Specifically, first, the second rubber strip 7 is mounted on the fixing member 4, i.e., the mounting post 31 of the second rubber strip 7 is inserted into the mounting groove 26 of the vertical section 14, and then the horizontal section 17 is fixed to the roof 2 at a predetermined position by using the first fastening member 11, as shown in fig. 8, the first fastening member 11 is inserted into the mounting cavity 22 through the opening 27, and the opening 27 provides a space for the nailing tool to extend into. Then, the wall 1 is moved to the installation position, so that the wall surface 8 on one side is tightly contacted with the second adhesive tape 7 on the fixing member 4, and then the second fastening member 12 is used to fix the vertical section 14 on the wall 1, as shown in fig. 9, the second fastening member 12 is inserted into the installation cavity 22 through the opening 27, and the opening 27 also provides a space for the nailing tool of the second fastening member 12 to extend into, so as to facilitate the nailing operation. Finally, the first adhesive tape 6 is mounted on the card board 21 of the connector 5, as shown in fig. 10, the first adhesive tape 6 is abutted against the roof 2, the connector 5 is separated from the fixing member 4, and then the connector 5 is translated as shown by an arrow, so that the card board 21 is inserted into the slot 19 and the first protrusion 23 and the second protrusion 24 are buckled to prevent the card board 21 from being removed, and meanwhile, the first groove 26 on the main board 20 is connected with the inclined section, and the mounting process is completed. Therefore, the assembling method is simple, the wall fixing and wall surface decorating processes can be realized in the installation process, the operation of installing the decorating part is omitted, and the efficiency is greatly improved.
In some exemplary embodiments, a method of assembly, consisting essentially of: the fixing element 4, the installation wall 1 and the installation plug 5, in particular before the installation of the plug 5, the pipeline can be arranged in the third recess 33 and then the plug 5 can be installed.
According to the sound insulation structure at the top of the wall body, the connection between the top of the wall body and a roof is realized by assembling the internal corner assemblies, the sound insulation installation can be realized in a sealing manner, meanwhile, the sound insulation structure can replace a decorating part to complete the function of the decorating part, the synchronous integration of the assembly and the decoration of the wall body is realized, and the construction period is greatly shortened.
