一种U型金属密封蝶阀
技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种U型金属密封蝶阀。
背景技术
管路是用于输送介质以及液压、气压控制的重要设备,阀门普通应用于各种管路中,用于接通、关闭、调节管路的流量、压力等,以满足生产需要。金属密封蝶阀的密封形式为不受介质压力影响的独立密封。它的蝶板与密封圈接触依靠凸轮原理的机械力作用形成密封比压。因此无论介质压力大小均可以实现双向密封。由于金属密封圈可以在阀座内移动和浮动,所以在介质温度发生变化时,金属材料的变形不会造成密封圈夹持而影响密封功能的降低,金属密封蝶阀的蝶板密封面上堆焊硬质合金。能自动对正中心(自适应),自动越程补偿磨损,自动加以极高的密封比压,瞬间关闭、瞬间打开时密封副间无摩擦。金属密封蝶阀独特的三偏心密封设计,使阀门能广泛的应用在供热***的蒸汽管路上。蝶阀由于其结构简单、成本低、启闭快速等优势应用较广,蝶阀一般包括阀体、阀板和阀杆等,阀体内设置有进水端和出水端,阀杆与阀板相连,各部件之间的紧密配合,通过阀板旋转实现阀门的开启或关闭,有效控制管道流体的流动。在使用过程中,由于各种工况的影响,部分流体可能会从阀体的缝隙渗透出去,所以阀体内一般都需要制作相应的密封措施,而密封性能的好坏会影响到阀门的寿命,也会影响到管道的正常传输。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种U型金属密封蝶阀。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种U型金属密封蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆、蝶板和密封阀座,所述阀杆可转动地穿设与所述阀体内,所述蝶板可拆地套设在阀杆上,所述阀体内具有一空腔,所述蝶板位于所述阀体的空腔内,所述蝶板将所述空腔隔离形成相互独立的两个密闭腔室,当所述蝶板开启时,两个密闭腔室相连通,所述密封阀座的一端设置在阀体的内缘面上,所述密封阀座的横截面形状为U型,所述蝶板靠近密封阀座的一端的外表面形成有一倾斜锥面,所述倾斜锥面与所述密封阀座的内壁面密封贴合,所述阀体上安装有用于顶住密封阀座的密封压圈。
优选的,所述密封压圈的外缘壁一端形成有阶梯状的环形凸台,所述阀体上开设有用于嵌入环形凸台的环形凹槽,所述环形凸台的端面顶住密封阀座。
优选的,所述阀体的顶部安装有用于驱动阀杆的蜗轮传动装置,所述蜗轮传动装置和阀体的顶部之间安装有T型密封环。
优选的,所述T型密封环的下部内缘壁上开设有多个第一密封环槽,所述T型密封环的下部外缘壁上开设有多个第二密封环槽,所述第一密封环槽和第二密封环槽的水平高度间隔排列错位。
优选的,所述阀体的顶部开设有环形的T型密封槽,所述T型密封环安装在T型密封槽内。
优选的,所述蜗轮传动装置包括蜗轮组件和用以驱动蜗轮组件的手轮。
优选的,所述阀体的底部设置有底盖,所述阀***于底盖上方设置有下轴套,所述阀杆的底部安装在下轴套内。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:该U型金属密封蝶阀将密封阀座的横截面形状设置为U型,该密封圈可在阀体内作径向扩伸或定位,因而在各种工作条件下均可进行自我调整以保持最佳密封位置,并将密封阀座安装在阀体上,让蝶阀与密封阀座之间密封贴合,阀门的蝶板密封面以三偏心位置定位加工,密封面接触部位为椭圆形状,当蝶板与密封阀座接触时,将密封阀座向外挤压,造成蝶板与密封阀座完整接触,当阀门开启时,接触立即解除,密封阀座恢复原来形状,这样防止了蝶板和密封阀座的相互摩擦。阀门可以有较长的使用寿命,同时采用金属材料的密封阀座,通过密封压圈进行限位,并在阀体上安装T型密封环,提高了蝶阀的密封性能,延长了使用寿命,可以适用于工作温度在-20~300℃的工作环境,压力等级适用于PN1.0~2.5MPa(CL 150),适用于热力管网、冶金、轻工、化工、电力、石油、天燃气、煤气、食品、医药、造纸、给排水、污水处理等管道的气体、液体输送***。

如图1~3所示,一种U型金属密封蝶阀,包括阀体1、阀杆2、蝶板3和密封阀座4,所述阀杆2可转动地穿设与所述阀体1内,所述蝶板3可拆地套设在阀杆2上,所述蝶板3通过销轴17固定,所述阀体1内具有一空腔,所述蝶板3位于所述阀体1的空腔内,所述蝶板3将所述空腔隔离形成相互独立的两个密闭腔室,当所述蝶板3开启时,两个密闭腔室相连通,所述密封阀座4的一端设置在阀体1的内缘面上,所述密封阀座4的横截面形状为U型,所述蝶板3靠近密封阀座4的一端的外表面形成有一倾斜锥面,所述倾斜锥面与所述密封阀座4的内壁面密封贴合,所述阀体1上安装有用于顶住密封阀座4的密封压圈5。
在本实施例中,所述密封压圈5的外缘壁一端形成有阶梯状的环形凸台6,所述阀体1上开设有用于嵌入环形凸台6的环形凹槽,所述环形凸台6的端面顶住密封阀座4,密封压圈5和阀体1可以焊接成整体,方便限制密封阀座4。
在本实施例中,所述阀体1的顶部安装有用于驱动阀杆2的蜗轮传动装置7,所述蜗轮传动装置7和阀体1的顶部之间安装有T型密封环8。
在本实施例中,所述T型密封环8的下部内缘壁上开设有多个第一密封环槽9,所述T型密封环8的下部外缘壁上开设有多个第二密封环槽10,所述第一密封环槽9和第二密封环槽10的水平高度间隔排列错位,所述第一密封环槽9和第二密封环槽10可用于放置密封圈,提高密封性,所述阀杆2位于T型密封环8的下方设置有上轴套18,所述阀体1上开设有用于放置上轴套18 的安装槽。
在本实施例中,所述阀体1的顶部开设有环形的T型密封槽11,所述T型密封环8安装在T型密封槽11内。
在本实施例中,所述蜗轮传动装置7包括蜗轮组件12和用以驱动蜗轮组件12的手轮13。
在本实施例中,所述阀体1的底部设置有底盖14,所述阀体1位于底盖14上方设置有下轴套15,所述阀杆1的底部安装在下轴套15内,所述底盖14和阀杆2之间设置有密封垫16。

2.根据权利要求1所述的U型金属密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述密封压圈的外缘壁一端形成有阶梯状的环形凸台,所述阀体上开设有用于嵌入环形凸台的环形凹槽,所述环形凸台的端面顶住密封阀座。
3.根据权利要求1所述的U型金属密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀体的顶部安装有用于驱动阀杆的蜗轮传动装置,所述蜗轮传动装置和阀体的顶部之间安装有T型密封环。
4.根据权利要求3所述的U型金属密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述T型密封环的下部内缘壁上开设有多个第一密封环槽,所述T型密封环的下部外缘壁上开设有多个第二密封环槽,所述第一密封环槽和第二密封环槽的水平高度间隔排列错位。
5.根据权利要求4所述的U型金属密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀体的顶部开设有环形的T型密封槽,所述T型密封环安装在T型密封槽内。
