技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油产品领域,尤其涉及一种长寿命清洁型主轴油。
背景技术
用于高速磨床轴承的主轴油,具有冷却、润滑、防锈和减磨作用,一般主轴油是采用高度精炼基矿物油,并加入清净、分散、抗磨、抗氧、抗腐蚀、抗泡等多种高效添加剂精制而成,常规产品抗氧化性能一般,使用3-4个月,磨床会产生烧瓦现象,设备无法运转,停产检修频繁,影响了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种长寿命清洁型主轴油,用于高速磨床轴承的润滑要求。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种长寿命清洁型主轴油,包括以下组分:加氢基础油98.5-98.98%,非锌类抗磨剂 0.5-0.65%,活性基团扑捉剂0.02-0.05%,双酚类抗氧化剂0.5-0.8%。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的基础油为加氢异构化HVI150 和聚α—烯烃合成油;所述加氢基础油的40℃黏度为9~11mm2/s。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述活性基团捕捉剂采用对苯醌或四甲基苯醌或2-甲基-2-亚硝基甲烷。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗氧化剂采用硫代双酚类抗氧化剂。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述非锌类抗磨剂是由有机复合硼酸酯与磺酸钡按照质量比1:1组成。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述有机复合硼酸酯由油酸二乙醇酰胺硼酸酯与羟甲基化苯并三氮唑反应制得。
本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明具备以下有益效果:
本发明大幅度提高了油品抗氧化性能,使油品的换油期有原来4 个月延长至12个月,在换油期内,磨床的磨削轮和导轮等工作稳定,设备运转良好。降低了设备维修成本,保障了生产进度。由于延长了油品的换油周期,可以节约采购成本15%。

具体的,基础油为加氢异构化HVI150和聚α—烯烃合成油;所述加氢基础油的40℃黏度为9~11mm2/s。活性基团捕捉剂采用对苯醌或四甲基苯醌或2-甲基-2-亚硝基甲烷。优选的,抗氧化剂采用硫代双酚类抗氧化剂;非锌类抗磨剂是由有机复合硼酸酯与磺酸钡按照质量比1:1组成,且有机复合硼酸酯由油酸二乙醇酰胺硼酸酯与羟甲基化苯并三氮唑反应制得。
