9. A motor end cover drilling process is characterized in that the drilling jig for the motor end cover according to any one of claims 1 to 8 is adopted, and the drilling process comprises the following drilling steps:
s1: attaching an assembling surface of a motor end cover workpiece (3) needing drilling to an installing surface of an adjustable bottom plate (10) by using a crane, wherein the lower end of the motor end cover workpiece (3) is abutted against a corresponding spigot in a waist hole limiting block (8), and the upper end of the motor end cover workpiece (3) is fixedly arranged on a vertical frame (9 b) through an opening pressing plate (29) and an outer hexagonal bolt (30);
s2: the spherical screw (15) is adjusted by rotating the hand wheel (20), the angle between the adjustable bottom plate (10) and the side end of the vertical frame (9 b) is adjusted, the pointer (13) points to the corresponding angle position on the arc scale plate (14), and the waist hole limiting block (8) is fixed on the transverse frame (9 a) by the fixing screw (32);
s3: adjusting the axis of a drill bit (2) on a cross arm (1) of the drilling machine to be parallel to the axis of a pointer (13), and drilling an angle hole on a circumferential surface (3) of a motor end cover workpiece (3); the drill bit is high-speed tool steel or alloy tool steel, the diameter of the drill bit is 5-15mm, a straight shank drill chuck is adopted, the lifting speed of a cross arm of the drilling machine is 1.27-2.0m/min, and the rotation angle is 360 degrees; the depth of the drilling hole is 1-120 mm;
s4: when in rough and finish machining, the feed amount is 0.32 +/-0.01 mm; the cutting speed is 17 +/-1 m/min; the rotating speed is 450 +/-10 r/min;
s5: when in rough and finish machining cutting, the feed amount is 0.17 +/-0.01 mm; the cutting speed is 15 +/-1 m/min; the rotating speed is 320 +/-10 r/min;
s6: when reaming, the feed amount is 0.2 +/-0.01 mm; the cutting speed is 18 +/-1 m/min; the rotating speed is 420 +/-10 r/min.
10. The motor end cover drilling process according to claim 9, wherein the angle between the adjustable bottom plate (10) and the side end of the vertical frame (9 b) ranges from 0 ° to 30 °.
