-a powerful liquid removal device (203) for increasing the friction of the scraper bar (202) against the cleaning roller (3) by means of manual operation, the powerful liquid removal device (203) comprising manual operating means (2032, 2103) arranged on the base (1) and/or on the upper cover (2); the powerful liquid removal device (203) is constructed and arranged such that a user can select the scraping strip (203) to be in a first position (T1) or a second position (T2); wherein when the scraping strip (202) is at a first position (T1), the scraping strip (202) generates a first friction force with the cleaning roller (3), and when the scraping strip (202) is at a second position (T2), the scraping strip (202) generates a second friction force with the cleaning roller (3) which is larger than the first friction force; the cleaning base (100) is configured to: in normal operation, the scraper bar (202) is in the first position capable of generating the first friction force with the cleaning roller (3); when the excessive liquid in the cleaning roller (3) needs to be removed in a short time, the scraping strip (202) can be placed at the second position through the powerful liquid removing device (203) so as to quickly remove the excessive liquid in the cleaning roller (3).
2. The cleaning base (100) according to claim 1, wherein the upper cover (2) is detachably provided at an upper portion of the base body (1).

The cleaning base (100) according to claim 1, wherein the scraping strip (202) comprises a first end (D1) and a second end (D2), the first end (D1) is abutted against the cleaning roller (3), the second end (D2) is rotatably connected to the upper cover (2), and a rotation axis of the cleaning roller (3) is parallel to a rotation axis of the second end (D2).
4. The cleaning base (100) of claim 1, wherein the manually operated member (2033, 2103) comprises a foot pedal (2032) or a switch housing (2103).

The cleaning base (100) of claim 1, wherein the forced liquid removal apparatus (203) further comprises: a cam (2031), the cam (2031) being rotatably disposed on the upper cover (2), the cam (2031) being in driving connection with the manual operation member (2033, 2103) and the manual operation member (2033, 2103) being capable of driving the cam (2031) to rotate; when the scraping strip (202) is at the first position (T1), the outer contour surface of the cam (2031) is abutted with the scraping strip (202).

The cleaning base (100) of claim 1, wherein the forced liquid removal apparatus (203) further comprises: a sliding block (2102) which is provided with a first inclined surface (M1) and can move left and right, and a reversing piece (2101) which is provided with a second inclined surface (M2) and can move up and down, wherein the reversing piece (2101) is positioned between the sliding block (2102) and the scraping strip (202) and is simultaneously abutted with the scraping strip (202) and the sliding block (2102), and the second inclined surface (M2) is positioned below the first inclined surface (M1) and is opposite to the first inclined surface (M1).
7. The cleaning base (100) of claim 1, wherein the wiper strip (202) is rigid.
8. The cleaning base (100) of claim 1, further comprising: a flexible liquid baffle (2014) which is positioned on the upper side of the cleaning roller (3) and is contacted with the cleaning roller (3); the flexible liquid baffle (2014) is positioned downstream of the liquid spray nozzle (2011) with respect to the rotation direction of the cleaning roller (3).
9. The cleaning base (100) of claim 1, further comprising: and a suction channel (103) positioned on the inner side of the base body (1), wherein the suction channel (103) is used for being communicated with a suction source.
10. The cleaning base (100) of claim 9, further comprising: a liquid collecting cavity (102) which is positioned at the rear side of the cleaning roller (3) and is open at the upper part; the liquid collecting cavity (102) is positioned at the lower side of the scraping strip (202) and is used for receiving the excessive liquid removed from the cleaning roller (3) and adhering impurities.
