The main contents of the project total cockpit comprise the number and the state of pre-sale projects, the number of signed contracts and to-be-signed contracts, the number of established projects and to-be-established projects, the number of advanced progress projects, the number of overdue projects, cost saving, the number of overbooked projects, the number of completed projects, project quality statistics and comparison, project progress statistics and comparison, personnel performance statistics and comparison, project cost statistics and comparison, project settlement statistics and comparison, project profit statistics and comparison and the like, and project personnel with different roles and authorities see different driving pages closely related to the personnel.
Fig. 7 is a settlement management diagram, which describes the main functions of project settlement management, and relates to the entry and exit fees at each stage, and the main functions include conventional company material purchasing fees, temporary purchasing fees, travel subsidy fees, equipment renting, site renting, company staff wage management fees, outside hiring personnel and management fees, insurance, logistics, measure fees, contract accounts, project cost and profit analysis, and according to the authority of different personnel in the project, different sub-modules are opened, and in the project execution process, effective management and control are performed, measures are taken in time to correct errors, and the project delivery rate and the profit rate are increased.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view of business process management illustrating a system managing a plurality of commonly used project management business process templates, and supporting configuration management and clipping of business process work task editing, adding, modifying, deleting, business logic editing, modifying, validating and the like for specific projects, so as to adapt to different work contents included in different application projects or different work ranges required by different clients. For example, some customers only need to provide equipment and systems and do not need to provide equipment and system debugging services, and some customers require to design, construct, install and debug all involved key-exchanging projects. And timely notifying related personnel after the project work task and the business process are updated.

Claims (10)

1. A full life cycle project management cloud platform system is in communication connection with a terminal and is characterized in that the cloud platform system comprises a basic management module, a filing management module, a scheme quotation management module, a contract management module, a project management module, a settlement management module, an operation and maintenance after-sale management module, a business process management module, a role authorization management module and an APP application management module;
and data in the modules are mutually fused and communicated, and a service logic flow and a constraint relation are set in each module, so that the full life cycle information management of the project is realized.
2. The full-lifecycle project management cloud platform system according to claim 1, wherein the infrastructure management module provides visual cockpit management, comprising:
the material management unit is used for summarizing and displaying the information of the number of currently checked and checked warehousing materials, the number of materials to be checked, the number of materials to be forbidden, the number of forbidden materials, the number of materials not followed in 3 months and the number of materials not followed in 6 months;
the project category management unit is used for summarizing and displaying the quantity information of the project categories;
and the supplier management unit is used for summarizing and displaying the information of the number of the evaluated qualified suppliers, the number of the evaluated unbanked suppliers, the number of the suppliers to be checked in the check and the number of the suppliers to be cleared.

The full-life-cycle project management cloud platform system of claim 1, wherein the filing management module is used for filing project information, generating a unique filing number after the filing is passed, simultaneously issuing a notice to all service personnel for knowing, regularly reminding the service personnel of tracking, describing the tracking progress, and reminding failure of filing if no tracking record or no quotation scheme is submitted for more than 3 months.
4. The full life cycle project management cloud platform system according to claim 1, wherein the scheme quotation management module is used for realizing task allocation, quotation communication, preliminary schemes, quotation lists, quotation tracking and quotation summarization;
after receiving a quotation task, the technical terminal completes communication records and preliminary scheme plans according to drawings and customer requirements, selects a corresponding scene mode according to an intelligent scene module in the cloud platform system, and automatically pushes a scene quotation template by the system;
according to the completion date of the task list, tracking early warning information is pushed to a sales manager or a project manager terminal every month, a project is reminded of being quoted, tracking confirmation is repeated, logic is generated, manual tracking missing is avoided, a lost project is determined, a loss confirmation button is selected, the reason is clearly described, after being audited by a relevant terminal, closed loop is completed, and no pushing prompt is given.

The full-life-cycle project management cloud platform system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the contract management module automatically matches an original filing number, automatically generates project contract books and technical specifications according to a filing and scheme quotation list, project drawings, technical requirements, a system technical specification template and a business contract template, manually checks and rechecks, and goes through standard contract technology and business auditing processes after no errors;
if the contract project contract book and the technical specification book are in a customized format for the client or contain special terms, a special contract review process is carried out after the label is clear; after the review passes, the relevant personnel are informed to download the printing signature and sign with the contract of the client, and the item signed with the contract enters the item management flow; the approved project is not reviewed, the cause noted, and the personnel and user involved are returned to negotiate and modify the resubmission or enter a project termination process.

The full-life-cycle project management cloud platform system of claim 1, wherein the settlement management module is used for settlement of income and expenditure costs of each stage of a project, and comprises a conventional purchasing unit, a temporary purchasing unit, a travel and subsidy unit, a project execution cost unit, a contract account unit, a project settlement unit and a project profit analysis unit, and different units are opened according to project team member groups and responsibility distribution authorities.

The full-life-cycle project management cloud platform system according to claim 1, wherein the operation and maintenance after-sale management module is used for realizing operation and maintenance service management related functions and comprises a routine inspection unit, an event early warning unit, an emergency plan unit, a personnel screening and dispatching unit and a work order closed-loop unit;
the cloud platform system can realize data butt joint with various on-site monitoring system platforms, routine inspection and work arrangement are set, specific inspection items are prompted after code scanning is carried out on site, various states are selected to be closed loops, inspection missing items of inspection personnel are reduced, and efficiency is improved; after the system receives the on-site supervision system alarm information, early warning and emergency plan dispatching processing are achieved, appropriate personnel are preferentially recommended to go to the troubleshooting according to personnel skills, administration areas and the like, relevant information such as on-site videos, closed-loop photographing and track positioning is associated, and normal propulsion and closed-loop of items are guaranteed.
