Referring to fig. 8, the frame 1 is fixed with a driving bar 14 towards the turntable 2, and the driving bar 14 is located at a position of the turntable 2 circumferentially avoiding the trimming mechanism 4, namely, at the loading and unloading stations. The driving bar 14 extends along the circumferential direction of the turntable 2 to form an arc shape, the driving bar 14 corresponds to the position of the roller 60 of the control switch, when the roller 60 of the control switch does not contact the driving bar 14, the control switch is in a sprung state, and when the turntable 2 rotates, the driving bar 14 can abut against the roller 60 and press the control switch, and the roller 60 is in rolling contact with the driving bar 14 through the wheel surface. The end of the driving bar 14 is provided with a guiding surface 140, two ends of the guiding surface 140 are respectively connected with the surface of the frame 1 and the surface of the driving bar 14 facing away from the frame 1, and the guiding surface 140 is used for the contact of the roller 60, so that the roller 60 can smoothly enter and exit the driving bar 14.
The first control switch 61 and the second control switch 62 are positioned at different positions in the radial direction of the turntable 2, and the driving bar 14 comprises a first driving bar 141 for contacting the first control switch 61 and a second driving bar 142 for contacting the second control switch 62, and arc centers of circles of the first driving bar 141 and the second driving bar 142 are all on the rotating axis of the turntable 2. The first driving bar 141 has a length smaller than that of the second driving bar 142, and the end position of the second driving bar 142 is set to: along the rotation direction of the turntable 2, the start end of the first driving bar 141 is delayed from the start end of the second driving bar 142, and the end of the second driving bar 142 is delayed from the end of the first driving bar 141.
Referring to fig. 9, the gas path structure for controlling the operation of the driving source by the control switch is as follows: an air passage 231 is arranged in the middle shaft 23, one end of the air passage 231 penetrates to the end part of the middle shaft 23 along the axis of the middle shaft 23, and the end part is connected with compressed air through a rotary joint; the other end of the air passage 231 is divided into a plurality of branches 232 which penetrate through the outer wall of the center shaft 23, the plurality of branches 232 are used for respectively corresponding to the clamps 3, and the branches 232 are respectively communicated with an air inlet pipe 71. The two air inlets of the clamping cylinder 32 are respectively connected with an air pipe 72, an electromagnetic directional valve 7 is arranged between the air inlet pipe 71 and the air pipe 72, the inlet of the electromagnetic directional valve 7 is communicated with the air inlet pipe 71, the two outlets of the electromagnetic directional valve 7 are respectively communicated with the two air pipes 72, and the first control switch 61 is used for controlling the switching state of the electromagnetic directional valve 7. The air path structure of the hair clamping cylinder 34 is the same as that of the material clamping cylinder 32, and will not be described in detail here.
The working principle of the multifunctional hair trimming machine provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: the turntable 2 is suspended after rotating a certain angle, and at the position where the control switch is pressed down by the driving bar 14, the clamp 3 is in a state of loosening the workpiece, and a person takes out the processed workpiece from the clamp 3 and puts the workpiece to be processed. When the rotary table 2 rotates and the control switch is separated from the driving bar 14, the control switch is sprung to switch the state of the corresponding driving source, so that the clamp 3 clamps the workpiece and the brush hair of the workpiece. With the continuous rotation of the turntable 2, the clamp 3 and the workpiece sequentially pass through the bristle trimming mechanisms 4 to finish bristle trimming of the workpiece. Through the multifunctional hair trimming machine, a plurality of hair trimming procedures can be completed once after the workpiece is clamped once. The clamping and loosening of the clamp 3 by the driving source are not required to be controlled manually or by an electronic program, and the clamping and loosening of the clamp 3 to a workpiece are automatically realized by the hair trimmer through a simple structure.
The end positions of the first driving bar 141 and the second driving bar 142 make the time points of the actions of the first control switch 61 and the second control switch 62 different, specifically, make the first control switch 61 delay the pressing of the second control switch 62, then the clamping piece 33 delays the clamping piece 35 to loosen the workpiece, thereby playing the role of protecting the brush hair; the second control switch 62 delays the first control switch 61 from bouncing up, so that the hair clamping member 35 delays the workpiece clamped by the clamping member 33, and the effect of protecting the bristles is also achieved.

The multifunctional hair trimming machine comprises a frame (1), wherein the frame (1) is provided with a driving motor (11) and a rotary table (2) driven by the driving motor (11) to rotate, a plurality of clamps (3) are arranged on the rotary table (2) along the circumferential direction, a plurality of hair trimming mechanisms (4) are arranged on the frame (1) along the circumferential direction of the rotary table (2), and the clamps (3) sequentially pass through the hair trimming mechanisms (4) when the rotary table (2) rotates; the method is characterized in that: the clamp (3) comprises a base (31), clamping pieces for clamping workpieces and driving sources for driving the clamping pieces to move so as to tighten and loosen the workpieces, the turntables (2) are provided with control switches in one-to-one correspondence with the clamp (3), the control switches are used for controlling the working states of the corresponding driving sources, the control switches are push-type switches, when the control switches are not pushed, the driving sources are in a state of clamping the workpieces, and when the control switches are pushed, the driving sources are in a state of loosening the workpieces;
the machine frame (1) is provided with a driving bar (14) towards the rotary table (2), the driving bar (14) is positioned at a position where the rotary table (2) circumferentially avoids the hair trimming mechanism (4), the driving bar (14) extends along the circumferential direction of the rotary table (2), and the driving bar (14) can be abutted against and pressed down a control switch when the rotary table (2) rotates;
