本申请公开了一种发送功率确定方法、装置、设备及存储介质,涉及移动通信领域。该方法包括:确定探测参考信号SRS资源集合对应的第一闭环功控调整状态索引;根据第一闭环功控调整状态索引,从多个闭环功控调整状态中确定SRS资源集合对应的闭环功控调整状态,多个闭环功控调整状态是与PUSCH独立的闭环功控调整状态;根据闭环功控调整状态的取值,确定至少一个SRS资源的发送功率。提供了一种新的SRS资源的发送功率确定方法,终端可以为不同的SRS资源集合分别确定对应的闭环功控调整状态,进而可以分别确定每个SRS资源集合的发送功率,提高对发送功率进行控制的准确性。
