Method for cleaning netted parts of range hood by dish washer
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of washing, and particularly relates to a method for washing a meshed part of an oil smoke machine by using a dish washing machine.
Background
The clothes and food are indispensable in the life of people at present, wherein in the family life, the people often need to cook and fry in the kitchen, and as the edible oil and food are heated at high temperature in the cooking process, the edible oil and food can be decomposed and generate a large amount of oil smoke along with the time lapse, and the edible oil and food is accompanied with pungent smell and belongs to indoor air pollutants. Not only can harm the health of cooking personnel, but also can leave stains which are difficult to remove on the wall surface of a kitchen and has the possibility of causing the skin of the wall surface to fall off.
To remove oil smoke, a range hood is installed in many kitchens. The range hood can suck away oil smoke generated in a kitchen, so that indoor air is purified, and cooking personnel are prevented from being choked by the oil smoke. When the range hood is used, the adsorbed and removed oil smoke can be continuously adhered to parts of the range hood, such as an oil screen or an oil cup, and the cleaning capability of the range hood can be obviously reduced after a long time, so that the range hood needs to be manually disassembled and then cleaned. However, when the oil net or the oil cup is cleaned manually, a large amount of oil stains are adhered to the oil net or the oil cup, most of the oil stains belong to heavy oil stains, the cleaning is very difficult, the water tank is splashed with the oil stains, and the water tank is also cleaned, so that the cleaning is very inconvenient.
Although the dishwasher can be used for washing the net-shaped parts of the range hood, the dishwasher usually washes the parts with non-net-shaped structures such as bowls or dishes. The range hood includes some parts with net structure, so the spraying effect of the dish washer to these parts with net structure is not ideal, and the washing time and energy consumption are increased.

Those skilled in the art know that conventional dishwashers wash bowls and chopsticks, which remove a very small amount of non-stick, strong oil stains, and do not remove oil stains on heavy oil stained range hood mesh parts such as oil nets. The oil stains on the oil net are accumulated for a long time and are not easy to wash, and can be effectively washed only after being soaked and softened. Therefore, the method for cleaning the netted part of the range hood by the dish-washing machine enables the dish-washing machine to effectively wash oil stains on the netted part of the range hood with heavy oil stains such as an oil net and the like under the condition of using the method, thereby avoiding the trouble of manual cleaning.
The technical personnel in the field can understand that the main reason that the method provided by the invention can effectively wash the netted parts of the range hood is that after the conventional dish washing machine washes bowls and chopsticks, no oil stain is left, so that the single rinsing step usually adopts cold rinsing, the washing is directly carried out by rinsing water, no hot rinsing is adopted, the whole washing process can be prolonged because more heat is needed for heating water, and the cold rinsing is completely unnecessary, and the requirement of daily washing of the bowls and chopsticks can be completely met by the cold rinsing, and in the control method of the invention, the cold rinsing step is replaced by the hot rinsing step, so that the oil blocks obtained in the washing step are prevented from being adhered to the parts of the range hood again due to condensation, and in the whole, the heat treatment is adopted in the whole process from the washing step to the disinfection step, so that the oil stain can not be secondarily condensed until the oil stain is discharged, in addition, the net-shaped part of the range hood is placed in the lower washing area, and the oil stains on the parts similar to the net-shaped part of the range hood are cleaned more thoroughly through cyclic washing and soaking treatment.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in order to solve the problem that the mesh part of the existing range hood is inconvenient to wash and the spraying effect is not ideal when the existing range hood is washed by a dish washing machine, the invention provides a method for washing the mesh part of the range hood by the dish washing machine, the dish washing machine comprises a washing part (not shown in the figure), a liquid driving part (not shown in the figure) and a heating part (not shown in the figure), an upper spraying arm 1, a middle spraying arm 2 and a lower spraying arm 3 which are all communicated with the liquid driving part are sequentially arranged in the washing part from top to bottom, the top and the bottom of the middle spraying arm 2 are both provided with the spraying parts, the part of the washing part, which is positioned between the upper spraying arm 1 and the middle spraying arm 2, is an upper washing area, and the part of the washing part, which is positioned between the lower spraying arm 3 and the middle spraying arm 2, is a lower washing area; a net-shaped part of the range hood (taking an oil net as an example) is placed in the lower washing area.
The method for washing the netted part of the range hood with the dishwasher includes the steps of:
s01, prewashing: the heating part heats the washing water to a preset prewashing temperature (taking 70 ℃ as an example), when the temperature of the washing water reaches to a preset 70 ℃ (60-67 ℃ for example) or later (maintained at 70 ℃), the liquid driving part simultaneously conveys the washing water to the surface of a range hood net-shaped component of the washing part through the spraying part of the upper spraying arm 1, the spraying parts at two sides of the middle spraying arm 2 and the spraying parts of the lower spraying arm 3, water vapor filled in the washing part is formed, oil stains are soaked by the washing water and the water vapor until the height of the washing water exceeds the height of the range hood net-shaped component, the heating part stops heating after or at the same time when the heating part heats the washing water to the preset prewashing temperature (taking 70 ℃ as an example), the oil stains on the surface of the range hood net-shaped component arranged in the washing part are soaked, and the liquid driving part conveys the washing water to the washing part in a spraying mode during the soaking period, so as to realize the cyclic washing and soaking of the netted parts of the range hood. The net-shaped parts of the range hood are difficult to be effectively washed by pure washing, and the net-shaped parts of the range hood are lack of fluidity by pure soaking and cannot be well cleaned, so that a novel washing mode, namely cyclic washing and soaking, is provided for cleaning the net-shaped parts of the range hood.
After the netted part of the range hood is submerged by water in the washing part, the netted part of the range hood is statically soaked for 2 minutes by hot water, and then is sprayed to a washing area for 30 seconds by the middle spray arm 2 or the middle spray arm 2 and the lower spray arm 3 together, so that a cycle is completed. Through spraying, the water flows, and the soaking speed can be accelerated. After a set pre-wash duration (10 minutes for example), the wash water is drained.
In the washing water spraying process, water vapor filled in the washing part is formed in the washing part, and the mesh parts of the range hood in the lower washing area are soaked through the washing water spraying, the water vapor and soaking. Can realize the multilayer oil stain dip layer upon layer, can immerse darker, comprehensive cover oil stain, through the detergent of high temperature and addition to make the oil stain fully soak, soften and preliminary decomposition, possess better effect than simple washing, make follow-up washing step be convenient for more the operation, wash also more thoroughly.
S02, washing step: the heating part heats the washing water to a set washing temperature (taking 75 ℃ as an example) and continuously or intermittently heats the washing water to maintain the washing temperature, before or after the temperature of the washing water reaches the set washing temperature, the liquid driving part conveys the washing water into the washing part through the spraying part of the upper spraying arm 1, the spraying parts on two sides of the middle spraying arm 2 and the spraying parts of the lower spraying arm 3, circularly washes the net-shaped part of the range hood and soaks the net-shaped part of the range hood when the height of the water surface in the washing part exceeds the height of the net-shaped part of the range hood, and the set washing time is continuously kept (taking 10 minutes as an example).
In the spraying process, the three spraying arms spray simultaneously to accelerate the water inlet speed. After spraying for 1 minute, the height of the water surface in the washing part is higher than that of the net-shaped part of the range hood, then spraying is stopped to soak the net-shaped part of the range hood for 1 minute, water in the washing part is discharged within 30 seconds, and one cycle is finished. Through alternate implementation of soaking and spraying scouring, the washing effect on oil stains is improved.
S03, rinsing step: the heating part heats the washing water to a set first rinsing temperature (taking 50 ℃ as an example), then stops heating, when the temperature of the rinsing water reaches the set first rinsing temperature, the liquid driving part simultaneously conveys the washing water to the inner side surface of an upper washing area and the surface of a range hood net part of a lower washing area through the spraying part of the upper spraying arm 1, the spraying parts on two sides of the middle spraying arm 2 and the spraying parts of the lower spraying arm 3, the height of the water surface does not exceed the bottom height of the range hood net part in the lower washing area, the range hood net part arranged in the washing part is cleaned, and the rinsing water is discharged after the set first rinsing time (taking 12 minutes as an example) is continued.
Through rinsing, wash the greasy dirt that gets off in the washing step completely and wash to avoid having the greasy dirt to adhere to the inside of washing portion or to adhere to netted part of lampblack absorber again.
S04, a disinfection step: the heating part stops heating after heating the rinsing water to a set second rinsing temperature (taking 45 ℃ as an example), and before or after the temperature of the rinsing water reaches the set second rinsing temperature, the liquid driving part conveys the washing water to the surface of the net-shaped part of the range hood in the lower washing area through the spraying part of the lower spraying arm 3 and the spraying part at the bottom of the middle spraying arm 2 for a set second rinsing time (taking 10 minutes as an example).
The heating part heats the rinsing water to a set disinfection temperature (taking 78 ℃ as an example) and continuously or intermittently heats the rinsing water to maintain the disinfection temperature (taking 78 ℃ as an example), and before or after the temperature of the rinsing water reaches the set disinfection temperature (taking 78 ℃ as an example), the liquid driving part simultaneously conveys the washing water to the surface of the net-shaped part of the range hood in the lower washing area through the spraying part of the lower spraying arm 3 and the spraying part at the bottom of the middle spraying arm 2, and circularly washes and soaks the net-shaped part of the range hood arranged in the washing part. After spraying for 1 minute, the height of the water surface in the washing part exceeds the height of the net-shaped part of the range hood, then the spraying is stopped to soak the net-shaped part of the range hood for 1 minute, the water in the washing part is discharged within 30 seconds, and one cycle is completed. For a set disinfection period (10 minutes for example).
After the rinsing step of step S03, there may still be a very small amount of residual oil stain and a part of oil stain remained on the inner wall of the dishwasher, in order to completely rinse the dishwasher, the disinfecting step is divided into two steps, firstly, the rinsing water is heated to the second rinsing temperature (45 ℃), then the steps identical or similar to the rinsing step are carried out to realize complete cleaning, then the rinsing water is heated to the disinfecting temperature, and then the final disinfecting rinsing is carried out, wherein the temperature is higher, and the purposes of final cleaning and sterilization can be simultaneously realized.
S05, drying: the door or the cover of the dish washer is opened to be communicated with the outside, and the moisture in the washing part is discharged to the outside by utilizing the waste heat of the washing part and the net-shaped part of the range hood or utilizing the fan.
A door (not shown) or a cover (not shown) of the dishwasher is opened to communicate with the outside, and the moisture in the washing part is discharged to the outside by using the residual heat of the washing part and the net-shaped part of the range hood or by using a blower (not shown).
After the disinfection that disinfects finishes, the cleanness of the netted part of lampblack absorber has been accomplished, finally in order to prevent the condensation of dish washer, and in order to make the netted part of lampblack absorber become dry, open the door of dish washer, and selectively start the fan and remove the moisture, avoid the condensation, and because the netted part of lampblack absorber is clean through the water of higher temperature, its itself has absorbed partial heat, enough dries its remaining rinsing water in surface, the effect of cooperation fan, can realize the whole drying of the netted part of lampblack absorber.
It should be noted that, in the above-mentioned overall scheme, in order to avoid oil stains from being attached to the inside of the washing portion due to condensation of the oil stains during the washing process and avoid the mesh parts of the range hood being washed from being damaged due to excessive temperature difference change, all the set temperatures are greater than the temperature threshold, taking 40 ℃ as an example. In order to achieve a good disinfection effect, a higher value of the disinfection temperature is selected, for example 78 ℃. In order to improve the washing efficiency and the oil stain removing effect, the washing temperature also needs to be set to be higher, but does not need to exceed the sterilization temperature, so the washing temperature is not higher than the sterilization temperature, for example, 75 ℃. The pre-washing step is used for primarily removing oil stains, and the pre-washing temperature does not need to reach the washing temperature, so that the pre-washing temperature is lower than the washing temperature, but the difference is not too much, taking 70 ℃ as an example. The rinsing step is to clean the residual oil stain, in order to accelerate the washing and reduce the energy consumption, the step is not required to be reheated to a high temperature, and the first rinsing temperature is lower than the washing temperature, taking 50 ℃ as an example. The second rinse temperature also need not be reheated to a very high temperature, such as 45 c, for thorough rinsing.
