The central tube 18 drives the bearing seat 5 to rotate through the supporting rod 20, and the bearing seat 5 utilizes the cleaning water delivery pad 25 to clean the bottom edge of the glass container 14 rapidly.
The working principle of the shatter prevention cleaning device for glass products is specifically described below.
When the glass container 14 is used, as shown in fig. 1-5, after the glass container 14 is placed on the bearing seat 5, the hydraulic rod 13 is started to push the mounting frame 12 to drive the surface cleaning assembly 3 to move downwards, the water pump 10 is started to convey water to the arc plate nozzle 33 and the inclined nozzle through the water conveying support rod 35 to spray out, the upper surface of the glass container 14 is cleaned, meanwhile, along with the downward movement of the surface cleaning assembly 3, the auxiliary rotating wheels 34 mounted on the inner walls of the first limiting arc plate 31 and the second limiting arc plate 32 are contacted with the outer wall of the glass container 14, the first limiting arc plate 31 and the second limiting arc plate 32 are gradually stretched and the reset spring 37 is stretched, the surrounding cleaning of the surface cleaning assembly 3 is utilized, the cleaning dead angle is avoided, and the reset spring 37 is stretched to facilitate the reset of the subsequent first limiting arc plate 31 and the second limiting arc plate 32.
The surface cleaning assembly 3 moves downwards to clean the outer wall of the glass container 14, the rotating motor 8 is started to drive the central tube 18 inside the inner wall cleaning assembly 4 to rotate through the belt 9, the central tube 18 drives the side spraying frame 15 to rotate through the supporting water pipe 17 to clean the inner wall of the glass container 14, and meanwhile the top nozzle 16 and the rotating disc 22 are utilized to quickly clean the top of the inner wall.
The central tube 18 drives the bearing seat 5 to rotate through the supporting rod 20, and the bearing seat 5 utilizes the cleaning water delivery pad 25 to clean the bottom edge of the glass container 14 rapidly.
