一种上行传输控制方法,其包括:确定第一探测参考信号SRS资源或第一探测参考信号SRS资源集合对应的控制资源集CORESET组索引;根据所述第一SRS资源或第一SRS资源集合确定与所述第一SRS资源或第一SRS资源集合对应相同CORESET组索引的物理上行共享信道PUSCH或物理上行控制信道PUCCH的传输参数,或者,根据所述CORESET组索引确定所述第一SRS资源或所述第一SRS资源集合的功率控制参数。由此,用户设备可以对每个TRP或者panel的PUSCH/PUCCH可以进行独立调度或功率控制,使得上行传输控制更为灵活。
