system of claim 1, further comprising a raceway tail water treatment system in communication with the aquaculture pond tail water discharge end for treating the purified effluent aquaculture tail water and delivering the treated tail water to the aquaculture pond.
3. The multi-cycle tail water treatment system of claim 1, further comprising a three-stage filtration pond tail water treatment system for communicating with a tail water discharge end of the aquaculture pond, treating and purifying the discharged aquaculture tail water by means of multi-stage filtration and biodegradation, and delivering the treated tail water into the aquaculture pond after the tail water is treated.
4. The multi-cycle tail water treatment system of claim 3, wherein the three pond two dam tail water treatment system comprises:
the sedimentation tank is used for communicating a tail water discharge end of the aquaculture pond, aquatic animals, aquatic plants and aquatic microorganisms are arranged in the sedimentation tank, and the aquatic plants are used for slowing down the water flow rate and absorbing nutrient-rich substances in the tail water;
the bottom of the biochemical purification tank is covered with a plastic film, a plurality of aeration assemblies are uniformly distributed in the biochemical purification tank, and porous filter materials are added in the biochemical purification tank;
the multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank is used for treating and purifying the discharged culture tail water in an ecological mode;
the first filtering dam is arranged between the sedimentation tank and the biochemical purification tank and used for filtering tail water discharged by the sedimentation tank and conveying the tail water to the biochemical purification tank;
the second filtering dam is arranged between the biochemical purifying pond and the multi-nutrition-level ecological purifying pond and is used for filtering tail water discharged by the biochemical purifying pond and conveying the tail water to the multi-nutrition-level ecological purifying pond;
the microorganism-plant-animal comprehensive purification wetland is used for promoting the conversion and utilization of nutrient elements in the culture tail water;
and one end of the water return channel is communicated with the water outlet end of the multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank, and the other end of the water return channel is communicated with the aquaculture pond and used for treating the treated clean water body in the aquaculture pond so as to realize the recycling of the treated tail water.

The multi-cycle tail water treatment system of claim 4, wherein a drainage pipeline is communicated between the aquaculture pond and the multi-nutrient ecological purification pond, and tail water in the aquaculture pond can be conveyed to the multi-nutrient ecological purification pond through the drainage pipeline to form the one-pond one-channel tail water treatment system.
6. The multi-cycle tail water treatment system of claim 1, wherein the bottom-of-pool blowdown tail water treatment system:
the blow-off pipe is horizontally arranged, and one end of the blow-off pipe is communicated with the bottom of the aquaculture pond;
the sewage draining well is excavated beside the aquaculture pond and is of a vertical shaft structure, the bottom of the inner side of the sewage draining well is communicated with the other end of the sewage draining pipe, and the sewage draining pipe is used for draining tail water in the aquaculture pond to the sewage draining well;
the water pumping assembly is arranged at the inner bottom of the sewage well, the water outlet end of the water pumping assembly is communicated with a drain pipe, and the drain pipe extends out of the upper end of the sewage well;
the sedimentation tank is located subaerially, the blow off pipe extends to in the sedimentation tank, pump water subassembly is used for the extraction tail water in the blow off well and to the pump sending in the sedimentation tank, the sedimentation tank is used for deposiing tail water, sedimentation tank lateral part intercommunication has the wet return, wet return one end intercommunication sedimentation tank, other end intercommunication breed pond, process water after the sedimentation tank deposits passes through the wet return is defeated to breed pond.

The multi-cycle tail water treatment system of claim 6, wherein the pond bottom blowdown system further comprises a fish-vegetable symbiotic artificial wetland system, the fish-vegetable symbiotic artificial wetland system is communicated with the sedimentation pond through a pipeline, and water precipitated in the sedimentation pond is conveyed to the fish-vegetable symbiotic artificial wetland system through the pipeline;
the bottom of the aquaculture pond is provided with a drain outlet, the upper end of the drain outlet is provided with an escape-proof net, and one end of the drain pipe is communicated with the drain outlet and is positioned below the escape-proof net.

The multi-cycle tail water treatment system of claim 7, wherein the pond bottom blowdown system further comprises an outer discharge channel, the outer discharge channel is communicated with the aquaponic artificial wetland system, and tail water discharged through the aquaponic artificial wetland system can be conveyed to the outer discharge channel;
the water return pipe is further arranged between the fish and vegetable symbiotic artificial wetland system and the culture pond, and tail water discharged by the fish and vegetable symbiotic artificial wetland system can be conveyed to the culture pond.
9. The multi-cycle tail water treatment system of claim 4, wherein an ecological ditch and/or a pipeline is arranged between the aquaculture pond and the sedimentation pond, and tail water is conveyed into the sedimentation pond through the ecological ditch and/or the pipeline;
filter-feeding fishes are bred in the multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank, submerged aquatic plants, emergent aquatic plants and floating-leaf aquatic plants are planted in the multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank, and the area of the multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank covered by the aquatic plants is larger than 80%;
and a water quality monitoring device is arranged at the water outlet end of the multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank and is used for monitoring the water quality of the water body after treatment and purification.

The multi-cycle tail water treatment system according to claim 4, wherein the three-stage filter tank tail water treatment system comprises an overflow device, a curved sieve, a gravel filter, a fine sand filter and a ceramsite filter which are arranged in sequence, wherein the bottom of the gravel filter and the bottom of the fine sand filter are communicated with each other, the upper part of the fine sand filter is communicated with the upper part of the ceramsite filter, the bottom of the ceramsite filter is provided with an opening and used for discharging tail water, the curved sieve is arranged at the top of the gravel filter and used for filtering tail water flowing into the gravel filter, and the overflow device is used for conveying the tail water from the culture pond into the gravel filter; the opening of the ceramsite filter is communicated with the multi-nutrition-level ecological purification tank.
