In a more preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the partition 19 for dividing the water tank 1 is disposed obliquely, and the partition 19 is inclined from the top outside of the clean water tank 13 to the bottom outside of the sewage tank 14, so that the sewage tank has a structure with a large top and a small bottom and the clean water tank has a large top and a small bottom, and the main purpose is to make the bottom of the sewage tank 14 smaller for collecting sludge, and make most of the area of the sewage tank 14 an inclined area for not easily accumulating sludge.
In order to further ensure the cleanness of the sewage tank, in a more preferable embodiment, the sewage tank is internally provided with cleaning pipes distributed along the length direction of the sewage tank, the cleaning pipes are uniformly provided with cleaning holes, or a straight high-pressure spray head is arranged for washing the side wall of the sewage tank and the precipitated sludge to complete the thorough cleaning work.
Further, the water tank divide into clear water tank and sewage case, and the sewage case design is the big end structure in top to the configuration liquid level sensor enables dirty accumulational more concentrated on the one hand, and easy to handle, on the other hand is dirty to be piled up on the inclined plane, through the scavenge pipe structure, is washd more easily, realizes dirty timely cleaing away.
When not using, in order to prevent system's power failure trouble or code trouble, install manual ball valve or butterfly valve on water inlet elbow and the outlet elbow respectively, the accessible is manual closes it completely.
The cleaning device for the belt conveyor automatically walks and positions through the AGV trolley, and adjusts the position of the cleaning device through the lifting mechanism and the deviation adjusting mechanism which are arranged on the AGV trolley so as to position the cleaning device with the belt conveyor to be cleaned. The belt conveyor cleaning device can solve the problems that manual cleaning is adopted for cleaning the belt conveyor of the existing cigarette factory, the operation efficiency is low, and the operation is unsafe, can improve the cleaning integrated level of the belt conveyor of the cigarette factory, improve the cleaning working efficiency of equipment of the cigarette factory, and reduce the potential safety hazard of the cigarette factory.

Claims (10)
1. An automatic water changing device for a belt conveyor cleaning machine, comprising: the automatic water supply system comprises a controller, an AGV trolley, a water tank, an automatic water supply mechanism and an automatic water drainage mechanism;
a frame is arranged on the AGV trolley, the water tank and the cleaning machine are arranged in the frame, the water tank is arranged at the bottom of the frame, and the cleaning machine is connected with the water tank through a water pipe;
the top of the water tank is provided with a water inlet pipe, the end part of the water inlet pipe is provided with the automatic water replenishing mechanism, the bottom of the water tank is provided with a water drainage pipe, and the end part of the water drainage pipe is provided with the automatic water drainage mechanism;
the controller is in signal connection with the AGV trolley, the automatic water replenishing mechanism and the automatic water draining mechanism respectively;
the controller sends a water supplementing instruction to the AGV when the water tank needs to supplement water, the AGV moves to a water supplementing position along a preset line, the automatic water supplementing mechanism is in positioning butt joint with an external water supplementing pipe, and the controller controls the automatic water supplementing mechanism to supplement water to the water tank;
the automatic water drainage system is characterized in that the controller sends a drainage instruction to the AGV trolley when the water tank needs to drain water, the AGV trolley moves to a drainage position along a preset route and enables the automatic water drainage mechanism to be in positioning butt joint with an external sewer pipe, and the controller controls the automatic water drainage mechanism to discharge sewage in the water tank.
2. The automatic water changing device for the belt conveyor cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein the water tank is internally divided into a clean water tank and a sewage tank, liquid level sensors are arranged in the clean water tank and the sewage tank, and the liquid level sensors are in signal connection with the controller;
the automatic water replenishing mechanism is communicated with the clear water tank through a water inlet pipe, and the controller sends a water replenishing instruction when the liquid level in the clear water tank is lower than a first liquid level threshold value;
the automatic drainage mechanism is communicated with the sewage tank through a water inlet pipe, and the controller sends a drainage instruction when the liquid level in the sewage tank is greater than a second liquid level threshold value.
3. The automatic water changing device for a belt conveyor cleaning machine according to claim 2, wherein said automatic water replenishing mechanism includes: a water replenishing electromagnetic valve, a butt joint and a flexible seal head;
the water replenishing electromagnetic valve is arranged on the water drainage pipe, the end part of the water inlet pipe is provided with a water inlet bent pipe, the end head of the water inlet bent pipe is provided with the butt joint, the flexible seal head is arranged in the butt joint, the flexible seal head is a flexible conical seal head, and a through hole is formed in the center of the flexible seal head;
the controller is in signal connection with the water replenishing electromagnetic valve, controls the conduction of the water replenishing electromagnetic valve after the butt joint is in butt joint with an external water replenishing pipe, and replenishes water for the clean water tank.

The automatic water changing device for the belt conveyor cleaning machine according to claim 3, wherein a thin film type piezoelectric sheet with a waterproof adhesive film is arranged on the surface of the flexible sealing head, the thin film type piezoelectric sheet is in signal connection with the controller, and the thin film type piezoelectric sheet is used for detecting the butt joint pressure of the butt joint and an external water replenishing pipe;
and the controller judges that the butt joint is completely butted with the external water replenishing pipe when the butting pressure is greater than a set pressure threshold value.
5. The automatic water changing device for a belt conveyor cleaning machine according to claim 4, wherein said automatic draining mechanism comprises: the water outlet electromagnetic valve, the electric telescopic drainage head and the flexible pipeline are arranged on the water outlet pipe;
the water outlet electromagnetic valve is arranged on the water outlet pipe, the water outlet bent pipe is arranged at the end part of the water outlet pipe, the electric telescopic water outlet head comprises a vertically arranged electric control telescopic rod and a vertically arranged straight pipe joint connected to the movable end of the electric control telescopic rod, and the water inlet end of the straight pipe joint is connected with the water outlet end of the water outlet bent pipe through the flexible pipeline;
the controller is in signal connection with the water outlet electromagnetic valve and controls the conduction of the water outlet electromagnetic valve after the water outlet end of the straight-inserting pipe joint is in butt joint with an external sewer pipe so as to discharge water for the sewage tank.

The automatic water changing device for the belt conveyor cleaning machine according to claim 5, wherein a distance sensor with waterproof protection is mounted on the outer side wall of the tail end of the in-line pipe joint, the distance sensor is used for detecting the butt joint distance between the water outlet end of the in-line pipe joint and an external sewer pipe, and the controller judges that the in-line pipe joint and the external sewer pipe are in butt joint when the butt joint distance is smaller than a set distance threshold.
7. The automatic water changing device for the belt conveyor cleaning machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the sewage tank is provided with cleaning pipes distributed along the length direction of the sewage tank, and the cleaning pipes are uniformly provided with cleaning holes.
8. The automatic water changing device for the belt conveyor cleaning machine according to claim 7, wherein a straight high pressure nozzle is installed at the cleaning hole.
9. The automatic water changing device for the belt conveyor cleaning machine according to claim 8, wherein a partition is arranged inside the water tank to divide the water tank into a clean water tank and a sewage tank, a water pumping hole and a first air discharging hole are formed in the top of the clean water tank, and a first air discharging valve is installed at the first air discharging hole; the top of the sewage tank is provided with a drain hole and a second exhaust hole, and a second exhaust valve is arranged at the second exhaust hole;
the water inlet end of the drain pipe is provided with two branches which are respectively communicated with the bottom of the clean water tank and the bottom of the sewage tank, and the two branches are respectively provided with a water outlet valve for controlling drainage.
10. The automatic water changing device for a belt conveyor cleaning machine according to claim 9, wherein said partition is disposed in said water tank in an inclined manner, and said partition is inclined from outside of a top end of said clean water tank to outside of a bottom end of said dirty water tank, so that said dirty water tank is configured to have a large top and a small bottom, and said clean water tank is configured to have a small top and a large bottom.
