When the second screw rod 4 rotates, the cam 86 is driven to rotate, the cam 86 is in contact with the side wall of the screening basket 8, the screening basket 8 can be extruded, the screening basket 8 is driven to move horizontally in a reciprocating manner through the cooperation of the return springs 84 and the telescopic rods 81, so that the situation that the screening holes of the screening basket 8 are blocked is avoided, the traditional Chinese medicines meeting the grinding requirement after screening leak out from the screening holes at the bottom of the screening basket 8, the collection can be carried out by arranging a collection vessel below the screening basket 8, the traditional Chinese medicines not meeting the grinding requirement are left in the screening basket 8, after one-time grinding process is finished, the supporting block 82 is pushed by hand and the return springs 84 are compressed, the side wall of one side of the screening basket 8 is withdrawn from the clamping groove 83, then the screening basket 8 is taken down, the traditional Chinese medicines not meeting the grinding requirement in the screening basket 8 are poured out, and then the screening basket 8 is installed between the cam 86 and the supporting block 82 again, when the next grinding is performed, the poured traditional Chinese medicine which does not meet the grinding requirements is put between the annular grinding groove 2 and the grinding head 31 again for secondary grinding.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, in order to increase the polishing efficiency, a polishing protrusion 9 is provided on a side wall of the annular polishing groove 2 opposite to the polishing head 31.
