The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
The following describes a nuclear emergency response method and system according to an embodiment of the present application with reference to the drawings.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a nuclear emergency response method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the method may include:
In an embodiment of the present application, the emergency state may be issued by a monitoring system. And, in an embodiment of the present application, the emergency state may include emergency standby, factory emergency, field emergency, and off-site emergency, wherein different emergency states correspond to different emergency levels. Specifically, in an embodiment of the present application, emergency levels corresponding to emergency standby, emergency in a factory building, emergency in a field, and emergency in an off-site emergency are sequentially changed from low to high.
And 102, acquiring a plurality of emergency tasks corresponding to the emergency states from the database based on the emergency states.
In an embodiment of the present application, different emergency states correspond to different multiple emergency tasks.
And, in an embodiment of the present application, each emergency task may include a corresponding task name, specific content, emergency position, completion time, and task performer.
In an embodiment of the application, the specific content of each emergency task may include specific basis and execution standard of each emergency task, so that a response person may refer to the execution, dependence on personal experience is reduced, and comprehensiveness and accuracy of response are improved.
For example, in an embodiment of the present application, the name of the emergency task is to confirm the release of radioactivity from the nuclear power plant, and the specific content of the emergency task may include: release time, release height, release mode (whether continuous or intermittent), weather conditions (wind direction, wind speed, stability, whether rainfall or not) corresponding to release, availability and data of the fixed environment monitoring substation, position of environmental radiation survey, measurement result, dose rate level in the field, and implementation situation of protective action. In addition, in an embodiment of the application, the specific contents of the emergency task list the contents that the emergency personnel need to input, and the emergency personnel can directly input the corresponding contents.
Further, in an embodiment of the application, if the emergency task acquired from the database cannot satisfy the emergency state, a corresponding special task may be created according to the emergency state, and the special task is issued to a corresponding emergency post. In an embodiment of the application, a task creator and creation time are also recorded in a task creation process.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present application, the created special task is consistent with the included content of each task obtained from the database as described above.
And 103, issuing the emergency tasks to corresponding emergency posts according to the emergency posts in each emergency task.
In an embodiment of the present application, when an emergency task is issued to a corresponding emergency post, a status flag is also performed on the emergency task.
Specifically, in an embodiment of the application, the states of the emergency tasks during issuing are all marked as "to be executed" by default, and after the personnel corresponding to the emergency posts confirm that the emergency tasks are completed and submit the task results, the states of the tasks are changed from "to be executed" to "executed". Therefore, the task list to be executed and the task list already executed corresponding to the emergency state can be inquired according to the mark of the emergency task, so that the execution progress of the emergency task can be mastered in time.
In one embodiment of the application, the emergency tasks may include sub-emergency tasks to split the emergency tasks in detail, so that the tasks to be executed by emergency response personnel are more accurate, comprehensive and scientific, and the omission of the tasks is avoided. If the emergency task comprises sub emergency tasks, the state of the emergency task is changed into 'executed' after all the sub emergency tasks are completed; otherwise, the emergency task is in a state of 'waiting to be executed'.
Further, in an embodiment of the application, after the emergency task is issued to the corresponding emergency post according to the emergency post in each emergency task, the response progress of the emergency task may be monitored based on the level of the emergency task, and the emergency task is prompted. In one embodiment of the present application, the level of emergency tasks may include general, urgent, and urgent.
Specifically, in an embodiment of the present application, if the level of the emergency task is emergency, the response progress of the emergency task needs to be supervised, and the state of the emergency task is not changed to "executed" within a time threshold, the emergency task is reminded to avoid affecting the result of the whole emergency response. For example, in an embodiment of the present application, assuming that an emergency task is completed within 15 minutes, after the task is issued for 10 minutes, a countdown short message is sent to a task executive corresponding to an emergency post corresponding to the task.
And 104, acquiring a task result corresponding to each emergency task, and generating an emergency response report corresponding to the emergency state according to each task result.
In an embodiment of the application, after the executive staff of each emergency task submits the task result, the task result corresponding to each emergency task may be obtained.
And, in an embodiment of the present application, the task result may include a task execution time, an execution result, and a task performer.
In an embodiment of the application, if the emergency tasks include sub emergency tasks, the method for obtaining a task result corresponding to each emergency task and generating an emergency response report corresponding to an emergency state according to each task result may include the following steps:
step a, acquiring a task result of a sub-emergency task corresponding to each emergency task;
b, generating a task result corresponding to each emergency task according to the task result of the sub-emergency task corresponding to each emergency task;
and c, generating an emergency response report corresponding to the emergency state according to each task result.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, after generating an emergency response report corresponding to an emergency state according to each task result, the method may further include: and sending the emergency response report to a system corresponding to the issued emergency state.
And in an embodiment of the present application, after sending the emergency response report to the system corresponding to the issued emergency state, the method may further include the following steps:
step 1, receiving information of emergency response completion fed back by a system corresponding to an issued emergency state;
and 2, updating the emergency state according to the information, and generating a corresponding historical response record for the emergency state.
In an embodiment of the application, the system corresponding to issuing the emergency state may be a safety management system, and the safety management system may monitor a safety state of the nuclear plant in real time, and issue the corresponding emergency state if the safety state triggers the emergency state.
And, in one embodiment of the present application, the historical response records may provide queries in chronological order or during the execution of an emergency task, so as to provide support information for the task investigation and analysis in the following, and also provide input for evaluating the accuracy and timeliness of the response process.
In summary, in the nuclear emergency response method provided by the application, an emergency state is received, a plurality of emergency tasks corresponding to the emergency state are acquired from a database based on the emergency state, wherein each emergency task includes a corresponding emergency post, the emergency tasks are issued to the corresponding emergency posts according to the emergency posts in each emergency task, a task result corresponding to each emergency task is acquired, and an emergency response report corresponding to the emergency state is generated according to each task result.
