Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the vehicle body positioning mechanism may include an upper hinge positioning mechanism 2, a lower hinge positioning mechanism 3, and a side body rear wheel cover positioning mechanism 4; the main body support 1 is triangular, the upper hinge positioning mechanism 2 and the lower hinge positioning mechanism 3 are installed on the bottom edge of the main body support 1, the side wall rear wheel cover positioning mechanism 4 is installed on the top angle of the main body support 1, and the latch positioning mechanism 5 is installed on the main body support 1 at a position close to the side wall rear wheel cover positioning mechanism 4.
In this embodiment, the upper hinge positioning mechanism 2 and the lower hinge positioning mechanism 3 are disposed on the same side of the main body support 1, the side wall rear wheel cover positioning mechanism 4 is disposed on one side of the main body support 1 away from the upper hinge positioning mechanism 2 and the lower hinge positioning mechanism 3, because the main body support 1 needs to cross over the rear door mounting area and the rear wheel cover area on the vehicle body 7, the main body support 1 is triangular, which can achieve the purpose of ensuring the positioning effect, the size of the main body support 1 is reduced, interference with other parts of the vehicle body 7 is prevented, and the stability of the whole assembly positioning tool is maintained.
In other embodiments, the main body support 1 may have other shapes, such as a rectangle, an L-shape, or a T-shape.
During installation, the upper hinge positioning pin 22 of the first supporting seat 21 is aligned to the movable page 711 of the upper hinge and the lower hinge of the vehicle door, the first pressure head 23 is clamped tightly, the front portion of the tool is fixed on the upper hinge and the lower hinge of the vehicle door, then the tool rotates along with the hinge shaft, the second supporting seat 41 is attached to the rear wheel cover 73 of the side wall, the second pressure head 42 is clamped tightly, and the tool is positioned and assembled on the vehicle body. And opening the third press head 52, placing the hook part of the latch 6 on the groove 511 of the third support seat 51, pressing the third press head 52, fixing the position of the latch 6, and finally, tightly striking the latch 6 and the side wall of the vehicle door to finish assembly.
Table 1 shows the dimension chain at the engagement between the self-positioning lock catch and the door lock, and table 2 shows the dimension chain for engagement between the lock catch and the door lock, which is improved by using a tool.

Where IT refers to the tolerance of each link dimension, which is a manufacturing accuracy requirement for these dimensions. Comparing the two schemes, the requirement on the accuracy of the Z-direction dimension position of the lock and the lock catch is +/-0.3 mm as an accepted standard (in the range, the problems of shaking and abnormal sound of the padlock are not caused when the vehicle door is closed), referring to the normal distribution diagram shown in fig. 10 and 11, the abscissa represents the tolerance, and the ordinate represents the probability of distribution of different tolerance samples in the assembling process, it can be seen from the diagram that the out-of-tolerance defect rate of the scheme I assembled by using the self-positioning lock catch is 26.77%, and the out-of-tolerance defect rate of the scheme II assembled by using the tool is 3.42%. Considering the production cycle of 60JPH in 8 hours in one day, 480 cars are required to be adjusted, the number of cars required to be adjusted can be reduced from about 130 cars to 17 cars, and thus the number of people can be reduced to 3 when the adjustment personnel (generally 5 people, 1 person is responsible for the front part, 1 person is responsible for the back part, 2 people is responsible for the side surface, and 1 person is responsible for the whole customs clearance, defect card counting and data counting) of the line repair station are finished.
The principle of the vehicle door latch assembling and positioning tool provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
the tooling is positioned and installed on a vehicle body 7 with a hinge behind a disassembled vehicle door through an upper hinge positioning mechanism 2 and a lower hinge positioning mechanism 3, the tooling is positioned and installed in the area of a side wall rear wheel cover 73 through a side wall rear wheel cover positioning mechanism 4 at the rear part, a matched area of a latch 6 meshed with a vehicle door lock is positioned through a latch positioning mechanism 5, on the premise of adopting a latch without a positioning pin, the problem of the position accuracy of the latch 6 assembled on the vehicle body is solved, the cost of the latch 6 is reduced, the assembling and adjusting workload of the latch 6 is reduced, the original 2-person dedicated left and right vehicle door latch adjusting work is changed into the front and rear adjusting work for checking and adjusting, compared with a self-positioning latch, the position matching size chain of the latch 6 and a door lock is shortened, the range is reduced from +/-0.74 mm to +/-0.43 mm, the quality requirements of opening and closing of the vehicle door are met, and the workload of secondary adjustment is greatly reduced,

Claims (10)

a third support base (51) connected to the main body frame (1);

a lock latch pressing block (53) is arranged between the third supporting seat (51) and the third pressing head (52), a convex block (531) is arranged on one side, close to the third supporting seat (51), of the lock latch pressing block (53), and a groove (511) is arranged on one side, close to the lock latch pressing block (53), of the third supporting seat (51).

the vehicle body positioning mechanism comprises an upper hinge positioning mechanism (2), a lower hinge positioning mechanism (3) and a side wall rear wheel cover positioning mechanism (4);
