Referring to fig. 8, the frame 1 is fixed with a driving strip 14 facing the turntable 2, and the driving strip 14 is located at a position where the turntable 2 circumferentially avoids the hair trimming mechanism 4, that is, at the loading and unloading station. The driving strip 14 extends along the circumferential direction of the turntable 2 to form an arc shape, the driving strip 14 corresponds to the position of the roller 60 of the control switch, when the roller 60 of the control switch is not contacted with the driving strip 14, the control switch is in a bounce state, when the turntable 2 rotates, the driving strip 14 can be abutted against the roller 60 and press the control switch, and the roller 60 is in rolling contact with the driving strip 14 through a wheel surface. The end of the driving strip 14 is provided with a guide surface 140, the two ends of the guide surface 140 are respectively connected with the surface of the frame 1 and the surface of the driving strip 14 departing from the frame 1, and the guide surface 140 is used for the contact of the roller 60, so that the roller 60 can smoothly enter and exit the driving strip 14.
The first control switch 61 and the second control switch 62 are located at different radial positions of the turntable 2, the driving bar 14 includes a first driving bar 141 for contacting with the first control switch 61 and a second driving bar 142 for contacting with the second control switch 62, and the centers of the arcs of the first driving bar 141 and the second driving bar 142 are both on the rotation axis of the turntable 2. The length of the first driver bar 141 is smaller than that of the second driver bar 142, and the end position of the second driver bar 142 is set as: along the rotation direction of the turntable 2, the start end of the first driving bar 141 is extended to the start end of the second driving bar 142, and the end of the second driving bar 142 is extended to the end of the first driving bar 141.
Referring to fig. 9, the gas path structure for controlling the switch to control the operation of the driving source is: an air duct 231 is arranged in the middle shaft 23, one end of the air duct 231 penetrates through the end part of the middle shaft 23 along the axis of the middle shaft 23, and the end part is connected with compressed air through a rotary joint; the other end of the air passage 231 is divided into a plurality of branches 232 which penetrate through the outer wall of the middle shaft 23, the plurality of branches 232 are respectively corresponding to the clamps 3, and the branches 232 are respectively communicated with the air inlet pipe 71. Two air inlets of the material clamping cylinder 32 are respectively connected with a vent pipe 72, an electromagnetic directional valve 7 is arranged between the air inlet pipe 71 and the vent pipe 72, an inlet of the electromagnetic directional valve 7 is communicated with the air inlet pipe 71, two outlets of the electromagnetic directional valve 7 are respectively communicated with the two vent pipes 72, and the first control switch 61 is used for controlling the switching state of the electromagnetic directional valve 7. The air path structure of the hair clamping cylinder 34 is the same as that of the material clamping cylinder 32, and is not described in detail herein.
The working principle of the multifunctional wool trimming machine provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: the turntable 2 is suspended after rotating a certain angle, the clamp 3 is in a state of releasing the workpiece at the position where the control switch is pressed by the driving strip 14, and a person takes out the machined workpiece on the clamp 3 and puts the workpiece to be machined. Each hair trimming mechanism 4 is in a continuous operation state, when the rotary disc 2 rotates and the control switch is separated from the driving strip 14, the control switch bounces to switch the state of the corresponding driving source, so that the clamp 3 clamps the workpiece and the bristles of the workpiece. Along with the continuous rotation of the turntable 2, the clamp 3 and the workpiece sequentially pass through the hair trimming mechanisms 4, and the hair trimming of the bristles of the workpiece is completed. Through the multifunctional trimming machine, a plurality of trimming processes can be completed at one time after the workpiece is clamped at one time. The driving source does not need manual control for clamping and loosening the clamp 3, and also does not need to be controlled by an electronic program, and the wool trimmer automatically realizes the clamping and loosening of the clamp 3 on a workpiece through a simple structure.
The end positions of the first driving bar 141 and the second driving bar 142 make the time points of the actions of the first control switch 61 and the second control switch 62 different, specifically, the first control switch 61 is pressed down after delaying the second control switch 62, and the clamping member 33 delays the workpiece releasing of the clamping member 35, so as to protect the bristles; the second control switch 62 is delayed from the first control switch 61 to bounce, and the bristle clamping member 35 is delayed from clamping the workpiece by the clamping member 33, so that the effect of protecting bristles is also achieved.
