Abstract
本发明提供了一种溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂及其制备方法,包括以下重量百分比的各组分:成膜剂:20‑40%;增塑剂:5‑10%;稳定剂:1‑2%;抗氧剂:1‑3%;缓蚀剂:5‑20%;溶剂:50‑70%;分散剂:1‑5%;矿物油:5‑10%;通过将缓蚀剂、抗氧剂、矿物油投入搅拌釜中进行搅拌,充分溶解后得到溶液A;再将稳定剂、增塑剂、成膜剂、分散剂、溶剂投入搅拌釜中,充分溶解后得到溶液B;将溶液B缓慢加入到溶液A中,加入完成后继续搅拌得到样品并对样品进行测试;本发明通过对配方进行优化以及对工艺进行改进提高防锈剂的耐蚀性和使用寿命同时使其具有优异的机械强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可剥离塑料防锈剂的制备领域,更具体的是涉及一种溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
防止金属部件的锈蚀是生产制造企业所关注的重点,常用的防腐措施包括:涂抹油漆、浸泡防锈油、阳极氧化、表面镀层等工艺。其中阳极氧化和表面镀层工艺价格昂贵且后续处理废液成本较高程序繁琐因此并不是常见的防腐防锈的手段。对于涂抹油漆的零件使用时需要除掉表面的膜层,通常采用碱洗、有机溶剂清洗和物理除膜的方法,但采用此方法时往往会处理不干净或损伤表面。而对于传统防锈油类产品多以矿物油溶解多种缓蚀剂及成膜剂再加精制溶剂充分混合而成。其中缓蚀剂多为石油磺酸盐和羧酸类,成膜剂多为凡士林、牛油、氧化石油酯金属皂类,此类防锈剂喷涂到零件表面经溶剂挥发后,会留下一层油性粘膜,并导致下列问题:
(1)经过海运时,温差变化比较大,防锈剂容易发生脱附现象;
(2)封存防锈,在启封时油膜较难以去除;
(3)在叠层存放时,不可避免的会发生刮蹭,损坏油膜,导致零件腐蚀。
因此与上述几类防锈产品相比,可剥性塑料具有以下优点:
(1)膜层透明,无油腻感;
(2)塑料膜具有一定的机械强度,外表面不易受伤;
(3)可经受较大的温差;
(4)膜层中渗出的油使金属表面与膜层相隔,方便启封;
(5)防锈期较长,若有好的包装,防锈期可达5-10年;
可剥性塑料是以塑料为基体材料通过添加矿物油、增塑剂、防锈剂、稳定剂和防霉剂等,通过加热或溶解制备。用浸、涂、刷和喷等方法将其涂覆在所需样品上,待冷却或溶剂挥发后,形成一层塑料薄膜层,可防止金属免受腐蚀或刮伤。在启封时可以将此塑料膜从基体表面剥离,因此又称为可剥离性塑料。按照生产工艺的不同,可剥性塑料可以分为:热熔型可剥性塑料和溶剂型可剥性塑料。热熔型可剥性塑料是将树脂加热熔化后,添加其他辅助材料混熔在一起,形成柔软的固体塑料。热熔型可剥性塑料不宜在不能经受浸涂较高温度的物品上采用,由于热熔型可剥性塑料的配方、选料及配制要求较为严格,在工业中大批量应用受到限制。溶剂型可剥性塑料将树脂溶于有机溶剂,再与其他助剂融合在常温下形成的液体塑料。但目前的溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂并未达到最优的存放时间和优异的机械强度与耐腐蚀性,因此需要对防锈剂的组分和工艺进行优化。
发明内容
为增加溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂的存放时间并提高耐腐蚀性,提供一种制备方法和根据此制备方法制得的产品。
具体方案如下:
一种溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂,包括以下重量百分比的各组分:
成膜剂:20-40%;增塑剂:5-10%;稳定剂:1-2%;抗氧剂:1-3%;缓蚀剂:5-20%;溶剂:50-70%;分散剂:1-5%;矿物油:5-10%;
所述成膜剂为羧甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、聚氯乙烯、过氯乙烯、乙基纤维素、醋酸丁酸纤维素中的一种或多种任意比例混合的混合物。
所述增塑剂为环氧大豆油、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、己二酸二辛酯、柠檬酸三定酯中的一种或多种任意比例混合的混合物,通过添加增塑剂能够增加塑料的可塑性,改善在成型加工时树脂的流动性,并使成品具有柔韧性。
所述稳定剂为酚噻嗪、二月桂酸二正丁锡、失水苹果酸松香树脂、叔丁基酚醛树脂中的一种或多种任意比例混合的混合物。
所述抗氧剂为烷基化二苯胺、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、高分子液态酚中的一种或多种任意比例混合的混合,通过添加抗氧剂使防锈剂获得较佳的抗氧化性能。
所述缓蚀剂为石油磺酸钙、二壬基萘磺酸钙、氧化石蜡、氧化石油酯、N-油酰肌氨酸中的一种或多种任意比例混合的混合物,通过优化缓蚀剂添加的量使缓蚀剂以适当的浓度和形式存在于膜层中可防止或减缓腐蚀的化学物质或几种化学物质的混合物。
所述溶剂为二甲苯、三甲苯、四氢呋喃、甲基乙基酮中的一种或多种任意比例混合的混合物,溶剂的选择对于溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂相当重要,所选的溶剂需有适当的黏度,便于涂覆及保证成膜性,同时要有较大的挥发度,以使膜层的干燥时间缩短。
所述分散剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、硫化烷基酚钙中的一种或多种任意比例混合的混合物通过添加分散剂减少完成分散过程所需要的时间和能量,防止颗粒沉降和凝聚。
所述矿物油为60N、150N和500N中一种或多种任意比例混合的混合物。
一种溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将缓蚀剂、抗氧剂、矿物油投入搅拌釜中进行搅拌,充分溶解后得到溶液A;
S2:将稳定剂、增塑剂、成膜剂、分散剂、溶剂投入搅拌釜中,常温下进行搅拌,充分溶解后得到溶液B;
S3:将溶液A冷却到常温后,将溶液B缓慢加入到溶液A中,加入过程中保持溶液A的持续搅拌,加入完成后继续搅拌50-100min得到样品;
S4:对样品进行测试。
通过先将缓蚀剂、抗氧剂、矿物油投入搅拌釜中进行搅拌,充分溶解后得到溶液A,再将稳定剂、增塑剂、成膜剂、分散剂、溶剂投入搅拌釜中,常温下进行搅拌,充分溶解后得到溶液B,最后将溶液B缓慢加入到溶液A中制得样品,通过上述制备方法能将塑料基体与各助剂之间进行充分的融合,且精简了工序,降低了成本和损耗。
所述S1中搅拌釜的温度设置为80℃-100℃,搅拌釜的转速为600-800r/min。
有益效果:
(1)本发明提供了一种溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂及其制备方法,通过添加成膜剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、抗氧剂、缓蚀剂、溶剂、分散剂、矿物油并对组分进行优化以此发挥助剂之间最大的协同作用,由中性盐雾实验可得通过本制备方法制备得到的成品具有较好的耐腐蚀性和使用寿命,同时也具有较好的机械性能。
(2)本发明提供了一种溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂及其制备方法,通过先将缓蚀剂、抗氧剂、矿物油投入搅拌釜中进行搅拌,充分溶解后得到溶液A,再将稳定剂、增塑剂、成膜剂、分散剂、溶剂投入搅拌釜中,常温下进行搅拌,充分溶解后得到溶液B,最后将溶液B缓慢加入到溶液A中制得样品,通过上述制备方法能将塑料基体与各助剂之间进行充分的融合,且工序简单可操作性强,降低了成本减少了损耗。
(3)本发明所添加的助剂与塑料具有较好的相容性,环境卫生性好、价格低、来源广。
具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
一种可剥离塑料防锈剂,包含以下组分:成膜剂:乙基纤维素粉和醋酸丁酸纤维素任意比例的混合;增塑剂:邻苯二甲酸二丁酯;稳定剂:二月桂酸二正丁基锡;抗氧剂:2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚;缓蚀剂:N-油酰肌氨酸、二壬基萘磺酸钙、石油磺酸钙中的一种或多种;分散剂:聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺中的任意比例混合;矿物油:60N、150N和500N中的一种或多种混和;溶剂:三甲苯和四氢呋喃任意比例混合物;具体组分含量如表所示。
制备放法如下:将N-油酰肌氨酸、二壬基萘磺酸钙、石油磺酸钙、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、矿物油加入搅拌釜中,保持80-100℃进行搅拌,充分溶解后得到均一溶液A。将二月桂酸二正丁锡、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、乙基纤维素和聚氯乙烯粉任意比例混合物、分散剂、溶剂加入搅拌釜进行搅拌,待全部溶解得到溶液B。将溶液A和溶液B进行混合搅拌60分钟,得到可剥离塑料防锈剂。
实施例2

实施例3

制备放法如下:将N-油酰肌氨酸、二壬基萘磺酸钙、石油磺酸钙、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、矿物油加入搅拌釜中,保持80-100℃进行搅拌,充分溶解后得到均一溶液A。将二月桂酸二正丁锡、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、乙基纤维素和聚氯乙烯粉任意比例混合物、分散剂、溶剂加入搅拌釜进行搅拌,待全部溶解得到溶液B。将溶液A和溶液B进行混合搅拌60分钟,得到可剥离塑料防锈剂。
对上述实施例1-6制得的防锈剂样品1-6进行中性盐雾试验,耐盐雾性能是考察涂层耐蚀性和预测涂层使用寿命的最普遍的试验方法。该方法所规定的试验条件与船舶、近海采油平台、沿海港湾设施等所处的咸湿环境比较接近。因而盐雾试验结果对评价和预测这类用途涂膜的耐蚀性和使用寿命具有实际意义。具体的实验步骤如下:
实验试片选用SPCC冷轧板,将试片打磨干净后,在冷轧板表面喷涂可剥离塑料防锈剂,静置悬挂24h后放入盐雾箱中进行测试,中性盐雾试验为5%的氯化钠溶液,溶液pH值在6.5-7.2之间,喷雾压力在70kpa~170kpa范围内,盐雾箱内温度保持在35℃±0.15℃。在试片中心位置选择一块50mm×50mm的有效范围作为盐雾评定区,观察锈蚀情况,以评定选定区域出现锈点的时间作为试样抗盐雾时间。试样结果为两片相同试片的平均盐雾时间,实验结果如下表所示:

1.一种溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的各组分:
成膜剂:20-40%;增塑剂:5-10%;稳定剂:1-2%;抗氧剂:1-3%;缓蚀剂:5-20%;溶剂:50-70%;分散剂:1-5%;矿物油:5-10%;
所述成膜剂为羧甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、聚氯乙烯、过氯乙烯、乙基纤维素、醋酸丁酸纤维素中的一种或多种任意比例混合的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为环氧大豆油、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、己二酸二辛酯、柠檬酸三定酯中的一种或多种任意比例混合的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为酚噻嗪、二月桂酸二正丁锡、失水苹果酸松香树脂、叔丁基酚醛树脂中的一种或多种任意比例混合的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为烷基化二苯胺、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、高分子液态酚中的一种或多种任意比例混合的混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂为石油磺酸钙、二壬基萘磺酸钙、氧化石蜡、氧化石油酯、N-油酰肌氨酸中的一种或多种任意比例混合的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为二甲苯、三甲苯、四氢呋喃、甲基乙基酮中的一种或多种任意比例混合的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、硫化烷基酚钙中的一种或多种任意比例混合的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂,其特征在于,所述矿物油为60N、150N和500N中一种或多种任意比例混合的混合物。
9.如权利要求1-8任一一项所述的溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将缓蚀剂、抗氧剂、矿物油投入搅拌釜中进行搅拌,充分溶解后得到溶液A;
S2:将稳定剂、增塑剂、成膜剂、分散剂、溶剂投入搅拌釜中,常温下进行搅拌,充分溶解后得到溶液B;
S3:将溶液A冷却到常温后,将溶液B缓慢加入到溶液A中,加入过程中保持溶液A的持续搅拌,加入完成后继续搅拌50-100min得到样品;
S4:对样品进行测试。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种溶剂型可剥离塑料防锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中搅拌釜的温度设置为80℃-100℃,搅拌釜的转速为600-800r/min。
