Background
The high-temperature camera device in the furnace is a monitoring device widely applied in metallurgical iron and steel enterprises, and plays an important role in observing the running state of strip steel in the furnace body and judging the temperature of the furnace, the basic structure of the high-temperature camera device is shown in figure 1, a water-cooling protective cover 1 is arranged outside the furnace body 2, a camera 3 and a zoom lens 4 are arranged in the water-cooling protective cover 1, a lens tube 5 for air-cooling protection extends into the furnace body 2, the camera 3 obtains images in the furnace body 2 through the lens tube 5 and the zoom lens 4 by adopting a twice imaging mode, and finally the images are transmitted to a monitor 6 to be displayed.
The existing in-furnace high-temperature camera device mainly has the following problems:
the camera 3 and the zoom lens 4 are fixedly installed on the supporting plate through screws, the supporting plate is placed in the water-cooling protective cover 1, and the supporting plate is fixed through screws. Because the camera 3 and the zoom lens 4 are located at the front end of the water-cooling protective cover 1, when equipment failure needs to be handled or equipment needs to be adjusted and replaced, bolts for fixing the supporting plate need to be loosened, then the camera 3 and the zoom lens 4 are taken out of the water-cooling protective cover 1, the camera 3 and the zoom lens 4 are processed and then are placed back into the water-cooling protective cover 1 for fixing, and after the camera 3 and the zoom lens are fixed, the camera 4 and the target object cannot be aligned at one time, so that the camera 3 and the zoom lens 4 need to be frequently taken out of the water-cooling protective cover 1 for adjustment, the operation is very inconvenient, and the operation efficiency is seriously affected.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a water-cooling protective device and a furnace high-temperature camera device, which can conveniently and quickly adjust the position, the angle and the focal length of a camera and a zoom lens and meet the requirements of maintenance personnel on the maintenance and debugging of the furnace high-temperature camera device.

3) according to the water-cooling protective device, the automatic locking device is arranged on the linear guide rail between the water-cooling protective cover and the front cover, so that the water-cooling protective cover can be prevented from sliding and crushing personnel.

In embodiment 1, please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the water-cooling protection apparatus provided by the present invention includes a water-cooling protection cover 7, a front cover 8 disposed at a front end of the water-cooling protection cover 7, and a supporting plate 9 disposed in the water-cooling protection cover 7.
Water-cooling protection casing 7 adopts stainless steel, and sets up to sandwich structure 10, is used for circulating cooling water in the sandwich structure 10, and the intercommunication has water inlet 11 and delivery port 12 on the sandwich structure 10, and the cooling water flows into sandwich structure 10 from water inlet 11 in, flows out from delivery port 12 again, plays the cooling action to water-cooling protection casing 7, makes camera 13 and camera lens 14 can work under normal temperature.
The rear end part of the water-cooling protective cover 7 is provided with a rear cover 15, and the rear cover 15 is provided with a cable interface 16.
The water-cooling protective cover 7 is connected and locked with the front cover 8 and the rear cover 15 through the snap fasteners 17, and the water-cooling protective cover 7 can be separated from the front cover 8 and the rear cover 15 after the snap fasteners 17 are loosened.
The front cover 8 is connected with the water-cooling protective cover 7 through a sliding structure, and the sliding structure comprises a linear guide rail 18 and a linear bearing 19.
The linear bearing 19 is provided at a front end portion position in the water-cooled protection cover 7.
One end of the linear guide rail 18 is connected to the inner side surface of the front cover 8, and the other end of the linear guide rail 18 passes through the linear bearing 19 and is positioned in the water-cooled protective cover 7.
The other end of the linear guide 18 is provided with an automatic locking device 20.
The water-cooled protective cover 7 can be easily pulled back by about 180mm along the linear guide rail 18 through the linear bearing 19, and is locked by the automatic locking device 20 after sliding to the end part of the linear guide rail 18, so that the camera 13 and the lens 14 can be conveniently adjusted.
The supporting plate 9 is provided with a sliding positioning structure which is used for installing a camera 13.
The sliding positioning structure comprises a sliding groove 21 arranged on the supporting plate 9, and a knurl type loosening-free screw 22 is placed in the sliding groove 21. And
a slide block 23 is arranged on the lower surface of the supporting plate 9, and a knurled release screw 22 passes through the sliding groove 21 and is screwed on the slide block 23.
The camera 13 can slide back and forth through the sliding groove 21 on the supporting plate 9, and after the position is determined, the camera is fixed through the knurling type release screw 22, so that the maintenance and debugging of the equipment can be completed without tools.
Embodiment 2, please refer to fig. 4, in which the in-furnace high temperature image capturing apparatus provided by the present invention includes a camera 13 and a lens 14 disposed in the water-cooling protection apparatus in embodiment 1;
a controller 25 connected to the camera 14 through a network cable 24; and
a monitor 26 connected to the controller 25.
The camera 13 is mounted on the pallet 9 in the water-cooled protective cover 7, and can slide back and forth through a slide groove 21 on the pallet 9, and after the position is determined, the camera is fixed by a knurling type release screw 22.
The water-cooling protective cover 7 is made of stainless steel and is arranged into a sandwich structure 10, cooling water is used for circulating in the sandwich structure 10, the sandwich structure 10 is communicated with a water inlet 11 and a water outlet 12, the cooling water flows into the sandwich structure 10 from the water inlet 11 and flows out from the water outlet 12, the water-cooling protective cover 7 is cooled, and the camera 13 and the lens 14 can work at normal temperature.
The lens tube 29 protected by the air cooling device 27 and the lining 28 extends into the furnace body 30, the front cover 8 is in contact with the air cooling device 27, the camera 13 obtains images in the furnace body 30 through the lens tube 29 and the lens 14 in a double-imaging mode, and finally the images are transmitted to the monitor 26 to be displayed.
