Step three: adjusting the cutting size and the cutting position, operating the first cylinder 71 to enable the driving rod 74 to move, driving the rod 74 to enable the spline shaft 72 to slide in the first gear 64, enabling the spline shaft 72 to be connected with the first screw rod 61 coaxially through the internal spline 73, at this time, driving the rod 74 to enable the opening and closing piece 76 to act on the locking piece 75 to enable the two locking pieces 75 to be separated, at this time, enabling the first screw rod 61 to rotate, operating the first motor 24 to enable the supporting frame 22 to rotate, enabling the supporting frame 22 to drive the first gear 64 to rotate around the output shaft of the first motor 24, enabling the rotating first gear 64 to work with the toothed ring 62 in a matched mode, enabling the first screw rod 61 to rotate, enabling the rotating first screw rod 61 to achieve mutual approaching or mutual separating of the two connecting plates 25, enabling the two cutting tools 27 to achieve mutual approaching or mutual separating of the cutting size and the cutting position, enabling the two sliding blocks 53 to slide on the guide rods 51 due to the effect of the two connecting plates 25, enabling the tensioning wheel 55 to move, enabling the first belt pulley set 57 to be in a tensioning state, operating the third motor 510 to drive the second screw rod 61 to rotate, and enabling the second screw rod set 57 to achieve local adjusting operation of the cutting size.
Step four: when the first clamping piece 414 and the second clamping piece 415 move towards the releasing reel 41, the push plate 417 pushes the cut synthetic leather on the supporting plate 34 to the inclined slide 418, then the synthetic leather is collected, and finally the synthetic leather residue is wound on the collecting reel 42.
