The working principle is as follows:
when the plate feeding device is used, a plurality of stacked plates are placed on the lifting plate 209, the adsorption air cylinder 202 pushes the negative pressure sucker 203 to suck up the plate above, the feeding air cylinder 204 pushes the plate to enter a position between the first feeding roller 211 and the second feeding roller 212, the first feeding roller 211 and the second feeding roller 212 rotate to convey the plate to the first conveyor 1, meanwhile, the lifting motor 210 drives the first screw rod 207 to rotate, and the lifting plate 209 is driven to move upwards by matching with the sliding rod and the moving seat 208, so that the plate below moves to the feeding height to continue feeding;
the lifting and leveling cylinder 402 pushes the leveling plate 403 to level the plate on the first conveyor 1, and the lifting and drying cylinder 504 drives the drying plate 502 to move downwards, so that the electric heating rollers 503 move to the surface of the plate to dry and heat the plate; the plate transported by the first conveyor 1 passes through the first cleaning roller 604 and the second cleaning roller 605 to clean dust on the surface of the plate;
the dried and cleaned plates enter the storage box 301 and fall on the second conveyor 302, the double-headed screw rod 311 is driven to rotate through the handle 313, the two clamping supports 306 are driven to move oppositely by matching with the threaded seat 312, so that the distance between the two clamping rods 307 is adjusted to be slightly larger than the required plate size according to the requirement, during quality inspection, a plurality of plates move on the second conveyor 302, the plates push the first clamping rod 307 to bend and stop when contacting with the second clamping rod 307, if the plate size meets the requirement, the first clamping rod 307 can reset under the action of the torsion spring, the plates are just positioned between the two clamping rods 307, the clamping plates 310 are pushed through the clamping cylinders 309 to clamp the plates, and the plates are moved into the storage tanks 303 through the moving assembly; if the size of the plate does not meet the requirement, and the plate is in contact with the second clamping rod 307, the first clamping rod 307 does not reset, and the pressing cylinder 308 pushes the pressing ball to bend the second clamping rod 307, so that the plate is directly conveyed into the reject groove 304 by the second conveyor 302.
