Claims (10)

1. The feeding equipment is characterized by comprising a feeding machine table (1), an unmanned transport vehicle (2) and a material box (4);
the feeding machine table (1) comprises a feeding roller (11) and a discharging roller (12) which are used for conveying the material box (4), and an operation platform (13) is arranged at the first ends of the feeding roller (11) and the discharging roller (12);
the automatic conveying vehicle (2) comprises a full material box roller (21) and an empty material box roller (22);
the automatic guided vehicle (2) receives a feeding instruction, the automatic guided vehicle (2) moves to the second ends of the feeding roller (11) and the discharging roller (12) according to the feeding instruction, the full material box roller (21) and the empty material box roller (22) are respectively in butt joint with the feeding roller (11) and the discharging roller (12), and a loading and unloading instruction is sent;
the loading machine table (1) receives the loading and unloading instruction and starts the loading roller (11), the loading roller (11) conveys the full-load material boxes (4) to the full-load material box roller (21), the loading roller (11) is stopped after the material boxes (4) are loaded in a set number, and the unmanned carrying vehicle (2) moves to the automatic production equipment (3) and carries out material conveying.
2. The feeding equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that an electronic label is arranged on the material box (4);
the feeding machine table (1) further comprises a label reader-writer, and the label reader-writer is respectively arranged at the outlet of the feeding roller (11) and the inlet of the discharging roller (12);
the label reader-writer at the outlet of the feeding roller (11) is used for writing label information, and the written label information comprises material types, material quantity, feeding time and/or material box numbers; the label reader-writer at the inlet of the blanking roller (12) is used for reading label information, and the read label information comprises the serial number of the material box.
3. The loading device according to claim 2, further comprising a material manipulator and a control device;
the material manipulator is arranged on one side of the operation platform (13) and is used for picking materials into the material box (4) on the operation platform (13);
the control device is used for controlling the picking position and the picking number of the material manipulator.
4. The feeding device according to claim 2, characterized in that the feeding roller (11) and the discharging roller (12) have a set conveying length, and the feeding roller (11) and the discharging roller (12) are used for synchronously conveying a plurality of material boxes (4).
5. The feeding equipment according to claim 4, characterized in that the shape and size of a plurality of material boxes (4) are the same;
the material box (4) is used for filling materials of different types.
6. The loading apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said loading machine table (1) and said automated guided vehicle (2) are each of a multi-layer structure;
each layer of structure of the feeding machine table (1) comprises the feeding roller (11), the discharging roller (12) and the operation platform (13); each layer of structure of the automatic guided vehicle (2) comprises the full material box roller (21) and the empty material box roller (22);
the height of the same-layer structure of the feeding machine table (1) and the height of the same-layer structure of the unmanned transport vehicle (2) are the same.
7. Feeding equipment according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the feeding machine table (1) further comprises a display device;
the display device is used for determining and displaying the loading information according to the loading and unloading instruction;
the feeding information comprises: one or more of automated production equipment information, material type, material quantity, and loading time.
8. An automatic material supplementing and receiving production system is characterized by comprising an automatic production device (3) and a feeding device according to any one of claims 1 to 7;
the automatic production equipment (3) comprises an upper computer, and a feeding instruction is sent out through the upper computer;
the automatic production equipment (3) comprises a material level, and the material level is used for being in butt joint with the full material box roller (21) and the empty material box roller (22) of the automatic conveying vehicle (2) and receiving the material box (4).
9. The automatic material supplementing and receiving production system according to claim 8, wherein the automatic production equipment (3) comprises at least two material levels;
each material level receives the material box (4).

The automatic material supplementing and receiving production system according to claim 8, wherein the material loading machine (1), the automated guided vehicle (2) and the automatic production equipment (3) are respectively provided with an optical communication sensor (31) for information transmission.
