In a preferred embodiment, when a prototype is built, an authentication engineer compares a bill of materials or a BOM with an authentication sample sending key part rule to generate an authentication sample sending key part bill of materials, compares the authentication sample sending key part bill of materials with material inventory data to judge whether key part materials are in inventory, and can automatically inform related personnel of stock preparation according to key part missing materials.
By the authentication sample sending management and control method, an authentication sample sending configuration list can be automatically generated according to product configuration planning; according to the number of sample sending complete machines, the development of representatives and the preparation of authentication key materials by the PMC can be assisted, the risk of key part material shortage during authentication and preparation is reduced, and the compliance guarantee is improved. Through systematic and planned management of certification execution, the personnel qualification requirements and the time investment for carding the key parts of sample delivery can be reduced, and the product certification compliance is guaranteed under the condition of the optimal number of the key parts of sample delivery. Not only reduces the sample sending quantity and the authentication cost, but also improves the compliance level of the authentication. And through automatic association with the material inventory system, the rapid borrowing of the authentication sample delivery can be realized, the condition that the material is confirmed only after the system is subjected to bill extraction is avoided, the labor input is liberated, and the timeliness is improved.
Example two
There is provided an authentication sample sending management and control system, as shown in fig. 5, the system including:
the first generation module is used for acquiring product configuration information and generating an authentication sample sending configuration list in combination with an authentication sample sending configuration rule;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a corresponding bill of materials according to the authentication sample sending configuration list;
the calling module is used for calling an authentication sample sending key rule corresponding to the key piece authentication category according to the selected key piece authentication category;
the second generation module is used for generating an authentication key part bill of material by combining the authentication sample sending key part rule and the bill of material;
and the sample sending module is used for sending samples according to the material list of the authentication key parts.
The system also comprises a material supplementing module, wherein the material supplementing module is used for correlating the authentication key part bill of material with material inventory data and judging whether key part materials are in inventory or not; if the inventory exists, automatically borrowing materials and entering an approval process; if the materials are not in stock, the substitute materials are obtained and added into the certification key part bill of materials.
In a preferred embodiment, the method for taking and adding the substitute material to the certification key part bill of materials specifically comprises the following steps: acquiring a substitute material, and confirming the stock information of the substitute material; if the substitute material is stored, adding the substitute material into the authentication key part bill of materials; if the substitute materials are not stored, a stock shortage list is automatically generated, and staff are informed to prepare the materials.
In a preferred embodiment, the first generating module is specifically configured to obtain product configuration information, and select a configuration authentication category; calling a corresponding authentication sample sending configuration rule according to the configuration authentication category; and generating an authentication sample sending configuration list by combining the authentication sample sending configuration rule and the product configuration information.
In a preferred embodiment, the second generating module is specifically configured to obtain each material category attribute according to the bill of materials; confirming that the material is a key piece by combining the authentication sample sending key piece rule and the material type attribute; and screening the key parts according to the certification sample sending key part rule and generating a certification key part bill of materials. Wherein, send a key piece rule screening key piece according to the certification, specifically include: obtaining a screening sequence of material types in a key element rule of authentication sample sending; obtaining a screening rule of material types in a key element rule of authentication sample sending; and step-by-step screening the key parts by combining the screening sequence and the screening rule.

EXAMPLE III
There is provided a computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps of the method for administration of an authentication sample presentation as described above when executing the computer program.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used to store material inventory data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method for managing and controlling authentication of materials.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
Example four
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method for administering an authentication sample presentation as described above.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the embodiments of the invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (10)

1. A method for managing and controlling an authentication sample sending part, the method comprising:
acquiring product configuration information, and generating an authentication sample sending configuration list by combining authentication sample sending configuration rules;
obtaining a corresponding bill of materials according to the authentication sample sending configuration list;
selecting a key piece authentication type, and calling an authentication sample sending key piece rule corresponding to the key piece authentication type;
generating an authentication key part bill of materials by combining the authentication sample sending key part rule and the bill of materials;
and carrying out sample sending according to the certification key part bill of materials.
2. The method for managing and controlling the certification sampling part according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining product configuration information and generating a certification sampling configuration list by combining certification sampling configuration rules specifically comprises the steps of:
acquiring product configuration information, and selecting a configuration authentication type;
calling a corresponding authentication sample sending configuration rule according to the configuration authentication type;
and generating an authentication sample sending configuration list by combining the authentication sample sending configuration rule and the product configuration information.
3. The method for managing and controlling an authentication sample sending part according to claim 2, wherein the step of generating an authentication key part bill of material by combining the authentication sample sending key part rule and the bill of material specifically comprises:
obtaining the attribute of each material category according to the bill of materials;
confirming that the material is a key piece by combining an authentication sample sending key piece rule and the material type attribute;
and screening the key parts according to the authentication sample sending key part rule and generating an authentication key part bill of materials.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the screening the key according to the key rule of the authentication sample sending specifically comprises:
obtaining a screening sequence of material types in the key element rule of the authentication sample sending;
obtaining a screening rule of material types in the authentication sample sending key element rule;
and screening the key pieces step by combining the screening sequence and the screening rule.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising, prior to screening the key:
and confirming the substitute materials in the key element, and marking the key element as the substitute materials.
6. The method for controlling the certification of the sample sending device according to claim 5, wherein the sample sending is performed according to the certification key part bill of materials, and specifically comprises:
associating the authentication key part bill of material with material inventory data, and judging whether key part materials are in inventory or not;
if the inventory exists, automatically borrowing materials and entering an approval process;
if the materials do not have the stock, the substitute materials are obtained and added to the material list of the authentication key component.
7. The method for managing and controlling the certification sample sending part according to claim 6, wherein the step of obtaining the substitute material and adding the substitute material to the certification key part bill of material specifically comprises:
acquiring the substitute material and confirming the stock information of the substitute material;
if the substitute material is in stock, adding the substitute material into the authentication key part bill of material;
and if the substitute materials are not stored, automatically generating a stock shortage list, and informing the staff of stock preparation.
8. The authentication sample sending piece management and control method according to claim 3, wherein the material type attributes at least comprise one or more of a power supply, a front hard disk, a rear hard disk, a mainboard, a central processing unit and an air guide cover.
9. An authentication sample sending management and control system, characterized in that the system comprises:
the first generation module is used for acquiring product configuration information and generating an authentication sample sending configuration list in combination with an authentication sample sending configuration rule;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a corresponding bill of materials according to the authentication sample sending configuration list;
the calling module is used for calling an authentication sample sending key rule corresponding to the key piece authentication category according to the selected key piece authentication category;
the second generation module is used for generating an authentication key part bill of material by combining the authentication sample sending key part rule and the bill of material;
and the sample sending module is used for sending samples according to the certification key part bill of materials.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
