Abstract
本发明涉及聚氨酯技术领域,且公开了一种阻燃性的水性聚氨酯油漆及其合成方法,利用与羟基二TBS与亚甲基丁二酸酐酯化开环然后脱TBS保护,得到丙烯酸基酯基二丙醇,进一步再与二苯基磷氧丙酸酯基二丙醇发生P‑H加成反应,合成具有含磷阻燃剂和亲水性羧基的新型聚氨酯扩链剂,扩链反应后得到的聚氨酯胶膜具有优异的阻燃性,提高了极限氧指数,具有更低的总热释放量和热释放速率,合成的聚氨酯在水溶剂介质中有良好的分散性,耐水性优良。

本发明涉及聚氨酯技术领域,具体为一种阻燃性的水性聚氨酯油漆。
背景技术
水性聚氨酯油漆涂料是以水作为溶剂,无挥发性有毒溶剂,环保无污染,通常以羧酸扩链剂、磺酸扩链剂等,如2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、三羟甲基丙烷单亚丙基醚磺酸钠等,可以赋予聚氨酯油漆涂料优良的水性,如《蓖麻油基羧酸型聚氨酯亲水扩链剂的制备与应用》报道了利用蓖麻油与3-巯基丙酸间反应合成了蓖麻油基多元羧酸,作为聚氨酯的亲水扩链剂,得到的聚氨酯涂膜吸水率和耐水性优良。水性聚氨酯漆膜、胶黏剂等材料存在易燃的问题,近年来对聚氨酯材料阻燃改性是研究热点,如《反应型膦酸酯阻燃剂的合成及在聚氨酯阻燃中的应用》合成了含羟基的反应型磷系阻燃剂,参与到聚氨酯的扩链反应中,增强了聚氨酯材料的热稳定性、阻燃性能,本发明旨在合成含亲水性羧基和含磷阻燃剂的扩链剂,应用于水性聚氨酯的扩链反应和阻燃改性中。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种阻燃性优良的水性聚氨酯油漆。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种阻燃性的水性聚氨酯油漆,合成方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将丙三醇和叔丁基二甲基氯硅烷反应得到羟基二TBS;然后溶解到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加入亚甲基丁二酸酐和阻聚剂对甲氧基苯酚,反应后冷却,加入二氯甲烷和蒸馏水萃取,收集有机相干燥并除去溶剂,正己烷洗涤,得到丙烯酸基酯基二TBS。
(2)将丙烯酸基酯基二TBS溶解到四氢呋喃中,并加入四丁基氟化铵,室温反应18-36 h,反应后加入旋蒸除去溶剂,并加入乙酸乙酯和蒸馏水萃取,收集有机相干燥并除去溶剂,饱和氯化钠溶液洗涤,得到丙烯酸基酯基二丙醇。
(3)将丙烯酸基酯基二丙醇和二苯基磷氧溶解到溶剂中,在氮气氛围中反应,反应后旋蒸除去溶剂,正己烷洗涤,得到二苯基磷氧丙酸酯基二丙醇。
(4)将多元醇除水后与异氰酸酯单体、二月桂酸二丁基锡在氮气气氛中,65-75 ℃中反应2-3 h,然后温度降至45-55 ℃,加入二苯基磷氧丙酸酯基二丙醇和丙酮,反应1-2h,反应后旋蒸除去丙酮,加入蒸馏水、消泡剂、流平剂、分散剂、增稠剂,乳化后得到阻燃性的水性聚氨酯油漆。
优选的,所述(1)中羟基二TBS、亚甲基丁二酸酐和对甲氧基苯酚的摩尔比例为1:1.2-1.8:0.006-0.01。
优选的,所述(1)中反应在85-100 ℃中回流反应6-12 h。
优选的,所述(3)中丙烯酸基酯基二丙醇和二苯基磷氧的摩比例为1:1.1-1.5。

(三)有益的技术效果
与现有技术相比,本发明具备以下有益技术效果:
利用与羟基二TBS与亚甲基丁二酸酐酯化开环然后脱TBS保护,得到丙烯酸基酯基二丙醇,进一步再与二苯基磷氧丙酸酯基二丙醇发生P-H加成反应,合成具有含磷阻燃剂和亲水性羧基的新型聚氨酯扩链剂,扩链反应后得到的聚氨酯胶膜具有优异的阻燃性,提高了极限氧指数,具有更低的总热释放量和热释放速率,合成的聚氨酯在水溶剂介质中有良好的分散性,耐水性优良,拓展了聚氨酯在水性阻燃油漆涂料中的应用。

具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)将丙三醇、叔丁基二甲基氯硅烷、1H咪唑在四氢呋喃中反应得到羟基二TBS;然后将3 g的羟基二TBS溶解到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加入1.4 g的亚甲基丁二酸酐和70 mg的阻聚剂对甲氧基苯酚,在100 ℃中回流反应12 h,反应后冷却,加入二氯甲烷和蒸馏水萃取,收集有机相干燥并除去溶剂,正己烷洗涤,得到丙烯酸基酯基二TBS。
(2)将丙烯酸基酯基二TBS溶解到四氢呋喃中,并加入四丁基氟化铵,室温反应18h,反应后加入旋蒸除去溶剂,并加入乙酸乙酯和蒸馏水萃取,收集有机相干燥并除去溶剂,饱和氯化钠溶液洗涤,得到丙烯酸基酯基二丙醇。
(3)将2 g的丙烯酸基酯基二丙醇和2.9 g二苯基磷氧溶解到甲苯溶剂中,在氮气氛围中110 ℃回流反应6 h,反应后旋蒸除去溶剂,正己烷洗涤,得到二苯基磷氧丙酸酯基二丙醇。
(4)将5 g的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇醇除水后与2.2 g的2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、5 mg的二月桂酸二丁基锡在氮气气氛中,75 ℃中反应2 h,然后温度降至45 ℃,加入0.5 g的二苯基磷氧丙酸酯基二丙醇和丙酮,反应1 h,反应后旋蒸除去丙酮,加入蒸馏水、0.6%的消泡剂BYK-028、0.5%流平剂SY-1010、2%的分散剂BYK-W961、0.2%增稠剂ZY-5241,乳化后得到阻燃性的水性聚氨酯油漆。
实施例2
(1)将3 g的羟基二TBS溶解到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加入1.3 g的亚甲基丁二酸酐和96 mg的阻聚剂对甲氧基苯酚,在100 ℃中回流反应6 h,反应后冷却,加入二氯甲烷和蒸馏水萃取,收集有机相干燥并除去溶剂,正己烷洗涤,得到丙烯酸基酯基二TBS。
(2)将丙烯酸基酯基二TBS溶解到四氢呋喃中,并加入四丁基氟化铵,室温反应36h,反应后加入旋蒸除去溶剂,并加入乙酸乙酯和蒸馏水萃取,收集有机相干燥并除去溶剂,饱和氯化钠溶液洗涤,得到丙烯酸基酯基二丙醇。
(3)将2 g的丙烯酸基酯基二丙醇和2.5 g二苯基磷氧溶解到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中,在氮气氛围中90 ℃回流反应12 h,反应后旋蒸除去溶剂,正己烷洗涤,得到二苯基磷氧丙酸酯基二丙醇。
(4)将5 g的聚醚多元醇除水后与2.4 g的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、8 mg的二月桂酸二丁基锡在氮气气氛中,65 ℃中反应3 h,然后温度降至55 ℃,加入0.6 g的二苯基磷氧丙酸酯基二丙醇和丙酮,反应1 h,反应后旋蒸除去丙酮,加入蒸馏水、0.8%的消泡剂BYK-028、0.3%流平剂SY-1010、1%的分散剂BYK-W961、0.5%增稠剂ZY-5241,乳化后得到阻燃性的水性聚氨酯油漆。
实施例3
(1)将3 g的羟基二TBS溶解到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加入1.8 g的亚甲基丁二酸酐和115 mg的阻聚剂对甲氧基苯酚,在90 ℃中回流反应12 h,反应后冷却,加入二氯甲烷和蒸馏水萃取,收集有机相干燥并除去溶剂,正己烷洗涤,得到丙烯酸基酯基二TBS。
(2)将丙烯酸基酯基二TBS溶解到四氢呋喃中,并加入四丁基氟化铵,室温反应24h,反应后加入旋蒸除去溶剂,并加入乙酸乙酯和蒸馏水萃取,收集有机相干燥并除去溶剂,饱和氯化钠溶液洗涤,得到丙烯酸基酯基二丙醇。
(3)将2 g的丙烯酸基酯基二丙醇和2.5 g二苯基磷氧溶解到二甲苯溶剂中,在氮气氛围中110 ℃回流反应12 h,反应后旋蒸除去溶剂,正己烷洗涤,得到二苯基磷氧丙酸酯基二丙醇。
(4)将5 g的聚酯多元醇除水后与2.6 g的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、10 mg的二月桂酸二丁基锡在氮气气氛中,70 ℃中反应2 h,然后温度降至50 ℃,加入0.7 g的二苯基磷氧丙酸酯基二丙醇和丙酮,反应2 h,反应后旋蒸除去丙酮,加入蒸馏水、0.8%的消泡剂BYK-028、0.5%流平剂SY-1010、1%的分散剂BYK-W961、0.4%增稠剂ZY-5241,乳化后得到阻燃性的水性聚氨酯油漆。
实施例4
(1)将3 g的羟基二TBS溶解到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加入1.4 g的亚甲基丁二酸酐和82 mg的阻聚剂对甲氧基苯酚,在90 ℃中回流反应12 h,反应后冷却,加入二氯甲烷和蒸馏水萃取,收集有机相干燥并除去溶剂,正己烷洗涤,得到丙烯酸基酯基二TBS。
(2)将丙烯酸基酯基二TBS溶解到四氢呋喃中,并加入四丁基氟化铵,室温反应18h,反应后加入旋蒸除去溶剂,并加入乙酸乙酯和蒸馏水萃取,收集有机相干燥并除去溶剂,饱和氯化钠溶液洗涤,得到丙烯酸基酯基二丙醇。
(3)将2 g的丙烯酸基酯基二丙醇和2.6 g二苯基磷氧溶解到甲苯溶剂中,在氮气氛围中100 ℃回流反应12 h,反应后旋蒸除去溶剂,正己烷洗涤,得到二苯基磷氧丙酸酯基二丙醇。
(4)将5 g的聚乙二醇除水后与2.4 g的2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、7 mg的二月桂酸二丁基锡在氮气气氛中,65 ℃中反应3 h,然后温度降至45 ℃,加入0.8 g的二苯基磷氧丙酸酯基二丙醇和丙酮,反应2 h,反应后旋蒸除去丙酮,加入蒸馏水、0.5%的消泡剂BYK-028、0.5%流平剂SY-1010、2%的分散剂BYK-W961、0.3%增稠剂ZY-5241,乳化后得到阻燃性的水性聚氨酯油漆。
对比例1
(1)将3 g的羟基二TBS溶解到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加入1.6 g的亚甲基丁二酸酐和70 mg的阻聚剂对甲氧基苯酚,在100 ℃中回流反应8 h,反应后冷却,加入二氯甲烷和蒸馏水萃取,收集有机相干燥并除去溶剂,正己烷洗涤,得到丙烯酸基酯基二TBS。
(2)将丙烯酸基酯基二TBS溶解到四氢呋喃中,并加入四丁基氟化铵,室温反应24h,反应后加入旋蒸除去溶剂,并加入乙酸乙酯和蒸馏水萃取,收集有机相干燥并除去溶剂,饱和氯化钠溶液洗涤,得到丙烯酸基酯基二丙醇。
(3)将5 g的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇除水后与2.8 g的4,4-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、5 mg的二月桂酸二丁基锡在氮气气氛中,65 ℃中反应3 h,然后温度降至50 ℃,加入0.5 g的丙烯酸基酯基二丙醇和丙酮,反应1 h,反应后旋蒸除去丙酮,加入蒸馏水、0.6%的消泡剂BYK-028、0.2%流平剂SY-1010、1%的分散剂BYK-W961、0.2%增稠剂ZY-5241,乳化后得到水性聚氨酯油漆。
将水性聚氨酯油漆倒入模具中热固化成胶膜,然后通过氧指数试验仪测试胶膜的阻燃性能,胶膜试样50 mm×50 mm×5 mm。
将聚氨酯胶膜提高锥形量热仪测试燃烧性能,胶膜试样30 mm×30 mm×4 mm。

Claims (6)
1.一种阻燃性的水性聚氨酯油漆的合成方法,其特征在于:所述合成方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将羟基二TBS溶解到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加入亚甲基丁二酸酐和阻聚剂对甲氧基苯酚,反应后萃取、洗涤,得到丙烯酸基酯基二TBS;
(2)将丙烯酸基酯基二TBS溶解到四氢呋喃中,并加入四丁基氟化铵,室温反应18-36h,反应后加入除去溶剂、萃取、洗涤,得到丙烯酸基酯基二丙醇;
(3)将丙烯酸基酯基二丙醇和二苯基磷氧溶解到溶剂中,在氮气氛围中反应,反应后除去溶剂、洗涤,得到二苯基磷氧丙酸酯基二丙醇;
(4)将多元醇除水后与异氰酸酯单体、二月桂酸二丁基锡在氮气气氛中,65-75 ℃中反应2-3 h,然后温度降至45-55 ℃,加入二苯基磷氧丙酸酯基二丙醇和丙酮,反应1-2 h,反应后旋蒸除去丙酮,加入蒸馏水、消泡剂、流平剂、分散剂、增稠剂,乳化后得到阻燃性的水性聚氨酯油漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃性的水性聚氨酯油漆的合成方法,其特征在于:所述(1)中羟基二TBS、亚甲基丁二酸酐和对甲氧基苯酚的摩尔比例为1:1.2-1.8:0.006-0.01。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃性的水性聚氨酯油漆的合成方法,其特征在于:所述(1)中反应在85-100 ℃中回流反应6-12 h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃性的水性聚氨酯油漆的合成方法,其特征在于:所述(3)中丙烯酸基酯基二丙醇和二苯基磷氧的摩比例为1:1.1-1.5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃性的水性聚氨酯油漆的合成方法,其特征在于:所述(3)中溶剂包括甲苯、二甲苯、 N,N-二甲基甲酰胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃性的水性聚氨酯油漆的合成方法,其特征在于:所述(3)中反应在90-110 ℃回流反应6-18 h。
