Abstract
本发明提供一种含乳酸杆菌的组合物及其预防及/或改善皮肤老化的用途。具体而言,本发明提供一种预防及/或改善皮肤老化的组合物,其包含植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)、乳双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium lactis)或其组合。本发明通过施予受施者包含乳酸杆菌的组合物来抑制或减缓糖化反应。
Description
技术领域
本发明关于包含乳酸杆菌的组合物及预防及/或改善皮肤老化的用途;更明确地说,是关于一种包含植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)、乳双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium lactis)或其组合的组合物,以用于预防及/或改善随着老化增加的糖化压力所造成的皮肤上的皱纹、细纹、斑或松弛等。
背景技术
糖化作用的机制
常见的糖化反应可分为三个阶段:(1)第一阶段为糖类分子与带有胺基团物质交互作用,而产生阿马道里(Amadori)产物的过程;(2)第二阶段为Amadori产物经过降解,而产生高度活性的羰基化合物,例如乙二醛(GO)、甲基乙二醛(MG)等的过程;(3)第三阶段为糖化中期的高度活性的羰基化合物与蛋白质或氨基酸交互作用反应生成稳定物质的过程,其中与蛋白质反应生成的物质称为糖化蛋白、与氨基酸反应或糖化蛋白的糖化残基(residues)裂解生成的小分子物质称为糖化分子。在糖分子与糖代谢过程中产生的活性羰基物质与蛋白质等具胺基的分子交互反应后的产物,即高度糖化终产物(advancedglycation endproducts,AGEs)。糖化反应及其产物的生成路径与机制显示如图1。
AGEs对生理的影响则称为糖化压力(glycative stress)。AGEs对生理的影响包含:(1)具有促进蛋白质交联的特性。AGEs可作为蛋白质中不同胜肽链的架桥分子,促使聚集反应(protein aggregation)或组织刚性(tissue stiffness),使蛋白质失去原有的功能特性。(2)蛋白结合(Protein-bound)的AGEs可透过活化细胞膜上的高度糖化中产物受体(the receptor for AGEs,RAGE)、oligosaccharyl transferase complex protein 48(OST-48,generally known as AGER1)、80K-H protein(AGER2)、galectin-3(AGER3)等受体或直接促进ROS生成,影响细胞生理。由于RAGE活化与许多疾病具有正相关性,因此,AGEs与RAGE交互作用及其于疾病中扮演重要角色。
糖化作用与皮肤老化
特别针对上述(1)的AGEs生理作用,常被研究于糖尿病与慢性肾脏病并发的心血管疾病、老化、或皮肤病以及神经退化等相关疾病中。许多研究证实糖化压力与多种疾病进程具相关性,相关疾病包含糖尿病、肥胖;神经与认知疾病、心血管疾病、肾病变、肝病变、部分癌症(乳癌、大肠癌、胰脏癌等)。许多研究证实糖化压力亦与生物体的老化具高度关联性。在内部生理反应中,包括动脉粥样硬化、白内障或其他相关炎症等。在外部表征上,糖化压力则会使人体的皮肤肌理粗糙化或松弛、肤色黯淡且长斑点、唇周干燥与脱皮等。这是因为,AGEs沉淀附着于皮肤组织中,而与被称为RAGE的受体键结,在皮肤或其他组织中引起炎症性变化。同时在生成AGEs的过程中,会于胶原蛋白的分子内及分子间形成无秩序的交联,对胶原蛋白引发物理性、生理性变化(改性)。即造成皱纹、肌肤粗糙、暗沉或紧致性降低等肌肤的老化。又,通过糖化反应,在分子内及分子间形成有无秩序交联的胶原蛋白,除了会失去弹力性外,同时会因生命体内的蛋白分解酶而变得难以被分解,其结果恐会导致肌肤转换速度的延迟。因此,在医药领域中基于研究糖化反应与老化的关联,尝试通过抑制糖化反应来预防皮肤老化,来开发另一种替代性的治疗途径。
现有的抗糖化原料
目前市场上被研究具抗糖化功效的原料,分为化学性合成结构或植物来源的天然物。植物来源例如肉桂(Cinnamomum cassia)、小茴香(Cuminum cyminum)、迷迭香(Rosemary)、鱼腥草(Houttuynia cordata)等,萃取出来的天然物举例如姜黄素(curcumin)、芸香苷(Rutin)、槲皮苷(quercitrin)。
对于化学合成的抗糖化产品,消费者普遍接受度不高,且依然有健康上的疑虑。但是,植物性来源的抗糖化天然物,却又往往因为使用大量的溶剂萃取,而难以避免会有溶剂残留的疑虑。又或者,要使溶剂低剂量残留的方法与设备门坎极高,造成产品的价格也偏高。因此,不论是化学合成或天然萃取的产品,皆无法充分满足市场大众的需求。
况且,由于糖化压力与皮肤老化、粗糙化、松弛、脱皮等困扰及其他许多疾病的发展具相关性,因此开发抗糖化的原料非常具有市场价值。且市场上也很期待以微生物来源的抗糖化功能组合物作为新颖材料,来扩充市场上对于抗糖化产品选择的多样性。
乳酸杆菌属
乳酸杆菌属(Lactobacillus spp.)存在于一般环境中,其能将碳水化合物发酵成乳酸,因此多应用于发酵食品的制造。早在1900年代,就已发现此菌对于人体健康具有多重益处,具有帮助消化、改善肠道健康的功效,而被提倡多食用乳酸杆菌以改善消化环境、促进肠道蠕动。经研究后又发现,由于乳酸杆菌能分解醣类(举例如乳糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、果糖),因此可产生乳酸和醋酸,并藉此酸化肠道的环境,而达到抑制害菌于肠道中增殖,以及调整肠内菌丛平衡的有益效果。
纵使同为乳酸杆菌属,若为不同种、或甚至是同种但不同菌株都彼此具有不一样的特征,对人体亦会有不同的影响。例如植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum),有文献指出L.plantarum PH04具降低血中胆固醇能力;在一另篇文献证实L.plantarum299V可减轻IL-10缺乏型小鼠的结肠炎症状;又在别的文献指出L.plantarum 10hk2可提高前发炎介质,如IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α,及抗发炎介白素-10(IL-10),达到抗发炎效果;甚至还有文献证实L.plantarum K21具有降低血中胆固醇、三酸甘油脂含量,以及具有抗发炎的功效。上述列举的多种特定菌株都属植物乳杆菌而为同种,但却因其中的有效成分不同得以应用于不同的疾病或病症。
植物乳杆菌
植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)存在于唾液及许多发酵食品中。植物乳杆菌有很强的适应性,一种革兰氏阳性厌氧菌,可以在10至45摄氏度的温度下生长,并且适应3.2-4.2或更高的pH值水平。植物乳杆菌首次自唾液被分离,随后的研究发现此细菌的部分特定菌株可作为益生菌以应用于抗氧化、保持肠道通透性、抑制肠道内产气细菌的生长,还能增加海马体的脑源性神经营养因子,以应用在抑郁症的治疗。
双歧杆菌属
双歧杆菌属(Bifidobacterium)广泛存在于人和动物的消化道、***和口腔等环境中。其为革兰氏阳性、不运动、细胞呈杆状、一端有时呈分叉状且严格厌氧。此细菌早在1899年就从健康婴儿的粪便中分离出来,随后的研究发现此细菌的部分特定菌株可作为益生菌以应用于食品、医药和饲料等领域。
发明内容
为改善随着年龄增长而出现的皮肤问题,例如皱纹、细纹、斑、松弛等,以及开发新材料以突破现有材料种类的局限性,本发明提供一种预防及/或改善皮肤老化的组合物,其包含植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)、乳双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium lactis)或其组合。

较佳地,所述组合物包含培养及/或发酵所述植物乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌或其组合的培养基成分。
较佳地,所述组合物进一步包含具有改善肌肤转换作用及/或抑制糖化反应作用的植物萃取物或化合物。
较佳地,所述具有改善肌肤转换作用及/或抑制糖化反应作用的植物萃取物包含柏科、银杏科、柑橘科、紫苏科、鱼腥草科和/或杜仲科的植物的萃取物。
较佳地,所述柏科的植物包含罗汉柏;所述银杏科的植物包含银杏;所述柑橘科的植物包含黄檗、橙、葡萄柚、柚子及柠檬中的一种或多种;所述紫苏科的植物包含薄荷、胡椒薄荷、紫苏及迷迭香中的一种或多种;所述鱼腥草科的植物包含鱼腥草;所述杜仲科的植物包含杜仲。
较佳地,所述具有改善肌肤转换作用及/或抑制糖化反应作用的化合物包含雌马酚。
较佳地,每单位的组合物中含有0.1重量%以上的乳酸杆菌,与合计为0.001重量%以上的具有改善肌肤转换作用及/或抑制糖化反应作用的植物萃取物或化合物。
较佳地,如前述的组合物为医药组合物、化妆品、保养品、营养品或食品。
较佳地,所述化妆品包含化妆水、洗面剂、美容液、乳液或乳霜。
为使含有乳酸杆菌的组合物更容易施予有需要的受施者,本发明提供一种如前述的包含乳酸杆菌的组合物用于预防及/或改善皮肤老化的用途。
较佳地,所述包含植物乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌或其组合的组合物以下列方法制备:
(a)取乳酸杆菌的菌落接种于培养基进行固态培养,而获得菌体;
(b)将步骤(a)的菌体接种于液体培养基进行液态培养,而获得液态培养基与菌体的混合物;及
(c)将步骤(b)的液态培养基与菌体的混合物进行发酵培养,而获得发酵全液。
较佳地,所述方法进一步包含下列步骤:
(d)将步骤(c)的发酵全液进行离心,而获得菌泥及/或上清液;及
(e)将步骤(d)所得的所述菌泥或所述上清液进行冷冻干燥,而获得冻干粉。
较佳地,所述改善皮肤老化是通过施予所述包含植物乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌或其组合的组合物来抑制或减缓受施者的糖化反应。
较佳地,所述抑制或减缓受施者的糖化反应是指受施者的糖化前期产物的含量降低。
较佳地,所述糖化前期产物包含阿马道里(Amadori)产物。
较佳地,所述抑制或减缓受施者的糖化反应是指受施者的糖化中期双羰基化合物的含量降低。
较佳地,所述糖化中期双羰基化合物包含乙二醛(GO)、甲基乙二醛(MG)或其组合。
较佳地,所述抑制或减缓受施者的糖化反应是指受施者的糖化后期产物的含量降低、或该产物所包含的官能基团的含量改善。
较佳地,所述糖化后期产物包含高度糖化终产物(AGEs)。
较佳地,所述官能基团的含量改善包含羰基的含量降低、ε-胺基的含量提升、游离硫氢基的含量提升。
较佳地,所述抑制或减缓受施者的糖化反应是指受施者的高度糖化终产物(AGEs)与高度糖化终产物受体(RAGE)结合率降低。
较佳地,所述皮肤老化的症状包含皱纹、细纹、斑、松弛或其组合。
较佳地,所述改善皮肤老化包含使受施者的皮肤弹性增加、皮肤水分含量增加或其组合。

具体实施方式
菌种培养
勾取上述短乳酸杆菌的菌落(colony)接种于固态培养基上活化菌种。在一较佳的实施方式中,所述固态培养基为MRS琼脂。待菌体生长完成后,将新鲜的菌体连同固态培养基接入于含有液态培养基的锥形瓶中进行液态培养。在一较佳的实施方式中,于温度25℃至40℃下、通气量0至1vvm氮气或二氧化碳、速率250rpm至1000rpm的条件下液态培养。在一较佳的实施方式中,液态培养的时间为16至24小时,更佳为18小时活菌数可达到最高点。在一较佳的实施方式中,液态培养基为MRS液态培养基。在一较佳的实施方式中,液态培养基的配方如下表1所示。液态培养完成后进行发酵培养。在一实施方式中,发酵培养为有氧或无氧环境。在一实施方式中,发酵培养的培养温度控制在30℃至37℃。在一实施方式中,发酵培养的时间长达16小时至48小时。

乳酸杆菌发酵物的制备
将乳酸杆菌经发酵培养而完成生长后,收集包含菌体与培养液的发酵全液进行离心以分离菌泥与上清液。在一较佳的实施方式中,发酵全液投入15重量%脱脂乳粉静置1至4小时使菌体凝集成团状增加回收率。在一较佳的实施方式中,离心速率为1000rpm至15000rpm。后述实验以发酵液离心后取得的上清液作为乳酸杆菌发酵物。本发明的乳酸杆菌的方式,包括但不限于前述含有菌体与培养液的发酵全液、发酵全液离心而去除上清液后的菌泥、及发酵全液离心而去除菌泥后的上清液。关于本发明的乳酸杆菌的含量,相对于本发明的含有乳酸杆菌组合物的总量而言,通常可以为0.1重量%以上、较佳为1~50重量%、更佳为5~30重量%、再更佳为10~15重量%的范围。
具有肌肤转换改善作用的植物萃取物或化合物
本发明的组合物中,根据需要而添加后述具有肌肤转换改善作用的植物萃取物或化合物。通过添加具有肌肤转换改善作用的植物萃取物或化合物,使以乳酸杆菌所达到的抗皱纹作用、抗细纹作用、美白作用,甚至是抗斑作用、抗松弛作用,都能提高至远远超出仅仅只有两者的相加效果。
前述具有肌肤转换改善作用的植物萃取物或化合物方面,举例如芝麻、地黄、桃、甘草、仙人掌、小麦胚芽、野草莓、鼠尾草、薄荷、胡椒薄荷、鱼腥草、钩藤、紫苏、琵琶、日本山茶、枣、蓼蓝、木通、明日叶、罗汉柏、西印度樱桃、欧洲蜀葵、芦荟、银杏、黄檗、小连翘、橄榄、橙、洋甘菊、榅桲、葡萄柚、桂皮、月桃、地榆、白桦、杨桃、獐牙菜、桑白皮、茶、丁香、胡萝卜、北美金缕梅、蔷薇、喜玛拉雅覆盆子、假叶树、拟金雀花、牡丹根皮、欧洲七叶树、月见草、矢车草、桉树、虎耳草、柚子、薏苡仁、兰、柠檬、紫云英、玫瑰果、迷迭香、樱、鹿角藻、狼毒、金果榄、蛇床子、波尔多树、蓖麻、檫树、当归、矮瑞香、柯氏乳香树、甘遂、凤仙花、连翘、紫苜蓿、没药、草乌桕、石松、吐金草、芎藭、无花果、木兰、白木兰、白桦、大叶藜、忍冬、栀子、桃仁、枣等植物的萃取物,海藻,绿藻,蜂王浆,陈皮。
前述具有肌肤转换改善作用的化合物方面,举例如肉毒碱、烟碱酸酰胺、吡多辛盐酸盐(维生素B6)、玻尿酸、甘醇酸、柠檬酸、乳酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、2-羟基酪酸、3-羟基酪酸、丙醇二酸、维生素A类、甘草酸衍生物、尿囊素、双氯氛酸、联苯乙酸、异丁苯丙酸、凯妥普洛芬、罗索普洛芬及它们的盐。
前述具有肌肤转换改善作用的植物萃取物之中,是以柏科的植物(罗汉柏等)、银杏科的植物(银杏等)、柑橘科的植物(黄檗、橙、葡萄柚、柚子、柠檬等)、紫苏科的植物(薄荷、胡椒薄荷、紫苏、迷迭香等)、鱼腥草科的植物(鱼腥草等)、及杜仲科的植物(杜仲等)的萃取物较适用。又以罗汉柏萃取物、银杏萃取物、黄檗萃取物、橙萃取物、紫苏萃取物、鱼腥草萃取物及杜仲茶叶萃取物,因具有后述糖化反应抑制作用的原因,在本发明中和乳酸杆菌的组合最为适用。
关于前述具有肌肤转换改善作用的植物萃取物或化合物各自较佳的含量,相对于本发明的含有乳酸杆菌组合物的总量而言,通常可以为0.001重量%以上、较佳为0.01~5重量%、更佳为0.1~20重量%、再更佳为1~10重量%的范围。
具有糖化反应抑制作用的植物萃取物或化合物
本发明的组合物中,根据需要而添加后述具有糖化反应抑制作用的植物萃取物或化合物。通过添加具有肌肤转换改善作用的植物萃取物或化合物,使以乳酸杆菌所达到的抗皱纹作用、抗细纹作用、美白作用,甚至是抗斑作用、抗松弛作用,都能提高至远远超出仅仅只有两者的相加效果。

前述具有糖化反应抑制作用的化合物方面,举例如雌马酚、异黄酮、1,4-蒽醌、1-胺基-2-羟基甲基蒽醌、4-胺基苯酚、1,3,5-三羟基苯、曲酸、3,4-二羟基苯基乙酸、咖啡酸、艾芬地尔(ifenprodil)、6-羟基-2,5,7,8-四甲基二氢苯并哌喃-2-羧酸、6-羟基吲哚、7-羟基-4,6-二甲基酞内酯、α-硫辛酸、4-羟基查耳酮、真珠蛋白质水解物、胺基胍、赤藻辛钠、麦角硫醇、白藜芦醇、3,3',5,5'-四羟基二苯乙烯等羟基二苯乙烯类、合氧吲哚、肌肽、水杨酸、去甲猪毛菜碱溴化氢酸盐、芥籽酸、烟碱酸生育酚酯、烟碱酸酰胺、降二氢愈创木酸、花青素、甘露醇、水解酪蛋白、水解性单宁、儿茶酚、绿原酸、异绿原酸、新绿原酸、隐绿原酸、咖啡酰奎宁酸等绿原酸类、白矢车菊素、野桦素、前花青二醇寡聚物、葡糖基芸香苷等。
前述成分之中,睡茄、罗汉柏、儿茶、银杏、矮冬青、黄檗、橙、南瓜种子、卡图巴树皮、菲岛桐、葡糖基芸香苷、越橘、紫苏、荞麦叶、葡萄藤(Davilla rugosa)、鱼腥草、姫蟒蛇草、昭和草、木天蓼、琉球矢竹、琉球蔷薇草莓、苹果未熟果、柿叶、甘草叶、月桃叶、杜仲叶的萃取物、及雌马酚、异黄酮、艾芬地尔(ifenprodil)、真珠蛋白质水解物、儿茶酚、咖啡酸、及野桦素,因可有效地提高以包含乳酸杆菌的组合物所致抗皱纹作用、抗细纹作用、美白作用,甚至是抗斑作用、抗松弛作用,而可作为本发明中更佳的组合。
前述具有糖化反应抑制作用的植物萃取物之中,又以柏科的植物(罗汉柏等)、银杏科的植物(银杏等)、柑橘科的植物(黄檗、橙、柠檬等)、紫苏科的植物(紫苏、迷迭香等)、鱼腥草科的植物(鱼腥草等)及杜仲科的植物(杜仲等)的萃取物较适用。其中,罗汉柏萃取物、银杏萃取物、黄檗萃取物、橙萃取物、紫苏萃取物、鱼腥草萃取物、及杜仲叶萃取物,因具有肌肤的转换改善作用,在本发明中,是以与乳酸杆菌的组合最为适用。
将所述具有糖化反应抑制作用的植物萃取物或化合物与乳酸杆菌并用时,因可有效地抑制糖化最终产物(advanced glycation end products:AGEs)的生成,除了可减低乃至于抑制不佳的AGEs对皮肤组织的沉淀附着之外,同时在生成AGEs的过程中,因可在胶原蛋白的分子内及分子间形成无秩序的交联,并可减低乃至于抑制胶原蛋白中所引起的物理性、生理性变化(改性),因而得以有效地预防乃至于改善皱纹、肌肤粗糙、暗沉、或紧致的降低等肌肤的老化。再者,将具有糖化反应抑制作用的植物萃取物与乳酸杆菌并用时,可发挥下列的优点:封锁起因于所述植物萃取物的异味、异臭,同时更加地提升保存安定性。
关于前述具有糖化反应抑制作用的植物萃取物或化合物各自较佳的含量,相对于本发明的含有乳酸杆菌组合物的总量而言,通常可以为0.001重量%以上、较佳为0.01~5重量%、更佳为0.1~20重量%、再更佳为1~10重量%的范围。
组合物的具体产品及其添加物
本发明组合物可透过外用适用于化妆品、彩妆化妆品等化妆品的领域,特别是添加至直接适用于皮肤的化妆水、洗面剂、美容液、乳液、乳霜等化妆品时,具有优异的抗老化效果。
化妆水
本发明的组合物,可以水性介质作为基剂,并于其中进一步掺合乙醇及保湿剂而成为化妆水。化妆水是可用以补给水分或保湿成分至皮肤的角质层,同时可用于协助皮肤的生理作用。化妆水举例如清净用化妆水、收敛性化妆水、柔软性化妆水、多层状化妆水等,也包含肌肤乳液、身体乳液、护手乳液、保湿乳液等。
掺合本发明的组合物所制备的化妆水,是使用保湿效果优异,并组合乳酸杆菌后能更有效地发挥肌肤粗糙改善效果的保湿剂为佳。保湿剂举例如甘油、乙二醇、丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、3-甲基-1,3-丁烷二醇、季戊四醇、二甘油、聚甘油、二乙二醇、三乙二醇、聚乙二醇、二丙二醇、海藻糖、神经酰胺类、2-甲基丙烯酰基氧乙基磷胆碱、玻尿酸、硫酸软骨素、水解玻尿酸、酵母萃取液、薏苡仁精华液、牡丹精华液、海藻精华液、龙胆精华液、三甲基甘胺酸、N-甲基-L-丝胺酸、烟碱酸酰胺、蜂王浆精华液。保湿剂相对于本发明的化妆水的总量而言,通常可以为0.0001重量%以上、较佳为0.001~50重量%、更佳为0.01~25重量%、再更佳为0.1~10重量%的范围下掺合。
掺合本发明的组合物所制备的化妆水,使用收敛效果优异的收敛剂为佳。收敛剂举例如柠檬酸、琥珀酸、酒石酸、视黄酸、苹果酸等酸剂、视黄醇、氯化锌、铝末、硫酸铝等铝化合物、明矾及改性醇、乙醇、欧洲蜀葵精华液、兔菊属精华液、拳蓼萃取液、咬人猫精华液、鸢尾根精华液、茴香精华液、乌龙茶精华液、乙醇、大花紫薇精华液、小连翘精华液、橙花水、橙果汁、茵陈蒿精华液、木莓精华液、番石榴精华液、黑醋栗果实精华液、香叶醇、牻牛儿苗精华液、野山楂精华液、蚊子草属精华液、芍药精华液、白桦精华液、忍冬精华液、问荆精华液、常春藤精华液、西洋野山楂精华液、百里香麝香草精华液、茶精华液、鱼腥草精华液、香芹精华液、北美金缕梅精华液、葡萄叶精华液、松精华液、香蜂草精华液、矢车菊精华液、艾属精华液、柠檬果汁、紫云英精华液、地榆精华液。收敛剂相对于本发明的化妆水的总重而言,通常为0.0001重量%以上、较佳为0.001~50重量%、更佳为0.01~25重量%、再更佳为0.1~10重量%的范围下掺合。
掺合本发明的组合物所制备的化妆水的,使用角质软化效果优异的角质软化剂为佳。角质软化剂举例如尿素、硫、乙醇、乳酸、甘醇酸、水杨酸、硫酸钠等。
软化(柔软)剂方面,主要以近似皮脂的油性成分为佳。掺合本发明的组合物所制备的化妆水,使用软化效果优异,且可泛用于化妆品领域的软化(柔软)剂为佳。软化(柔软)剂举例如鲸蜡醇、月桂基醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇、硬脂酰醇、油醇、山嵛醇、羊毛脂醇、氢化羊毛脂醇、己基癸醇及辛基十二醇、鲨烷、植物性鲨烷、2-乙基己烷酸十六烷基、α-烯烃寡聚物、异壬酸异十三基、异壬酸异壬基酯、异壬酸鲸蜡、油酸乙基酯、油酸油基、棕榈酸乙基己基酯、辛酰二醇、氢化大豆磷脂质。
本发明的组合物所制备的化妆水,使用抑制化妆品的经时性混浊、沉淀的效果高,且广泛用于化妆品领域的界面活性剂者为佳。界面活性剂举例如L-精氨酸乙基.DL-吡咯啶酮羧酸盐(L-arginine ethyl·DL-pyrrolidone carboxylic acid salt)、焦谷氨酸异硬脂酸聚氧乙烯甘油酯、PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧基乙基二甲基硅氧烷、椰子油脂肪酸山梨醇酐、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯癸基十四基醚、聚氧乙烯十六烷基醚、聚氧乙烯硬脂酰醚、聚氧乙烯甲基葡萄糖苷、聚氧乙烯月桂基醚、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻籽油、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻籽油、异硬脂酸山梨醇酐、异硬脂酸聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻籽油、甘油脂肪酸酯、二异硬脂酸聚甘油基、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、硬脂酰基谷氨酸钠、硬脂酰基乳酸钠、倍半异硬脂酸山梨醇酐、倍半油酸山梨醇酐、聚氧乙烯烷基(C12-C15)醚磷酸、聚氧乙烯胆固醇基醚、聚氧乙烯十六烷基醚磷酸、聚氧乙烯十六硬脂酰醚、聚氧乙烯植物固醇、聚氧乙烯山嵛醇醚、单油酸聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐(20E.O)、单硬脂酸甘油、单硬脂酸聚乙二醇酯、单硬脂酸聚氧乙烯甘油酯、单月桂酸聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐、月桂酰基谷氨酸二辛基十二基酯、水解胶原蛋白液、单硬脂酸甘油酯、氢化大豆溶血磷脂质、氢化大豆磷脂质、及水溶性胶原蛋白。
再者,为了提升化妆水的质量与安定性,可掺合香料、色素、防腐剂、杀菌剂、紫外线吸收剂、金属封锁剂及缓冲剂。所述物质相对于本发明的化妆水总量而言,通常为0.0001重量%以上、较佳为0.001~50重量%、更佳为0.01~25重量%、再更佳0.1~10重量%的范围下掺合。
洗面剂
本发明的皮肤外用组合物乃通过掺合具有洗净作用的成分,而得以作为洗面剂。对皮肤上的脏污而言,是由皮肤本来的生理作用所产生的垢(dirty),意即,皮脂膜酸败、变质者与角质层已剥离者之外,尚有空气中的灰尘等脏污混然成一体者及日常使用的化妆品,洗面剂乃是为了将此等洗掉而保持皮肤清净,因此几乎可每日使用。洗面剂的具体例方面,可举出皂、身体洗剂、洗面奶霜、彩妆去除剂等。具有洗净作用的成分方面,可举出高级脂肪酸的碱盐(皂),且高级脂肪酸的碱盐主要为C10~C18脂肪酸的钠盐、钾盐、胺盐。
洗面剂中,为了质量的提升与安定化,可进一步掺合由香料、色素、抗氧化剂及金属封锁剂选出的1种或2种以上,所述物质相对于本发明的洗面剂总重量而言,通常为0.0001重量%以上、较佳为0.001~50重量%、更佳为0.01~25重量%、再更佳0.1~10重量%的范围下掺合。洗面剂中,可进一步掺合由甘油、乙醇、砂糖、多元醇及杀菌剂选出的1种或2种以上。杀菌剂在洗面剂等皂系洗净剂要达到消毒、杀菌、防臭的目的下,是以使用盐酸克罗西希定、异丙基甲基苯酚、感光素101号、甲苯酚、氯二甲酚、三氯羰基胺苯、卤卡班、苯酚、氯甲苯酚、苯氧基乙醇、三氯羟基二苯基醚等为佳。
美容液
本发明的皮肤外用组合物,乃通过掺合保湿剂及柔软剂,可作为美容液。一般而言,所谓美容液与化妆水不同,是具有黏度且使用感及保湿性优异的型态的化妆品,被认为具有保湿机能与软化机能者。剂型已知有可溶化型、O/W乳化型、油液型。
一般而言,美容液大多是可通过进一步掺合由香料、紫外线吸收剂、美白剂、抗发炎剂、防腐剂及杀菌剂选出的1种或2种以上,而具有保湿机能与软化机能以外的机能者。抗发炎剂较佳是以单独或组合使用来自天然成分的甘草酸硬脂酰、甘草酸二钾等甘草酸或其衍生物、龙胆精华液、紫苏精华液、鼠尾草精华液、西洋接骨木精华液、雷公根精华液、鱼腥草精华液、当归精华液、牡丹精华液、月见草精华液、无患子精华液、虎耳草精华液、艾属精华液、苹果精华液的1种或2种以上为佳。所述物质相对于本发明的美容液总量而言,通常为0.0001重量%以上、较佳为0.001~50重量%、更佳为0.01~25重量%、再更佳0.1~10重量%的范围下掺合。
乳液
本发明的皮肤外用组合物,是以水性介质作为基剂者,并通过掺合油性成分及界面活性剂,而得以成为乳液。乳液的使用目的在于皮肤的清洁、卸妆、皮肤的保护、保湿及柔软、以及皮肤的血行促进。乳液除了特别的情况外,乃因油相量较乳霜少而为具流动性的乳剂,故别名亦称为“液体乳霜”。乳化型有O/W型及W/O型两者,但一般而言为O/W型,因水相的比率多,涂布于皮肤时,可轻薄延伸而赋予清爽的感触。油性成分及界面活性剂方面,可适当地使用前述化妆水的项中详述的各种成分。
本发明的乳液中,是可进一步因应目的与机能,来掺合由保湿剂、柔软剂、血行促进剂及高分子物质选出的1种或2种以上,所述通物质相对于本发明的乳液总量而言,通常为重0.0001重量%以上、较佳为0.001~50重量%、更佳为0.01~25重量%、再更佳为0.1~10重量%的范围下掺合。一般而言,乳液多是以保护胶质的目的于水相中预先添加高分子物质,高分子物质可举出羧基乙烯基聚合物、三仙胶、丙烯酸聚合物、羧基甲基纤维素钠(CMC)等。
乳霜
本发明的皮肤外用组合物,是以水性介质作为基剂者,并通过掺合油性成分及界面活性剂,而得以成为乳霜。乳化型是与乳液的情况同样地,有O/W型及W/O型两者,但乳霜一般因油相量较乳液多,故为无流动性的乳剂。乳霜的使用目的是与乳液同样地,在于皮肤的清洁、卸妆、皮肤的保护、保湿及柔软、以及皮肤的血行促进。更具体而言,可举出清洁乳霜、软化乳霜、滋养乳霜、晚霜、底霜、消散乳霜、保湿乳霜、按摩乳霜、冷霜、护唇霜等。
乳霜中使用的油性成分及界面活性剂,可适用同前述化妆水的各种成分。乳霜可进一步掺合由鲸蜡、鲸蜡醇、羊毛脂、流动石蜡、凡士林、甘油及鲨烷选出的1种或2种以上作为油性成分的补助成分,所述物质相对于本发明的乳霜总量而言,通常为0.0001重量%以上、较佳为0.001~50重量%、更佳为0.01~25重量%、再更佳为0.1~10重量%的范围下掺合。
其他成分
本发明的组合物可应用于化妆水、洗面剂、美容液、乳液或者是乳霜中,亦可因应需要而于此等中适当地添加一般所用的其他成分,例如增黏剂、维生素类、氨基酸类、抗皱纹剂、海藻萃取物、细胞赋活剂、经皮吸收促进剂、发泡剂、可溶化剂、角质溶解剂、荷尔蒙类、颜料、可塑剂、无机粉末、有机粉末等。
本发明的组合物,亦可透过内用适用于医药或饮食等领域,特别是添加至直接适用于口服的药品、饲料、饮料、营养补充品、乳制品、食品或保健食品等时,具有优异的抗老化效果。
本发明的组合物,可根据用途因应所需要的产品型态以进一步包含添加剂。该添加剂可为赋型剂、防腐剂、稀释剂、填充剂、吸收促进剂、或甜味剂。该赋型剂可选自柠檬酸钠、碳酸钙、磷酸钙、蔗糖或其组合。该防腐剂可延长组合物的储藏期限,例如苯甲醇、对羟基苯甲酸(parabens)。稀释剂可选自水、乙醇、丙二醇、甘油或其组合。填充剂可选自乳糖、高分子量聚乙二醇或其组合。吸收促进剂可选自二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、月桂氮卓酮、丙二醇、甘油、聚乙二醇或其组合。甜味剂可选自安塞甜(Acesulfame K)、阿斯巴甜(aspartame)、糖精(saccharin)、三氯蔗糖/蔗糖素(sucralose)、纽甜(neotame)或其组合。除上述所列举的添加剂以外,在不影响组合物的医药效果前提下,可依需求选用适合的其他添加剂。
药物型态在不影响组合物所欲发挥的效果的前提,可根据受施予者的需要调制为例如粉剂、锭剂、栓剂、微胶囊、安瓶(ampoule/ampule)、液剂喷剂或塞剂。
施予途径根据该组合物的型态及受施予者所适合的剂量,举例如经口或非经肠,还包括静脉内、肌内、腹膜内、皮下、经皮、呼吸道(气雾剂)、直肠、***或局部(包括口腔及舌下)。施予的时间点根据该组合物的型态及受施予者所适合的剂量,举例如每餐、每天、每周。受施予者为人类或动物。
糖化反应的实验设计
糖化反应的实验选用葡萄糖(glucose)作为糖化分子、甲基乙二醛(methylglyoxal,MG)、与哺乳动物体内循环***中含量最高的白蛋白小牛血清白蛋白(bovine serum albumin,BSA)分别于以下不同实验中来进行反应。葡萄糖、甲基乙二醛、小牛血清白蛋白的浓度分别为10mM、25mM及5mg/mL。作为乳酸杆菌所选用的菌株可购自BCRC如下表2,并以前述方法制备乳酸杆菌发酵物。以下的体外实验结果皆以三重复来计算。

实验一:糖化前期产物的测定
选用葡萄糖(glucose)作为糖化分子与小牛血清白蛋白(bovine serum albumin,BSA)制备糖化反应液。糖化反应共进行5天,反应温度控制在37℃。本实验中的对照组为含糖化分子的BSA,实验组则是含糖化分子的BSA再加入乳酸杆菌发酵物,以对比糖化BSA(Glycated BSA)或乳酸杆菌发酵物介入的含糖化分子的BSA。取用糖化反应第一天反应液,参考1987年Armbruster等人的方法,利用硝基蓝四氮唑(nitroblue tetrazolium,NBT)试剂测定糖化前期阿马道里(Amadori)产物含量。
图2为乳酸杆菌发酵物对蛋白质糖化前期阿马道里产物生成的影响。对照组为作为糖化蛋白的糖化小牛血清白蛋白(Glycated BSA)在未添加任何乳酸杆菌发酵物的状况下,所测得作为阿马道里产物的酮胺(ketoamine)的浓度为10.72nmoles/mg,标示如图中偏右侧的垂直线。其他添加乳酸杆菌发酵物的组和对照组相比之下,在糖化前期产生的酮胺的浓度皆降低,大部分介于2到9nmoles/mg之间。其中编号5和6的乳酸杆菌GKM3和GKK2的发酵物,分别降低酮胺的浓度至2.82nmoles/mg和3.47nmoles/mg。此结果说明本发明的乳酸杆菌或其发酵物,皆有助于抗糖化反应中糖化前期阿马道里产物生成。
实验二:糖化中期双羰基化合物的捕捉效力的评估
混合1mL乳酸杆菌发酵物与1mL浓度为2mM的甲基乙二醛(MG),并于37℃中反应1小时。再加入1mL浓度12Mm的邻苯二胺(o-phenylenediamine,OPD),于37℃中反应15分钟,使MG衍生化为2-甲基喹喔啉(2-methylquinoxaline,2-MQ),接着以14000×g离心五分钟。本实验中的对照组仅含有MG,实验组则是MG再加入乳酸杆菌发酵物,以对比MG或加入乳酸杆菌发酵物的MG。参考2011年Lo等人的方法进行HPLC分析,求得乳酸杆菌发酵物捕捉糖化中期双羰基化合物MG的能力。
图3为乳酸杆菌发酵物对蛋白质糖化中期双羰基化合物的捕捉能力评估。将未加入任何乳酸杆菌发酵物的MG与添加乳酸杆菌发酵物的组相比,以未加入任何乳酸杆菌发酵物的MG显示数值0作为基准,添加乳酸杆菌发酵物组的捕捉MG能力的数值越高,显示捕捉MG能力越强。各乳酸杆菌发酵物的组别的数值皆有明显提升,其中分别编号5和6的乳酸杆菌GKM3、GKK2的发酵物的数值更高而表现出较佳地捕捉MG能力。此结果说明本发明的乳酸杆菌或其发酵物,皆有助于抗糖化反应中糖化中期双羰基化合物的捕捉。
实验三:糖化后期糖化程度与其官能基的评估
本实验中的对照组为不含糖化分子的BSA、含糖化分子的BSA,实验组则是含糖化分子的BSA再加入乳酸杆菌发酵物,以对比糖化BSA(Glycated BSA)。取用如实验一中所配置的糖化反应液,在反应结束后第五天反应液,参考2017年Kumar等人的方法,利用十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis,SDS-PAGE)分析各乳酸杆菌发酵物组别对蛋白质糖化程度的影响。并分别参考1990年Levine等人的方法,以2,4-二硝基苯肼(2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine,DNPH)测定糖化蛋白中的特定官能基羰基含量(carbonyl content);参考2013年Hashimoto等人的方法,以2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸(2,4,6-trinitrobenzenesulphonic acid,TNBS)测定糖化蛋白中的特定官能基ε-胺基团(freeε-amino groups)减少含量;以及参考1959年Ellman的方法,以Ellman's reagent(即5,5'-二硫代双(2-硝基苯甲酸),5,5'-dithiobis-(2-nitrobenzoic acid),DTNB)进行游离硫氢基团(free sulfhydryl groups)含量变化测定。
图4是乳酸杆菌发酵物对蛋白质糖化后期产物的SDS-PAGE图谱。图中左栏显示糖化蛋白(Glycated BSA)与未糖化前的蛋白(BSA)相比,其分子量显著变大、条带分布较扩散且集中度低。这是因为蛋白质在糖化过程中,蛋白质的官能基团会产生交联现象所导致。图中右侧上栏显示糖化蛋白添加乳酸杆菌发酵物的组别,右侧下栏则显示未糖化前的蛋白添加乳酸杆菌发酵物。右侧下栏显示未糖化前的蛋白添加乳酸杆菌发酵物和左栏未糖化前的蛋白相比,两者的条带分布都扩散小、集中度高且差异不明显。此结果表示这两组别由于蛋白质都没有糖化,因此不论是否加入乳酸杆菌发酵物都不会使蛋白质产生交联现象。图中右侧上栏显示糖化蛋白添加乳酸杆菌发酵物的组别和左栏糖化蛋白相比之下,SDS-PAGE图谱中所观察到添加乳酸杆菌发酵物的糖化蛋白扩散程度都较小且集中程度较高,显示糖化蛋白的交联情况均减少。尤其是分别编号5和6的乳酸杆菌GKM3、GKK2的组别,条带分布扩散小、集中度高,且明显集中下侧,判断分子交联(cross-link)或聚合(aggregation)的程度更小。此结果说明本发明的菌株皆有助于抑制糖化反应后期蛋白质糖化衍生的交联聚合反应。
图5是乳酸杆菌发酵物对蛋白质糖化后期产物羰基含量的影响。在对照组中,BSA(5mg/mL)与葡萄糖(10mM)、MG(25mM)共同反应后,Glycated BSA的羰基含量增加至69.74nmoles/mg,标示如图中偏右侧的垂直线。反观加入乳酸杆菌发酵物的组别,羰基增加含量皆低于对照组的含量,而介于25至65nmoles/mg之间。其中编号5和6的乳酸杆菌GKM3、GKK2的发酵物,增加较少的羰基,甚至达30nmoles/mg以下。此结果说明本发明的乳酸杆菌或其发酵物,有助于抗糖化反应后期产物羰基含量的减少。
图6是乳酸杆菌发酵物对蛋白质糖化后期产物ε-胺基含量的影响。在对照组中,BSA(5mg/mL)与葡萄糖(10mM)、MG(25mM)共同反应后,Glycated BSA的ε-胺基含量减少了37.28%,标示如图中偏中间侧的垂直线。反观加入乳酸杆菌发酵物的部分组别,ε-胺基减少量有改善。其中编号5和6的乳酸杆菌GKM3、GKK2的发酵物,相对于其他种菌株,其降低最多ε-胺基的减少量。此结果说明本发明的乳酸杆菌或其发酵物,有助于改善抗糖化反应后期中的ε-胺基含量减少的现象。
图7是乳酸杆菌发酵物对蛋白质糖化后期产物游离硫氢基含量的影响。在对照组中,BSA(5mg/mL)与葡萄糖(10mM)、MG(25mM)共同反应后,Glycated BSA的游离硫氢基含量为0.97nmoles/mg,标示如图中偏中间侧的垂直线。反观加入乳酸杆菌发酵物的部分组别,游离硫氢基含量皆高于0.97nmoles/mg,显示乳酸杆菌发酵物还原被氧化的Glycated BSA的游离硫氢基。其中编号5和6的乳酸杆菌GKM3、GKK2的发酵物,相对于其他种菌株,其还原糖化蛋白硫氢基能力强。此结果说明本发明的乳酸杆菌或其发酵物,在抗糖化反应后期中具强还原硫氢基的能力。
实验四:糖化后期高度糖化终产物(AGEs)含量的测定
取用如实验一中所配置的糖化反应液,在反应结束后第五天的反应液,参考2013年Sero等人的方法,测反应MG衍生的高度糖化终产物(AGEs)含量。
图8是乳酸杆菌发酵物对蛋白质糖化后期高度糖化终产物(AGEs)生成的影响。在一具体实施案例中,MG所衍生的典型AGEs产物之一为argpyrimidine。在对照组中,BSA(5mg/mL)与葡萄糖(10mM)、MG(25mM)共同反应后,argpyrimidine含量与未糖化前相比增加84.32倍,标示如图中右侧的垂直线(靠近图8右侧框线)。反观加入乳酸杆菌发酵物组别,大部分argpyrimidine含量增加比例皆大幅度降低。此结果说明本发明乳酸杆菌或其发酵物,有助于减少糖化反应后期高度糖化终产物(AGEs)的生成。
实验五:糖化后期糖化蛋白与高度糖化终产物受体的结合能力的评估
取用如实验一中所配置的糖化反应液,在反应结束后第五天的反应液,参考1997年Du Yan等人的方法,以CircuLex AGE-RAGE in vitro Binding Assay Kit(No.CY-8151,MBL Medical&Biological Laboratories Co.Ltd.)分析乳酸杆菌发酵物对MG-BSA与RAGE结合的影响。
图9是乳酸杆菌发酵物对糖化反应中高度糖化终产物(AGEs)与高度糖化终产物受体(RAGE)结合的影响。因AGEs结合细胞膜上的RAGE后会启动特定细胞生物反应,相关反应于许多疾病及老化中扮演重要的角色。相较于以未添加乳酸杆菌发酵物的对照组的AGE-RAGE结合率为100%作为基准,在乳酸杆菌发酵物加入的实验组,其糖化过程中的AGE-RAGE结合率皆下降。此结果说明本发明乳酸杆菌或其发酵物,有助于降低糖化反应中高度糖化终产物(AGEs)与高度糖化终产物受体(RAGE)的结合率。
实验六:人体肌肤弹性度检测实验
实验设计受试者先以水份弹性检测仪(ANENG品牌,升旺电子企业社)分析前臂屈侧的皮肤弹性。皮肤弹性分数的评估级距分为1到5分,各分数所分别表示的皮肤弹性状况如下表3:

取得实验前肤质的弹性数值后,每天涂抹定量100μL的乳酸杆菌发酵液于前臂屈侧的皮肤并记录每天肤质弹性,实验过程进行十天。
图10是乳酸杆菌发酵物对人体肌肤弹性改善评估结果。经实测,乳酸杆菌发酵液对人体肌肤弹性度,随着使用时间增长,肤质弹性也跟着上升。此结果说明本发明的乳酸杆菌或其发酵物,有助于增加肌肤弹性度,而能改善人体肌肤的老化现象。
实验七:人体肌肤水分检测实验
实验设计受试者先以水份弹性检测仪(ANENG品牌,升旺电子企业社)分析前臂屈侧的皮肤水分。手臂水分的正常范围的数值会随着季节变换,而有所改变。夏季一般为35~60%,冬季则为夏季一般为30~45%。本实验的检测季节是冬季。取得实验前肌肤水分数值后,涂抹定量100μL乳酸杆菌发酵液于前臂屈侧的皮肤并于十分钟后再次纪录肌肤水分。
图11是乳酸杆菌发酵物对人体皮肤锁水性结果。经实测,乳酸杆菌发酵液对人体肌肤锁水性具提高的效果。说明本发明的乳酸杆菌或其发酵物有助于保持较好的肌肤弹性,而能改善人体肌肤老化现象之一的水分流失现象。
Claims (24)
1.一种预防及/或改善皮肤老化的组合物,其包含植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillusplantarum)、乳双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium lactis)或其组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述植物乳杆菌是菌株GKM3以保藏编号CGMCCNo.14565保藏于中国微生物菌种保藏管理委员会普通微生物中心;所述乳双歧杆菌是菌株GKK2以保藏编号CGMCC No.15205保藏于中国微生物菌种保藏管理委员会普通微生物中心。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其包含培养及/或发酵所述植物乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌或其组合的培养基成分。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的组合物,其进一步包含具有改善肌肤转换作用及/或抑制糖化反应作用的植物萃取物或化合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其中所述具有改善肌肤转换作用及/或抑制糖化反应作用的植物萃取物包含柏科、银杏科、柑橘科、紫苏科、鱼腥草科和/或杜仲科的植物的萃取物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合物,其中所述柏科的植物包含罗汉柏;所述银杏科的植物包含银杏;所述柑橘科的植物包含黄檗、橙、葡萄柚、柚子及柠檬中的一种或多种;所述紫苏科的植物包含薄荷、胡椒薄荷、紫苏及迷迭香中的一种或多种;所述鱼腥草科的植物包含鱼腥草;及所述杜仲科的植物包含杜仲。
7.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其中所述具有改善肌肤转换作用及/或抑制糖化反应作用的化合物包含雌马酚。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的组合物,其每单位的组合物中含有0.1重量%以上的乳酸杆菌,与合计为0.001重量%以上的所述具有改善肌肤转换作用及/或抑制糖化反应作用的植物萃取物或化合物。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的组合物,其为医药组合物、化妆品、保养品、营养品或食品。
10.根据权利要求9所述的组合物,其中所述化妆品包含化妆水、洗面剂、美容液、乳液或乳霜。
11.权利要求1至7中任一项所述的组合物用于预防及/或改善皮肤老化的用途。
12.根据权利要求11所述的用途,其中所述包含植物乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌或其组合的组合物以下列方法制备:
(a)取乳酸杆菌的菌落接种于培养基进行固态培养,而获得菌体;
(b)将步骤(a)的菌体接种于液体培养基进行液态培养,而获得液态培养基与菌体的混合物;及
(c)将步骤(b)的液态培养基与菌体的混合物进行发酵培养,而获得发酵全液。
13.根据权利要求12所述的用途,其中所述方法进一步包含下列步骤:
(d)将步骤(c)的发酵全液进行离心,而获得菌泥及/或上清液;及
(e)将步骤(d)所得的所述菌泥或所述上清液进行冷冻干燥,而获得冻干粉。
14.根据权利要求11所述的用途,其中所述改善皮肤老化包含通过施予所述包含植物乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌或其组合的组合物来抑制或减缓受施者的糖化反应。
15.根据权利要求14所述的用途,其中所述抑制或减缓受施者的糖化反应是指受施者的糖化前期产物的含量降低。
16.根据权利要求15所述的用途,其中所述糖化前期产物包含阿马道里(Amadori)产物。
17.根据权利要求14所述的用途,其中所述抑制或减缓受施者的糖化反应是指受施者的糖化中期双羰基化合物的含量降低。
18.根据权利要求17所述的用途,其中所述糖化中期双羰基化合物包含乙二醛(GO)、甲基乙二醛(MG)或其组合。
19.根据权利要求14所述的用途,其中所述抑制或减缓受施者的糖化反应是指受施者的糖化后期产物的含量降低、或该产物所包含的官能基团的含量改善。
20.根据权利要求19所述的用途,其中所述糖化后期产物包含高度糖化终产物(AGEs)。
21.根据权利要求19所述的用途,其中所述官能基团的含量改善包含羰基团的含量降低、ε-胺基团的含量提升或游离硫氢基团的含量提升。
22.根据权利要求14所述的用途,其中所述抑制或减缓受施者的糖化反应是指受施者的高度糖化终产物(AGEs)与高度糖化终产物受体(RAGE)结合率降低。
23.根据权利要求11至22中任一项所述的用途,其中所述皮肤老化的症状包含皱纹、细纹、斑、松弛或其组合。
24.根据权利要求11至22中任一项所述的用途,其中所述改善皮肤老化包含使受施者的皮肤弹性增加、皮肤水分含量增加或其组合。
