As shown in fig. 2-3, in the import module 101, the front end discovers the material import requirement through market research, client requirement and material requirement research, and the marketing product manager proposes the material import requirement and feeds back to the planning product manager. The planning product manager judges that the current materials in the BOM can meet the requirements, specifically: whether the substitute material of the material to be imported exists in the current bill of materials, if the substitute material of the material to be imported exists, the current bill of materials meets the requirement of the material to be imported, the import requirement (or request) of the material to be imported is refuted, and a marketing product manager is asked to conduct research again; if no substitute material of the material to be imported exists, the current bill of materials does not meet the requirement of the material to be imported, a task is issued to a project manager, and requirement review, namely a key part authentication flow, is started. The judging whether the material to be imported is a key piece may specifically be according to material information of the material to be imported, for example, material type information, material authentication information, and the like, and according to the material type information, the material authentication information, and the like, whether the material to be imported is a key piece may be judged.
As shown in fig. 4-5, the key piece authentication is performed, that is, the authentication engineers in different fields perform various test authentications on the key piece, and after all the authentications pass, the materials to be imported are synchronized to the bill of materials to be listed.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 15, the technical scheme of the present invention further includes: the evaluation module 104 evaluates the introduction process of the material to be introduced synchronized to the bill of material to be introduced.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7 to 8, various fees, use frequency, use scene and sales data of the material to be imported when the material is imported are exported, and evaluation and scoring are performed on the import activity of the material to be imported. Setting attribute information of key parts and non-key parts to be listed in a bill of materials in a setting module 102; the attribute information may be authentication information of whether the material to be imported is synchronized to the material list to be listed or not through the key piece authentication.
In the listing module 103, as shown in fig. 9-11, when the newly added to-be-listed material is a virtual material, acquiring the requirement of the newly added to-be-listed virtual material and the attribute information of the newly added to-be-listed virtual material, judging whether the newly added to-be-listed virtual material is a key piece according to the attribute information of the newly added to-be-listed virtual material, if the newly added to-be-listed virtual material is the key piece, confirming whether the key piece is authenticated, synchronizing the newly added to-be-listed virtual material to the virtual material set after the authentication is completed, and listing the newly added to-be-listed virtual material in the virtual material synchronous material list; if the newly added virtual materials to be listed are not critical pieces, directly synchronizing the newly added virtual materials to be listed to a virtual material set, and synchronizing the newly added virtual materials in the virtual material set to a virtual material synchronous bill of materials;
when the newly added to-be-listed material is a solid material, acquiring the requirement of the newly added to-be-listed solid material and attribute information of the newly added to-be-listed solid material, judging whether the newly added to-be-listed solid material is a key piece according to the attribute information of the newly added to-be-listed solid material, if the newly added to-be-listed solid material is a key piece, confirming whether the key piece is authenticated, setting a material number of the newly added to-be-listed solid material after the authentication is completed, synchronizing the newly added to-be-listed solid material with the set material number to a virtual material set, and synchronizing the newly added to-be-listed solid material in the virtual material set to a synchronous material list of the newly added to-be-listed solid material; if the newly added material to be listed is not a key piece, directly setting the material number of the newly added material to be listed, synchronizing the newly added material to be listed with the set material number to a virtual material set, and synchronizing the newly added material to be listed with the virtual material set in a physical material synchronous bill of materials.
It should be noted that, in the technical solution of the present invention, the bill of materials is a modularized bill of materials (modularized BOM). The virtual material set stores materials to be listed in the bill of materials, and the physical materials and the virtual materials are all stored in the virtual material set (virtual rule set) in advance and then synchronized into the bill of materials. When the physical materials are synchronized to the bill of materials, the physical materials are set because no material number exists, and then are stored in a virtual material set in advance and finally are synchronized to the bill of materials; the virtual materials can be directly stored in the virtual material set in advance without setting the material number because the material number exists in advance. According to the technical scheme, the newly added to-be-listed materials are divided into the newly added to-be-listed virtual materials and the newly added to-be-listed physical materials, so that the newly added to-be-listed materials are synchronized to the bill of materials, and the application scene and the application range are enlarged.
Further, as shown in fig. 16, the technical scheme of the present invention further includes:
the traverse screening module 105 periodically traverses the bill of materials, screens the keywords, and disables keywords that have been added to the bill of materials but have not been authenticated in the bill of materials.
Automatically screening the change of the key piece from the change log of the BOM of the product at regular intervals, assembling a table, and judging whether the BOM is added to the key piece but the key piece is not authenticated by the authentication engineer through sending a mail to the authentication engineer; if so, disabling the key parts which are added to the bill of materials but are not authenticated in the product BOM, and if the key parts are not present, continuing to use and waiting for the next period of bill of materials to traverse.
Further, the authentication engineer uses different account numbers and has different authorities, so that information in the bill of materials can be traversed, test authentication and the like can be performed on key parts and the like, and different key part test authentication tasks can have different priorities, so that tasks with high priorities can be processed preferentially according to the priorities of the tasks.
According to the method, the key piece judgment is carried out when the material is imported, so that the problems of low efficiency and high management difficulty when the key piece is imported into the bill of the material due to the prior art are effectively solved, and the key piece importing efficiency is effectively improved.
According to the method, the key piece test authentication is carried out by importing the material to be imported into the bill of material to be listed, synchronizing the newly added material in the bill of material to be listed into the bill of material, so that the key pieces in the bill of material are all the key pieces subjected to the test authentication, the effective management of the key piece test authentication is realized, the compliance of authentication can be ensured, and the subsequent illegal risks are avoided.
According to the technical scheme, the method and the device can evaluate the import process (import activity) when the to-be-imported material imports the to-be-imported bill of materials, and realize effective and comprehensive management of the to-be-imported material imports the to-be-imported bill of materials.
According to the technical scheme, the bill of materials is traversed regularly, the key parts are screened, the key parts which are added to the bill of materials but are not authenticated are forbidden in the bill of materials, the key parts in the bill of materials are all the key parts which are tested and authenticated, and the effective management of the test and authentication of the key parts is realized.

As shown in fig. 17, the technical solution of the present invention further provides an electronic device, including: a memory 201 for storing a computer program; a processor 202 is configured to implement the steps of the method for managing the introduction of the critical piece material according to the first embodiment when executing the computer program.
The memory 201 in the embodiments of the present application is used to store various types of data to support the operation of the electronic device. Examples of such data include: any computer program for operating on an electronic device. It will be appreciated that memory 201 may be volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, and may include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. Wherein the nonvolatile Memory may be Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable Read Only Memory (PROM, programmable Read-Only Memory), erasable programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM, erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory), electrically erasable programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM, electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory), magnetic random access Memory (FRAM, ferromagnetic random access Memory), flash Memory (Flash Memory), magnetic surface Memory, optical disk, or compact disk Read Only Memory (CD-ROM, compact Disc Read-Only Memory); the magnetic surface memory may be a disk memory or a tape memory. The methods disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be applied to the processor 202 or implemented by the processor 202. The processor 202 may be an integrated circuit chip with signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuitry in hardware in the processor 202 or by instructions in software. The processor 202 may be a general purpose processor, a DSP (Digital Signal Processing, meaning a chip capable of implementing digital signal processing techniques), or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components, or the like. Processor 202 may implement or perform the methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in embodiments of the present application. The steps of the method disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be directly embodied in a hardware decoding processor or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software modules may be located in a storage medium in the memory 201 and the processor 202 reads the program in the memory 201 to perform the steps of the method described above in connection with its hardware. The processor 202 implements corresponding flows in the methods of the embodiments of the present application when executing the program, and for brevity, will not be described in detail herein.

And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disk, or other medium capable of storing program code.

Claims (9)
1. An ingress management method for key piece materials is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a material import demand, judging whether a current bill of materials meets the demand of materials to be imported, if the current bill of materials does not meet the demand of the materials to be imported, judging whether the materials to be imported are key pieces, if the materials to be imported are key pieces, carrying out key piece authentication, and synchronizing the materials to be imported into the bill of materials to be imported after the authentication is passed; if the material to be imported is not a key piece, directly synchronizing the material to be imported into a material list to be listed; the requirement of whether the current bill of materials meets the material to be imported is specifically: whether the substitute material of the material to be imported exists in the current bill of materials, if the substitute material of the material to be imported exists, the current bill of materials meets the requirement of the material to be imported, and the importing requirement of the material to be imported is refuted; if no substitute material exists for the material to be imported, the current bill of materials does not meet the requirement of the material to be imported;
setting attribute information of key parts and non-key parts to be listed in a bill of materials;
acquiring the requirement of the newly added to-be-listed materials and the attribute information of the newly added to-be-listed materials, judging whether the newly added to-be-listed materials are key pieces according to the attribute information of the newly added to-be-listed materials, if so, confirming whether the key pieces are authenticated, and synchronizing the newly added to-be-listed materials into a bill of materials after the authentication is completed; if the newly added material to be listed is not a key piece, the newly added material to be listed is directly synchronized to the bill of materials.
2. The key material inlet management method according to claim 1, further comprising: the introduction process synchronized to the material to be introduced in the bill of materials to be introduced is evaluated.
3. The key material introduction management method according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
periodically traversing the bill of materials, screening the key parts, and disabling the key parts which are added to the bill of materials but are not authenticated in the bill of materials.
4. The method for managing key materials according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the attribute information is authentication information indicating whether the key materials are authenticated or not in the bill of materials to be introduced in synchronization with the bill of materials to be listed.
5. The key material introduction management method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bill of materials is a modularized bill of materials.
6. The method for managing key materials according to claim 5, wherein when the newly added to-be-listed materials are virtual materials, obtaining the requirements of the newly added to-be-listed virtual materials and the attribute information of the newly added to-be-listed virtual materials, judging whether the newly added to-be-listed virtual materials are key materials according to the attribute information of the newly added to-be-listed virtual materials, if the newly added to-be-listed virtual materials are key materials, confirming whether the key materials are authenticated, synchronizing the newly added to-be-listed virtual materials to a virtual material set after the authentication is completed, and listing the newly added to-be-listed virtual materials in the virtual material set in a virtual material synchronous bill; if the newly added virtual materials to be listed are not critical pieces, directly synchronizing the newly added virtual materials to be listed to a virtual material set, and synchronizing the newly added virtual materials in the virtual material set to a virtual material synchronous bill of materials;
when the newly added to-be-listed material is a solid material, acquiring the requirement of the newly added to-be-listed solid material and attribute information of the newly added to-be-listed solid material, judging whether the newly added to-be-listed solid material is a key piece according to the attribute information of the newly added to-be-listed solid material, if the newly added to-be-listed solid material is a key piece, confirming whether the key piece is authenticated, setting a material number of the newly added to-be-listed solid material after the authentication is completed, synchronizing the newly added to-be-listed solid material with the set material number to a virtual material set, and synchronizing the newly added to-be-listed solid material in the virtual material set to a synchronous material list of the newly added to-be-listed solid material; if the newly added material to be listed is not a key piece, directly setting the material number of the newly added material to be listed, synchronizing the newly added material to be listed with the set material number to a virtual material set, and synchronizing the newly added material to be listed with the virtual material set in a physical material synchronous bill of materials.
7. An ingress management system for critical material, comprising:
the import module is used for acquiring the material import requirement, judging whether the current bill of materials meets the requirement of the materials to be imported or not, judging whether the materials to be imported are key parts or not if the current bill of materials does not meet the requirement of the materials to be imported, and carrying out key part authentication if the materials to be imported are key parts, and synchronizing the materials to be imported into the bill of materials to be imported after the authentication is passed; if the material to be imported is not a key piece, directly synchronizing the material to be imported into a material list to be listed; the requirement of whether the current bill of materials meets the material to be imported is specifically: whether the substitute material of the material to be imported exists in the current bill of materials, if the substitute material of the material to be imported exists, the current bill of materials meets the requirement of the material to be imported, and the importing requirement of the material to be imported is refuted; if no substitute material exists for the material to be imported, the current bill of materials does not meet the requirement of the material to be imported;
the setting module is used for setting attribute information of the key parts and the non-key parts to be listed in the bill of materials;
the listing module is used for acquiring the requirement of the newly added to-be-listed materials and the attribute information of the newly added to-be-listed materials, judging whether the newly added to-be-listed materials are key pieces according to the attribute information of the newly added to-be-listed materials, if so, confirming whether the key pieces are authenticated, and synchronizing the newly added to-be-listed materials into the bill of materials after the authentication is completed; if the newly added material to be listed is not a key piece, the newly added material to be listed is directly synchronized to the bill of materials.
8. An electronic device, comprising: a memory for storing a computer program; a processor for implementing the steps of the key material introduction management method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the computer program.
9. A computer readable storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored on the computer readable storage medium, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method for introducing and managing key material according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
